Very tired and on the phone for a long. long time tonight as a loved one picked up a grocery order at Walmart....and the order details again showed a Capital One Walmart card number's last 4 digits I have never had....and this showed up the first time in 10/22 after the switch to Capital One yet for months we never got out new cards....and all the contracted out call centers were told our numbers would be the same yet the hard copy evidence on line showed a different last 4 digits and
NO ISSUES WITH REGULAR CAPITAL ONE CARDS OR PAYMENTS.. I PERSONALLY KNOW OF...seems OK for me and others...talked with..
NO SECURITY ON OUR WALMART CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS...…( you may also have a phony made up card number that is showing up only on grocery pick up as others Walmart.com uses the real card number last 4 digits.. and the contract call centers...have no access to see the phony numbers as this is illegal and both Capital one and card holders are robbed of use of our monies for up to 2 weeks since 10/22/19 when this first showed up and could be any number of systems and companies between our banks and theirs...as the report last year of what happened with our various banks and all seem to have the same bill pay contractor and when making up a phony card number..is eliminates ability to do electronic payments that most are in only a day...to credit...from one bank bill pay to the creditor....and they have the info to do them....but WE HAVE PHONY NUMBERS BEING USED....AND IT SHOWS UP ON ONE PLACE...THE ORDER DETAILS FOR GROCERY PICK UP... get a hard copy of photo of it...if its not the last 4 digits of your number...
Have had no issues with other credit or debit cards used...and was told there were 10 million Walmart credit card holders...seems like a small number....but maybe that is correct..?
This is not someone stealing our card numbers to steal with....they are stealing the use of our payments for up to 2 weeks...and not using the electronic signatures our bill pays got back in 10/19 to use...and will not go through and then sending out a paper check...is still not going through timely as I have other payments that are paper and never takes that long...through the regular mail....
I finally got an admission tonight that the call centers...etc...are all contracted out...as much of many banks are now and like the govt they have no idea what is going on.....with the monies they should have had for about 2 weeks every month for the last 6 months.....and the only way to document and catch this is...for the customers to be treated with respect and one place its showing up is

Check to see if that is the last 4 digits of your real card number...
I have a regular credit card from them also....and NO PROBLEM of bill pay getting in within even 24 hours now and credited...electronically...from the major bill payers for most banks..no matter which one is yours...but this has been a real issue for 6 months now....and I SUSPECTED THEY WERE A CONTRACTOR OF THE CABAL THAT HAS ROBBED THE US TREASURY OF TRILLIONS....and no OVERSIGHT..
and the people who work there are not allowed to do anything to report a major systems breach....and this has not been known on any other part of Capital one....and am going public on this as THE PRESIDENT OF CAPITAL ONE IS NOT GOING TO BE TOLD...NOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS....and especially not the SECURITY IT DEPT ON SYSTEMS... to know of this as finally got the info tonight for sure...
and now one can understand the issues Moses had to deal with...of a people that had a morality of life and love and caring from the I AM WHO I AM (YHWH) of three in one.....and his people had lived among those who had an opposite view....and some already had turned to worship of the deity of evil of human sacrifice and public indecency.....while he was on the mountain getting the rules to live by for a heaven on earth and FREEDOM AND INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS which we are so close to all having now and we have let it slip from us...when even our banks are robbed and we all suffer for it...with them having our payments to use to invest for even a day...so all can have more credit offered at lower rates....and JUSTICE DENIED ONE denies it to all...
And Moses had a million souls to look out for in the desert on the move....and can understand that the DIVINE LAWS OF 10 COMMANDMENTS... was turned into some situational rules for the time and some who would not go along with the good....and even when many were dropped into someplace else...there were still some who did bad things...and the punishment from their legal court systems and Moses as the SUPREME COURT...came up with some very harsh punishments.....and Moses did not go on into the promised land...as he did some things he wished he had not done...and accepted not going on in....and let Joshua take the lead...
And those over time that think the laws and rules of punishments etc....for that time and place are for all now...I DO NOT BELIEVE SO and neither did Christ who taught differently.....Just like we have US Supreme Court decisions....that change what is or is not constitutional and we also alter our US Constitution by amendments...as society changes to know more of human rights....and not under the rulership of one...LIKE IN MARTIAL LAW OR NATIONAL EMERGENCY and that is what it was like in the desert for 40 years...HARSHNESS by leaders due to circumstances....we should never let ourselves get into but we now have done so...with a bio weaponized virus let out....and we have no medications made for them..or others in safe form....as the report now is they are mimicking the chemical injuries many like me have....and ending up with 20%- 30% lung damage....and these are progressive diseases. That also lead eventually to left ventricle heart failure if you live long enough....and the WRATH OF OUR OWN SIN..is come back around on all of us....as none cared about 25 million in the USA without meds. made or in safe form like me.....as written of here....so this is what many now face with this virus..
ANYONE WITH ACCESS TO THE REAL SYSTEMS PEOPLE AT CAPITAL ONE...LET THEM KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON . AS OUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS COULD BE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS...OR A BILLION TAKEN AND USED TO MAKE THAT KIND OF MONEY....THAT THE BANK COULD HAVE MADE FOR ITS OWN CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES...
Some have made a lot of money on the stock market recently with buy low and sell higher using our fear...and interruptions of society...to assess values.... when buying is in overdrive as all stock up..on things.. and maybe we are being allowed to be prepared for something worse that may come...and may we not let that happen.....
And wonder if the doctors re reading what my doctors and I have come up with on MEDICAL REGIMEN series..here as now they are speaking to PROBIOTICS ETC to boost immune systems...etc...and do a word or phrase search at the top....and sure glad I made an error and order 3 orders of ours....and maxed out a credit card...(not the Walmart one) and should arrive this week....
TAKE AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR about this...but its common sense....and the over load of chemical in any medical facility now is worse than life threatening for me...and no mask covers the entire body....as the INSTITERIUM is the entire organ of the lymphatic system...and the whole is affected with inflammation and worse...
It seems like something engineered to cause real devastation...as HIV virus also mimics chemical injuries to the organ also..as now being told COVID-19 mimics symptoms....ALSO....NO MEDS..MADE AND NO SAFE ONES MED FOR OTHERS...AND FDA HAS NO VERIFIABLE DATA SINCE 2002 LAW AND LONG BEFORE THAT..BACK TO 1994 BY EXECUTIVE TYPE ORDERS...TO KNOW THE MEDICAL NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE.... nor our animals...whom they are to over see and not allowed to since either...
VOTE AND BE PART OF THE SOLUTION..
In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus....may someone get a message through to the real heads of the bank...and stop whoever it committing this illegal acts...and then may Congress put the oversight back of the public monies and programs...so those are not stolen and messed with and lives and livelihoods harmed also....as we each become over comers of evil deeds done...to us and may all choose the good. and follow You to life and love forever more. and I understand the reality of Your parable of not throwing pearls before swine....and many nice people work for these contractors of companies nd govt...but pray for them and for those who are their bosses....that all change and a real upturn to good happens....and they still find a job...and not have to cover up crimes when they find out that is part of their job...and had no idea what they had gotten employment in and for who...In Your Holy Name.. Amen!
