This is another miracle of what happened we are not fully told. The rights of each citizen to have a legal vote cast and have the will of the people who also legally cast votes reflect the will of us...CAN NOT HAPPEN if one simple right is usurped and we witness major, breaches and illegal obstruction of the process. What law or constitutional amendment was needed to call the US Marshals and shut that down until the observers returned to OK the ballots scanned and only once each,,, or whatever, and who is to act. That was the breach...and we seem to be getting bamboozled as the witnesses were also and left none to stand guard of the ballots . Who was guarding the ballots anyway? as the place was being flooded to get them safe. ? The same time, a similar going on in multiple cities in the USA was reported all over.. for 6 cities to choose a president is a valid allegation to be made with no observers present. to say yes or no? And whom would the repot to when a state legislature might not have the time to vote for a call that a crime in progress...
If the local and even state has not taken action by laws to make sure all rights are upheld...for the voters to decide the outcome of the elections...HOW DO WE FIX THIS TO NEVER HAVE TO QUESTION ANOTHER ELECTION?
Two witnesses, like the Bible, say, and maybe more...And our laws fo provide for observers but they seem weak..and no recourse to NOT EVEN START VOTING OR LATR COUNTING UNTIL ALL ARE IN PLACE...to be able to question whether a vote is legal or not...And with machines, the initial count is not verifiable without thousands of high-tech forensics auditors present, etc...and we know that is not reasonable to expect..
Some nations and even states have gone back to paper ballots where volunteers can use common sense and reason to decide if each ballot is OK for intent...and if questioned then a panel of judges will review and decide...etc...and all documented.It would be even quicker if all volunteered.
But the taint began even before any vote was cast...and that goes back to the rights of each voter to have their full vote value count...and if anyone can vote or create voters or empty lots of many voters where not even a homeless camp existed as many witnesses with affidavits made have stated....search warrants are issued every day on far less credible info...BUT there are laws and rights outlined.
Plus, in an area where corruption has become a way of life, to be expected,,,, some in charge may not obey any laws then what?
Back in the 1960s, the Federal government did get involved in the voting process as many were not allowed to vote, who legally should be due to race,,, and others who were white were also as many northerners who were Republicans moved south and were going to upset the power in areas and they have also turned away from registering My own sister and brother-in-law were.. for the 1960 election and while home in Topeka they went and talked to Sen Carlson and he called the FBI in and they did take action and caught the denial of the right to be a voter and be part of the will of the people who met all the residency requirements but a new group was moving into areas who were often educated and had gotten jobs in industry and higher-skilled manufacturing...in the South...And the remedy is the Ouachita Parish Louisiana presidential election results were not allowed to be counted in 1964 due to violations of the rights of people to vote. even one or many. And this was giving whites the right to vote first... Then the civil rights laws were passed and the struggle for all to have the rights.
If whites can vote for president in one area of the land, then why not others if they wish to register as a member of the minority party in the area...etc.

And the 12th amendment does not deal with the current issues..of all through the process of our voting of registration and listing of who gets sent mailed ballots...and review when received to make sure each if from a legally resisted voter DOES NOT EXIST AND DID NOT FOR MOST OF THE PROCESS...and REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT TO BE MADE ONLINE BEFORE THE MAILED OR DROPPED OFF BALLOT IS OPENED all with witnesses to say was going on and many tried to report this and ere obstructed and ignored as no one know who to call and what to do.
One woman saw ballots stacked in a public hallway unguarded and kept guard all night and calls made were ignored as the security of ballots where most states require they be kept for two years or me were ignored or none even knew the laws...

BY THE TIME OF COUNTING IS WAY TOO LATE
From the beginning of mailing out absentee ballots and even verifying what the ballot looks like and where one's name is on it... we do have many state laws...But there is still no federal law to intervene with states..but there is still time for lawsuits and judges to intervene...But some ballots with judges' orders to NOT OPEN MAILED IN BALLOTS BEFORE COUNT WERE and if two witnesses or more were recent who would they call to immediately halt the action.?

No election since 12/02 using shared federal funding can be considered valid unless the states paid for full forensics audits of machines and this is not cheap as each party has to have observers who also have expertise present for it. and since can be accessed across state lines then all the machines have to go.
