 There is an on going impasses among some  few  and highly placed corrupt officials  and my right to life and medical care and timely and proper payment for it. malicious gossip and misinformation is rampant. Its so bad that in spewing it out some don't even know they are also violating privacy rights. I have made public the issues i volved with my govt computer files and security problems of paper and digital info in prior filings. Today, I received a letter form the medical provider I sent the letter to that was posted 10/26/12 and was included in the daily recap for 10/25/12. Some do not seem to be aware that if one prints out a letter that is published on line, signs ad submits it to someone it is considered a legal submission, no different than a handwritten note, or a typed letter that is not published. We are also lining through any other matters that are posted at the sides or parts that are not part of the letter and initialling or signing that part also.
There seems to be no intent to resolvn until the medical  billing services stop allowing themselves to be misinformed and blatantly lied to and its been repeated all number of false things that have been said about the matters and me. Don't forget I have judges rulings and the law and all kinds of complaints filed as the Justice dept and general counsel for HHS and even general counsel for OPM have advised me to do and the system is proven to be very broken for 300 million Americans to come under this corrupted chaos in 2014. Too many seem oblivious of seriousness of the matter when vast numbers, and not just a few federal employees find themselves caught in an impasse between the laws being broken and no system in place to make any govt contractor or govt official to obey the law. That needs to be changed but it takes documentation to accomplish as  have been amassing in great volumes.

             I received your letter dated 11/8/12 but it did not contain any answers to the questions I asked  so this matter can be resolved and the bills paid as the law and regulations provide for in full.
You mention some one told you some information about my part B Medicare. An proceeded to give misinformation as to the facts and truth of the matter.
 Whom did you speak to?
What company or govt agency do they work for?
What is the business address, phone number and job title of the person?
Did you receive any written or digital documentation and print out from that person?
 If so Please send that to us!
You do not mention Federal workers compensation in the letter. why not?
Have you received any response from the filing of those claims? if so please  send that ,  I have yet to receive a response.
What Medicare claims number out of  17 being used on me by the govt contractor, Trailblazers and others did you file under?
Were anyother of them checked?
What else were you told?
I had difficulty finding any records myself as My Medicare .gov had them all under one of the phony claim number   the claims processors had illegally created to 'steal the Medicare trust fund in collusion with Medicare coordination Of Benefits'(did not come from  Social Security.)  A total of @ $4 million from my claims alone and according to the 500 named witnesses that have documented all this upwards of a trillion dollar theft of Medicare over the last several years since at least 1/06.  have written of  extensively on line and is including in postings labeled Violations of Civil Rights pages1-41.
You have became a witness in a gross and malicious violations of civil rights that is on going, but please be informed by these 500 witnesses, I am only one of so many this is occurring with.
 I have stated before if the wrong health plan is billed and pays for the care and does not CODE AS CONDITIONAL PAYMENT for the primary payer to be sent a recovery letter by the one(s) that pay, then the patient is overpaid and the medical provider's billing service is putting their medical provider in legal jeopardy. when Medicare is involved, especially since 1/11 when new regulations were made about these very situations due to the past director of Medicare being aware of what is occurring but, Congress refusing to allow criminal investigations and internal audits of the 'partners' of Medicare nor govt contractors.
This example is being filed with the Office of Contract Compliance & civil rights at Us Dept of Labor and the Office of Civil Rights,fHealth and Human Services. the Commisisioner of Social Security was already  notified  our signed agreement  is not being upheld and have yet to hear back from Commisisiner Astrue. That letter has also been published here recently.
I have not filed any civil rights violations against you on this example. What you are expressing to me is that you are a witness to actions of other parties in the matter.
The premiums are legally paid.  Documentation and witnesses have stated that govt computers at SSA have been hacked into by parties unknown, but no law enforcment has been allowed to investigate the security breaches of paper and digital files inside SSAand their contractor, Affiiliated Computer Services, who's also the  contractor for US Dept of Labor as well as a 'partner of Medicare.'  They are also publically implicated in the Jack Abramoff bribery scandal. Those investigations have not yet been completed involving many officials in many agencies suych as one already convicted that has and is doing me personal harm at US Dept of Labor due to his actions that have not been altered.
Your attention to these questions being answered is appreciated.  as I stated when I registered for the tests, I expect that claims be filed and appeals filed on them if the proper party(s) do not pay in full. and a 90% reduction in payment rate indicates some basic coding problems in filing the claims as that in itself is not reasonable at all and would usually indicate something is amiss with that matter alone.

PRESIDENT OBAMA BORN IN TOPEKA KS; The ten Commandments are a governing document early societies understood  was more than a good moral code of behavior.
The 4h Commandment gives ALL a day of rest every 7days. One could say "Take A break" but its more than a day one does not go to their regular job It was meant for all and included the servants and even the animals that helped do the work, to have some time off.
Modern experts know that sleep is important not only for refreshing of the physical body but for a subconscious reflection of all the knowledge ones senses has accumulated and needs to process.
Researchers say that there is a mathematical cycle where the conscious human needs a time of conscious reflection too. Most have a Faith in a Divine creator that one needs to refresh their connection with. Even one who does not profess to believe, such still needs a time periodically to reflect and refocus.
Mathematicians have pretty well established that its virtual improbability that creation and humanity just ' happened' that there is design to our very being. Humans seem to always  sense of need to recognize and worship that entity that is the Creator. It seems innate, just as a rhythm of life seems to be innate.
Many say that 7 days is a natural and 'divinely ' designed number when the need to pause and reflect and put ones focus on those things that are spiritual.
Granted humans debate about  the day to gather  and worship. Many who are involved in traditional Christian work, find themselves often spending the Saturday or Sabbath or 7Th day in study and preparation for the Next day when the more active meetings to worship take place.
In our modern society, many are blessed to have two days off a week. and that process can occur.
many do not, some don't even have one.
 Whoever or whatever system of government one has, all need to be able to have that day off and one is out of harmony with or out of touch with the natural or the Divine if all can't do this. Our society and humanity need to make possible that 6 days of work should be enough to provide for ones family and household.  Those blessed with the extra day, need to make good use of it.
When one says 'take a breath'  or pause a moment , or let me think it over first. think of that 4th commandment  that says we need to give each that 'pause that refreshes.' and I'm not advertising a beverage but borrowing the phrase from the 4Th commandment.
If all those that allow themselves to get into a gossip frenzy  and then become a mob that a few end up doing things that no one should  do, we might have a better chance for Peace on this earth. and it does start with each person. I've witnessed these  'gossip frenzies'occur more than once, and been a personal victim of such myself as how does one stop gossip  spewed out for extended periods of time before one is even aware of what is being said , then have to correct it or suffer physical and financial consequences of it. Often the frenzy is being manipulated from someone or few from outside the group' they have  enticed into the bad actions as part of their own personal and evil agendas that defy any part of decency, human rights.or just a cover up of their own illegal acts they don't wish to have society make them accountable for.
 President's parents were victims of this kind of gossip frenzy and a few were enticed into causing 3 dead. The fight against human rights and dignity of each individual was being fought by a few whose hatred and agendas derived for that didin't want to upset their control and power over the people.Money always seems to be involved when people's rights are deprived. When people are made to work more than 6 days to  have enough for their basic survival.
When the Ten commandments are posted, they are usually abbreviated.
Keeping the Sabbath , the 4Th , includes the governing principle of the worker having that day off.  If 6 days of work is not provident adequate income for the basic of life, then theft of ones labors is occurring due to greed  or grave mismanagement. How many realize that? That are opposed to them being posted in  public places? Are they  the very ones fighting for a living wage for all?
