And its not designed as the taxpayer paid for with necessary security and vulnerable to embezzlement from inside the unaccountable contractors. which the real government has no budget to get inside and check things out to make sure its designed to prevent the thieves who had had an illegal bail our form the insurance industry since the COUP OF 2002 when Congress voted to defund internal audits and criminal investigation of government contractors.         I am physically exhausted but our medical care is being obstructed over what is going on and when Medicare pays and is not the primary payer heirs inherit the over payment if the claims are not labeled as a CONDITIONAL PAYMENTS AND SENT TO THE RECOVERY CONTRACTORS TO GO GET THE MONEY BACK AND LOTS OF DUE PROCESS LETTERS GO TO AND FRO
  If this is done, then one can get legal help as they can get 1/3 of the collected money for their legal fees. But with out cooperation form the government contractors doing the needed due process as they are being well paid to do . , the case can be 2 million in expense for an attorney .  and most  individual patients do not have even have that amount to collect . ours is @$6 million counting the 4 million stolen by this illegal off line embezzlement   And the doctor, etc. can be fined and penalized for being tricked into letting their billing service not filing is as a conditional payment. appeals are currently pending at some level  on every clams back to when I first had Medicare.. and family on my Blues did also.  THERE IS NO LAW ALLOWING A CLASS ACTION OR EVERY ATTORNEY IN THE COUNTY WOULD BE SIGNING MILLIONS UP TO GO COLLECT THE MONEY  IF RECOVERY WOULD DO ITS JOB ..  Legal help would be available if they would just do this on individual cases like ours..
     Few even know what this is and some insiders say there is trillions of dollars that the insurance industry owes back to Medicare as they have been allowed with illegal secret deals to get out of paying when they are the primary payer. To the point of hacking the system and altering want ones employer posts for ones employment status and insurance coverage ..  Even if Congress passed Medicare for all the skulduggery would not end with some  liability insurers using every dirty deal to get out of paying and those can be big money if is a massive disaster like a chemical plant blowing up in a town etc.
    My bi weekly post to the Medicare system (Common Working File)  comes from the US Department of Labor personnel office. as that is mine officially when a federal employer goes out on workers comp Its a very secured system and I already have had permanent 100% medical due to FECA putting me on home liquid oxygen 23 years ago. before I even moved to this area of the country .
A 1988 labor law that was passed to protect the lives and rights  of injured workers with an established case and life threatening medical needs in situations just like mine. . Never foreseeing the day when there would be no government in control of the ones in control of the programs, an international cabal that in the last 2 years has taken over the processing of [ and control of all injured workers in the   whole USA with contracts with insurance companies   NO FAULT HEALTH INSURANCE MIGHT GET ALL THE NEEDED CARE?  BUT SAFETY ISSUES WHO WATCHES OUT FOR THAT?
                       CYBER CLOUD CATCHES THE THIEVES AND 'CRASHES?'
Every one is being told they have to bill electronically but the field to do so as a conditional payment is missing.. and they have to ask for a waiver for a paper claims.  THE MANAGER AT NOVITIS FINALLY FOUND OUT THE INFO BUT CMS HAS STILL NOT SENT OUT A PRESS RELEASE  TO ALL MEDICAL BILLERS AND DOCTORS, ETC. AS TO WHAT TO DO ... AFTER MONTHS OF SOME GOING IN CIRCLES  TRYING TO GET PAID.
with CLEARLY MARKED RECORDS THAT ONES EMPLOYER IS POSTING AND NOT TO TOUCH AND THE WORKERS WERE LIED TO THAT THE SYSTEM WOULD NOW BLOCK A POST, IT WILL NOT AND THEY KNEW IT? AT THE TOP OF THE PARENT COMPANY EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL FORMERLY GROUP HEALTH OF NY WHO HAS OWNED THE MEDICARE SYSTEM  AND NOW ALL OF OUR MEDICAL DATA SINCE 1999.

  They  HAVE GONE IN AND HACKED MY RECORDS ON 10/18/16 AND ON 10/25/15 WHEN I WW AS CHECKING OUT AT A DOCTOR THE SYSTEM WAS IN MELTDOWN. AS YOU CAN GO BACK AND READ.. AND THEN I BEGAN CHECKING ,, ALL THOUGHT IT WOULD STRAIGHTEN  OUT WHEN THE BI WEAKLY POST CAME FROM MY EMPLOYER on 11/8/16... AND they ran the illegal software program with the new system and now there is two posts in the cyber cloud at war with each other trying to post and its not the same in various parts of the country  a the same time frames. And even on my own my medicare.gov has changes. changes going on  through out the day and many are not learning that can see it what theft by hacking is like when its down by the owners of the companies they work for.
   Good people inside are finding out just what the real world is like even at the top of their companies .
                I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that the post next week will not be hacked by this illegal software programs that changing anything on patients' records when an employer posts violates their CMS contract. If they think the employer is doing something wrong then they can file a complaint with the justice department .. 3 Medicare Judges have ruled, on the employer info  after real verification that its correct. And recovery unit is to get their work done and redo the work you had done that Lynn Blodgett illegally had you destroy..    SORRY CNA INSURANCE COMPANY YOUR CLIENT IS NEGLIGENT. ????

