For years a Bible is opened daily and chapter read at random...Translations often varied each time through...this time the King James Version is being used.....the Bible of 1600's English, the language of much revered poetry and songs and hymns.... recent centuries we still have....but not in public school where only the fertility goddess stories and sayings are allowed of the ancients...and few seem to understand that is unequal access.....
Once upon a time in a land of freedom of religion and in larger public schools as I attended...teachers could have a moment of silence or a generic prayer song and along with Shakespeare and Aesop's fables we read the 23rd Psalm as poetry along with Robert Frost and others....And respect for each other grew as none had to say the pledge of allegiance if their faith or citizenship was with another country or sect...and NONE was to disrespect that either...
Much of the history of humanity has now been lost to younger generations, as history.....and worse is no understanding of how faith and belief can form nearly all history when its used by one or few to control and lead into horrors against each others in wars.....
Disrespect for the governing documents of the USA, are rampant as loyalty to each others and why we have some underlying rules for all to follow promotes freedom and does not take away from it...
Our founders did not live in a perfect world and some would not part from things that were not so good , like the economics of slavery and the awesome political power of every one able to vote.....and women were the last to gain equality...and that is nearly here....it is by our laws...almost...
History teaches that some forward movements have to come from the hearts and miracle of the US Constitution is a 'living" document of rules that not only has checks and balances on human natures but is grounded in the 10 Commandments and few now understand this as we read them in Biblical language in English or others not of the original ..and do not know this is t10 rules that have separated church and state....not the opposite and the whole world since Moses came down from the mountain with them...WELL UNDERSTOOD THIS SEPARATION and that no human leader was a god or goddess and can make mistakes and a separate entity had to exist to be the moral leadership of a people....to serve the people and be faithful to the moral teachings of the Divine I AM WHO I AM....who made us and all of creation and made us with free will to be free in our souls and care enough about each other to the least among us....that we follow a few rules of the heart to get along and live in a semblance of peaceful existence...
And a secular set of laws of judgments and courts to determine what is acceptable in society that can be tolerated for this peace and order....so none harmed....and what human made punishments to deter sinful behavior as to harm others or their property rights. was also a defiance of the Divine...
And this division too often gets blurred even in trying to reconcile the punishments of the Old Testament to the teachings of Christ and why He kept saying He came to restore the old not change it...HE WAS THE ORIGINAL MAKE IT GREAT AGAIN....?
As the two are separate and in times and cultures, punishments may be more harsh as meted out by Judges and the supreme court of one, Moses..who never went into the promised land with the rest as he admitted he did not always follow the best...as it was a rule of one under him and the 12 Tribes needed to find a new form of self governing and formed a loose confederation of the Patriarchs who as heads of families or tribes...was the first division of leadership that came together for common needs as council and had no ONE HEAD...but Joshua at the beginning in the return to the land given them by the Divine to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob before they travelled down to Egypt and stayed and got themselves in trouble when a new Pharaoh took over that had not knowledge of them etc....AND WHERE WOULD ONE COME FROM THAT HAD NO KNOWLEDGE..in an era where the whole world had little population....and Giants of the Nephilim had returned after the Flood and people still lived long lives for awhile and direct descendants of Mr. and Mrs. Noah....still alive when many of the early Biblical history were also alive to know of and personally know them...
Check the Bible and do the math....always as the most consistent human historical book in existence...that other early writings are may only have some parts truth and others present a faith understanding that is not consistent with it...or the Torah....
So Ruth, a widowed descendant of Esau, a pagan religion country of human sacrifice and not a safe place for 3 women alone......follows her recently widowed mother - in law back home to Israel....but the others widowed daughter- in law does not...
Israel where the whole had a responsibility of rules to ensure safety of all, even the stranger alien in their midst's… not the ones we now have...for women...but none among us should be harmed kind...
