This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when I found the Medicare system hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted (most got tricked) to overthrow the USA into the virtual control of an international cabal of government contracts . The passed an unconstitutional gag order so that none on Congress could mention, contact or have a contractor testify ; as they continued pretending we had a government in charge of the government
Except for isolated areas of the USA from local to federal as much of local and state government deals with federally funded programs and have relied in the past on the feds to do internal audits and criminal investigations and that ended in the COUP OF 2002 AS NO EXISTING BUDGET COULD BE USED FOR THEM AS WE BEGAN TO BE ROBBED
The US Department of Defense got it left in their budget bill and over the years at times there are criminal prosecutions of a illegally acting contractor. . and the right to audit remains.. but being in wars and so much contracting its not really been enough.. Also, some appropriations bills have had it in there for ONLY THE MONIES IN THAT BILL.... And Senator Sanders got it in the VA Bill when he was Chairman of the committees and some arrests have been made, but not many for the massive deaths that have occurred as the monies went ?? This is not one party or another as common sense is we should not be robbed and truth is needed to even know what to debate as to how to solve the nation's problems and make sure we are not robbed of monies and rights in getting the job done.
And in the last week we have seen some contractors under this prosecuted.. And have linked these.. BUT NONE FOR OTHERS AREAS OF THE USA SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AS MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF THE People's MONEY HAVE BEEN STOLEN FROM INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS BY THOSE WHO OWN THEM AND its TOP SECRET WHO IS REALLY IN CHARGE AS THEY HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO IMPERSONATE THEY ARE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AND A CONTRACTORS SAY THEY ARE THE GOVERNMENT SINCE TH COUP OF 2002 AND THAT IS ILLEGAL.
Real government employer are still under the laws and their work can be audits to make sure they are doing it legally and as the agency says its to be done upholding the rights of the people and nation as well NO SUCH LAWS OR RULES APPLY TO GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THAT IS CRUCIAL WHEN DEALING WITH THEM TO KNOW.
IF SOMETHING IS ILLEGALLY DONE ONE CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT A REAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE BUT THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO ABOUT A CONTRACTOR SINCE THE COUP OF THE 2002.. AS THERE IS NO ONE TO MAKE THEM OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND , THEIR CONTRACT TERMS NOR 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES IN MY CASE.
Most of the people ones deals with on those government call center phone numbers are decent folk from among us but they have to do as told and often their training is not legally correct as its part of the cover up to mislead them to mislead others as I have shared in detail what is really found on that .
NO ONE IN THE OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT IS ALLOWED TO KNOW AND IN TURN CONGRESS PASSES LAWS BASED ON FALSE DATA ND RECORDS AND WE HAVE A COLLAPSE OF THE USA WITH MASSIVE SUFFERING AND LOSSES AT THE WHIM OF THIS CABAL TO DO AS THEY PLEASE. AS OUR ELECTED LEADERS HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER THEM AS THEY GAVE IT UP IN THE COUP OF 2002 AND THEN WILL NOT ALLOW THEMSELVES TO TALK ABOUT IT AND SINCE THEY CANNOT CONTACT THEM SO..... usually your member of Congress cannot help us, as once they could and often did and were popular with us as they served the people. when we have issues as the issues are inside the contractors, by the cabal under the Named head by the few at the top who know whom they have to obey.
And that even includes presidents and cabinet Secretary as not even a president can do much WHEN THE GATE TO THE SWAMP IS LOCKED SINCE THE COUP OF 2002... TO CLEAN OUT CORRUPTIONS AS THE ONE NAMED BY MANY HIGH LEVEL OFFICIAL IN WRITING AND VERBALLY IS THE HEAD OF THE USA NOW . LYNN BLODGETT AND HIS BOSS IS EVEN MORE TOP SECRET who is interconnected to the whole in a web of shell companies and illegal secret partnerships and all kinds of conflicts of interest . exist that would not be allowed it the COUP OF 2002 HAD NOT OCCURRED.
THIS IS THE DEEP STATE AS SOME ARE NOW CALLING IT AND IT WAS VOTED INTO POWER BY THE US CONGRESS IN THE E GOVERNING BUDGET BILL OF 6000 PAGES ALTERED BEFORE VOTED ON AND MOST HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY VOTED ON AND FEW STILL DO NOT KNOW and too may think its a courtesy to have that self imposed gag order.. even when the USA IS BEING ROBBED AND CONSTITUENTS SIGN PRIVACY RELEASES THAT GIVE THEM THE LEGAL RIGHT TO FIND THE PERSONAL GOVERNMENT FILES AND DATA. AND CANNOT HELP AS THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO DO SO AS THE CONTRACTOR CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE EVEN IF THEY STEAL ID AND CLAIMS AND RUN UP MASSIVE OVER PAYMENTS USING ILLEGAL UNSECURED SYSTEMS and entrapping the medical community into illegal billing who also are overpaid and subject to having their bank accounts taken by him. etc. as he signs them us and has their info.
LIVES, HEALTH AND LIVELIHOODS HAVE BEEN LOST AND AS THE GREED AND CONTROL INCREASED GETS WORSE AND WORSE TO THE POINT THAT OUR ELECTED LEADERS ARE AFRAID OF THE PEOPLE .. and will not even hold TOWN MEETINGS ARE EVEN TRY TO HELP ANYMORE.

