             You sit on several several committees which are crucial to our future survival.. and as the Linked Daily Recaps share.. we are being robbed by those in control of the USA. and its not you or the president and has  not been in most cases since the COUP of 2002. when most did not know what the E GOVERNING BILL 6000 PAGE BUDGET BILL WAS ALTERED AND THE  RIGHT OF AGENCIES (NON DOD ) COULD NO LONGER USE THEIR EXISTING BUDGET TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF THEIR CONTRACTORS.. 

   You may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Department of exactly what was done. as he is the one who informed me back in 2014...  and was present to testify with other from the OIG council earlier this year begging for Congress to act so they could get access to agency records a are hacked and  terrible things occurring like MEDICARE AND SSA BEING HACKED AND LOOTED AND NO WAY TO STOP IT.

    And I personally had opioid  tried to be forced on me over and over back in 2007 when the cabal in charge obstructed diagnosis and treatment... and could have lost life and eyesight over it. and got horrible reaction when I would not take the prescriptions from several offering  them . 

THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA NOW AND NOT MUCH BACK TO 2002.   As a heart an lung patient  I was warned not to take even a Tylenol until  severe pain was diagnosed... as I became  since injured in the first terrorist attack in the USA. back in 1/89  ( DAILY RECAP OF 9/11/16 SUMMARIZES WHAT OCCURRED AT OUR HHS -SSA OFFICE IN JERSEY CITY AND THE CONTINUES COVER UP OF WHAT LED US RIGHT DOWN TO THE OPEN GATE OF 9/11/01 AND MY 2 YEAR FRANTIC EFFORTS TO GET SOMEONE TO LISTEN TO ME AS I KNEW HE WAS GOING TO  DO IT ONCE HE DECLARED WAR ON THE USA. AS I WITNESSED HIS OBSESSION WHEN HE STARED AT THE WORLD TRADE CENTER TWIN TOWERS FROM OUR OFFICE WHERE HE WORKED IN 7/88/    HHS EMPLOYEE AND HOW DID HE GET IN THERE. TRANSFERRED FROM  THE CIA IN SAUDI ARABIS IS WHAT HE TOLD US AS HE SAID  HIS MOTHER WAS A USA CITIZEN

     WE DID NOT CHOOSE TO WORK WITH TERRORISTS AS HAS BEEN SPEWED OUT.. E WAS HIRED BY THE MANAGEMENT AT THE SSA TSC TO WORK THERE AS AN EMPLOYEE AND HHS OIG WOULD NOT STOP THE BIGGEST  BREACH OF SECURITY  UNTIL NOW,  WHEN   22 NEW HIRES WERE LOGGED ONTO  THE NATIONAL SSA DATA BASE BEFORE THEY HAD EVEN BEEN FINGERPRINTED OR  POLICE BACK GROUND CHECKS DONE. LET ALONE THE FEDERAL ONE AND THEN WOULD BE  ISSUED THEIR OWN PIN NUMBER TO TRACK WHAT THEY DID ON THE SYSTEM WHICH THEN WAS THE ONE IN THE USA THAT HAD THE MOST INFO ON INDIVIDUALS  WITH SSN'S......
  AND MANY INDICATIONS THAT A MASSIVE ACCESS GOING ON AT NIGHT ALSO THROUGH THE FALL OF 1988.. BUT I AM NOT A DIRECT WITNESS TO WHAT OTHERS MAY HAVE SEEN..   a cover up from day one on this.   AND WE FEDERAL EMPLOYEES DID NOT DESERVE TO HAVE ONE WHO WOULD ATTACK THE USA EVEN BE IN THE OFFICE AS TWO US ATTORNEY  OFFICE EMPLOYEES  SAID  HE WAS NOT A US CITIZEN  WHEN I WAS TRYING  TO FIND MY BLOOD TESTS AND SKIM SAMPLES THAT WERE TO HAVE ENDED UP AT THE NJ HEALTH DEPT AND TOLD THERE WERE IN THE SEALED INDICTMENT    NO ONE KNOWS OF THAT DO THEY??? I still would like them back! Since I would not be called to testify against a dead man??

   The swamp of corruption began to build that far back and has only gotten worse over time.. and its been bipartisan is my experience.

    I do not get involved in conspiracy theories  and deal with facts and eye witness accounts by me. but the worse atrocities  is when the USA allowed the contractor? to falsify the air studies and entrapped 2 million  in the toxic air in the area   and the cover up of that has only made the horror of health care in the USA worse as so much is tied to toxins and chemicals as TREATMENTS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THAT ONCE WERE TO SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT  .. AND TO HECK WITH HUMAN LIFE. \

    Since you sit on the Rules committee, pleases give our elected leaders the right to get the acts from the contracts as our own delegation is unable  to help as they are held hostage by the named head Lynn Blodgett and that includes agency judges orders. also.   AND THAT GAG ORDER RULE TO NOT MENTION , CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY SOUND LIKE ITS A TOP SECRET CIA DARK OPS OF SOME KIND AND ITS OUR DOMESTIC PROGRAMS WHICH NONE IS TOP SECRET AT ALL. JUST CONFIDENTIAL FILES OF INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES  FOR THE MOST PART AND IF YOU NEED THAT TO HELP. THEN EACH F US HAVE TO GO TRY AND ET WHAT WE Can...  most of the issues you are contacted to help with are with the contractor  as they are in charge and dong the work and IGNORING THE LAWS YOU MAKE AND REDOING THEM TO SUIT THEMSELVES IN TOO MANY CASES. 

           Attached .  is the linked Daily Recap of 6/15/17 which mentions your name and he DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS AND ALSO IS  A REDACTED COPY OF HE 17 MEDICARE NUMBERS ACTIVE ON ME FROM THE SUB CONTRACT OF THE SYSTEM THAT IS A BOGUS ILLEGAL CORRUPTED MESS AND I DO BELIEVE IT COULD WELL BE   A BILLION DOLLARS A DAY STOLEN AS SOME HAS SAID.. AS SOME AT 1-800 MEDICARE General Dynamics have mentioned they are seeing it on others and yet are being told to use the bogus screen sold to the medical community for big bucks  as the employer post is hidden from all and puts the whole  system is a constant meltdown.. )

            My prayers for the safety of all of you and healing for Congressman Scalise and others injured in the shooting as violence is not the answer.. KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION IS THE  WEAPONS NEEDED  OF THE 21ST CENTURY AND THAT IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO GET TO ALL OF YOU AS THE AGENCIES AS THE OIG COUNCIL TESTIFIED TO  CANNOT FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING  ON AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEND ONE PENNY OF EXISTING BUDGET TO DO SO    AND LET ALL OF YOU KNOW SO AS TO

   WE WANT TO HELP AND TELL US WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP YOU GET THIS DEADLY MESS STOPPED.
