This is a daily saga of a life threatening situation in the USA. and I am not the only one in this mess.. All are in one way or another affected by this mess. since the COUP OF 2002 WHERE NO ONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT HAS BUDGET TO DO AN INTERNAL AUDIT NOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DOD WITH AND VA GOTTEN IN BY SEN BERNIE SANDERS WHEN HE WAS CHAIR ... BUT NOT BEING IGNORED FOR THE MOST PART AGAIN
There is a link that goes back and one can begin reading as of 10/26/16 of the melt down when the Contractor for CMS *Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services knowingly violated their contract and went in and altered the info as to what my coverage is that posts from my employer and no one is allowed to alter it but they have been since the COUP OF 2002. The whole system is off line at times from the real system that cross checks and get the post from my employing personnel office which for injured federal workers its the REAL IN HOUSE MAINTAINED BY REAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AT THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR HEADQUARTERS and its not all the various claims and bills but my official statue and the permanent  medical  and what my employer group health plan is and who else is one it and that posts to my Medicare system  record and that of the ones on my policy that have Medicare cards.
         In 4/09 this became an automated illegal software programs (hidden from the real government )in defiance of the Medicare judges ruling on this I got, and the judges got it form the US DEPT OF LABOR , NOT FROM ME. AND RULED MEDICARE IS NOT PRIMARY AND THAT OXYGEN IS FEDERAL WORKERS COMP BILL AS I ASKED FOR CMS TO ENFORCE THE LAWS AGAINST LYNN BLODGETT WHO WOULD NOT INPUT THE OXYGEN CLAIMS  AS IT WOULD BE PAID AND ORDERS "LET HER DIE ON ME".    FECA put me on hoe liquid oxygen 23 years ago.
    Read how oxygen , when approved for life by ones workers comp will not go through other plans to protect workers rights and gives one permanent medical and all ones medical bills are then workers comp's  bills.   THE SYSTEM WILL NOT PAY IT AT MEDICARE AND IF THERE IS NO WORKERS COMP ON THE SYSTEM AS THEY HAVE GONE OFFLINE OF THE EMPLOYER POSTING THEN ONE CAN DIE IF THEY DO NOT GET A 200 LB TANK , TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTION  FROM YOUR DOCTOR, AND GO TO A GAS COMPANY THAT SELLS MEDICAL OXYGEN TO A PATIENT  AND STAY ALIVE. UNTIL WE HAVE A CONGRESS THAT WILL ALLOW ENFORCEMENT OF ITS LAWS AGAIN AGAINST A CONTRACTOR.

                MEET A DEATH PANEL  CREATED IN 2002 ABUSING  A 1988 LABOR LAW

LYNN BLODGETT HAS NOT INPUT AN OXYGEN CLAIM ON ME SINCE 2002 AND RECOVERY UNIT WILL NOT COMPLY WITH THE  FIRST NOR OTHERS JUDGES NOR THE APPELLATE ONE THAT AFFIRMS I AM APPROVED FOR LIFE BY LIQUID HOME OXYGEN FOR LIFE AT MEDICARE ALSO  AS WELL AS AT BLUES  AND THAT MEDICARE IS NOT A PRIMARY PAYER FOR SELF AND OTHERS ON THAT POLICY WITH CARDS. AND THAT A CIVIL SUIT NEEDS TO BE FILED ON ALL OF THE CLAIMS AND THE RECOVERY UNIT WILL NOT COMPLY AS THEY SAID WITH THE FIRST JUDGE.

   Why is there a government at all?. To write blank checks to contractors?
