         You sit on crucial committees to help solve a lot of the basic end to the COUP of 2002...  first is the unconstitutional gag order rule that prevent Congress from finding out what is really going on that is not in the real government  any more but the unaccountable cabal of contractors which California has tried and almost gotten then  out of  the state health care system now.. but still looting the  federal public treasury...   You need to be able to mention, contact or  have one testify . and be able to help the constituents whose issues usually with the contractor. as the real agencies   ONLY KNOW WHAT THE CABAL WISHES THEM TO KNOW.

    Then the agencies must have the right to spend their existing budget to do real internal audits of the control as once they did as well as criminal investigations which crimes are rampant all over after 15 year and conflicts of interest are staggering. The OIG COUNCIL  MEMBERS WHO TESTIFIED EARLIER HIS YEAR ARE  CORRECT. OUR RECORDS AND DATA ARE ALL BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY THIS CABAL AND NOT EVEN AN AGENCY HAS ACCESS TO ITS OWN AGENCY JUDGES REMAND ORDERS  IF THE CABAL DOES NOT WISH THEM TO BE SEEN..BY THEM.  .  The real government  is  not perfect,, but at least the RESTRICTION  TO NOT EVEN KNOW OR INVESTIGATE HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED BY CONGRESS. 

          AND THE WHISTLE BLOWER COMPLAINT PROGRAM IS A SHAM WHEN ONE FILES WITH THE CABAL ONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT AND ONE MIGHT BE EMPLOYED BY .   t   ITS STILL ILLEGAL TO IMPERSONATE A GOVERNMENT OFFICE OR OFFICIAL AND THEY HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO GET BY DOING THIS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.

     AND FEW EVEN IN THE  GOVERNMENT, OFTEN DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE NOT DEALING WITH A GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WHEN AN ORDER IS GIVEN OR INFO IS SHARED WITH NO DOCUMENTATION TO BACK IT UP   OF WHAT  TO DO  OR SHARE SOMETHING  ALL OF WHICH HAS BEEN VERY ILLEGAL OR FALSE  WAY TOO OFTEN.

       Rumor and gossip runs the whole now.. and many good people work for this cabal and are trained to pass on the rumor and gossip  and then all must do as they say..    Government  phone numbers, are rarely  answered by government  officials and are ordered not to give out their corporate name even..  .makes a mockery of fraud being taken seriously when the entity  committing the fraud is taking the complaints.  on it.  and that has occurred more than once.  .and reports never got docketed in in DC as they are to be , even those who are deemed to not be one of merit.

        Attached  is the linked Daily Recap plus the one of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS.. plus the evidence of the breach of security  for the nation of the Medicare system with no security  on it.. by this cabal owning it as sub contractor of the same entity ..   inside another....  who has been hacking the system since the COUP of 2002 for primary payers who do not wish to pay their legally obligated bills.. and that has been illegal since 1994 to alter an employer  bi weekly post.    In my case when three Medicare judges  ruled its accurate ...and altogether  this cabal under Lynn Blodgett whom all have to obey even if it not legal.. is in defiance of 38 agency federal judges in multiple  agencies  and the only reason there are not 138 is that his companies  prepare the hearing for most  first line agency judges and will not docket ours now for years as others get their and we do not..

  Same with civil rights complaints at HHS.. all under his control now.  and its goes on and on all over in other areas  ATTACHED is a copy of the redacted 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS ON ME.

      An unredacted copy is with our privacy releases with our own congressional delegation and they are unable to help as the issues are with the contracts and the gag order rules prevents  even life and death issues be helped..

       Our wish and hope is that you will help as the survival of people and the nation depends on this and its been going on for way too long.    WE, THE PEOPLE WANT TO HELP.. WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO FOR YOU ....TO END THIS HORRIBLE MESS. DECADES IN THE MAKING.