Loyalty and love and a new found faith of YHWH where women were not to be touched but in marriage and many rules to make sure that all got that protection...as women had little rights compared to men.....its just the way it was culturally and understanding and a little? still blaming Eve for getting all kicked out of the GARDEN OF EDEN wherever that place was beyond the flaming swords...that kept them from going back...
So we ended up with a US CONSTITUTION that could be amended by the will of a wider most of us..as we wished it to be and human understanding of all that works that ends up good and change back or reject what does not serve us well.... The law of the heart.....and a deeper meaning of why the one story exists in the Bible at all a lot about the cultures and laws and whys and more than a great love story that became the genealogy of Christ with the blending of many types and even other nationalities mixed in....and color of ones skin....had little concern back then for historical purposes....or spiritual history.....that came much later and not out of faith....histories....
RACIAL DISCRIMINATION SEEMS TO HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A HUMAN CREATED ONE....even more than other kinds...we now protect by our laws...
And how can history be understood or taught,,, when religion is not part of it....and human made religions institutions have changed from the original to incorporate some not good practices and beliefs into them that were never there in any recorded human history nor the oral traditions before that...
At age 74, I grew up with teachers knowing how to teach history and not promote a faith....and in a large city schools, we have diversity of faiths and being Topeka we were in the eye of the world making integration work as of 1954 and the policy of the schools of NO NAME CALLING, NO BULLYING ETC was strongly stopped before it started... on school grounds....
but as always, an undercurrent of those led by other teachings caused a lot of harm and how an interracial teenage couple ended up with their son, not knowing where he was born or who his real dad was until ? and the whole world is still looking all over the world for the birth certificate of the 44th president of the USA which is back in Topeka KS where my mother took her great niece in law to Forbes Air force base hospital and was there when he was born and I saw him out long after birth....And she did not turn her 1948 Chevy into a flying space ship to orbit the planet fast to anywhere as Ann's water broke on the few miles journey out to the base... where Ron Paul MD had just arrived to be the medical director just out of medical school....
The elites know this and the rest is history and some is not so good and my side of the family had little contact with the few in his side...but for brief encounters over time....They lived a different kind of life and into things we were not....but loyalty and caring was there to help in times of grave need....and for me..age 16 it ended with attempted murder of me....in 5/61, when it became known my parents had gdnshp of my dad's 15 year old pregnant great niece...victim of attempted lynching as her 16 year old boy friend was Jim T Parks and 2 others died that day also.. who tried to stop a hooded death squad roaming the land... an open cold case to this day....and a federal case as on land under federal jurisdiction at the time....diverting Solder Creek into the Kaw River later renamed Kansas just outside the city limits of Topeka in 3/61...
Insiders at the FBI seemed to be aware when I called back in 2012 to try and get the investigation reopened and end the nonsense of non eligibility. even though I never got into this for political reasons but for justice for 3 who died.... known among them as fellow students of mine....and the miracle that took place that saved my life when a force moved me just inches from death and only some clothes were moved by the missile....

Christ calls us to OVER COME NOT COVER UP and too much of the past history is not even taught now and how does one overcome the real curses of the past, whem we do not face, and reconcile in some way for positive over coming...We honor our ancestors for teaching good ways, and we honor them for showing us what NOT TO DO sometimes when they failed to choose the good as humans with free will who got led into some awful ways.....and no group in human history seems to have escaped some bad choices that history shows we finally over come or we get into worse troubles of our own choosing....
In this era where nearly all have access to the ballot box in this world WHY DO WE HAVE LEADERS SEATED IN PLACE OF POWER THAT AT TIME ONLY 10% OF US PLACED THEM THERE and we moan about special interests and big money and campaign finance laws and the most simple problem 95% OF US DID NOT VOTE IN ALL ELECTIONS so that we have a chance that 50%+ seated anyone for a few years to be in charge.....and keep it up for 10 years so all get the message WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE BOSS and our founders fully intended it to be....and we now count all of us but a few too young and even many who have paid their debt to society form committing crimes are now eligible to be voting citizens....and where are we??

