Daily Recap 11/12/12: Choose Life: President Obama Born In Topeka KS; did some blogging on some health care sites. And did speak to one party that may be able to help and he did direct me to contact another party who wanted some summaries of what has occurred. The Violations of civil rights pages 1 through 41 and some of the recent letters here do summarize matters and its much easier for me to just e- mail a link which I can do. The first part of the Daily recap is a journal of events of the day and how the violations of laws, defiance of judges orders and blatant disregard for any contract terms, etc. has a toil on the right to life and liberty and pursuit of happiness. What has occurred should not be when one has a severe injury and the  established case is not controverted and would now be considered a near textbook case of injuries. The injustice and disregard for rights of life only seem to be getting worse as hatred and lawlessness grows. There are now petitions being circulated to secede from the Union. We do not need another civil war in this nation; over what? Things we need to demand that Congress correct!
I prefer to work through the system and those new members of Congress in both parties that can be asked to do what is right and good, fair and just.
For those dealing with chemical related illnesses, I became aware of some research. In 1992, a white paper was published by one of my former pulmonologists who attributed chemical sensitivity to damage to mucous membrane at time of injury.Doctors say mine was 'burned off.' entire body.
Lew Rockwell published an article by Dr Mercola who has a web site. ( he also sells products, which I have not used, but whether one buys is up to the individual as I do not advertise nor sell any products or services myself.) Its an article on aspartame which  info from my doctors is that its a formaldehyde agent. It breaks down in to it in the body. Formaldehyde is one of the major inflmamatories for me, at times causing not only inflammation but bleeding and have a history of when I was trying to work and no attempt at reasonable accommodation done despite EEOC sanctions against HHS and ignoring written promises to OWCP; blood became abnormal, but it was never explained well  how this  occurred. This article explains that formaldehyde can get into the molecular cells and explains scientifically how this happens. I won't try to summarize it here as Its going to take  me some additional technical reading for me to fully understand exactly what was explained. But it answers a lot of questions as to why things have occurred medically and when my doctors said not to re expose me even to low levels of certain chemicals and formaldehyde is a major one that causes harm to me since being injured 1/10/ 89. The effects became apparent soon after injury, when my Husband walked in and I asked him why he was wearing bug spray, when he was wearing the Cologne I'd given him for Christmas and used to like the smell of but now caused a burning sensation when breathing. Its a good article for those to have when others don't understand an invisible but very real and potentially life threatening condition if one is exposed to even the most minute amounts.Minute to the point of being measured in parts per billion when most chemicals that bother me are considered safe levels by the FDA and other govt agencies as parts per million. That's ofr uninjured persons, like I was before and those govt called safe levels did not bother me. Did not cuase chemically induced pneumonities and  asthma attacks and inflammaiton and bleeding in sinues and if ingested through out the digestive system. as these are also permitted to be used in our foods. We are getting an overload in in our society as one can get exposed to a number of different sources and the safe levels added together are exceeded and can cause harm.
Been tracking the progress of my new fax machine via UPS and hopefully it will arrive soon, and can fax the 17 medicare numbers to any one that wants to ask what computer system is its coming from. Its coming from the illegal offline system hidden from the contract auditors and being used internally by the claims processors of Medicare who are not subject to any interal audit controls and can't be prosecuted. Let alone recover monies due back to the program from other govt agencies and their contractors and worse of all can't shut down the on going theft.
