Vivify Health Has Tripled in Size and is Expanding its Space in Plano: Vivify Health, a digital platform powering numerous health provider technologies across the country, is growing its office presence at the Shops at Legacy by 40 percent. Vivify has been in their current location since 2014, and is taking over adjacent space. Vivify Health's cloud-based platform helps providers create personalized health plans, biometric data monitoring, virtual health visits, and patient education that is also integrated with electronic medical records. It is under contract with over 800 hospitals nationwide, including Children's Health, Texas Health Resources, and UT Southwestern. They have doubled revenue every year since 2014. A number of wireless devices allow Vivify users to measure everything from blood pressure and glucose levels to steps, which is input into the system and allows providers to personalize care. Outcomes have included a more than 65 percent reduction in hospital readmissions and more than a 30 percent reduction in home care visits for users.
