This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare billing system hacked worse than ever on mine and then others came to light to the now believable billion dollars a day being stolen from the USA and people and CONGRESS VOTED FOR THIS TO BE ALLOWED TO BE DONE IN THE COUP OF 2002 AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO STOP IT, WHEN ONE THEFT DONE ON A SMALLER SCALE A FEW YEARS AGO OF A SAID TRILLION DOLLARS AND THE ON GOING ILLEGAL BAIL OUT OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY SINCE 2002.. when MOST DID NOT KNOW THE 6000 PAGE BILL HAD BEEN CHANGED SOON BEFORE BEING VOTED ON (source Michael Horowitz of the US JUSTICE DEPT in 2014 for details and CONGRESS CONTACT HIM FOR NEEDED WORDING IN ALL BILLS TO HAVE NECESSARY OVERSIGHT . )
A law that forbid agencies to use existing budget to do a real internal audits or criminal investigations or prosecution of a government contractors from local to federal levels and NO ONE WAS TOLD AS HORRORS INCREASED AND ONE INTERNATIONAL CABAL SOON TOOK CONTROL OF THE WHOLE IN THE USA AND AROUND THE WORLD . And if every single bill proposed does not have the oversight rights in it, then it reverts to the 2002 one and NONE EXISTS.. and the law is worth less no matter how good it might be.
ALL OF HEALTH CARE IS UNDER THIS CABAL AND IT TOOK YEARS TO GET THE NAME OF THE HEAD FROM THE FEW IN THE GOVT WHO KNEW AS MOST HAD NO IDEA WE WERE/ARE LIVING IN AN OFFICIALLY OVERTHROWN GOVERNMENT,,,
Lynn Blodgett as named head and who his boss is more top secret than any CIA BLACK OPS in writing and verbally by a very few high level DEEP STATE. persons , until 2014 the former Director of CMS Marilyn Travennor, BEFORE SHE RESIGNED notified the states they WERE ON THEIR OWN WITH ALL THOSE FEDERALLY FUNDED LOCAL AND STATE PROGRAMS AS THE FEDS COULD NOT HELP AS THEY HAD BEGGED FOR YEARS AND NONE CAME.
Few understand that the first US Senate health care bills was going to force the states to keep the thieves and schemers in those contracts and stop trying to enforce the law themselves and the feds were not going to do so .. with MANY BAD BILLS IN THE PIPE LINE TO HAVE MORE OF THE SAME AND WORSE. EACH GOT VOTED DOWN ONE BY ONE AS SEN MCCAIN TALKED TO HIS GOVERNOR BREAKING THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE EVEN AS THE REST OF CONGRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING SO OF BOTHER PARTIES TO FIND OUT THE REAL TRUTH./ BUT WHEN YOU HAVE AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER ON YOURSELVES YOU CAN NOT SEEK THE TRUTH.. THE OVERSIGHT ITSELF WOULD HAVE HELPED STOP A LOT OF THE HARM .. and then other fixes could have been made over the years but NO NONE OCCURRED. that should have until we are here with massive harms and losses of lives and health lost.. A HOLOCAUST WE ARE ALL RESPONSIBLE FOR AS WE , THE PEOPLE ARE TO BE THE RULERS AND NONE EVEN ASKS THIS SIMPLE QUESTION OF CANDIDATES AND ITS THE BASIC CAMPAIGN ISSUE WHO RULES THE USA. this cabal or us through you?? more basic then is your bill better than another's as no bill or law will be obeyed if there is no one to make then obey it
The only thing that Sen McCain is guilty of in this matter is BREAKING THE GAG ORDER AND ASKING QUESTIONS .. I disagree with him on other matters over the years. AND THE TRUTH IS BEGINNING TO BE REVEALED AS TO WHOM IS the 'DEEP STATE' INSIDE CONGRESS and why we really do not have repeal and replace at all. or even fixes done over the years as would have been done in past history for any major change affecting society ..
IN 2010 Congress voted in health insurance for all based on false info as no audits; no one officially knew that since the COUP OF 2002 BCRC of the former GROUP HEALTH OF NY WHO OWNS THE MEDICARE SYSTEM and is to protect the integrity of the Medicare system and protect our personal records from theft and hacking ... HAS WORKED AGAINST THEIR CALL CENTERS AND RECOVERY UNITS AND BEEN FACILITATING THE THEFT OF MEDICARE FOR ANY PRIMARY PAYERS WHO DID NOT AND STILL DOE NOT WISH TO PAY.. by illegally altering the employer post for those who have a primary employer plan that is primary for themselves or might be a dependent on a workers policy
All well documented here since 12/08 when I began this blog when I found out that there was a law that forbid the US government from protecting its money or the rights of the people ....
Then a self imposed gag order rule was voted for themselves no to mention ,contact or have a contractors testify AND HOW ABOUT DISCUSSING THIS IN OPEN SESSION AGAINST SEN MC CAIN FOR TALKING TO HIS GOVERNOR????
