This is a link and one can read the Daily Recaps since I went to a doctor back on 10/25/ and found the billing system at Medicare in meltdown as the CYBER CLOUD IS CATCHING THE CROOKS FILLING THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP SAYS HE IS GOING TO DRAIN.
The crooks are not going with out a fight and the last dollar than can steal from the public treasury... with the blessing of Congress who voted to allow and international cabal of contracts run the government with no budget for real internal audit ( and that is systems today) nor criminal investigations/ and the SEC was defund also to be able to unravel all the shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships that has one man in charge of the USA that was never elected and never appointed to a real government job that does have budget for over sight. most members of congress think they still run things and have not since the COUP of 2002.
PROTESTERS IN THE STREETS.
WE NEED YOUR HELP DOCUMENTING THE CORRUPTION ALL OVER AND PETITIONING OUR GOVERNMENT EXPOSING WHERE THE CORRUPTION IS AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR ALL OF US. And your own friends and relatives need help in doing this as often it can only be done on individuals personal government files in whatever agency one is dealing with the same entity running things from local to federal now.
The worse thing that could happen is every group end up in lawsuits as some try to make sweeping changes that many cannot accept.. We can help present those things that are the worse of the worse that should not be changed so those laws do not get passed in the first place. Where is the middle ground and if we can not get everything we want, what is imperative not be changed or what needs to be done. Maybe in a different way without changing the main end result. And the whole election system needs to be made more fair and just. that needs to be of the most integrity .. bad things occurred on both sides.
While we seem to be getting more oil and gas and coal dependent can we make sure progress continues to alternative energies... and that laws do not get passed that stifle innovation in that area. Just for an example.
The USA is not a dictatorship and sometimes change comes slowly.. but we need to make sure we do not end up going backwards either. And that has happened in recent decades so we are now living in out of date and worn out nation all over.. and laws that are patches and mends and not those for the 21st century with all the free labor of machines can do for us. that this cabal has stolen that free labor from all of us having the benefits from it. There is still plenty of profits for the inventors and manufacturers.. but there is a point is price gouging which is illegal.

MEDICARE coordination and recovery OF BENEFITS PHONE SAID UNAVAILABLE TO DAY.. CALL BACK LATER AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE??? OR WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. Or was the Internet done in parts of the USA and phone calls not going through? that or Internet??
       I CALLED 1-800 MEDICARE TO SEE WHAT IS ON MY RECORDS TO DO AND IF BACK ONLINE. WITH SOME SECURITY WHICH WAS MISSING THIS WEEK END
Federal workers comp is back on as of 1/10/89.// Shock have they finally programmed the system as the taxpayer paid for it after years of missing claims that never got repaid to Medicare? by showing the real date of injury and not the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare which almost always is 25 months or more later. System has been programmed to facilitate an illegal bail out of the insurance industry and that includes auto and workers comp and other liability insurers, not just health insurers. trying to get our or paying their legally obligated bills as the primary payers So all injury claims Medicare ends up getting paid by Medicare and patients overpaid for heirs to inherit forever/ They never get sent to recovery contractor which is the company that has been helping steal the money from Medicare with illegal secret deal partnerships for all the due process letters to go out to all?
Most that work there are not crooks, but those at the top involved in illegal systems to change ones primary payers is in violation of their government contract to not alter what ones employer posts and have routinely done so since the COUP of 2002. when I noticed that every time I went to the doctor a different health plan was primary . and knew illegal things going and began this nearly 17 year old criminal investigation that the government is not allowed to do by act of defunding from Congress. TO THIS DAY. Most n office have no idea its the law. Noting can be changed for the better what ever method is decided on until this thefts is stopped and that mean DRAIN THE SWAMP OF NO BUDGET ALLOWED TO BE SPENT TO DO SO. Its not more money needed its using what is already in the budget to do so..
Fed Blues is still on there as secondary so showing is began 3/1/2010 after one fake retirement date Lynn Blodgett's management company at Fed blues had called in over the years to make Medicare primary illegally
I made called to the Comptroller of the USA and GAO and closer to Andy Slavitt the acting director of Medicare also .. and no one knew nothing of all of this and now one can understand why health care is in meltdown, and public monies being stolen and none 'knows nothing" and shared details. and rested unable to go on .
I then called to see what could be done on mymedicarel.gov as when I first tried to sign up years ago it would not let me input the subscript letter(S) and put in one that is one of the phony numbers used by one clams paying company  that went off line and stole my claims and id and created 16 phony numbers and stole $4 Million dollars and that is an overpayment against me and it was made to look as if each medical provider got that multiple monies that was debited from the Medicare trust fund.
 