So all my efforts that took me so many years to get up to the Judges by 2008, meant I then went on the higher one. and the same affirmation.. THE EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE CLINTON ERA THAT THE GOVERNMENT WOULD NOT ENFORCE THE CONDITIONAL  PAYMENT LAW., MEANS I WOULD HAVE TO FILE A FALSE CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF THE TAXPAYER
  THE AMOUNT IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH FOR ANY ATTORNEY TO TAKE IT AT NOW 6 MILLION DOLLARS FOR US ALONE *that includes the 4 million dollar theft of multiples created from one claims a few years ago that went on for 6 years) AND RISING DAILY . as bills come in and never get to recovery(which means patient and medical providers are not overpaid.) for the due process letters to go out and they respond an Lynn Blodgett will not even show them to any one in the real government and he does not have to answer.. HE SAY HE WOULD NOT ANSWER BUT THE LIE  I have now confirmed today from 1-800 Medicare.
     AND RECOVERY UNIT CONTRACTOR , THEN GROUP HEALTH SUBSIDIARY   DESTROYED ALL THE WORK THEY HAD DONE ON HIS ILLEGAL ORDERS AS HE SAID TO DO SO  AS HE DID TO MANY IN MANY AGENCIES AND CONTRACTORS. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED , NO APPEAL RIGHTS, NOTHING   as that is what a dictatorship does ..  AND THEY ASKED FOR NO WRITTEN VERIFICATION EITHER..  AND OBEYED AN ILLEGAL ORDER  
    HIS  BIG LIE THAT I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and the most recent judges order from US DOL since then  said the opposite  and ordered him to get my files posted, Affirmed my accepted medical conditions, etc and said to use my records and to ask me for the facts of the case as "rumor and gossip had run amok and no one else knows what is going on" That was 2/09 and he ignores my certified letters etc.. and my claims examiner is not allowed to have any paper from any one, not even their own agency judges they are to obey.  as "THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND THAT IS WHY THE WHOLE OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL WAS CONTRACTED OUT TO AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES IN 2002 AS THEY ARE TO PROVIDE SECURITY"
If you cannot trust a federal employer with a security clearance , a contractor is going to be more secure.? The proven record is NO! AND HORRIBLE OUTCOMES AND DEATHS AT RISK AND THEFTS OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY ALL OVER THE GOVERNMENT  OVER THIS.. A government employee has their work audited and if they break the law, they can be arrested. unlike a contractor and his cohorts now in control ..
I AM NOT WELL ENOUGH TO BE ON THE PHONE ALL THE TIME.. so have called less. as its a melt down.. and medical care obstructed over it.
So the prior posts show a melt down and changes throughout the day as the cyber cloud with my employer post tries to go in and change the illegal post form the Coordination and Recovery contractor a subsidiary of Emblem Health International formerly Group Health of NY
SO this AM, I called and 1-800 Medicare is working 24/7 but Medicare Coordination is not.. for the holiday.
What these postings and audit of my own records is demonstrating what HAS TO BE DONE TO SAVE HEALTH CARE FOR EVERY ONE IN THE USA AS THIS IS THE SAME BUNCH RULING IT ALL NOW AND CMS IS THE HEAD OF ALL HEALTH CARE WHETHER YOU HAVE INSURANCE OR NOT. Something few every understood and I did .... and knew we were in for trouble with this one in charge of it all. and this 200 'shell'? companies and as many illegal secret deal partnerships. and no budget for audits or criminal investigations.
Medicare was on their a[primary and Blues , illegally altered. and over payments.. and THE SYSTEM WAS OFF LINE OF THE ONE MY EMPLOYER POSTS TO / A note was on the system that
"the last update contractor 11100 non payment payment denied"
Then later I found out that Medicare primary, illegal change and Fed Blues on there with wrong date it began Fed W/C not posted but not it had ended as the date Lynn Blodgett was telling the whole world back in 2009-2010 when I got this alleged settlement that never occurred at all.
FECA is not like the ones from private insurers. There is a schedule award for loss of body part use and then one is put on permanent disability . That was pending when Lynn Blodgett took over in 2002.. and 4 parties have to sign off on it. I AM ONE OF THEM
WHERE DID HE GET THIS LIE FROM ??? Since it is not what the Judges said who had access to that secured file at US DOL that even my claims examiner in the regional office does not have access to . that is an issue that needs to be changed also.
