Today I learned that what we get on the weekend is what was on the system at the end of the work week.. so when it was left unprotected with the illegal software programs offline post instead of my employer post for insurance anyone with access to the claims paying system seems to be able to pay themselves a check and as the 10/25/16 info one of my doctor s got for my insurance means that it no longer even has to be a valid social security number at all. They made up a  number by added an extra number to my Fed Blues number and then putting the letter which is not a category for benefits at SSA in front of the 9 digit number and said it was Railroad Medicare.
This is worse than back in 1/06-11/12 when 16 additional Medicare numbers were created on my by the claims payers and using an offline system they can do by a horrible 2004 executive ordered? took my claims and if and took the money from the Medicare trust fund and diverted it to other than my doctors, etc.. and 500 witnesses documented ..all of this over 2 years at 1-800 Medicare.  Since their is little that can be done after I at least got them to put the Blues back on so I would not get billed for co pays. and then file appeals and waivers of over payments  unanswered to get out from under the over payments that ones heirs inherit.  I have not been tracking daily.. as there is no government to stop the ongoing theft of Medicare as they disobey the laws, judges ruling I have got and their own contractor not to change what an employer posts.  Code as a conditional payment  and get the claim to  that contractors unit and all kind of dues process letters go out to all and then if they do not pay its all ready for me to go  find an attorney and file a civil suit on behalf of the taxpayer, Unless they do their part , one cannot find an attorney .. If they do the governed is to join ones attorney in the matter. Even CMS officials do not know this... and the judges ordered it done... but no one seems to have been allowed to have them by Lynn Blodgett at all.
It was in '08 we all learned that congress had forbid the theft be stopped in the COUP OF 2002. most never knew they had voted to over throw the government as funding for internal audits of government contractors and criminal investigations was removed. And the SEC funding also to help prevent one international entity from setting of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships and stealing from the taxpayers   SOME WHO WORK INSIDE THIS SEEM TO OBLIVIOUS THAT ITS THEFT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY THAT IS GOING ON ???
12/08 is when I then began sharing my personal well documented struggle for life in a nation with no real government  in charge ... in direct violation of the US CONSTITUTION THAT CLEARLY MANDATES "for the general welfare of the people and the security of the nation"
When the public treasury is being stolen and no money is there to help each other when in need of loss of life and livelihood to become self sufficient.. then we ARE ALL IN AN INSECURE SITUATION..

                      INFO TO DAY IS THE SAME AS YESTERDAY WITH THE ILLEGAL CHANGES. MEDICARE PRIMARY AND BLUES SECONDARY INSTEAD OF REVERSED AND NO FEDERAL WORKERS COMP  BUT A NOTE  that is not part of the real system ... NO OXYGEN SUPPLIER IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET PAID AS OXYGEN IS FECA'S BILL on security lock . .. and I AM EXHAUSTED EXPLAINING  TO A NICE MAN FOR AN HOUR WHAT A CONDITIONAL payment=even is   His supervisor did and she said she has been inside the system for many years.  Those who have often do know, but not how to get a clams paid when the system is not designed as the taxpayer paid it to be to easily click a filed and making it legal to pay by Medicare when the primary payers are not doing so and then patient, doctor, etc. are not at legal risk and its up to the government is they want to continue this illegal bail out of the liability and health insurance and auto insurance industry etc. 
    The note says that FECA ended 3/1/2010 and sometimes it says Fed Blues ended 2/28/10 a day before ad all other kinds of fake retirement dates called in by Lynn Blodgett;s etc al cabal over the years is being posted and then CYBER WARFARE CONTINUES  NOW.
I AM LEGALLY EMPLOYED UNDER THE FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAW,, AND A CONTRACTOR WOULD BE PAID FAR MORE THAN MY HOURLY WAGE FOR THAT TRAINING.
WHAT THEY GIVE IS NOT EVEN LEGAL OR THE LAWS AND RULES AND POLICES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR ALL TO SEE....and before 2002 clearly explained in the Medicare handbook all get. who have a card..  The ONLY ONES WHO DO NOT KNOW SEEMS TO BE TH ONES INSIDE THE SYSTEM AND EVEN CMS IS BEING MISTRAINED BY Lynn Blodgett ET AL.....???
I DID GLEAN THAT ON THE notes  ON MY RECORD IS THAT my permanent medical benefits from FECA is notated as ending 3/1/10 due to a couple of bills not being paid. My file is not even set up at Affiliated computer services on an established case with permanent medical due to the liquid oxygen for life they put me on 23 years ago... I GOT NO LETTER FROM FECA THAT THOSE MEDICAL BENEFITS WHICH ARE 100% have ended... And for those who do not know, this has nothing to do with any other issue or even is a couple of bills were in dispute if they were on the real system which they are not.. They are offline on me there also. .  And no one at FECA regional office has access to anything on me since before he took over.. they cannot even officially seem judges orders I got to post mu file, and process matters. pending and affirmed I  have the accepted conditional since 1/10/89.
The capricious nature of taking Lynn Blodgett's  et al word for things by Emblem Health international subsidiary Medicare coordination and recovery unit nor a CMS official that has only his word either from him direct or indirect   is life threatening as oxygen is FECA's bill and input  to other plans and Medicare rejects as it has to go there and Lynn Blodgett et al has not input one claim to the real system since Affiliated Computer Services took over total control of federal work comp data and files and paying claims in 2002. He now has near total control of every ones workers comp in the USA and work is he does the same for all. EQUAL RIGHT TO A DEATH PANEL

 GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION AND BUY A TANK DIRECT FROM A MANUFACTURER OR ONE WHO REFURBISHES THEM AND FIND A GAS COMPANY THAT STILL SELLS MEDICAL OXYGEN  DIRECT TO A PATIENT AND STAY ALIVE. A 41 LITER LIQUID OXYGEN TANK LASTS ME ABOUT 10 DAYS.. Its COSTLY BUT NOT PROHIBITIVE AND LIFE IS PRICELESS UNTIL WE GET A GOVERNMENT  BACK IN CHARGE OF THESE OUT OF CONTROL CONTRACTORS FACILITATING  THE LIABILITY AND INSURANCE INDUSTRY GETTING OUT OF PAYING THEIR LEGALLY OBLIGATED BILLS.
WE, THE INJURED HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER.  GET INJURED AND SOMEONE ELSE SHOULD PAY AND FIND  WE ARE ENTRAPPED IN A CORRUPTED  SYSTEM WITH NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS ANYMORE   Even the best attorney cannot help.. either when the government cannot.

We have elected a new president and we need to help him drain the swamp of corruptions that is costing all of us with  horrible things  going on . YOU HAVE WORK TO DO TO HELP BRING JUSTICE FOR ONE AND ALL. MY SITUATION IS NOT UNCOMMON AND THROUGHOUT THE GOVERNMENT ITS MUCH THE SAME...
     YOU CAN BE A BIG HELP IN DOCUMENTING WHAT IS WRONG AND GETTING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THOSE WE HAVE ELECTED.. even if its not the ones you voted for.
            OUR MILLIONS OF VOICES IS BIGGER THAN ANY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF A FEW LOBBYISTS WHO WANT TO KEEP ON DIPPING INTO THE PUBLIC TREASURY ILLEGALLY OR GET LAWS PASSED THAT ARE UNFAIR AND UNJUST BY A CABAL THAT HAS STOPPED THE FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM..
    WHEN A FEW ARE STEALING OR HAVE UNFAIR ADVANTAGE BY SKIRTING THE LAWS, THEN ALL INNOVATION OR ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS STIFLED. How does one compete when the other entity is blatantly stealing and getting by with it?? or making money with no concern for public or worker safety ..
   Not on line much today as been sorting and organizing for the next round of filings again.. as it does not seem the swamp is going to be drained for awhile  of the corruption.. as ignorance has to be overcome by those who just have been trained to not know. its a war of good and evil that goes on wherever evil can raise its ugly head.  and even good people get trapped into it.