One earmark to a 6000 page law that sounded great to protect all..was gutted by one member of Congress allowed to do this in secret and we have a horror in nearly every part of our govt even down to state and local as so much is federally funded now...and NO GOVT CONTRACTORS CAN BE AUDITED NOR CRIMINALLY BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AS NO BUDGET CAN BE SPENT TO DO SO..
And this has health care with even those with no health plans under virtual control of one entity cabal of a 1000 names...and world wide beast system from one nation to another has been allowed to grab control and WE THE PEOPLE AS VOTERS OR NON VOTING LET THIS HAPPEN TO US...\
How this cabal that also now is asked to manage much of private industry and with no free and fair market system basic rules have to be obeyed either....not much room for free enterprise either....now....as we are in a real horror of even

Why can't all of us have the same protections that those with peanut and milk allergies have and these are not allergies for us but inflamers and sub groups that get cancer also... I am not dissing those with serous life threatening allergies...I JUST WANT EQUAL RIGHTS TO LIFE..ALSO.. and stop the horrific waste of good food most of us could eat (without the additives...but still) when just a waring put on those that might have a spec of peanut dust or milk get in them...and say so and sell them or give to the poor with clear warning of may have peanut or milk in a big red stamp etc... and pay the stores etc. to do so or redistribute marked...etc..
There are many who go to bed hungry and some do not even have bed in the USA who can survive without adverse affect to peanuts and milk....I use organic for the peanut butter and non hormonal that seems to be pretty organic for me of milk...and a staple of my diet....of both...

I am not a doctor or even scientist and using only what can be bought for ingesting over the counter...as approved by the govt...which is not really known by them or anyone even poison control who was asking me for the antidote as hundreds of millions ongoing of our tax dollars to update data bases for them and doctor, pharmacists and even pharmaceutical companies to know what is added to a medications..now...AND SINCE 2014...NONE KNOW AT ALL NOT EVEN THE COMPANIES WHO MANAGED AND THE PILL HAS THEIR NAMES ON THEM.... and since the late 1990's not even a doctor or pharmacist can find out to save our lives and real harms done ….when much of this horror really began to be put in place step by step AND congress ran after a stain blued dress instead...and forgot to take care of OUR RIGHTS TO EVEN LIFE AND GOOD HEALTH ALREADY SLIPPING AWAY....where one act in 2002 law only made it all legal to have none. .even thought still .illegal but illegal to stop it as NO GOVT IN CHARGE...AND CONGRESS HAS A SELF IMPOSED GAG ORDER RULE TO HIDE IT EVEN FROM NEWER MEMBERS JUST ARRIVED UNTIL THEY TRY TO FIX THINGS AND FIND OUT HARSHLY POWERLESS and even themselves and families threatened too.....

ginger is one spice that is a natural blood thinner and for me is used very sparingly for nausea ...just a tiny bit added to cayenne pepper tea written about yesterday as number 1 of this section...... when sinuses drain...some stomach upset is aided by this...and this often follows a sneezing fit..as swelling goes down from the cayenne pepper if backed up there...and good for me as lost the natural ability to sneeze as most can when bad things get breathed into nose....but for many bleeding sinuses is the first indication that a real bad injury has occurred from breathing toxic fumes....as one can rationalize that lungs are just a bad cold etc... at first and will heal and its done....NO CURE...YET...all one can do medically...or used to be able to is slow down the progression until we no longer are the disappeared and get some studies for us....we are on the way to being a majority so when that happens maybe we will be counted as having worth to be saved in this world...'s controllers that are not the real govt for most....until we make it known we are the govt and are to be the boss and we have the real power, just not using it UNTIL WE DO AND :

NOW THIS MANAGEMENT IS INSTANT and no chance for us...to get in and get diagnosed before this cabal finds out...