So we need something like this?
No votes can be cast and or counted for a presidential election unless a witness is present who represents each candidate on the ballot. It is a federal felony to obstruct the rights of each observing witness to view each ballot and allow objections if not considered validly cast or marked. Procedures will be in place for a panel of judges of each candidate or party on ballot and election official and judge to decide by review of each objected ballot and if permitted and a mail-in...then the outer envelope can be opened and the ballot be sent to be counted with no seeing of what candidate or none was voted for,
And each observer during voting at precincts are not to be wearing anything that identifies them as being for what candidate but witnesses of each party unless waived be present or the VOTING CAN NOT START....and observers of the whole process...including also a review of who is sent mailed ballots. as being legally registered voters is also part of the process And state procedures in place to verify can be used or a process for the presidential decision before the election begins...and then followed and rules remain through the last ballot counted and or appeal...and no destruction of records for a period of 7 years or whatever time for any federal felony charges might be brought and the evidence be preserved for trial.....No mail out ballots sent to voters not already on the rolls.. and candidates representatives may object and a process to verify if valid, Which many states have a driver license or state ID for those who have requested mailed ballots and any process acceptable may be followed using state records.. .or other means to verify a real voter.
This taint and too many witnesses stated to state officials....that the tolls are not good, as appeared 10-year-old voting rolls used...and it's not about the winner of any office ITS THE WEIGHT OF THE VOTE LEGALLY CAST DIMINISHED TO KNOW THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE AND BY HOW MUCH....as Good governing means if the cunt is close...then drastic changes will not be accepted by the people as winner takes the spoils is not service to the people or nations and change can be made but a more steady process that in the end surely will have results without angst and maybe less time in courts to make happen even if somewhat altered and maybe even better when all sides have input.
NO VOTING AND NO COUNTING WITHOUT WITNESSES FOR THE CANDIDATES OR FILED WAIVER to be there...and that is not 100 feet away or one volunteer seeing every vote on multiple tables.. . So everyone physically able to help, expect to be needed for an hour or two every presidential election...and should do it for the state also...since the same issues can happen if this is a ballot that is not even legally field for either state or federal president...
Time for positive actions to be going on and not anger and some end up even in real violence spurred on by a committee that will not focus on the real need of our US CONSTITUTION needing a rare but needed amendment to deal with these times...And if states will not change to paper for all eleltions then maybe for the presidential there may need to be a separate paper one...as there been no govt in charge since 12/02 of govt but for Dept of defense and we have gotten this world on the verge of WWIII over he world' perception that mighty American has become weak and cannot even run a fair election...
We forget to care for ourselves or the nation as masses walk in every day and we do not even care who comes as we have lost our self-respect...of those wishing t come knock on the door and we decide who is invited in or not...through our representatives who do need to know what we think and it's too late after problems happen..its the law and processes needed before issues happen...

If any candidate is not represented for president then the VOTING NOR COUNTING. CANNOT BEGIN...WITHOUT ONE PRESENT OR A NOTARIZED WAIVER of right to be present in precincts r=or local where mail-in ballots are secured and later counted with none opened without witnesses present and process and procedure in place for any one of those who look at each ballot can object to it being accepted her by the outer envelope and then would not be opened until the panel of judging says its ok or not then it would never be opened...
NO MAILING, NO VOTING, AND NO COUNTING..WITHOUT WITNESSES TO CLEARLY OBSERVE ANDALLWED TO OBJECT FOR ANYONE AND PROCESS IN PLACE FOR A PANEL OF ALL SIDES TO DECIDE plus a federal judge would need to be available for the final decision on any vote needing a judicial decision of valid or not...
.So all who wish to vote and all should but for the few adults who do not for reasons of conscience or prohibited by laws to be registered, and maybe we need a federal holiday for presidential elections and I have concerns about the conduct of primaries as to how we have ended up with some candidates, many thought others were better able to do the job......
This would be a US CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT since presidential elections are certified by states and there is NO RECOURSE AS THE CONSTITUTION SAYS NOW FOR THE US CONGRESS TO DO ANYTHING MORE THAN MAKE SURE EACH STATE ELECTOR DID CAST THE VOTE...LIKE POLLING THE JURY.