I have tried to warn the 200 medical providers in this area of the country that we know have had their claims and id of patients stolen and turrned in to multiples and too often their billing serivces are coerced in to going along with use of a phony number to by pass the secured system. And they don't realize that more than one pay is debited from the Medicare trust fund and that one pay is theft if it is not coded as a conditional payment which requires the Medicare recovery unit to send out a letter asking for return of the monies.  The think because the provider only got one pay , everything is ok as the contractor says it is.The system then breaks down as the govt can't collect its own money from other govt agencies and its nearly impossible for the patient to find an attorney to take the cases as one can't get appeals answered addressing the legal issues nor acknowleigeing 17 pays instead of one( as it implicates their own employer) and civil rights complaints are ' intentionally never read nor answered.' In fact, the regional manager Ralph Rouse even sent me a letter denying me the right to keep fiiing every 180 days on new events, but that was set aside by washington, but did not stop the retaliaitons, which I also consider retaliation from HHS for civ'l rights matters and the EEOC sanctions against HHS fo rinflicting intintional physicil harm and torture when OWCP sent me back to work and was promised 'removeal of chemical barriers would occur ; and nothing was done, quite the contrary.   For almost 25 years, there has been no security on any paper or data file of mine in any federal agency or contractor and its the general policy to not investigate these felonies on any one.(Source: mulitple Directors of OIG) No HOMELAND SECURITY FOR GOVT employees or records or facilities is the policy. Its a blatant violation of the laws and constitutional rights of everyone.And contract compliance complaints are not addressed either as there is no facilitation of claims, even after appellate judges have ordered it done.Blatant disregard for any rule of law has occurred and gotten gradually worse over the years. The more gossip and rumor is accepted as fact, because if files and data are missing the worse it can get. The govt officials who have committed crimes and caused deaths , have become entrenched and we are in an impasse and I have no authority to arrest any one, nor stop the criminal behavior and many rank and file workers are caught in the cross hairs with their own jobs and safety on the line as I'm made an example of what can happen to them if they don't ignore the illegal activity and participate in it by ignoring it which is aiding and abetting.
PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS: I've BEEN SHARING MY EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT HERE SINCE 7/26/12 AND ON FACE BOOK AND TWITTER AND IN THE DAILY RECAPS.Over the last 5 days been writing a modern day explanation of the ten commandments as a document for government and not just a religious document. Something understood by earlier societies but often not to day when we have the right to practice ones religion , but not a state religion where all are expected to believe the same; a more modern concept. Nor  some who have no belief in a Creator other than ones accountability to humanity and history as the ultimate judge.
#6 Thou shalt not kill. Books have been written about one word 'kill'. The first written account of blood spilled was one brother against another and it says the blood on the ground cried out for justice. Any time one takes another's life or causes another to die has consequences. Some say many wars have been ' just.' But these are humans making those conclusions. If one believes in the ultimate judgement day when all sins have to be accounted for or atheists believe that history is the only judge, then one will have to make the case of why they had to take a life. No one should ever be in a situation where one life is taken by another. Yet, I have dead co workersr and most of us on duty in one office in 1/89 will eventually lose their lives prematurely due to illegal acts committed before we ever entered on duty in a building that did not meet basic safety requirements. by state, city and Federal inspectors. Many do have accountability issues. As a Christian we are told that we have an Advocate at that Judgment day and can plead for mercy and our sins can be forgiven. That doesn;t change the cry for justice and the on oging impact utimely death has on all humanity.
Those that take another's life need to be stopped from repeating this and modern societies have places where those who commit evil are locked up to protect society. Obviously , not ever one is being stopped. from harming others. How can one illegal act be consdiered a civill matter with monetary damages and another that cause the same loss of life be a crime? When medical care is obstructed due to intentional illegal acts, and the patient dies, is the end result any different than the robber that kills someone in the commission of a crime? Just because its done as a private perosn and not a govt contractor or govt official that can stop the investigations of themselves..
Why has our President lived his entire life  never knowing his real dad, as told to my mother by his mother; because a few had such racial hatred they decided to commit the ultimate attack on an interracial couple and three left dead in the Kansas River and the community and society ignore it for 50 years. Plus all the other 'disappeared.' I have written on this in detail over the last few months here. Injustice seems to breed injustice and when there is no accountablility and society decides to forget it does not stop it. Often those who committed the deeds often go right on committing more injustices and more end up dead before their time.Murder and killing isn't just in wars or in an act of inflicted harm by weapons that kill. Sometimes those weapons are gossip that becomes spewed out as facts and other gossip frenzies that cause a few to forget their humanity in their aroused altered state into taking life. If society ignores that and has no kind of accountabiity, then we have not overcome the bad deeds of the past and are doomed to continue repeateing them as they only get worse. I don't havePartr B Medicare right now and the lies being told, not only violate privacy laws to even comment why. But those spewing out the lies don't know the details of the matter nor the computer systems not even secured and other matters that should be of such concern that those in charge of national security should be shutting down the insecurity of the financial records of any one with a social security number.Yet the blatant disregard  has gone on and on for years and  some congressional studies listing how many have died over some of this is staggering and their blood cries out for justice and those who have had the authouirty and responsibility to stop it have chosen to disregard that repsonsiiblity to society and to even themselves in aiding and abetting illegal behavior.