MEDICARE COORDINATION OF BENEFITS PHONE NUMBER NOT WORKING THIS AM SO I CALLED 1-800 MEDICARE AND MORE CLAIMS HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY PAID   but I may not know for sure until I get my copy of the recovery   letter sent to the primary  or not from the recovery unit. FROM THIS HACK AND NOW MORE APPEALS AND DOCTORS, ETC. IN TROUBLE UNLESS they are sent on over to recovery .. maybe they did and we are all OK> but once hacked the payments will go on through and not get labeled and sent.  The system should let every one know if they were or not. If they where than I should be getting a copy of the recovery letter and would know.. NO REASON  THAT THE SYSTEM CANNOT DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY   
         We pay contractors to reshuffle data they do not even receive  to shuffle when the free labor of machines should be dong a lot of this.  I pray that the  billing services  did not let it go right on through without being a paper claims. as the provider call centers trained by Lynn Blodgett et all. are being lied to repeatedly for years and passing on bad info to our good doctors etc.  services etc. they believe them and not the training info that all can access from CMS. I have been slandered and defamed all by this cabal of Lynn Blodgett et al   but 38 federal agency judges in multiple agencies back me up ,, against this international cabal and are ignored and defied.
      When the system is offline then anyone inside a claims payer can access and embezzle and @ 4 million was stolen a few years ago using my claims and if and turning them into multiples by creating 16 phony Medicare payments. from my and Doyle's ssn's..  
         But on 10/25/16 we now know that the system will take any letter and 9 numbers. as it went on through the new clearing house of Lynn Blodgett control ?? and gave a bogus number to the doctor.. OUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS HAVE SPENT BILLIONS GETTING THIS ACCESS TO BILL AND GETTING BOGUS INFO .. I THINK IT SHOULD BE FREE AND MONITORED TO PROTECT OUR INFO ... but its not under the hippaa law as its a government contractor that is running things Our insurance companies are also now unaccountable government  contractors and there are the things that could be fixed in the new health laws and Congress will not even do this.
Some want to but the insurcne lobby is bigger and more powerful than the people..... or have we just not shown we are POWERFUL AS THE US CONSTITUTION GIVES US THE POWER IF WE VOTE. MORE DID THIS TIME,  BUT STILL NOT 95% ... to show all  that WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE BOSS. stop stealing our money .
The 1-800 Medicare lady who was very nice, said there was Medicare primary (hacked) and Blues on there with an update on 10/6/16 . that was a fax from a CMS person that after a decade of employment  has no idea what the laws are ? and seems to have no desire to know and finally the contractor  used his fax as authority to hack the system and delete my workers comp and make Medicare primary to my Blues  and had to take the system off line to  hack the Workers comp that has never been hacked since the COUP of 2002  and the melt down began.
Both the active duty and workers comp as permanent benefits were on there and the hack to delete. MELTDOWN
I then talked to Medicare coordination of Benefits. subsidiary of former Group Health and she had differing info.. in the OHIO? call center
She showed Federal blues was primary from date of entitlement  to part A medicare until 2/28/2010/ I turned 65 in 3/10// Age discrimination! Nothing changes at 65 and she saw no workers comp even listed. and NO BLUES after age 65. A new group of call centers around the country are now learning that one cannot believe  everything one sees on a computer screen just as one cannot belief everything  published in print either.. CHECK IT OUT for yourself.
 
            I got switched to a supervisor and SHE HAD BEEN TOLD THAT NO ONE COULD ACCESS A RECORDS THAT IS BLOCKED AND DID NOT EVEN KNOW THAT MEANT AN EMPLOYER IS POSTING AND NO ONE IS TO CHANGE IT AND NOW THE CYBER CLOUD IS GOING TO WAR WITH THEM FOR DOING SO . (the new defamation of me gong on when they were all told and knew it was the employer post.)  She could not believe that some one in her company headquarters  in NY actually hacked the system and was not aware that since 4/09 soon after the bi weekly [post form my employer and others, the ran an illegal software programs and used to delete my blues as I is off to day , yet 1-800 Medicare] shows is with but effective 8/1/2004
Medicare coordination of benefits supposedly is the one giving the info direct to the clearing house and all of our medical providers are getting only Medicare ??? mine got something bizarre that was completely made up by some human.
     A few days ago it was very different there. when there is a hack, there is no updates or transaction dates to show that a change has been made at all. and when.. it just refers to some actual input at some time in the past and that cyber cloud goes back before even 1999...
But 1-800 Medicare is getting something different ?/ they also show claims paid for the last year.. and are accessing what the claims payers get. Medicare Coordination of benefits does not get this at all. and they never had a records of the 16 phony numbers. even though 1-800 Medicare was able  to generate entitlement letters to each and mail them to me.