EVIL WINNING . as the only way for Congress to know what is going on is for the individuals and entity to get what they can of their cabal contract controlled records and share it with them to know what is really going on .
EVERY BILL HAS TO ADDRESS THE COUP OF 2002. And to do that means that each bill that spends money in some way and all do MUST INCLUDE AN OVER RIDE OF THE COUP OF 2002 LAW.. AND SAY THAT EXISTING BUDGET MAY BE USED FOR INTERNAL AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS OF THAT PARTICULAR LAW.
Why would Congress even put a bill together that excludes the right to protect the USA. from being robbed by those from within that haven authority to get and spend the money and then may not do so legally ??

and over payments your heirs inherit and the cabal controlled SSA will not allow one waiver request to be processed by the LAW OF THE COUP OF 2002.. as one claim is turned in to 17 and the monies diverted all but one from the bank account of the good doctor, etc. who can have their account taken for the FRAME UP .. and the same applies for the victims ho do not even have to know they are being robbed and covered up massively ... today I found the cover up gotten much worse ...

and not know it stealing in your name. inside the cabal contractors? and no security on an ancient system being used to access the money being sent out.. and diverted?? IN our case , even one payment is illegal as Medicare has never been primary and this hacking has been going on illegal by the company hired to be upholding the law and their corporate making illegal deals with insurers, etc. to hack and make Medicare preachy when ones employer posts bi weekly its not... .and CONGRESS KNOWS NOTHING AS THEY PASSED THE COUP OF 2002 TO NOT KNOW. . but illegal to alter an employer post since 1994.... .
As of 10/7/16, the medical commit is paying big monies to access a system that is bogus and not always the real info it has hidden ones workers comp and primary employer plans.. and then went to massive multiple thefts. and this time. unlike a few years ago ,, its not just one claims paying contractor or one region.. but across the board as some have indicated . and insiders say a billion dollars a day spike in outflow from the Medicare trust fund BUT NO ONE ALLOWED TO GET IN AND FIND OUT DUE TO THE COUP OF 2002.. and Medicare is just one agency like this but its one of the easiest to steal from with no oversight as one claim become 17 and massive amounts of claims through every day on nearly 60 million card holders.
BUDGET CUTS HAVE TO BE DONE TO MAKE UP THEFT LOSSES WHEN BUSINESS WOULD BE HIRING SECURITY TO CATCH THE THIEVES , AND IN THIS CASE THE ONES IN CHARGE ARE THE THIEVES. AND CONGRESS WILL NOT PROTECT WHAT WE DO HAVE IN THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND EVERY DAY MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF FICA TAXES ARE PAID BY WORKERS GOING RIGHT IN THERE AND BEING STOLEN FROM US. . On my own social security number I have the 4 possible suffixes (prefixes for railroaders ) of A,M,T,TA. Dozens of possible categories exist for a spouse.. AND THIS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ONE REAL CATEGORY AT SSA ITS A RUSE TO MAKE IT LOOK LEGAL ONLY.
On my husband's social security number I have B,B2,B6,D,D4,D6,E,E1,TB,TD,TE,W,W6.
1-800 Medicare (General Dynamics) call center phone menus can verify if a phony claim number exist and if a claim was paid on that and he others. And an agent can then send you proof that the system is hacked by ordering a temporary entitlement letter. to give any one you choose to try and get this stopped ITS YOUR OVERPAYMENT AND LEGAL TO HAVE AS THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT TO STOP IT. YOU JUST CANNOT GO GET 17 LAB TESTS FOR ONE as the claims say you are getting or office visits. etc.
I have shared these with HHS OIG fraud line but THEY CANNOT ACT UNTIL CONGRESS LETS THEM. It is good enough for a search warrant if there was a government allowed to ask a judges for one. I am also sending a redacted copy that only shows the last couple of numbers of the SSN's to members of Congress and my own Congressional delegation has the unredacted copy but until they get rid of that gag order rule they cannot help stop it either
I have three Medicare Judges being defied that says even one pay is to be paid conditionally and recovered and the recovery units are blocked from doing so by the hacked systems since 10/16 and was since 1/06 as the system is rigged to only use the date of injury as the date one got Part A Medicare when a letter asking an insurer or US DOL to repay money and they are not even getting the letters as the cabal is giving their address and covering up the crimes when they do get out HAS TO SHOW THE REAL DATE WHICH FOR ME IS 1/10/89 AND ALREADY HAVE PERMANENT MEDICAL at FECA FOR 23 YEARS AND NOW EVEN HE RIGHT TO BREATHE IS BEING OBSTRUCTED BY THE CABAL WHO TOOK CONTROL OF OURS IN 2002 AND ALL WORKERS COMP CONTROL NOW UNDER HIS CABAL IN THE LAST FEW YEARS AND OVER 50% AND UP TO 75% of approved bills being illegally dumped onto Medicare which often does not give a good a coverage as ones workers comp as it can try more experimental things as the liability is with them. .and they are to approve it. considering that.

