This is a linked series back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system hacked worse than ever Since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted on a 6000 page e governing budget bill that overthrew the USA into the unfettered control of an international cabal of companies.. And most did not know that they were tricked by a few among them into doing so . and few know now what they did as they pass bad laws based on unverifiable facts and data as THEY VOTED THAT THERE IS NO INTERNAL AUDIT OF NON DOD CONTRACTORS NOR ANY CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND RECOMMENDATION FOR PROSECUTING AS THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO THIS DAY FROM SPENDING ONE PENNY FOR THIS.. no one to stop us from being robbed as no 'police' allowed to come.
Isolated appropriations bills over the year would have one aware enough to get it in for that particular expenditure. TARP HAD NONE ADDED IN IN 2008 AND THE MONEY DISAPPEARED TO THE BANKSTERS IN EUROPE. WHEN MANY IN CONGRESS THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE USED TO PUTTING PEOPLE BACK TO WORK REBUILDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE NATION'S ROADS ,BRIDGES,ETC .
The next trillion of the STIMULUS BILL had it for that money and the issues were not in where the money went, but few were ready to start building and things go built no longer needed and others badly needed did not due to the out dated concepts of the bill.. Local government and states were often not ready to actually get some money to spend of the people's own money?
Remember Katrina and the missing FEMA money that never showed up and do we know where it went to yet??
The COUP OF 2002 WAS IN EFFECT AND THE UNSCRUPULOUS WERE ALREADY GETTING THOSE FEDERAL CONTRACTS AND UNDERBIDDING FOR THEM AS THEY HAD DEALS TO STEAL ALREADY IN PLACE .
So much is well documented on this since the COUP of 2002, but OFFICIALLY IT HAS NOT BEEN AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO KNOW, STOP IT OR ARREST THIEVES WHO STEAL IN NON DOD CONTRACTORS.
Stealing a billion dollars a day from Medicare and stealing the id and claims info of Medicare card holders is not a defense or national security issue... IF THERE IS NO HEALTH CARE DOLLARS LEFT TO USE TO STAY ALIVE THAT IS NOT DEFENSE OR SECURITY ISSUES FOR THE NATION. PER CONGRESS. and one entity has now emerged from among the muck of the swamp with over 200 companies and illegal secret deal entities has now virtually ended good health care for the nation. and who is his boss is still more top secret than he is>>
THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY IS GOING BROKE as the whole is out of date for what is paid for and the rest is being stolen and scammed as data is shuffled on ancient systems to get more contracts and the whole is under the management control of one named head, Lynn Blodgett which only a few at the top even know the truth that MEDICARE IS NOT IN CONTROL OF MEDICARE AT ALL.. as the real government d has no control an No access to over see it... by the COUP OF 2002.
EVERY TIME I GO FOR MEDICARE CARE AND END UP IN S LARGE FACILITY , SOMEONE INFORMS ME OF THINGS GOING ON .
Specialists do not have patients to see, yet medical ethics say that many issues need the patient to see one for directions and to get tests or procedures done. YET OVER AT THE HOSPITAL SECTION BIG BUILDING IS GOING ON WHEN FEW PATIENTS EVER GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND STAY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS ANYMORE
With modern laser and other kinds of surgery , often one is in and out or even a heart transplant I knew of had surgery and back to work in a week... but THE BUILDING GOES ON WHEN WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED IN THE 21 ST CENTURY IS THAT 24/7 WALK IN CLINIC TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ISSUE IS AND GET THE RIGHT PILL OR SALVE TO TREAT OR OTHER TESTS RUN AND ONES OWN DOCTOR THEN DECIDES WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
But ones own doctor MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO WHAT MODERN MEDICAL TREATMENT STANDARDS SAY IS TO BE DONE AS THEIR MANAGERS UNDER LYNN BLODGETT 'S CABAL MAY NOT ALLOW IT.
START WITH THE MONEY AND STOP THE THEFTS FIRST BY THOSE ENTRUSTED TO SPEND IT IN THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS. . TIME TO PUT THE DOCTORS BACK IN CHARGE OF MEDICINE.. AS who went to school and has years of training and experience to know first hand what is really needed to be done and how it should be paid or in a just and fair manner.. .
Many have said all over and at all levels of the medical community that PART A MEDICARE MAKES NO COMMON SENSE IN THE 21ST CENTURY .. AS MOST HEALTH CARE TODAY IS PAID FOR FROM THE OTHER TAX MONEY PAID IN FOR PART B,. This is part of your FICA TAX OUT OF Everyone's PAY CHECK The money needs to be larger now for Part B, to see the doctor and get all those outpatient tests run to now what the doctor should medically do .