In 1964, I was part of the mass volunteers to go to verify registered voters really existed and update voter rolls and the DEMS WENT TO COURT TO STOP US FROM DOING A VALID JOB AND EVEN DID POLL WATCHING and we had clear instructions to observe but not interfere with the vote unless we had reason to question someone valid right to vote...but having been over a precinct for many months....the rolls had been canvassed/
I was interviewed by the Los Angeles Times by name over the court case and I did say...we want no dead voters like in Ill and they asked me if I had found irregularities and found one had moved and another was voting in the wrong precinct for years....and never told ..A nice lady and guess they let her have a ballot...and vote...whether any election was altered bing in the same town I do not know but back then it might alter who might be precinct chair...for areas that elected them on ballots. This year my mailed request for an absentee ballot did not come as soon as thought it should be here and looked online and found I was registered to vote but no record of my mail request....so was able to register online, and enter my driver's license number as already registered and it took me 3 hours to go through my ballot this time OK has two us senator races, and open congressional race....and term limits for state offices has many running now and looked them up online....and chose to vote for ones who seemed to be OK and some had been state legislatures and with terms up were now running for the seats they wee the oversight committee in the state legislature and not sure how that will work out but many had ideas to make changes once they got elected...

This 1 /6 COMMITTEE IS A SHAME when they had over a year now to propose a constitutional amendment and most states have a chance to vote to adopt it..and pass it...AND 'SHAME ON ALL ADVISING PRESIDENT TRUMP TO NOT SAY THE NEED FOR A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT IS NEEDED... that would overturn the 12/02 law as a given
This is not about doing away with the electoral college THis is there for a reason and we see how 6 cities ? finding the votes to pick the present has led to shortages in food and getting it to us....and we do have to look out for the farmers or we starve...
The USA is a mix of types of government and what worked for one area may not be best for another....and we oversee the process and adapt to what may work better as e have the freedom of our laws and governing documents to be able to do that.
But we must be willing to oversee the process...and have some fun and meet people as we care and find our way to being ALL KINGS AND PRIESTS AS THE BIBLE SAYS WE ARE TO BE....as its a safeguard for mass emergencies and most are not even named on ballots anymore but are elected by the political party...and NONE OF THE ANGST WOULD EVEN HAVE HAPPENED IF THE OBSERVERS WERE THERE AND PROCESS IN PLACE WITH PANELS AND JUDGE AND FEDERAL MARSHALLS ALLOWED TO LEGALLY STEIP IN THE FIRST OBSERVER OBSTRUCTED AND NO VOTES CAST OR COUNTED WITHOUT ALL REPRESENTED THAT AREON THE BALLOT UNLESS WAIVER ON FILE...(That would account for an independent etc...who ran to bring forth an issue...if they did not have enough to be present. Mail-in can be done and is the most convenient...but for that may all sign up to volunteer in 2024 and 2028 and be given an hour or two to uphold the right of the people to choose their president ...)
In the name of Yahusha, may we find our way to help save ourselves from what we let get into such a mess...Help guide us for who is called to do what part.
Prayers for the 1/6 Committee to step up trying to target one person and give out not full truth...And thanks for me being able to understand the clue from the witnesses never asking what was needed to fix things. Since the gag order rule of Cmgrs forbids any federal money spent to oversee the shared funding contracts and sats have to dit all. and n there laws or amendments to the constitution in place to help .when its CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO A PART WRITTEN LONG BEFORE ALL TH PEOPLE VOTED ....AND 200 MILLION BALLOTS TO COUNT..
And until You return and take charge of the server...we may need volunteers to count the 200 million votes and we have that many of us...so an hour or two every 4 years...seems small amount to give back to assure each of us to have our say...and we know its all legal and ethical and then we celebrate the winner...and pray for best for all of us and nation and the USA can be a light of freedom as we the people can get it done...and with Your help can clean up harms and wrongs and evil is overcome as much as possible until You deal with evil and its cohorts and removed them for the time of peace.