This was horrible today It took 3 calls to get what I did from the agent but the phone menu verified three of the phony numbers in there active today and paying claims.
I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOW BEING INSTRUCTED TO ONLY GIVE THE BOGUS INFO CREATED BY THE HACKERS AND NOT TO SAY WHAT HAPPENED OT THE POSTINGS FROM OUR EMPLOYERS.
We have a modern cyber cloud with our employers more secured posts and they are only able to hide that screen of info .. but the benefits remain open and not terminated.. but show a deleted or updated and some are being told its a terminated until they look and no such is seen and then it upsets them even more as hey KNOW THEY HAVE GOTTEN LIES FOR TRAINING but cannot be open and not terminated. a so they are being lied to big time on this by their managers whom one did not deny that they work for the MEDICARE HACKERS UNDER LYNN BLODGETT. in one of his companies ...

There was some phone issues and one said she could not hear me.. so I spoke louder which the exertion causes angina and even got two phones and put on speaker phones and then she began to defame me and say I was ranting and screaming at her an her and NOTHING OF THE SORT WAS TRUE..
MY OPINION : She was doing everything she could not to tell me what my own records showed and then would have to file a fraud reports as they are being told to do ..... but some must be getting retaliated against when they discover a record like mine and some have said they are finding them..
This is already millions stolen stealing my own id and claims info as there was $ 4 million before and this time a supervisor spent over two hours with me and verified that they went back to when they last got stopped by not renewing a contract as this call center owned then by Vangent , then had helped document and get the hard copies in as the one thing the real government can do is not renew a contract or cancel one. but THEY HAVE TO HAVE EVIDENCE AND GROUP HEALTH INC OF NY WHICH OWNS THE SYSTEM AND OUR RECORDS AND SUB CONTRACTOR THE CABAL THEY TAKE ORDERS FROM .. IS NOW EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL OF NY. and ignores the law, judges and contract terms for 15 years now.
THE DEFAMATION I FACED TODAY IS HOW THEY GET BY WITH THIS AS THEY DEFAME THE CHARACTER OF THE WITNESS. AND THIS IS TERRIBLE DISCRIMINATION OF AN OLD, DISABLED WOMAN AND THAT PROGRAM IS DEFUNCT AS LYNN BLODGETT GETS TO CONTROL THE POSTING OF THE COMPLAINTS THERE AND NO CIVIL RIGHTS ALLOWED AGAINST A CONTRACTOR.. and government contractors are not under the HIPPAA LAWS.
Government employees are not either. but hare are under a very strict privacy laws of 1974 etc. which is as strict.. but they have no record to protect.. as there is no one allowed to protect our rights and our records and stop the stealing in our names
I only got the basic.info today and finally did get the confirmation of the hiding of the open not terminated two primary from the medical community and any needed the system to pay claims with but she would not give me the dates which is usually 10/6/16 as THE BI WEEKLY HACK DOES NOT LEAVE A DATE.
CONGRESSMAN BRADLEY BYRNE SITS ON THE HOUSE RULES COMMITTEE AND HOPE HE CAN HELP GET RID OF THE GAG ORDER. most of his committees are with defense and he may not realize what happened with the rest of the government as they were smart enough not to give up oversight and allow their contractors to do as they please. even though some is not enough but at least DOD HAS THE RIGHT TO OVER SEE THEIR CONTRACTORS but the rest of the USA has no protection of our monies or records and no way to find out if illegal actions are being done. as the security breach itself WOULD HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO SHUT THIS DONE MONTHS AGO WHEN DISCOVERED WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE CONTRACT WITH GHI YEARS AGO IF THEY DID NOT STOP HACKING /