I called back at 10 pm and found Medicare primary , Blues on there as secondary and no federal workers comp ...
and my records is offline from any security on this.
There is a notation that this deletion of my federal workers COMP DID NOT COME FROM THE US Department OF LABOR. A person in the Coordination and recovery benefits office . of Emblem Health International manually  l did it.  The same one that created a railroad Medicare number on me adding one number to my Fed Blues number and putting  a letter that is no category at SSA in front of it.   that was on my records on 10/25/16 at the doctor.  and I got a copy..
IN violation of there CMS Contract.
Cyber warfare going  on and how many billions and trillions will be lost and stolen in Medicare with this insecurity ... and that illegal software program is not gong to work and all are going in and manual altering records on so many of us.. that is said to be massive.??
 THERE IS NO PROTECTION OF MY RECORDS AT ALL AND BACK IN 8/08 MY CLAIMS AND ID WERE STOLEN BY ONE CONTRACTORS PAYING CLAIMS  AND 16 PHONY MEDICARE NUMBERS CREATED AND FROM 1/06 AS THEY WENT BACK AND PAID THOSE CLAIMS AND DEBITED THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND AND THE MONEY DIVERTED. AND THE MULTIPLES DID NOT END UNTIL 11/12 WHEN CMS DID NOT RENEW THE CONTRACT IN ONE REGION
  . The 500 named witnesses that documented all of this at 1-800,Medicare said it was easily a trillion dollar theft and it was prevalent on others.
The year after the  contract was not renewed, costs when down a trillion dollars and the real government thought it was something they did in some laws, etc. THE THIEVES WERE REMOVED FROM STEALING.. BUT NO ONE COULD BE ARRESTED AS CONGRESS ALLOWS NO MONEY TO BE SPENT
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may you  listened to by all of whatever faith or none.. TO HEAL THE SICK AND FEED THE HUNGRY OR YOU ARE GOING TO HELL. For too MANY THIS NO GOVERNMENT IN CHARGE TO STOP REAL CRIMINALS WHO JUST HAPPEN TO BE A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR PART OF AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL BEAST HAS CREATED A HELL ON EARTH.
                  RIOTING IS NOT THE ANSWER
Those rioting in the streets need to wake up and help solve this mess. You could be helping your own loved ones find out what is going on, on there own records. and petitioning your new or current members of congress with real data and documentation  of what needs to be done BE SMART AND CREATIVE AND GET THEIR ATTENTION. DESTRUCTION DOES NOT ACHIEVE THIS. IT CAUSES MORE HARM TO ALL.
I know that the Democratic party had a 'rigged system' and that needs to be changed.. Sen Bernie Sanders was the one most wanted to be the nominee and this inattention to the process and the hard work it takes some times needs to be done so the next election truly is a fair one for all of us. The US Constitution is written  so that no one among us is to be harmed. and its why we have states and votes from each etc. Its to protect the less populated states who grow the food we  all eat, from being pushed aside by the higher number of people in a few urban states.
Its the principle behind our civil rights laws that the 'least amount us is protected from the majority that might decide to forget the one.
    Get busy and some of the issues of the left, are ones I and many other agree with ... for the most part. And we need to get busy and do what our system allowed us to do peacefully to make those changes. or not change what we want to remain. Our elected officials will not know what is really going on unless we let them know and do it constructively with facts and data and laws we want passed or amendments to existing ,laws. FIRST WE NEED TO PUT GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS ON THE SAME EQUAL FOOTING BEFORE THE LAW  AS ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY .. OUR LAWS APPLY TO THEM ALSO .. for JUSTICE FOR ALL.  whatever side one is on .. victim or the victimizer.
We do not need new laws and then contract our the work with a blank check and never find out what happens with the money and the work is not done and the money disappears and suffering continues which  the money was to ease. And if crimes committed  why shouldn't they go to jail for stealing from the public treasury,  just as one who robs a bank does? after the legal system gets done with the matter.??
