Linda Joy Adams: Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 10/22/15: General Dynamics,Medicare Bill Collector?: President Obama Born in Topeka KS, son of Jim T Parks   see my updated comment to my original post before I knew and many others in the govt did not know that the bill signed all thought by the media with the right of enforcement of the conditional payment law under Medicare had been substituted for the original number of the bill HR 1063  to another bill that dealt with Medicare set asides. and a new contractors was just named for that from the original one which does not seem to have a direct continuation to the cabal of contractors now running the USA. President Obama when he signed it in 1/13 indicated it was the original bill and said what he signed was not enough.. (HE WAS NOT IN CHARGE EITHER OF WHAT WENT ON  AND DID AS TOLD: UNLIKE THE CURRENT PRESIDENT WHO DOES SEEM TO WISH TO BE IN CHARGE. AND MANY ARE NOT HAPPY AMONG THOSE 'STEALIG AND HARMING THE PEOPLE AND NATION" and has little to do with political views but who is going to get access to spend  the money of this nation as they wish to among the cabal and like any good business person,, that will not happen.. as contractors will not be allowed to steal and cause harm...or any business would collapse

    In the Coup of 2002 and E governing law that removed the right of agencies to use existing budget to do real internal audits and criminal investigations. And prosecutions   of contractors;  the defense dept. was not included in that loss of oversight...so with the budget gate to the swamp of corruption to be cleanses  STILL LOCKED BY CONGRESS POTUS has ben able to get around this and merge non defense into the defense contractors. And will that  outcome be a good one..?

   This CABAL ALREADY HAS Gotten  CONTROL OF MANY DEFENSE CONTRACTORS WHO MAKE OUR WEAPONS AND THEY IN TURN ARE IN CONTROL OF MUCH OF OUR DOMESTIC PROGRAMS WITH CONTRACTS OF NON DEFENSE AGENCIES.  and have skirted the oversight by then having those companies with oversight now taking control of the domestic programs  that have NO OVERSIGHT .. A general Dynamics has  this cabal manager the 1-800 Medicare they now own... and for over a year .. not allowed their call center employees to  file fraud reports of best evidence/ breaking their contract with CMS to reports anything they find or hear of to HHS OIG and then the reports does not get through ass the contractors of the cabal manages they and will not forward..     but CMS has no official idea as they are not allowed to audit their work by the law of 2002;  they can see. of what is still said to be a billion dollars a day theft with an illegal off line system sold to the medical comment that is not what is the real info posted by our employers and other reporting entities of what our health coverage as well as laws and contract terms who ruled that the posting is accurate and they alter it to dump the bills on to Medicare  and pay in multiples of 17 pays per claim and none notified of this  as the system is not dong to tell the patients and medical providers that they stole 55 million dollars in their names. and all legally accountable for the thefts are they ? and patient' heirs inherit,

   and over at SSA no easy waiver to get without even providing ones financial info can not get one processes as the cabal now in control there will not post it to be processed..as that would expose the theft..    SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICIALS wrote to congress 5 years ago of their non access to the records and able to audit contractor to get the crimes stopped .. and congress has never acted and media did not cover this ,, as the letter to save social security by the agency officials and only available  just posted on their own govt web site.  And I linked it here.  Moat members of congress have no idea about it as too many run around saying they will save social security for all as its being robbed. by its own contracts with 'CONGRESSIONAL BLESSING?.' 

   We elected you to take care of our business for us and allowing an international cabal to get a contract to do the work and you gagging yourself to not mention contract or have one testify and then witnesses made clear to not do so either... is NOT TAKING CARE OF OUR BUSINESS FOR US AND THE NATION.. AT ALL

   Time for a voters revolution and have 95% vote in all elections and keep it up for 10 years until they get the message as if you wish to be elected by the people we expect your to do the work and oversight and then we are to support the efforts with information and suggestions. and respect for your office even if we have to give CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM,, which all of s are imperfect and none knows everything and may err and need to be able to get it corrected as soon as possible and waiting 16 years as we get robbed and too many harmed and dies of the illegal goings one IS NOT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IS IT??