From date of injury on 1/10/89 glucose (sugar levels) and creatine levels in blood work done as usual ones gradually began to rise also but glucose never got out of range until the later years here and then got to 100 which is high but not that high AND CALLED PREDIABETES..AND STILL MISSED THE DANGEROUSLY LOW READINGS SO LOW AT TIMES AFTER TESTING GOT APPROVED....THAT THE METER INSTRUCTIONS SAY HOSPITAL but the dangerous situation there was averted by drinking some orange juice and glucose tabs are around to us...if no bad additives. etc... you either have DAIBETES OR YOU DON'T IT JUST HOW BAD IS IT AND CATCH IT EARLY AND TREAT WITH DIET FIRST...ETC...
But glucose levels can be TOO LOW also AND DANGEROUSLY BELOW 20 AND THAT CAUSED DIZZY SPELLS ETC AND STILL NOT DETECTED..BY ROUTINE BLOOD TESTS..EITHER... that were always well in normal levels ….until it crept to over 100 fasting glucose levels ….and then the cabal would not allow treatment but for some dietary info.... BUT I sought out help and got to an endocrinologist as back before 2010, if one had good insurance one (non HMO one could get in without even another doctor referral if indication are bonafide need to be seen....and got the A1C TEST DOEN AND LOTS OF MONITORING AND APPROVAL FOR TESTING AND
HAD GOTTEN ALSO to be bonafide some self intervention
There are glucose testing that can be done at health fairs for free...and ALSO I got over the counter a 10 day kit from Walmart under $20 a few years ago and had data ready …...One has to do what they can for survival...AND WHY A ROUTINE PHYSICAL FOR ALL DOES NOT CONTAIN doing this...even if one has to pay first....and if has the medical need, can be reimbursed...etc... and not have it take 7 years to diagnose as too often one fasts and not detected for those who are getting the too high levels....AND MINE SPIKES WITH CERTAIN FOODS..
The battered arm used to test...was horrific...and now that am aware to not skip lunch even if just some fruit etc...it does not drop BUT ALCOHOL POISONING as for me that is parts per billion and now studies use parts for trillion as inflaming triggers....HYPOGLYCEMIA OR DANGEROUSLY LOW IS COMMON and can eat pasta to keep it up..when that would raise it up higher spikes.. Some have way high but rarely has ever gone over 200....and diet altered...but had some at 20 and sugar is eatable especially orange juice etc....in mid day...when skipping a meal...is NOT TO BE DONE....
Some research is now saying that there are several sub categories of DIABETES 2 and how much is inflammation play into this HOW CAN ANY BODY ORGAN WORK WELL WHEN SWOLLEN AND INFLAMMED? as can happened to us 20 million +? Common logic seems to have eluded us....all. Or at least our rulers wish it did?? our non elected ones.....
And it was this first doctor who treated this back in 2009 etc. that had me lower the amount as had been taking capsules of 1000 mg and then got some for 650 mg depending on levels and 1000 mg lowered too much as doctor said too much....DRS NOT ALLOWED NOW TO KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE NATURAL and then bad things started getting added to the cinnamon capsules so the organic cinnamon is used....and why add anything at all??
This may not be what is needed for many so PLEASE WORK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOME HAVE GLUCOSE LEVELS SPIKE TO 400 AND THAT MAY NOT BE HELPED WITH A SPICE....
I AM JUST A PATIENT OF SOME TOP DOCTORS IN THE FIELD OVER THIS LAST 30 YEARS AND DUE TO THE HIGH OPTION EMPLOYER PLAN used to easily get in to be treated but that is not the real world now where the doctors are crushed even under the patients who can be tempted to turn on them with hungry attorneys willing to sue for a lot of things that our good doctors have NO LEGAL CONTROL OF US not even to do what is best and accepted treatment standards for us with NO GOVT IN CHARGE AT ALL now..and none allowed to know and its horrific situation and too often deadly, and not just in our disappeared 20 million + either,..
