Sinus inflammation pretty bad so will make this brief. OPM still has not decided? to stop the orders of  illegal activity and theft and overturning of judges orders to protect high entrenched crime and those who do not want to be made accountablie for major crimes inside the upper echelon of our govt and  its contractors.
 Government Executive on line  newsletter published an article by Gadi Dechter from Center for American Progress. A blatant misstatement of what is and has been occurring inside the federal govt. iIs entitled "Making IG's part of the solution."
Yes these are the criminal investigators that have repeatedly said for decades now that they can't stop crimies and murders from felonies that have intentionally caused deaths inside the federal agencies. yet he is acting as if everything is just going along fine.
"I'm so glad it is" and Medicare is not going broke as all the money stolen is back in the trust fund. Glad that all seriously injured workers are getting their medical bills paid for as the monies have miraculously been put back in the set aside monies. and Heaven only knows how much else has miraculously been returned so there is no national debt as all the mssing money is back where it is to be.
So why is Congress worried about money or the President? everything is fine, no one is stealing anything?
Obviously that is not true and it isn't now and hasn't been for a long time. Its why Congress has bipartisan support for the abolishment of OPM as the highest levels have been corrupt and breeds corruption as they cover up entrenched high level crimes in other  agencies.9/11 didn't happen as no theft of the social securitty files of all Americans didinot occur in 7/88 by Al Queda as HHS OIG stopepd the theft! NO THEY DID NOT! OPM runs the CIA, the Justice dept and every branch of the govt and their contractors and in 2014 all of health care for everyone. This is what occurs when all power is held by one entity. The Current Director John Berry has been 'well insulated.' either by his personal directive, or by those just under him that do not wish to be caught for past and current corurptions. And few have any idea what OPM is or who runs it.  OPM= Office of Personnel Management. Yesterday, after years of documentation, an offical admitted they make the OWCP decicions, even though there is no record of their involvement and they are not a legal party to any decisions. 3 or 4  parties are the only ones to be involved. The worker, their representative, if they have one, The emploeing agency and the Us Dept of Labor.  Any decisioan made thorgh the legal process has been overturend and set aside by OPM in secret with no notification or appeal rights.The whole process trashes the constitutional rights of all parties and the taxpayer suffers wehn liable third parties are able to exert power in the corrupd process through unnamed illeagl parties and stop any litigation to repay the taxpayers. That's a real big secret.While all the masses and even federal employees have no idea that everything they do correcty can be set aside by that high level entitiy. And all it takes is a corrupt official in high position in an agency to just ask for the cover up of crimes to occur. In my case they lie and give no documents let alone any notice and its believed? or is money exchanged? Some very corrupt have recived some of the highest awards with a monetary payament over the years for 'doing dirty deeds?'Corruption at highest levels for decades, a perfect breeding ground for corruption since it began in 1979 with no accountability at highest levels of govt
I called and left a recorded message for the author and reiterated much of what I have been writing on line and my phone number. I would like to know his source on this or whether it's a 'planted story' by some group that is entrenched in wrong doing using him to stop any investigations from occurring should Congress or the President, etc decide to make changes to  allow criminal investigations to start and there is a huge mountain of crimes to investigate. One can never return what has been stolen. Individuals have loss life and happiness itself as well as monetary losses.

#8: Been writing a modern day paraphrase of the Ten commandments to try and make it known that this is not just a faith document, but a document for governing and the earliest societies understood this better than we do today or groups would not be trying to remove then, just because the word God is listed a couple of times in it.
"Thou shalt not steal."One often thinks its of personal property by one party from another, The police catch the thief and  gets prosecuted and goes to jail or some other kind of punishment. There is accountability.
But as I just wrote here today, there are much higher crimes occurring and have not been stopped for a long time. Its when  govt becomes corrupted that its official steal  from  public treasures and part of that is monies that rules and laws have designated for individuals in entitlements. Society is set up that that is the only form of survivial in many cases.. Or could be a loan to start a business or buy a house or farm, etc.
One steal ones liberty  as well. as the money. Get injured in a Federal Job, one is in legal limbo as I am now.
Then there is theft  of ones work. When the very wealthy have become so wealthy based on the work of their employees and the employees are not even making a living wage that pays basics of life, that is a theft based on real greed. Its slavery.
The ultimate theft of ones time and money and property is slavery to a few who've gained power and authority to enable theft. If ones work is generating that kind of revenue, then why isn't it valuable enough for sustaining life? This is not sharing the wealth. This is theft of ones labor. Govt has minimum wages but that is only the barest of prevention of theft. OWCP is part of those wages provided for injury or death.
One hears some wanting to  lower minimum wage for teenagers etc as if they don't 'need' the funds.What about a young teenage mother trying to support herself and child as the  president's mother's situation? Her work is not valued as much as one a few years older?When the job is getting done?
Granted one with more education or skill produces work that has a bigger monetary value, but that person can't do their job unless the floor is cleaned and building painted, and the light bulbs changed to even see the work being done. These peplel have a value and if they do not have enough to sustain the basics of life they won't be present to do those basic things that enable the higher skilled to work.
In my case, the constitution itself is based on one not having their rights stolen.
I get judges orders that say illlgal acts should not occur only to have the Director of OPM counter them? Who made her or him the dictator of all rights any one can have? For almost 25 years, files and data stolen out of gvt offices and contractors. Theft that deniess life, liberty and purseuit of happiness. Monies awarded stolen?, How can one ever regain health and lost happiness and other things one could have done with their time if not robbed even of postage and costs of filing papes and appeals that OPM has 'disappeared?" Theft of ones reputation for being smeared and rumors and gossip spewed aorund as facts asn acted on by OPM as truth? Who say DON't obey the law, the judges orders! All parteis repeatedly say OPM is he ultimate authority in the USA. AND govt contractors get used as contract thieves and murders for what else is it but murder for hire when a director of OPM  orders"Let her die and the pattern of documented behavior is to do everything possible to carry out the orderin a manner so police can't investigate as would happen in regular kinds.  Unaccountable theft leads to slavery and death of people, our rights , our dignity and govt itself for without the basic rules we are all to live by, society falls into anarchy.