    Govt records also indicate 25 million harmed to the final end and 30 trillion of our public monies disappeared by them to ?what other nation they do business in??

  President Trump has  been able to merge military contractors over to getting the contracts and get around this but is he military running the nation the best for all of our domestic programs.. and that is all our lives under this cabal  24/7 in every part of our lives now  and the defense not in charge as the only way to get companies  that can be overseen as congress will not put back the unconstitutional remove of the restrainer of law of oversight of the govt contractors in 2002.   But the 'DEEP STATE 'EXISTS INSIDE THOSE COMPANIES ALSO NOW.   as boards of directors have done the same as Congress and turned over the oversight to this cabal in too many cases. and they do not know what is going on either in their own companies.  until they are in financial and or legal  trouble as the pattern is one of Internet theft over their and control of what THEY COULD DO TO OVERSEE THE PUBLIC MONIES AND STOP  ILLEGAL ACTS OF THEM 

   Like congress the stockholders and boards of directors NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT IS GOING ON INSIDE THEIR OWN COMPANIES ALSO  and not do as congress did , just pass the work and monies on to the contractors and think they have no responsibility to the nation or people form that moment on .. WHEN THE CONTRACTORS DO NOT HAVE OUR INTERESTS FIRST AND FOREMOST IN THEIR AGENDA DO THEY ??

     A US SUPREME COURT DECISION FROM THE FALL OF 2016 SAYS THAT YOU ARE LIABLE FOR WHAT A CONTRACTOR DOES IN YOUR NAME..  So we the taxpayers get robbed an congress still will not allow the audits to be done (real ones) nor criminal investigations and or prosecutions  and collections of money stolen by the agencies' contractors.. 

   The cabal contractor that takes and scree the fraud intake reports and evidence.. is still not forwarding all in as required and put in a system

     AND ANOTHER TRAGEDY OF 17 DEAD AS THE FBI CALL CENTER CABAL  CONTRACTORS DID NOT FORWARD THE CALLS ABOUT THE PARKLAND SHOOTER TO THE LOCAL FBI  OFFICE..    to investigate and stop him.   The media misses this over and over in one atrocities and horror over the last several years since 2002... that too often leads back to this cabal of contracts who did not do the job they were contracted to do ..  No budget for oversight allowed to be spent and too often that is where the issues are that cause the  good systems to be in place  to collapse to stop horrors as the contractors are NOT UNDER OUR LAWS OR SYSTEMS I PLACE AND CAN DO AS THEY PLEASE AND HORROR AFTER HORROR OCCURS AS THEY ALSO HAVE THE CONTROL OF MEDICAL CARE IN THE USA AND HOW TOO MANY RE NOT GETTING THE CARE THEY NEED WHETHER MENTAL OR PHYSICAL NEEDS AS THEY SKIM AND SCAM THE MONIES AND OUT RIGHT THEFTS GONG ON THAT CAUSES BUDGET CUTS AS CONGRESS HAS NO OFFICIAL INFO AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON  WHICH IS NOT TO BE GOING ON IF THEY HAD NOT SHIRKED THEIR DUTY TO KNOW  AND IN TURN TOOK THE RIGHT OF THE REAL GOVT TO KNOW..

    The few in the DEEP STATE THAT MAY BE FACILITATING THIS OVERTHROWN OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL FORM OF GOVT AND THEFTS AND WORSE..  CANNOT BE STOPPED IF THEIR PARTNERS IN CRIME CANNOT EVEN BE INVESTIGATED NOR EVEN INTERVIEWED TO BE A WITNESS AND MAKE A DEAL WITH TO TESTIFY.CAN THEY ?? 

