Since 11/25/16 and here on line I have been sharing a complete meltdown of the Medicare system and no one in the real government has a clue what is going on as there has been no internal audits of records or systems since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to end budget to do so .. and no budget either to do any criminal investigation of a contracts and the SEC was defunded also stopping an international cabal of one entity of setting up shell companies and secret deal partnerships and control nearly the entire government at all levels .
I have been slandered for causing the collapse of the whole heath care system... the only thing I have done is try to stay alive and the illegally messing with the systems in violations of laws, rules and contract terms is the issue.. not me... My medical care is obstructed and the overpayments are against the patients and medical personnel when Medicare pays claims that are not legally theirs and not identified as conditional and sent to be recovered. Then there is none as the government is to go get the taxpayers money back from the primary payer. .
The entire legal process to pay a claims conditional is to send out all kinds of due process letters and every one have rights has been usurped for years.
Yet the contractor is getting well paid to do what?? Very little of what needs to be done... The CMS officials are not involved in this at all, they have no funding from Congress even to oversee the process and most have no cue what the process even is or what the conditional payment law is for years.. and do not have the letters and process to carry out.
If Congress and HHS wish to change this then they need to change the laws and regulations and bring the whole legal profess back in house.
Its not the process its the illegal interference by those in the insurance industry able to get our of paying there legally obligated bills and let Medicare pay instead when Medicare has never been funded to do a legal bail out of the insurance industry at all. Not just health care, but auto and workers comp and liability insures all being allowed to call in and have Medicare made primary and the subsidiary of Group Heath Inc. now Emblem Health International colluding to do this and its THEFT by the current laws and its crashing the new cyber cloud systems.. because many of us have employers making the postings direct.
Mine comes from my jurisdictional personnel office the US Department of Labor, and my last official personnel action came from them and the Medicare contractor has now taken my records offline to delete my federal workers comp since they last posted 11/8/16. except for the cyber war going on that put it back and its a melt down .. . THEY WENT OFFLINE A FEW YEARS AGO AND A CONTRACTOR STOLE MY ID AND CLAIMS AND CREATED 16 ADDITIONAL MEDICARE NUMBERS ON ME AND STOLE $4 million dollars in my name and the only thing that stopped it was CMS not renewing the contract with one company in one region.
Now they no longer have those 16 numbers archived under my real one and its wide open to STEAL ANOTHER 4 MILLION OR MORE
Lynn Blodgett will not process a waiver requests and I have no way to arrest anyone, cancel a government contact and 38 federal agency Judges in multiple agencies are being defied by him so there is no rule of law at all... no constitutional processes at all.. WE HAVE NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Congress DOES NOT NEED TO FIND ONE EXTRA PENNY TO STOP THIS. all THEY HAVE TO DO TO BEGIN TO FIX HEALTH CARE IS PASS A RESOLUTION THAT A PORTION OF THE CURRENT BUDGET MUST BE USED FOR REAL INTERNAL AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS. AND PROSECUTIONS IF WARRANTED. And a sizable part needs to be that.. and it will pay for the effort itself. and more. Every one really can get good health care and the money go to fairly pay our good doctors and others medical personnel.
We either have no fault health insurance and single payer for that and have the government administer it OR WE GET CONTROL OF THE MASSIVE ON GOING THEFTS AND SKULDUGGERY GOING ON THAT HAS COST LIVES AND HEALTH AND DRAINED THE PUBLIC TREASURY . and then who is going to keep that process honest and free from employers and entities doing things safely?
Do we end all insurance and when there is a need. the government pays for whatever the need is?? Its not been the way ever? for the most part in the USA. . We've paid into a shared fund and that money is to be there to pay for what one or others might need when they need it. CALLED INSURANCE AND ITS TO BE REGULATED AND OVER SEEN AND ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS STOPPED TO GET AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUT FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY WHICH IS THEFT FROM THE PEOPLE
We have a allowed ourselves to have a market system that is NOT FAIR NOR FREE AS A FEW BULLIES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO STEAL AND RUTHLESSLY GET RID OF ANY FAIR AND FREE COMPETITION.
If the crooks who do not obey the rules and laws are allowed to continue we have NO FREE MARKET SYSTEM AND TO SAY WE ARE GOING TO LET HEALTH CARE BE HAD FOR ALL BY THAT IS NOT KNOWING WHAT HAS BEEN GOING ON.
We have an organized crime ring in charge who defies laws constitutional processes. and why has Lynn Blodgett been allowed to not input an oxygen claim to the real system and not even set up a real file on me at FECA since he took over in 2002 in defiance of the judges? not even the Sec of Labor nor Director of FECA had any control of him ad Sen Inhofe tried to help and he was backed off. as Congress forbids them to interfere with a contractor at all ... that is NO OVER SITE TO VERIFY WHAT THEY DO OR THE REPORTS THEY FILE CANNOT BE VALIDATED AS TRUTH...