Yet year after year, CONGRESS DOES NOT ADDRESS THIS.. and the cabal in charge is getting to pick the fortune teller diagnosis over the way it is.. being a fortune teller an if wrong chance ITS EVEN WORSE FOR ALL. .... the cabal gets to more contracts to study the missed guesses .
THE WAY OUR GOOD MEDICAL COMMUNITY GETS PAID IS WHEN YOU SHOW UP TO GET MEDICAL CARE ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY ,, THEN YOU GUESS WHAT YOU HAVE.. BEFORE YOU EVEN HAVE HAD A TEST RUN OR MUCH OF AN EXAM
Fortune telling is illogical to running the 21st medicine. as all kinds of things might be wrong and often will not be known, until that blood is looked at or other medical matters. THAT BEFORE SOME KIND OF TESTING EVEN IFS ITS MANUAL ON HAND , FIRST HAND OF THE PATIENTS BY A DOCTOR.. not EVERY Side ACHE IS APPENDICITIS AND MAY BE WORSE THAN THAT OR LES. AND NOT EVERY LUNG ISSUES IS COPD.
And since 2008 , when Lynn Blodgett took over most state medical schools in the USA and state health systems to management when WE LUNG Patients OF ALL KINDS HAVE FOUND US LABELED AS COPD AND THIS CAN BE DANGEROUS AS WE ALL DO NOT GET THE SAME KIND OF MEDICINES .. FORTUNE TELLING NON MEDICAL MANAGERS KNOW THAT IF THEY LUMP US ALL IN ONE CATEGORY THEN THE ODDS OF A BIGGER PAY OUT IS REAL TO GET MORE OF THAT PART A MEDICARE MONEY TO BUILD MORE BUILDINGS WITH LESS PERCENTAGE OF PATIENT EVER GOING TO USE THEM by 21st treatment standards. S
Maybe they may end up being the new nursing homes? but even there with modern method's more and more can remain in their own homes or assisi3ed living apartments ROOMBA's have eliminated the need to push a heavy vacuum cleaner for one example and can be on the BIRTHDAY , MOTHERS DAY OR CHRISTMAS LIST TO GET FOR ONE GETTING UNABLE TO DO ALL THE REGULAR KIND OF HOUSE WORK ANYMORE.. Think of what a microwave has done to reduce time to prepare a meal in a generation.?
And why isn't our doctors and nurses allowed to be paid for a phone or Skype call to advise us of test results or follow up on a medical matter??
CONGRESS IS OFTEN THIRTY YEARS OUT OF DATE PAYING FOR HEALTH CARE AND THIS CABAL OF CONTROL IS NOT WANTING TO CHANGE AS THEY ARE GAINING THE PROFITS AND USING THE OUT DATED SYSTEMS TO SEAL DIRECTLY FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND. and its not the only area of the Non DOD agencies.
This was not found out in 2010 under the Health care major change then and only gave more mother to be skimmed and scammed and stolen on an old model WITH NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IF MONIES WERE YET BEING STOLEN AND NO WAY TO STOP REAL THEFTS GOING ON THAT END UP AS OVER PAYMENTS ONES HEIRS INHERIT EVEN IF YOU DO NOT KNOW IT HAPPENED TO YOU
This stealing and hacking of millions of dollars on one patient alone DOES NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR CREDIT ACCOUNTS AS ITS HIDDEN FROM THAT.. An easy waiver to get from SSA for it. but the same entity over there hacking away will not let one be process to cover up their crimes.
If Congress does not act we may not have any medical community left to pay! and where will all those well people and members of Congress go to when they get sick or injured or wish to know if that lump is cancer or not.??
I am sharing from my own personal documentation and records.. BUT HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS IN AGENCIES HAVE WRITTEN AND APPEARED IN HEARING BEGGING CONGRESS TO ALLOW THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS AND SAVE THE USA. AND PUBLIC TREASURY .
This is not just in health care totally under this cabal.. not.. but all over in one area after another and THIS IS NOT NATIONAL DEFENSE AND IS NOT TO BE STOPPED.
The only reason DOD is/was covered is a separate budget and even if one did not care for what Se of Defenses Rumsfeld did in wars we got into .. HE DID HAVE THE SENSE TO KNOW TO FIND OUT WHERE THE MONEY IS AND MAKE SURE SOME KIND OF OVER SIGHT OFFICIALLY EXISTED.. IN HIS BUDGETS
Too mad the other agency in all areas of the government did not do the same all these years. and massive suffering in a real AMERICAN SILENT HOLOCAUST HAS GONE ON..