And pray those in office who said they NEVER TOLD THE PRESIDENT OF THE REAL ISSUE IS THE NEED FOR AN AMENDMENT...and federal intervention if the observer of the people and candidate are obstructed and hat law should suffice to top judges doing the same as nothing to go by for even judge or justice as elections by all the voter was not the way president were elected back in 1789 and no way for systems to access all over of the total and apply some way to alter all 50 states enough to make it look ok.....The possibility it can be done...and not that high tech...means we must protect the borer of our votes just as we protect the border of our nation from invading armies coming to conquer and loot and annihilate us...And that evil is still real in this world...now.
Prayers for healing for me and mine and all others....and for families so busy with life and events needing attn in so many ways...and then something else happens.
And thanks for all the many praisers of You on line in a time we need to know we are not alone and do many so busy,, know of the disasters all over this world now and massive deaths going on and not from health...but many three also...
May violence be paused and may those in leadership stop trying to incite violence and seems that Pres Trump knows business and needed some constitutional scholars to help...He knew the mail in the ballots was an issue...and they are when unsolicited but seems states are doing much t fix this...but there are fake voters added in and in any usual criminal case,,, many credible witnesses would have had a search warrant and counting stopped until all could be justly and legally done...
May the truth be out and some may have mentioned the constitutional crisis but it's not the electoral college its he OBSERVERS FROM WE THE PEOPLE OF HAVING THOSE TWO OR MORE WITNESSES TO OBJECT AND ALLOW PROCESS TO MAKE A DECISION ON SUSPECT ENVELOPES AND THEN BALLOTS
and so far no mention of a security code on ballots and not all scanned had it or had illegal ones..either....WE HAD TO LEARN A LESSON THE HARDWAY... and pray we clean up this mess and move forward and if some face change then so be it...but we need no more enticed into a protest and then angered as we HAVE NO CONSTITUTIONAL GUIDANCE FOR HIS...AND AS I WRITE THIS The main media is spewing out more biased info about the issues....and WHY HASN'T CNTRESS GIXED ANY OF THESE SIMPLE THINGS SO ALL IF FAIR AND JUST..?
Who are their masters I do not think it's You or such who wouldn't be ready to erupt with several sides upset on matters and ADVISORS TO PRESIDENT NEED TO TELL HIM THE WHLE TRUTH AND MAYBE AG ROSEN DID MENTION HE CONSTITTUITINAL CRISIS TOO LATE WITH 4 YEARS TO FIX it... AND MAYBE WE WOULD BE LIVING IN A WORLD FAR DIFFERENT THAN WE ARE NOW... and facing taint over all elections with the issues we have been exposed and govt not acting and federal forbidden to act with defunded oversight of shared funding.. and observers are not being present when contractors come and work on machines or systems at all...That can be more important than paper ballots if machines get rigged and they can be, but with no observers there we all have no right to find out or know, and wore I some saying NO PROOF PROPAGANDA WHO KNOW FULL WELL OF THE GAG ORDER rule and the law of 12/02 that robs us and takes even our lives and right to have life, liberty or pursuit of happiness May all those in fear of telling the ruth and fixing the law of 12/02 first and then fix the rest and stop us being robbed and lives intentionally ending before they should Are the one doing this sham, be in office due to some machine rigging? How can we trust what is going on when evil is still present and many are being coerced into not being allowed to tell the full truth as if Trump has to be stopped and You know him, and what has he done?
They do not seem to understand this is not just about one candidate it's about our survival and freedoms and rights and pray none get violent and learn what I know and help get what is needed to get the laws changed and amendments passed

If anyone saw only the 1/6 committee and never knew how a real hearing is to be conducted and has no way to go back and look at the state proceedings and experts or even arrest and investigations and pending charges now ...the only thing is using a proceeding to know what laws or changes needed and then the media has kept spewing out abut doing away with the electoral college...but we need to keep that as if a major disaster happens we need a commander in chief and it allows the parties and state legislature to vote and choose one for us...as what was done by 1789 constitution and about time we fix the oversight part...and for the entire govt defunded since 12/02 law bt for DOD and say another govt contract at DOD up on federal charges...but far less then trillions missing in entire govt other areas and contractors over 20 years now...