Their records show hacked in system and system off line. as since 2002 no one has been able to hack the FECA post from the system from US Depart of labor and alter the permanent medical I have with FECA based on the home liquid oxygen they put me on 23 years ago .. I am not a 'ghost' writer and on liquid oxygen right now. I know how it posts over the years and its never altered and the IT at DOL a few years ago said they are proud of the security on their system to protect the rights and lives of injures workers who are in my category of a life sustaining need and he bill for oxygen cannot be paid by others as it goes right to that system and they get a reject for being FECAs bill.. But that 1988 labor Law never foresaw the day when there would be no government to make a contractor think that 15 years and still running is timely processing of a claim and since he took Affiliated Computer Services and @200 companies and as many secret deal partners took over all workers comp in the USA, the last couple of years they used that system to generate some paper that is not connected to the real FECA system . and its said inactive file and WRONG INSURANCE CARRIER. I have no letter from FECA that my permanent for life medical has ended.
GO READ A DICTIONARY ALL THOSE MESSING WITH MY OFFICIAL RECORDS. I AM NOT DEAD! AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF BEING SO .....FOR A LONG TIME.
The federal government is self insured, paid by the tax payer. THERE IS NO INSURANCE COMPANY.. BUT NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS ANY IDEA WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON . AND NO APPEALS RIGHTS GIVEN IF A CLAIM IS NOT PAID AS WE THINK IT SHOULD BE AND NO ONE N THE REAL GOVERNMENT EVEN KNOWS WHAT CALLS ARE EVEN FILED AS THE BILL PORTAL SYSTEM HAS BEEN ALTERED AND CHANGED ALSO RECENTLY .. EVEN FROM BEFORE HE TOOK OVER TO DELETE ANY MENTION OF PAID OXYGEN CLAIMS BEFORE. I have this from FECA before and I have a wireless printer vented a couple of rooms away to avoid asthma triggers and spend money on ink and paper that I should not have to; to document that THE RECORDS OF THE REAL GOVERNMENT OF THE USA ARE NOT SECURE ANYWHERE IT SEEMS. IF INSECURITY ON ONE THAN IT CAN BE DONE ON OTHERS AND WORD IS ITS PREVALENT AN HOW THE CLINTON FOUNDATION IS INVOLVED IN REAL MONEY FROM THE US TREASURY INVOLVED EITHER The info is linked here over the years.
I only know of Lynn Blodgett named by high level officials in his 'own' companies and by high level officials in writing and in person in the real government also. HE IS THEIR ONLY SOURCE OF INFO AS NO ONE HAS ACCESS TO MY FILES... BUT THAT POSTING TO THE COMMON WORKING FILE AT MEDICARE.. ITS WHY HE HAS JUDGES ORDERS TO POST MY FILE FROM MY RECORDS AND TO ASK ME FOR THE FACTS... something he has not done and instead went from agency to agency and contractor to contractor saying the same false thing with judges orders in hand saying quite the opposite.. which affirmed the accepted conditions and remanding to process all the pending matters which is voluminous .. one of those is the request for schedule award and permanent disability which was pending when he took over and I had a hearing officer that remanded all the matters pending to get all the matters caught up and never were .. ...
In every agency that has part of this HE IS THERE COUNTERING WHAT THAT AGENCY JUDGES SAY. . He is the dictator of the USA by act of Congress and we the people have no rights of self governing if those we elected have not taken care of our business for us since the COUP OF 2002. not that they always did the best before that. .
So today , my system is offline.. and Medicare has been flipped to primary and the Federal Blues is on there a but a new date it started SINCE YESTERDAY now it 8/1/2004
There is some additional info from the CMS manuals online that it was that date that THE CONTRACTOR WAS FIRST ABLE TO GO OFFLINE BUT NOT TO ILLEGALLY ALTER ONES INFO .. They are still now allowed to do so when ones employer posts and to alter info to take away current benefits ones might have is NOT THEIR BUSINESS AS WHERE ARE LETTERS AND APPEAL RIGHTS AND ITS NOT EVEN THEIR AGENCY THEY CONTRACT WITH THAT WOULD DO THAT.
They show the FECA deleted 10/6/16 as if it never existed after that date and notes say I got a letter.. FECA NEVER SENT ME ANY LETTER THAT MY PERMANENT MEDICAL BENEFIT HAD ENDED. The appellate judges remanded quite the opposite and in legal terms the implication is real 'GET RID OF THIS CONTRACTOR.'
If you go back to the Daily Recap for 11/9/16 that reflects what was posted bi weekly .. FECA POSTED AS NOT TERMINATED AS IT ALWAYS DOES. BUT THE OFFLINE SYSTEM ALSO POSTED IT ENDED BACK ON THE DATE LYNN BLODGETT HAS SPEWED OUT FOR YEARS ON ME. before he took over. that has nothing to do with the permanent medical .
FECA officials have no access to even have their own judges orders officially as he gets them to post and ALL HE IS TO DO IS SET UP COMPUTER FILES AND POST ALL PAPER THAT COMES IN.