and these over payments that your heirs inherit you have never been informed you have and even if you do happen to fin out can not get an easy waiver over at SSA as that cabal will not allow one to be given to be processed since 2005 when SSA AGREED TO DO THEM FOR MEDICARE PATIENTS.
And your goo doctor and others in the medical community can have their bank accounts rained without due warning as they sign up with the cabal , not wit the real government to get the money and THE CABAL HAS FRAMED THEM FOR GETTING 17 PAYMENTS PER CLAIM AND DIVERTING ? .. AND IN OUR CASE, A HACK ON A HACK GOES ON DEFYING THREE MEDICARE JUDGES AS THEY ARE NOT UNDER THE LAWS OF OUT LAND OF THE USA...
AS ONE PAYMENT IS NOT EVEN LEGAL UNLESS IT LABELED A CONDITIONAL PAYMENT AND IS SENT FOR RECOVERY TO THE CONTRACTOR STEALING AND HACKING AD SUB CONTRACTOR NOW HACKING AND CREATING THE 17 PAYS PER CLAIM ON AN ANCIENT SYSTEMS THAT LIMITS TO 17 A PAGE AN THEN ITS LIKE SETTING UP A NEW WEB SITE. I never programmed one but did use them decades ago. .HUMANS ARE THE SECURITY AND FIREWALL S AS THERE IS NONE OTHER
Insiders reports its a spike in outflow of a billion dollars a day since 10/6/16 and CONGRESS ILL NOT ALLOW IT TO BE STOPPED AND NO PRESIDENT CAN DO ANYTHING EITHER AS THE GATE TO THE SWAMP IS LOCKED BY CONGRESS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
BUT IF THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT HAD THE RULE OF LAW AS ONCE IT DID BEFORE THE COUP OF 2002 THERE WOULD BE DAILY ARRESTS OF THOSE INVOLVE IN ALL KINDS OF ILLEGAL ACTS INCLUDING MASSIVE THEFTS FROM MEDICARE. The work would go on as most of those who work for this cabal , do not know they are being ordered to use hacked system and made up rules and laws to follow.. On my own social security number I have the four possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders) of A,M,T,TA. but as a spouse on my husband's number I have more that have little to do with my benefits category at SSA.. as there is no security on this offline system being used merged into the cyber cloud and puts the whole in a meltdown.. with two sets of info as to whom is to be billed. the official post from my employer that is illegal to hack or alter since 1994 and the bogus one on the second screen being soled for big money to the medical community.. Currently the only way for the real government to know what is going on is for the individual patients to get their own records of the thefts and share them with them... and I am doing so ..
On my husband's social security number I have the following : B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6
1-800 Medicare *General Dynamics is the only one that has the whole except no one has the Part D free for all paid by Lynn Blodgett for all insurers now and can only assume its gong out at 17 pays per claim.. Most of their call centers had a phone menu that can verify the phony number is active and verify a claim paid on it.. An Agency can order a temporary entitlement letter to prove that the system is illegally being used stealing your id and claims info and getting you and heirs overpaid .. and get that to whomever you think might be persuaded to help in Congress as it starts with them. to whatever you choose to do .. as its your free will .
THEY CANNOT PERSONA LY HELP AS THEY HAVE ALSO AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULE TO NOT MENTION CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY AND that is where the issues is.. INSIDE THE HACKING CONTRACTOR USING SYSTEM THAT ARE NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYERS, , US , PAID FOR

President Trump is it time for a nonprofit to take over for this for profit international cabal or have much more of the work brought back into the real government where it mostly used to be done.?

I did not get calls made as went to Dallas to deal with some medical issues.. and not feeling well when got home and hope more tests show nothing new seriously wrong but everyone is worried about cancer, and want to make sure its not, and so do I... of course .but I personally have no reason to think its the issue..,, as I have had smaller cysts show up since injured and removed but not cancerous.. Just what happens when ones mucous membrane protective covering gets burned off.
And no reason one could not occur more internally and not be able to feel it from the outside.
I will let you know more when I know.. but in the meantime, will keep on documenting the overthrown of he USA and my personally struggle for health care and all the info that the medical community should be able to be listened to by Congress, but I will pass on what others have shared and often never know their names and nothing top secret. so the billion dollars a day can be stolen by the cabal in control .
