(if this is the only kind of credit card one can get, then maybe one should sign up for one of those online free services to guide you through restoring credit based on your scores from creidt bureaus....and just pay cash until you get back high enough to get one with little or no yearly fees-caution they may subtly be promoting one bank or so----but what's free can be useful info to play the game with the whole- that is a game and do not get sucked into consolidationss by getting too many higher interests cards and never get out of the game..some mail order cos such as fingerhut have higher prices but do report when you pay off the bill on time...so read and study any card that does what this company does. goes into the kitty litter bag...)800-987-5521 / 8009875521