   Only Lou Dobbs got close to getting this out but the members  of Congress kept his gag order rule  intact.. didn't he? Congress paid no attention to the Council of OIG DIRECTORS (agency

police chiefs') Michael Horowitz their president.. who had a brief hearing a year ago and were asking for  the right to subpoena the fraud reports from their own agency contractors as hey have no audit control and no access now.. AND HOW CAN ANY LAW ENFORCER PROTECT ANYTHING IF THEY CANNOT EVEN GET ACCESS TO THE REPORTS OF WHAT CRIMES MAYBE   BEING COMMITTED TO SEE A PATTERN OR KNOW WHAT CRIMES RE GOING ON WHEN A CABAL IS SCREENING WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO SEE. THAT PUTS THE CABAL IN CONTROL OF THE FBI JUST AS THE FISA COURT JUDGES IN HER 99 PAGE 4/17 OPINION  RAISED THE GRAVE CONCERNS OF THE CONTRACTORS INVOLVEMENT WITH THE 'TOP SECRET' AND OTHER PROCESS.  and is Congress going to talk and pass some laws about that??

     And the lack of oversight was already in place before it became official in 2002... by Congress and sighed by President Bush 41. go to my DAILY RECAP ADDED 9/11/16  and find out how they did not report calls and evidence to stop 9/11/01.. either.. and when the 9/11/ commission asked for all contacts  by all  the RECORDS DISAPPEARED AND THEY DIDN'T GO BACK BEFORE 1995 AND MISSED THE MISSION OF THE 40 MILLION DOLLARS SPENT OF OUR MONEY TO FIND OUT WHAT LAWS NEEDED TO BE PASSED TO STOP ANOTHER ATROCITY AN ND WE GOT WORSE  THAN THE NEEDED CORRECTIVE ACTION. 

   I TRIED FOR 2 YEARS TO STOP 9/11/01 WITH MY CONTACTS AND EVIDENCE DISAPPEARED  ALSO.. BY THE FBI ETC.  and worse some real retaliation for even trying to stop hat I knew he was gong to do .. just did not know it was hijacked planes.. as the weapons . The beginning of 9/11/01 began at HHS OIG back in 7/88 not doing their job then.... and led to the atrocity of toxic fumes in 1/89 and how I was injured and its bee worsen and worse over the years.. of COVER UP LEADING TO MORE ATROCITIES.. HASN'T IT?

   IN the Book of Revelation in the Bible Christ calls s to be OVER COMERS NOT COVER UPPERS ! WE bring the 'wrath' on our own selves when we do not do what is needed to be done and in our era have he systems I place to help to OVERCOME AND THE LET IT BE SHIRKED.

BY THOSE WE ELECTED. TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS FOR US..  and that then is up to us to put in office those who will act for us and the nation and if they do not wish to do the job of serving us and the nation. then we need to find someone else. willing to take a few years from their regular lives  and do the job.. And we have to support those who do .. 95% voting in all election for 10 years as we may have to send some home before they all get the message that we mean to be the boss and they are to serve us.. not some puppet master with personal agenda that is not in he best interest of any but them.

I have no doubt the Almighty is going to have you real busy getting ready for all of us to be  joining all of you in the marriage feast of the lamb we are promised will occur and maybe sooner then we may think.   As many of us now dwell on prophesies and time likeness for event to occur..  You never forgot the basic message of Christ was salvation and eternal life..   Those of us who already are believers sometimes forget that not all around us know Christ and the wonder of what He freely offers us and His gift  of salvation that can shine though us to all others. is we accept the most blessed of missions.. I have listened and watched you preach throughout most of my life since the 1950's as you shared the simple faith in Christ.. and pray we not forget that.

       Over the next 16 days the Full moon that has begun to wan to the crescent New Moon and modern day symbol of? is visiting MARS , ANTARES THE HEART OF THE BEAST,  SATURN MERCURY AND VENUS..   The last two of communication and love... at the end and pray that the  travel will result in world peace and not war with the evil one bound to not tempt anyone to ever wish to do harm to others again ever as its not good for anyone.
