I may write about terms some have never heard of and they are explained in the prior posts and its the reason I began this blog back in 12/08 when a file at a Medicare contractor unsecured resulted in a 4 million dollar theft by sealing my ID and claims and one claims paying contractor creating 16 phony Medicare claim numbers and taking the money from the Medicare trust fund that belongs to the people of the USA. 500 named witnesses documented this and nothing could be done as Congress took away the funding in the COUP of 2002 to stop it or any other wrong doing inside a government contractors with the exception of the DOD and Senator Bernie Sanders got it back in the VA a few years ago. when he chaired the VA Committee.
Since the Coup of 2002 no budget from Congress to do an internal audits of a contractor in the government nor a criminal investigation and the SEC is defunded to not be able to prevent one entity of an international cabal having dictatorial powers over the USA. and each and every one of us by act of congress and most did not know they even voted for this and that they are not in control and the real government is not either.
Senator Lankford's office just got admission of verification that the real government has no records of anything pending nor of what is really going on inside the contractors and I was really upset as they cannot do anything unless they get permission from the state head? to do an investigation.. what I have been doing since 2002. as the system is in meltdown with the official posting from my federal personnel office and the illegal software program the contractor runs to facilitate the theft of Medicare by primary payers being allowed to make up fake info and move my primary payers to secondary , etc. The process inside congress for anyone to even help is prohibitive to solve disasters going on right now. One more obstruction in a 'rigged' system to allow an international cabal to the themselves to the people's money
Medicare can only pay legally and not have patients and medical providers overpaid if its done as a conditional payment which gets the issue to the recovery contractor to get the money back and I have remand orders from 3 judges to have them get all the due process letters sent out so a civil suit can be filed and get about 6 million dollars back an self and family who have Medicare cards and Fed Blues is primary for them. Since 1/06 the easy field to click and do all this electronically was removed.
THE EXPENSIVE NEW SYSTEM STILL IS INSECURE TO FACILITATE THEFTS. But no one can check from the real government to know this is not the system that the taxpayer paid for. Social Security which is every ones concern has been denied access to check the same contractor over there and its been messed with..
Medicare Coordination of Benefits has no phone access to day .. so do not know what the issue is there.. which is the contractor that owns the system and has been doing all of this since 2002.
most of my other contacts today resulted in most at 1-800 Medicare having no idea what the most basic of laws in Medicare is , a conditional payment yet they should be seeing these daily on other patient..
My system file is off line and vulnerable as it does not have the FECA post that was on there at times and posted 11/08/16 from my personnel office which is the US Department of Labor when one goes home on workers comp and has not retired yet... and they are the ones that know my official status. and posts t the system and the contractor with CMS is THAT NO ONE IS TO TOUCH IT.. NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE Primary PAYERS DO NOT WISH TO PAY. or some one else thinks? they have the real info .. They do not
To give this 'watchdog' authority to a health insurance company was never a good choice .. and if its to be a contract, then the real government needs to be directly involved in much oversight to avoid the physical and financial harm that has gone on against me and too many others who have not survived and surely must be overseeing and keeping track of all of this from Heaven.
One post shows that my Fed Blues was working aged and it was changed on 10/6/16.. actually that is a fax from a party at CMS that now admits he had no records to base this on.. ALL ANYONE HAS IS LYNN BLODGETT'S VERBAL WORD FOR ANYTHING AND HE HAS ALL THE 38 agency JUDGES ORDERS IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES AND DEFIES THEM
Working aged is the official category I will be in until my FECA file is posted by him as ordered using my records so a retirement request at FECA can be processed. and then the posting will change from active federal duty to retired as THERE IS NO INACTIVE FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT.
My source is not only the former Acting director of OPM who was General counsel for years and had my real personnel file access. but the judges and the laws and regulations themselves. and current info from CMS that none of the contractors seem to even know exists or what is means as they get a differing version from Lynn Blodgett et al as he etc. decides it should be. Something their own contractors do not and should not be the official source for any action. as part of the cabal .which gives out different info as they choose to make them up
By a fax request from one in the regional office was used for the authority to hack the system in violation of their federal contract and put my file off line most of the time so that the FECA which is permanent medical does not even show.. It shows the date that is ended. but was posted 11/8/16 but when there is a hack there is no info that it was there and then system went off line to remove it.
. This is the first time in 20 years that system posting has been able to be hacked and they have to put my records off line? and vulnerable to any one with access to steal another 4 million or a trillion dollars in my name and I and my heirs have an overpayment against us and Lynn Blodgett will not process a simple waiver request as one can get on a stolen credit card with minimal paperwork.