We have a lot to do and need that Federal election holiday so everyone can volunteer an hour or two to help...NO MAILING OF BALLOTS,,
NO VOTING AND NO COUNTING UNTIL OBSERVERS PRESENT FoR EACH CANDIDATE PRESENT TO OBJECT IF ANY ENVELOPE OR BALLOT IS QUESTIONABLE AND THEN A PANEL TO REVIEW AND FEDERAL JUDGE TO DECIE ANY NEEDING FINAL OK OR NOT..
And maybe going back to precinct persons for parties might help canvass before the election behind and not afterward and find an empty lot of many voters and not even some homeless...as well as apt buildings where way more voted from there and not there and never was and plenty of evidence and info that in usual criminal cases search warrants issues....
But no laws cover then and not even the US CONSTITUTION DOES EITHER... is the testimony from the former acting Atty General of the USA and tried to offer suggestions and NEVER MENTIONED TODAY HE EVER TOLD THE PRESIDENT THE US CONSTITUTION NEEDED AMENDMENT.. and why Pres Trump is a smart person, unlike some others n DC and am think he would understand the problem and since the Congress would have held some kind of mini sharing to address this.
Then Pres Trump would have had coming to tell all of what the issue was and to go home and get the amendment passed..and volunteer to observe..and where was all over the last 100 years with this issue never addressed...? This has been called a RICCO case of the same actions in many states and that needs looked at..and was...but not before any legal body like Congress or courts...Again the witnesses needed legally to be there were not and systems are not covered in the 1789 AD governing document either....Where was the entire govt to prevent what it's reported the CIA was already using in other nations to make regime change since the late 1990s? Even if they did not, the technology made it possible and laws needed to prevent it from being done in the US..
Even the dead voters in one state of ILL in 1960 were anything like what happened with all that was never given to a court or judge as there were no laws to allow the broken laws to be stopped...Just as the law of 12/02 defunded oversight of those who rule us and control access to records of the nation which is much of our personal medical and financial and we expect those entrusted to be used only fo legal purposed protected from harms, and illegal acts and THEY ARE NOT and our medical database on all of us is a leading cause of death per congressional study of 2007 and nothing has changed but get worse and more deadly and fewer rights and no action by congress to fix the mess by the needed rules, and laws to do so
I am sorry we let a president down by our forgetting to protect our precious scepters of rulership, our ballots...and may we help in whatever way possible for what party one is registered with or independent to help oversee the process... And may we get it done before the 2024 election and the state elections would benefit...from this oversight and laws to stop obstructions of observers upholding the rights of all of us...
And we need a full hearing and the media is making things far worse as being one who watched and linked info and blogging and much linked if not deleted by censorship of the site censored I had inked....we are in a terrible time when we have congressional committee misleading the people t incite a prior and with the Roe V Wade decision coming soon..many of various sides are not happy and some troublemakers may turn it worse than 1/6 which what is being out now is also edited and 4 died and neglect to mention that Trump asked he, national guard, to be there but the Mayor of DC said no is the quote and we need the truth.....
why? would she say no? (because Trumpers were non violent before?
and we never clean this mess up....How do we get a petition going for a constitutional amendment to protect observers and a process to deal with any objection to a ballot or ballot envelope as valid ballot inside.....as then when any candidate for present go to a judge for action the WITNESSES CAN BEAR THEIR BEING INTRFEERD WITH DING THEIR JOB FOR ALL OF US. That, to me, was the biggest flaw, as with them removed or not even close to seeing a ballot,,, or compare to a registration signature on a computer screen either.
, THERE WAS NO WAY TO EVER HAVE A FAIR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONor even a state one if oversight of contracts does not happen . The taint of not knowing for sure will plague us and already has.....and brings into question other ballot offices and issues votes too... But for the 12/02 law, no covid could have happened and no tainted elections, and maybe someone else in the Whitehouse now and my life, not being ended for illegal acts by govt contractors with no oversight to enforce laws...and the amount owed back t Meicar along might stop the false propaganda that it's broke...NO it's BEING ROBBED AND EVERYONE IN CONGRESS COVERING THIS UP NEEDS TO BE ASHAMED for all the suffering and harms and damage have done..
.REPENT AND BE SAVED ...And have the courage to oversee this mess and we might thank you for it instead of being concerned you will incite a real riot that satan will annihilate all of us by your bending to such whatever hold it has on you each one. who knows and keeps silent for what or who or fear of one has...