And as my investigation went on for my own and loved ones struggle for life and livelihood against this cabal under Lynn Blodgett as after a few years he was revealed as the orderer of the illegal acts all had to obey as no government to turn to . .. as I am from the inside and have done the formal criminal ones in the past when such illegal activity would have been stopped long ago and others get the contracts and/ or arrests etc.
. It is hard for any member of Congress to admit this overthrow and they were fooled and tracked.. by a few among them And for those in the USA to understand this when the LAZY MAIN MEDIA will not even find out who did something , contractor or government and rarely did the real government do any atrocity in any areas, as they rarely do the work anymore and cannot be audited to know what is going on AND AGENCIES HAVE TO BE TRUTHFUL WITH CONGRESS AND STOP GOING ALONG WITH THEIR UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULES .
An when an agency officials testify in Congress they go along with the gag order? or some have blatantly lied as the DIRECTOR OF OIG FOR HHS DID BACK IN A MEDICARE FRAUD HEARING IN 2010 BEFORE THE HEALTH CARE LAW WAS PASSED THAT PUT ALL OF HEALTH CARE UNDER THIS CABAL to do as thy please and few understood that they illegally impersonate that they are a government office or government official and are not legally to do so but name the company and says they are a contractor and give the corporate address..
So if agencies do not tell the whole truth and CONGRESS THINKS THEY ARE GETTING TRUTHFUL REPORTS AND ARE NOT.. we get laws that sound good and are a fake.... as the cabal has scams and schemes they have gotten written into them of NO OVERSIGHT and no one has the courage to stand up for themselves or the nation, people or even loved ones that are all going to be under this illegal holocaust of our own making...
We have to get health care access to all. and WE ARE all denied BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS TO ALL OF US WHEN ITS NOT THERE IN SOME FORM. as well as in any other area of our lives as all has some kind of government oversight or should have now..
Why do we reelect those year after year who will not even try , not even speak out.. AND THIS IS THE CAMPAIGN ISSUES AND HAS BEEN SINCE 2002...
Laws that could be good ones are passed, but no one in control has to obey them, or a judges as 38 are defied by Lynn Blodgett in multiple agencies on me alone by he and his cabal of total control of and that is most of the USA now.. VIRTUAL OVERTHROWN as even agencies do not have access to the records of the USA which is also our personal records held in trust by GOVERNMENT THAT HAS BROKEN THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL PROMISES TO US TO KEEP THEM SECURE AND PROTECTED FROM HARM.
DO YOU OR A LOVED ONE HAVE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS STEALING IN YOUR NAME AND YOUR HEIRS INHERIT THE OVERPAYMENT YOU ARE NOT EVEN AWARE IS HAPPENING..
The off line ancient insecure system is being used by the Medicare hackers as sub contractor and its not just on areas of the nation or one claims paying company this time as it was a few years ago and VANGENT who owned 1-800 Medicare filed fraud reports and documented this to what some inside said was a trillion dollars theft that only got stopped when CMS DID THE ONE THING THE GOVERNMENT CAN STILL TRY TO DO BUT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE WITH NO AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AS NO WAY TO GET THE INFO .. AND AFTER 18 MONTHS OF APPEALS ON COMPANY IN ONE REGION DID NOT HAVE THE CONTRACT REMOVED AND GIVEN TO ANOTHER WHO IMMEDIATELY CROSS REFEREED ALL 17 NUMBERS PER PATIENT SO THAT ONLY ONE PAY PER CLAMS . BUT THE ONGOING Hacking of the primary payers continues also with the insurers by THE CORPORATE OF THE CONTRACTOR IN NY ETC. an the BLESSING OF OUR OWN CONGRESS WHO WILL NOT STOP THE HORRORS. AND CRIMES
GENERAL DYNAMICS HAS 1-800 MEDICARE NOW AND THEIR CABAL MANAGER HAS NOT LET THE FRAUD REPORTS BE FILED FOR 10 MONTHS AND WE MAY NOT HAVE ANY MEDICARE LEFT FOR THOSE WHO THINK THAT IS THE OPTION FOR HEALTH CARE FOR ALL.
Never able to remove and hack the workers comp TO HIDE IT FROM ALL until 10/7/16 WHEN THE CYBER CLOUD HAS IT OPEN NOT TERMINATED BUT ALL ARE GIVEN THE BOGUS SCREEN AND TOLE ITS THE REAL ONE AND IS NOT..
How can Congress figure out what kind of health care plan to pass for all to have health and life in and OVERTHROWN GOVERNMENT WHERE THEY ARE FORBIDDING THEMSELVES TO GET THE NEEDED INFO TO EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND STOP THE THEFT OF OUR PRECIOUS HEALTH CARE DOLLARS. and what about all the other areas of our daily lives now under this cabals control including they are the UNACCOUNTABLE SNOOPERS too ?

COMMON LAW FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS HAS BEEN SQUATTERS RIGHTS. and after the amnesty law 30 years go when the USA gave up and gave all here right to be here... WE DD NOTING TO PASS REALISTIC IMMIGRATION LAWS AS SOME AMONG US WISH TO EXPLOIT THE CHEAP LABOR OF THE TRESPASSERS ND THAT IS A SIN AGAINST HUMANITY .
