Daily recap 11/3/12: Kansss 'Nile River': President Obama Born In Topeka KS

Daily Recap 11/3/12: Kansas 'Nile River': President Obama Born In Topeka Ks:
there is a complete impasse that the laws, judges orders and govt contractors are just not going to be obeyed. What does one do when one is in 'legal limbo'?  The worse part is medical care getting paid for my self and family as well financial livelihood. In signing an agreement with my employer social security, I had no idea they would not comply. They didn't and indicate that someone at OPM just called and lied and said I'd got a Workers Compensation settlement and retired and they just believed anything Simone said with no paper work, no official notifications, which I of course would get and so would my attorney. And no one will say who it was. Which indicates to me it has to be someone very high up in the govt to do this and since other witnesses said it was a past director of Office of Personnel Management, then I have no doubt it was. This is one of the most powerful positions in the United States & in 2014, everyone will have their lives under  the control of that person as he or she can hire contractors and they will do what that person says and if one dies or is physically harmed or suffers financial loss, Conress has passed laws where no one can be investigated let alone prosecuted. There is bi partisan support to abolish OPM, but what will replace it? another unaccountable entity?Very simply,  if one commits what would be a felony ad someone is physically harmed or dies, then why aren't they subject to the same laws as anyone else is who intentionally assaults or murders someone? If this isn't premeditation, what is? How did we, the people be lulled into letting this happen step by step over the last 30 years? A very few, smart and politically savy group  manipulated the system with their power and money and we, the people get 'duped.' into going along as they created political issues that may be important but what good are they if the nation is broke\due to theft and the people are sick or dying without the health care that's been paid for by the people themselves or through our taxes for the programs to be in place and the money doesn't get to the pateients?
So, its a matter of taking those violations of civil rights pages 1-41, re signing them and sending them off again for the high level officials to ignore as people are harmed & nation gets robbed. But I do believe there is judgement day with a Divine Judge and what will some have to say for themselves if asked what did you do? Will they reply they threw away the compliants and files as thr corrupt 'boss' said to do so and  believed the gossip and rumors and was assured it was only her that ever had these things happen and we weren't to care anything about her?" ] Is that what they will be saying? As least I can say I did try, maybe not enough but I did try! I'm not the only one! This is what keeps me going, its prevalent and greed by these few in charge just gets worse as they are able to succeed to fulfill their lust for greed and power. Why? can't we get this stopped.? I pray that everyone will vote and the elected will make some basic change in our laws and see they are carried out. But the powers that be have been so successful in controlling both sides, that we need a miracle.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS;
In 1950, and before that in '44 laws were passed giving the Army Corps of Engineers the right and ability to manage our witerways;Lake Texoma in OK was built as one major dam.
But nothing had been done to much extent yet in Kansas. Kansas in ancient times (pre Noah's flood?) was ocean and there are some soils near the rivers had some sandy type loam. Very rich for growing vegetables and some fruit orchards. There was flooding and the Kansas River had sand bars that would shift and some strong cuurents in the depths.  In 1951, one of the biggest floods in USA history occurred in Kansas and swept on down to the Missouri River. The flooding started in the rivers and steams out in Western Kansas and swept into Topeka Ks.Topeka is located in a valley which the Kansas river flows through and beneath a long row of hills, the one at the point overlooking Topeka ks called Burnett's Mound after Chief Burnett of the 19Th century. He prophesied that as long as that mound was left alone, the valley below would be protected form Tornadoes
Before 1966, the city fathers decided to dig into it and build a water resevoir up there and soon thereafter the Tonado hit that flattened much of the city and Washburn University .
But in 1951, flooding was extensive and Kansas Ave was flooded up to 5Th street. This was in the historical part of the City that acoording to geelogists  never had such a flood before since the early 1800's and but not this major.The Catholic text book store which was Persident Obama's first home would have been underwater and showed the stains in 1961. It had not been repainted.
I was 6 years old that summer and Mom was working at Kreseges Dollar Store and she also did the buying. She ordered lots of childrens shoes and sold them  as people lost everything and shoes for children was a major item that was needed and Kresege's was a place to go and get good shoes but at a more reasonable price.She actually got a national award for selling the most Wee Walker shoes that year.
Many people had to relocate and one family from our church moved into our house on our farm at Dover. We didn't ask for rent, it was just helping out. They were there almost year, as I recall before they were able to find other housing. Pauderbaugh? family. This is how things got done to help out in those years.
People in the City were asked to bring hats and sandwiches and drinks down to the river where they were sandbagging as the river rose. I remember we donated a straw hat, made sandwiches and lemonade and I went with them to take them down. It was hot and a lot of people were working to save what they could.
It was hot and the water kept coming. There had been lots of rain ahead of time though.
That's the year Dad bought the mules as its was too wet that Spring to get could a tractor into the fields to plant the crops. The farm had been bought with lots of old horse drawn equipment on it.And Kate and Mac pulled the equipment and Dad got  crops in as the neighbors moaned and groaned in despair with no crops planted. Somehow, the Almighty has always provided in the the worst of times. We never had much cash flow and those crops had to be harvested. Kate and Mac stayed with us, after that although Dad used the tractor in later years.
So, when Ann came to Topeka to go to Capper Jr HS, Topeka was a city still rebuilding from a major disaster and planning being made for future lay out of the city. Along with this was the issue of segregation, in the mix. The Army Corps engineers got busy and dammed up the State of Ks. Towns and cemeteries were moved to higher ground and lakes created and major dams. The original name of the river was the Kaw River, but is none now as the Kansas River. This became the death place of the three, including the President;s real dad, later on. This river has seen too many disappeared and dead over the last couple of hundred years and the physical dams did help control it, but the land was never as fertile for those vegetables after that. Just as the Nile in Egypt lost that extra layer of added top soil after the Aswan dam was built. I remember going every Fall to but Apples in a bushel and apple cider that was made in a big machine as we watched the owners make it and put in jars to buy and take home. And many had vegetable stands.Personally , I think the 1951 flood in some way gave an impetus to the integration of the city. IN 1951, the city swimming pools were integrated but with much controversy and displeasure on the part of many.. The lunch counters got integrated too that year, again with much controversy , but it did happen and most of the grumbling was not overt. there were no sit ins such as occurred in the Deep South, but the hatred among some was present and it festered into some real rot in some ways. Topeka was a city that had people coming in from all over the world for Psychiatric care as well as the Cold war brought NASA and many of the nation's top scientists to town to build the missile silos that ring the city and what ever else was gong on by the govt in research and secrecy of one kind or another was common place. Maybe a little too much..