I called the Senate committee that is over Medicare and shared my concern of IMMINENT DANGER  OF MASSIVE AMOUNTS  OF DOLLARS OF MEDICARE COULD BE GETTING LOOTED OUT OF THE SYSTEM NOW BEFORE PRESIDENT TRUMP IS ABLE TO DO ANYTHING TO 'DRAIN THE SWAMP' OF THESE THIEVES HELPING THEMSELVES ... ON THEIR WAY OUT OF THE COUNTRY? AND ALSO ISSUES OF THE INSECURITY  and hacking AT SSA WITH THE SAME CABAL OF LYNN BLODGETT OVER THERE..and how without any audit controls no way to stop embezzlement over there that we caught at times over the years from inside.. most are good honest people... but a few among us can be tempted to steal if there is no one watching out o make sure is does not happen. AND SHE DID TAKE MY NAME AND NUMBER AND WEB SITE.

On my medicare .gov, there is multiple postings for Fed Blues and each one is not what came farm my employer as its not the way that post is worded The workers comp is on the Medicare Secondary Payer page but some numbers nowhere like any FECA ID>
SURPRISE ITS SHOWING THE CURRENT POST FOR BLUES AS THE PRIMARY PAYER EFFECTIVE 8/1/2004.. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE  INFO CAME FROM ... the only thing I can guess is that that date is  the time when they had regulatory permission to go offline on the system .. BUT IF ONE IS WORKING ON THE SYSTEM  PROGRAMMING CHANGES THEN THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME MONITORING TO PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE DATA.    This permission has been used repeatedly  to hack and alter .. instead  Lynn Blodgett's management firm at Fed Blues ahs called in to Group health  subsidiary with  so many fake retirement dates over the years and they keep trying to post also from the Cloud   
      Many DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE  INSURERS. BUT ANY ONE COULD BE IN A CAR OR OTHER ACCIDENT AND YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FILE A CLAIMS FOR THEM TO PAY AND IF YOUR CLAMS ARE NOT IDENTIFIED AS CONDITIONALLY PAID ALL ALONG THE WAY TO GET THE MONDY PAID BACK TO MEDICARE THEN YOU AND YOUR HEIRS OWE THE MONEY.
I have read of some being tricked into settlements not knowing that the first one to be paid is MEDICARE. AND YOU ONLY GET THE REST TO USE FOR OTHERS OWED MONEY .
Mail came and one of Doyle's doctor is still going in circles not paid since 6/16/ and the billing people did not know what a conditional payment is but was aware of doing a paper claims. I am concerned about no medical care as that is the evil intents of what is going on when Lynn Blodgett is quoted as saying Let her die on me. and his past actions as reported on here and put in wring also by high level government officials who can do nothing as Congress will not let them. I finally got to a supervisor and encourage him to call the manager at Novatis that pays the Part B Claims and repeated what she had found out.. She seemed to be a nice lady and wanted to help...
Then I left a message at the Medicare advisory counsel as THIS INSECURITY ON THE SYSTEM WHICH THE THIEVES ARE AWARE OF COULD BE LOOTING THE FINAL DOLLARS OUT OF MEDICARE RIGHT NOW.. AND CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT TO ALLOW THE IT PEOPLE GET IN. Homeland security was supposedly in there to check for possible terrorism ,, but this has been inside and just our own USA thieves involved all along??? As soon as they walked out the door? the games began again. to help themselves?? and cause chaos in the cyber cloud that is fighting back.
The CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW FOR MEDICARE IS THE UNDERPINNING LAW THAT MAKES THE WHOLE INSURANCE INDUSTRY BEHAVE. NOT JUST IN HEALTH CARE.
AND THEY NEVER LIKE IT AS THEY HAD TO OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND...
Personally , I think it was a bad choice for congress and HHS TO GIVE CONTROL OF THIS LAW TO A HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY ... AS ITS A HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
Once of upon a time the claims payers, which are insurance company subsidiaries , and who used to have internal audits , etc. to make sure all the laws and rules were being obeyed would work to help and then give the cases to us and I and others would sign off on them to go to the US Attorney for collection actions and if warranted criminal charges. etc.
THAT ACT USUALLY GOT COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW REAL FAST!
Until the evil one is bound up in this world, some will be tempted to do wrong and seal and harm others. and we have to have some basic rules to live by so that those who harm can be stopped by a legal system that is just and fair. THERE IS NOTHING FAIR AND JUST ABOUT AN INTERNATIONAL  CABAL ALLOWED TO RUN ROUGHSHOD OVER THE USA UNFETTERED BY ANY LAW. OR OVERSIGHT. TRASHING OUR RIGHTS AND STEALING OUR PUBLIC MONIES LEAVING US WITH OVERPAYMENT TO THE GOVERNMENT FOR OUR HEIRS TO INHERIT.
     Protesters in the streets;  your EFFORTS ARE NEEDED PROTECTING THIS NATION AND ASSETS  AS WHAT IS GOING ON OUR CASES IS GOING ON NATIONWIDE ALL OVER AND WE K THE PEOPLE CAN ONLY DOCUMENT WHAT IS GOING ON  YOUR OWN data and loved ones..  AND GET IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE LEADERS WE ELECTED TO STOP THIS LAWLESSNESS.   Something the Bible says would occur in the end times. before we change and have a thousand years of evil bound up to not tempt such wrongs be done .