I tried to get in and check claims and could not get it.. when I got in on mymedicare.gov on real number  and called and got into someone telling me what she was seeing was what has happened When systems are hacked one cannot tell who did what and when .. but finally I got signed in on my first claim number and SHE IS RIGHT Social  Security  should  NEVER HAVE CHANGED IT WHEN Doyle SIGNED UP AND I FILES ON HIM.. and WHEN THEY DID I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE OFFICE IN Baltimore THAT IS OUR EXPORTS AND THEY immediately said they were wrong.. system exposed as not programmed securely and correctly.  BUT THEY HAD DONE IT. AND THEN LATER CHANGED IT AGAIN BEFORE AGE 70.
     SSA'S SYSTEMS ARE NOT SECURE EITHER AND THEY HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO CHECK IT BY THE SAME CONTRACTOR IN CONTROL OF THE USA.
  THE  DIRECTOR OF OIG FOR SSA WROTE TO Congress NEARLY 3 YEARS AGO TO DO AN AUDIT AND NEVER GOT PERMISSION . Or my records would be corrected that were hacked and info altered and deleted also and first done AS FAR BACK AS 2002 AFTER THE COUP OF 2002AT SSA. .
We got disconnected? She seemed nice but I asked her if she was a contractor or real government employee and she said TECHNICALLY SHE WORKED FOR THE GOVERNMENT ..we Feds do not answer this way as its public info if we are or not.. a lot is public info but for our protection, a written request is asked for. just too much of I an old and do not know anything as if I do not have all the documentation to back me and 38 federal agency judges on top of that.
             I just wanted to know how much Lynn Blodgett is involved in this system? and I called back and got another persona and he was helping me as I could not get any clams on any number as all three real ones from SSA, two of which were originally phony ones. would produce any claims at all n the middle of his helping me the INTERNET WENT OUT / OUR IP provider has said we have nationwide outages at times and most of us never realize it.
When I called back.. They did not answer and said not available... WHERE DID THEY GO TO ??
This evening I spent 2 hours on the phone setting up a new record and finally could get in and get the last three years of claims and the wireless printer at the other end of the house vented worked over time as its going to be much easier to use this for filings.
     I noticed that over this time some doctors, etc never got paid at all. and no wonder why its hard to get medical care if they are not getting paid and no one seems to understand why??  And this has gone on .. Fed Blues would send the claims back to go to Medicare and tell them is denied instead and I get an EOB only saying they want Medicare to pay first and them the claims never get sent back to get a copay from Blues. I got a list like this from the intermediary  back inn 2012 and faxed them in to Fed Blues and many doctors, etc. than got paid..  They probably do not know I JUST FORWARDED ON WHAT THEIR OWN BILLING SERVICE SHOULD HAVE DONE. So I HAVE TO DO MY OWN BILLING FOR MY DOCTORS, ETC. AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO .. does anyone out there know how to help anyone entrapped in this meltdown of health care? THE REAL GOVERNMENT DOES NOT.
               I KNEW THINGS HAD TO BE MESSED UP IN CYBER SPACE WITH THAT PHONY NUMBER HIDDEN BEHIND  THE SCENES IN THE SYSTEM.. I THEN GOT OVER TO THE RECOVERY SITE TIED TO MYMEDICARE .GOV AND FOUND THEY HAD SET UP A RECORDS AS OF 11/9/16 WITH AN INJURY DATE OF 1/10/89 THE REAL DATE. * (GO TO DAILY RECAP 9/11/16 AND READ WHY 9/11/01 BEGAN IN OUR OFFICE BACK YEARS AGO. WITH HHS IN THE MIDDLE OF opening the gates of hell for THAT.)
    But I can not use this system to designate what calms need to go on over to recovery .. In my case they all do .  so WHY ARE WE SPENDING PUBLIC MONEY ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT DESIGNED TO HELP.  I should be able to made a note and e mail them on over. 
I thanked the nice mad who helped me and asked him if he was a contractors and he answered he is not supposed to say... he is. I said your are being asked to break the law on that but thanked him for his courtesy..
with all this is going on and having to rest etc. I had missed getting the phone/Internet bill paid which is due tomorrow and got in on their site and was able to get it paid. Got to stay online in all of this.
And on medicare .gov it shows the items for Fed Blues and all of them with different dates of it starting and I had it way back years before I had medicare.
This will save time to see what new clams get overpaid to all of us.
There were not claims in recovery at all. Yet a few days ago I got a questionnaire from them .. must have been a phone call that ended with this set up  on 11/9/16 and attached to it is some claims at recovery from around and just before Lynn Blodgett took over in 2002 that Blues paid primary and Medicare secondary and are FECA's  where is all the rest he had them destroy they had sent over the years.???
     That is before Illinois blues or HCS holding company  took over in our area and began to call in and made every one with a Medicare card retired? so they did not have to pay primary . (Lynn Blodgett's management company ??)
And other questionnaires came to day from Coordination that is illegal to do so .. as my employer posts and no one is to alter them its correct and what I say is immaterial but to affirm it is OK and STOP CRASHING THE CLOUD WITH YOUR ILLEGAL SOFTWARE SYSTEM AND MELTING DOWN Medicare .. USE THE CONDITIONAL PAYMENT LAW AS ITS INTENDED TO BE AND GET THE CLAIMS OVER TO RECOVERY AND STOP THIS. ILLEGAL BAIL OUT ..
 I found 2 I spoke to today that even knew what the basic law is in Medicare of what a conditional payment is.. THE LAW THAT WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THE SWAMP FROM FORMING.IN THE FIRST PLACE IN HEALTH CARE.

SO I am writing this late and exhausted and got nothing else done today and tomorrow is needed some preparation as
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DOYLE... WHOM I MARRIED 1/26/1964 ON SEMESTER BREAK.. OUR WEDDING PICTURE IS ON MY FLKR SITE. 4 years ago he wanted Donald Trump to run for president and this year he got his wish.. and pray it turns out to be a good  one.  for all of us... we have to do our part and make sure we get all the facts to our elected officials and this cabal is not going to share their dirty deeds, are they??  Linda Joy Adams
