( we know because this is the first law since 2002 law of oversight of govt conractors as under DOD...oversight is there and perps can be investigated..and prosecuted... we have 31 trillioin missing the govt is aware of and the million for my medical care last seen at contractor who disappeared it and gave order to let me die....and others who have lost even lives all over....Now the next step is back to work...rebuidling the USA..as was to have been done in 2008 with the disappeared TARP money...and no oversight and the banksters in Europe got bailed out..and we got left with nation;s infrastructure our of date and falling apart..)Massive Fraud Exposed In Congress Bailout Plan – Sons of 1776