As 7 years passed and we did not send all the trespassers home or make then legal in come way,, we had the ancient common law of 7 years rights to face... And its still a basic human unofficial law... AS ITS A LAW THAT SAYS IF WE AS A NATION ARE GOING TO BE IRRESPONSIBLE THEN WE CANNOT TURN AROUND AND TAKE DRASTIC ACTION AGAINST THOSE WE LET STAY.
We are now faced with a human tragedy we all helped create.... even those harmed by it... as a relative who went to Las Vegas a decade ago and got a job at $10 an hour doing construction to feed self and family found themselves harassed by a group that stood across he road where they were constructing new housing and offering to work for $2 an hour and THEY GOT REPLACED BY THOSE NOT IN THE USA LEGALLY AND NOT BEING PAID EVEN A LEGAL MINIMUM WARE. AND EVEN THEN $10 AN HOUR WAS AND STILL IS NOT BIG MONEY ... .
We all know of such stories and why WHEN THE FIRST CANDIDATE IN DECADES TOOK ON THE ISSUES OF THE PEOPLE WAS AFFECTED BY THOSE FROM STATES WHO KNEW FIRST HAD FROM THEIR OWN FAMILY AND FRIENDS JUST HOW BAD IT IS ... WHEN ONES JOB IS TAKEN BY 2 ILLEGAL ACTS.. breaking the minimum wage law and being replaced by one who was not legally here. in the first place.
Employers entrapped into competitive survival by a government which would not enforce its own laws as he housing bubble was about to burst.. and the temptation was and is coercive when there is no govt to turn to for FAIR COMPETITION TO EXIST IN THE FREE MARKET SYSTEM WE have got ourselves into all kinds of horrible messes and now have to be merciful to the more innocent among us that we allowed all of us to get caught in and only humane and merciful way out is the way of human rights as JUSTICE DENIED ON DENIES IT TO ALL OF US and those who will not even try does not deserve my one precious vote when asked for it. SPEAK OUT AND UNGAG YOURSELVES AS ITS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE AND THEN PUT BACK THE RESTRAINER OF LAW SO THAT AGENCIES CAN EVEN TRY TO DO THEIR JOBS T PROTECT THE NATION AND PUBLIC TREASURY AND US AND SEE TO IT YOU HAVE THE FACTS AND STOP THE ONES COMMITTING CRIMES THAT ARE LEGALLY HERE AND DONG JUST AS BAD THINGS TO HUMANITY AS THE GANG LORDS WHO TRESPASSED INTO THE USA.
Not feeling to well today and did not get phone calls made... as on as the BIWEEKLY hacking happened and CONGRESS IS NOT IN SESSION TO EVEN VOTE TO STOP IT STEALING OF FORM THE USA WILL GO ON FOR ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AT LEAST. UNTIL CONGRESS DECIDES THAT STEALING The PUBLIC TREASURY SHOULD BE STOPPED AND SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO SINCE THE COUP OF 2002..
I PRAY THAT OVER THIS VACATION ALL ARE HAVING A GOOD LOOK IN THEIR MIRRORS AS THE IRRESPONSIBLE PARTY IN ALL OF THIS AND COME BACK WITH AN EMERGENCY PLAN AS WELL AS A LONG TERM PLAN FOR ALL TO HAVE ACCESS TO LIFE ... AND THAT IS WHAT HEALTH CARE IS LIFE ..AS EVEN CONGRESS IS , ALSO UNDER THIS CABAL FOE THERE OWN INALIENABLE RIGHT TO IT ALSO
Family got another 200 lb tank of home liquid oxygen for m today and its cost is high for us... BUT I am approved for life for it by three health plans including MEDICARE BUT THE HEAD OF REAL DEATH PANELS IN HE USA WITH MILL LIONS DEAD(congressional studies point to this) HAS SAID I AM TO DIE AND ITS BEEN INTENTIONALLY BLOCKED BY THE HEAD OF THE WHOLE OF HEALTHCARE THAT EVEN THE DEEP STATE OF CONGRESS AND HE REAL GOVERNMENT HAST O OBEY... AND THE LIST IS GROWING OF THE 'LET HER./HIM DIE LIST.. as the word gets around it not just me. and I choose to Live and who says in am not to ... NOT MY DEITY AND CREATOR THAT I WORSHIP THAT SAYS ALL ARE TO HAVE LIFE AS LONG AS NATURALLY POSSIBLE AND ETERNAL LIFE AFTER THAT IS FREELY OFFERED...
THE PLAN IS NOT THE DEATH PANEL. ITS THE ONE RUNNING HEALTH CARE IN THE USA AND HE IS NOT ONE OR HIS COHORTS THAT IS UNDER ANY LAW OR GOVERNMENT BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN 2002..

We are each unique with unique insights and somehow are to put all of this together as a human family so that each ones is respected and input given and justice is for each and all.. AND WHEN NEEDED CORRECTIVE ACTION NEEDS TO OCCUR AND HELP IN SOME WAY OTHER THEN ENTICING SOME TO TRESPASS INTO ANOTHER'S LAND. AS THE ONLY OPTION they are led to believe. . )