4. glucose tabs or real organic cane sugar packets. or some organic sweets or small bottle of organic orange juice I use organic unsulfured molasses as my usual sweetener now...but what works best for each one and ASK YOUR DOCTOR ALWAYS....the glucose tabs were a doctor's suggestion...but not with the bad additives....etc..they work really fast....
to have with one just in case of lowered glucose levels
if like me that is a possibility...but better JUST DO NOT SKIP A MEAL...a piece of fruit if not laced with preservative as is too often done to apples....a good choice can be eaten if not able to stop and eat.....One can tell after a few months of self testing and know where one is....to now get to any bad levels...and call the doctor if cannot get it back OK.....
a whole realm of health care needs needed studied and unless we 40% stop being ignored...the answered seem to be inflammations as root cause and how best to avoid...CARE IN USING AND MAKING THEM IS BETTER NEEDED IF WE CANNOT FIND OTHER SUBSTITUTES THAT ARE SAFER......HOW MUCH LESS WILL BE NEEDED IF WE GET HEMP BACK TO USE FOR SACKS AND CLOTHING AND BACKINGS FOR CARPETS AND RUGS...ETC...AND EVEN CARS MADE FROM IT... why it ever got made illegal and mixed up with the kind one gets high on is part of this undercurrent ruling us....to make profits from our misery....and apathy not to be voters for those who do serve us better....is all I can fathom...
..Green New Deal is real but its step by step practical change of needs and how best to make it happen...and not more taxes but free market with some basic rules of fairness our govt can enforce and community colleges or online with retraining allowed to occur at minimal cost to a work force that may always be in school learning how better to make and do things...and an end to a social experiment that has not worked well for any part of society...has it.??.and employers owned and run by those who founded them and not a management company of this cabal where loyalty and caring between workers and employers is real teamwork and if the company does well all do so also....a loyalty that once existed where one went to work out of high school or college and retired from the same ….and without our public monies scammed away we ALL CAN DO BETTER THAN EVEN THEN AND KINGS *(generic he)AND PRIESTS.
AND LET THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES NOT BE STOLEN AS INTENTIONALLY DONE BACK 35 YEARS AGO so we work less and have a good life each to take care of our homes and families and children looked after to not have an opportunity to choose wrong paths that can only cause heart ache... and the rich of capitalism have plenty of wealth but a fairness that now has become thievery and greed ...of evil personified... A respect for those who rise to do better than most....not chastised as the bad......as fairness and justice for all AND SAFE WORK SITES WITH NO CORNERS CUT TO pay this cabal rulers to skim and scam.....as machines that can be repaired or recycled to do that which is too much risk for flesh and blood humans to be doing...
VOTE AND BE PART OF THE SOLUTION!

In the name of Yahusha, whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may we find the good and practical way though this to a heaven on earth You had us pray for and gave us all we need to make it happen and brains to use to figure it all out....As You taught us well... to heal the sick and feed the hungry or HELL IS THE END PLACE.....we have created for way too much and many now....Help us find our way back and forgive us our inaction's and frustrations and hatreds and name calling and may none of the few who do act with violence ever again for not having the way made clear of how to make things better by life and love and turn from the evil's temptation of death and destruction....and real slander that goes on to destroy the most innocent and vulnerable among us...
Pray for the leaders we now have to lead the way to change and may we all be there to reward their good efforts in serving us the best they can at their reelection time...or find others who will at least try....until its known that we the people were to be your BRIDE OF CHRIST of humanity and follow the way given from the beginning to a wandering group of 12 tribes with the crown of stars as reflected in Your teachings it seems is the star map of Revelation chapter 12....forgive me my presumption is this is not accurate. interpretation...
Forgive me my sins and lead me through to how best to serve and glorify You ...and be a soul that your light of Divine love is accepted as believer and let it shine on to others.....May this brief sharing of ones struggle for life helps others share with their doctors and survive through times when Satan has his last chance to make us fall to him and may he not succeed...as he seems almost to have done.... We can get this spiritual battle won for the good You share and made us to be.....Amen!