HE IS NOT THE DECISION MAKES ON WHETHER ONE HAS OR DOES NOT HAVE ANY BENEFITS. His company does pay the medical claims or not.. IF HE INPUTS THEM.. Doctors who have sent in claims since the took over and have answers they say, are not even on the system for me to see and I get no letters of what happened. to appeal and he has no process to set up to appeal any medical bill paid or not My clams examines and other FECA officials had never seem what he does to know anything that is going The former manager said all they have is his verbal word on me and they do not even have all the before records either as he took and shredded them I was told.
AND IF NO FILE SET UP HE USES A DUMMY FILE FOR OTHER THAN OXYGEN and gets paid by the page. PAGES OF DUMMY FILES THAT ARE TO BE POSTED TO THE REAL SYSTEM I have answered every decision from FECA. but Lynn Blodgett gets these and how does any one even know I have.? I have no idea what is being said and passed around and that is what the letters go to and fro so all get and answer. BUT NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGED ON THE PERMANENT MEDICAL AS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER ISSUE.
Nothing is posted to my Medicare system either that three of their judges have ruled that the post from US DOL is accurate and they did not take my word for it, they got it from them. . It is only in the last few months that Medicare Coordination/recovery contractor at New York headquarters and and Ohio call center now see my file well parked now that a employer is posting and all were well trained that DO NOT TOUCH.. as they contract with CMS says not to .. and they ignored CMS officials SENDING IN LETTERS TO DO SO with no official info at all.. and saying I HAD GOT LETTERS. A BIG LIE. I DO NOT WORK FOR CMS... and CMS officials in the regional office in Dallas were saying I was the one getting the info changed. I have not even called them to track as I once did as nothing I could do but appeal the over payments ..
until 10/25/16 when I found bizarre info on my record that a human had to create from their own mind. and began tracking what was going on and bill collectors as no one could tell billing people how to process a conditional payment and get timely paid. I WANT THEM TO OBEY THEIR CONTRACT AND LET RECOVERY UNIT DO ITS LETTERS AND PROCESSES AND THEM WE CAN MAKE LYNN BLODGETT IN SOME CIVIL ACTION OBEY HIS CONTRACT.. Its the process the judges ordered done and they are not cooperating at CMS not at the Recovery contractor with them or the legal constitutional process that has worked since 1/80 wither done inside the government or by the contractor. IF THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT DO SO AND SHOULD OR SEE ITS DONE.. THEIR IS LITTLE THE PATIENT CAN DO BUT DOCUMENT WHAT IS GOING ON.. I DID GET THEM TO AT LEAST SHOW I HAD TWO INSURANCE AS THE FECA THEY WILL NOT SHOW THE REAL INJURY DATE AND GETS BY PASSED. I give the right info when I get medical care and its all I can do .
Any one going through something similar.. you have the right to audit your own records. and then share it with your members of Congress to support their efforts to get this health care scam going on fixed. They have no way to fix anything with out the inside real facts and data. and changing plans and letting the same scammers run it ,,,, which they will .. is not gong to help anything. .. EVERY ONE IS UNDER THIS NEW SYSTEM NOW FOR HEALTH CARE. WHETHER ONE HAS A HEALTH PLAN OF NOT.
There are more skims and scams set up to shuffle data around than any govern agency every created handling paper files. or data. They tried to be efficient and reduce the costs. not CREATE MORE DATA SHUFFLING TO GET MORE CONTRACTS. AND COST MORE SHUFFLING DATA. its the free labor of machines being stolen from us.
The Cyber cloud keeps trying to post the real info from my employer and the contractors using an older system tries to take my records off line and insecure them to alter the info with no official documents that I would have copied of and rights, etc. NO ONE HAS MY FILES IN ANY FORMAT TO BE USED, EXCEPT THAT OFFICIAL POST FROM MY EMPLOYER BI WEEKLY THAT IS BASIC INFO THAT IS LEGALLY CORERCT AND OFFICIAL AND NO ONE CAN MESS WITH ... AS ITS A LIFE AND DEATH MATTER BEING PROTECTED FOR ME AND OTHERS. never foreseeing a day we would have no government in control to make sure even a contractor was obeying the laws of the land. CMS officials in Dallas do not even know them ... they say... so Lynn Blodgett is their boss too now.
Many governed officials have acted on his lies. and where is he getting this info ??? That is what the due process letters would discover at the recovery unit.... AND HE HAS NEVER ANSWERED THEM NOR SHARED THEM WITH ANY ONE IN THE REAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TO ANSWER AS I WOULD GET COPIES OF ALL MYSELF. I am the one getting overpaid and my heirs forever.
Over at VA, ITS NOW BEING SAID OVER 300,000 ARE DEAD FROM THIS CABAL RUNNING THINGS. What is the numbers in the rest of the country ... I've been told its millions and this is an American Holocaust and some are in the streets wondering why Hillary lost. when she was in the middle of creating this mess since 1993.. with her life long friend former Sec of HHS Donna Shalala whom I ended up with EEOC sanctions against for physical torture for what she did to me when an HHS employee and also much involved in creating this mess too.. currently some say?? . that has only gotten worse from their founding efforts .
