NTT Data Services Acquires Cognosante Consulting: Plano-based global technology company NTT DATA Services has acquired Cognosante Consulting, the consulting arm of health technology services company Cognosante. The consulting organization serves Health and Human Service agencies who are undergoing large-scale Medicaid and other business transformation.