I had a credit card stolen several years ago and it took a couple of forms and the credit card company WAIVED THE OVERPAYMENT AGAINST ME AS THEY DETERMINED I DID NOT MAKE THE CHARGES. I am dong all I can to stop the thefts, and beg they use the process they have to get it stopped. ITS THE LAW. AND ITS THE CONTRACT WITH CMS AND YOU ARE NOT TO TOUCH THE EMPLOYER POST. I would get a due process letter with appeal rights if that permanent medical ceases and it would say in working LET HER DIE. and be capital punishment for just gong to work one day and doing my federal job and toxic cloud enveloped me.
One can not get that same protections against theft of one personal records at Medicare although its in the law one can and the contractor refuse to do it for me or anyone else.
But since oxygen is locked in on the FECA system as their bill for life for liquid oxygen, it will not get paid at Medicare as it will reject and a supplier will not even know why as the FECA is not even on what they are getting when they are being sent an offline records. This is blocking getting an oxygen supplier for any injured worker and THE REAL DEATH PANEL AS THE REAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT MAKE LYNN BLODGETT INPUT THE CLAIMS AS IT WOULD SET UP MY FECA FILES AND ALLOW THE REAL GOVERNMENT TO SEE IT IN THE REGIONAL OFFICES.
He hides that I and anyone else? is on home oxygen approved by workers comp. This 1988 law applies to those who have life threatening medical needs with an already approved case. as mine has been since 1/10/89. Oxygen seems to be the major item that automatically generates this permanent life time coverage and its not only for oxygen but for 100% of all possible medical bills as without oxygen there is no healing of anything and no life for healing to take place
One has to get a doctors prescription , buy a 200lb tank (refurbished ones are out there) and take it to a gas company that still sells medical oxygen to a patient and PAY TO FILL IT AND STAY ALIVE.. Many doctors do not know there is this option.. and some are reluctant to prescribe as the patients expects them to help get the supplier and THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING EITHER IN THIS CORRUPTED SWAMP.
Its some cost , but its not prohibitive. and life is priceless....
And so is all those unprotected health care dollars we put together in a public treasury so all of us can live and be healthy. As few can afford the care when a grave need comes. And we expect those we elect and those that are hired in the government to assure that the monies are protected and only used for the grave needs. and reasonable costs to administer. THERE IS NO BUDGET TO EVEN OVER SEE WHAT IS GOING ON ..
Its not more money needed but a resolution that a part of the current budget be used for internal audits and criminal investigations of all government contractor when crimes are discovered. But the audits is BASIC and a real government IT person is needed to get inside and stop another billion dollars wasted on a system that is sabotaged by those trying to get out of paying their legally obligated bills

or you ARE GOING TO HELL. for too many HELL HAS BEEN CREATED ON EARTH INSTEAD OF HEAVEN ON EARTH for all WHICH WE CAN ACHIEVE IS WE CHOOSE THAT PATH INSTEAD.
I am watching and reading with an open eye to who will be the new leadership in President Trump's administration . and pray we get people who will uphold the US Constitutional and not allow this nation to be trodden down by the international cabal now riding rough shod over all of us. helping themselves to the public treasury and ignoring the rights of each one in matters.

I DO NOT LIKE A LOT OF THINGS THAT HAVE GONE ON EITHER. Its not the electoral college but the Democratic party rigged system of super delegates and unethical things that went on in the party that picked the candidate that was less likely to win instead of letting the people's vote decide. And the Republican party pulled some things not so good either.. All this has to stop.. and let the people vote and decide.. We have a system and you are needed inside helping make needed changes for a better world for all of us.
Messing with the US Constitutional now is not a good time. with the SWAMP OF CORRUPTION NOT DRAINED,. We might end up with something no one really wants. and we did that once upon a time with prohibition and ended up with organized crime rings and people still found some place to get a drink of alcohol anyway illegally.
We are having near record heat now and WHERE IS WINTER?? Not complaining. but ... do not tell me there is not climate change whether natural earth cycles or man made.. or some of both. It did get cool enough at night for the winter greens to begin to grow in the garden.. but near record heat for this time of the year?? not great for them. But we are still picking tomatoes even though the nights are cool... as it warms up in the day time.
Had a little birthday party for Doyle yesterday and he is a year older and has some new gadgets to use. to do things with..
