Tonya Harding on her continued love for figure skating and what her life is like today Glad to see she has gone forward with her life.. And will the skating costume my mother sewed that she wore on the night of the 1994 Olympics be used in the film? Mom, Florence (Hunt) Hardy had asked me for some suggestions as to how to make the skating ones as I had made dance and stage costumes back a few years before 1994. her sister, Tonya's grandmother had asked my mom if she could help out when her daughter , Tonya's mother was not able to sew anymore She was just helping out her sister's daughter and grand daughter as family does when there is need. Mom got some nice formals from the thrift store in Wamego , Ks and used the material and re designed them. The dark red one had material that just flowed when one moved.
And remember Scott Hamilton remarking as he was doing commentary about THE COSTUME AT THE NIGHT OF THE OLYMPICS AS SHE TWIRLED IT FLOWED AND EBBED WITH HER MOVEMENTS.. Often its been photo shopped as another one.? Mom was chagrined over the scandal.. but that is not the first time the Hunts have gotten into such over the years and even centuries in Europe when the family name was Medici at the time. Yes these are relatives of Hunt Oil founders .. Albert Jr and H.L. Hunt. mom's cousins and Ross Perot, VP Dick Cheney and Pope John Paul II hand in the family tree also.. At .LINDA JOY ADAMS FLKR IS picture of me with my great uncle Charlie Hunt and info of all related that became well known in the last 50 years.is annotated on each of the family pictures on both sides of the family tree..

AND GO TO THE ONE FOR MY GREAT UNCLE CHARLIE HUNT, DICK CHENEY 'S* AND ROSS PEROT'S GRANDFATHER, UNCLE OF ALBERT JR AND H L HUNT AND ALSO GREAT UNCLE OF POPE JOHN PAUL THE II AND BACK IN THE FALL OF 2012 I WROTE ABOUT THEM IN DAILY RECAPS etc. GREAT UNCLE CHARLEY HUNT , IS THE UNCLE OF TONYA'S GRANDMOTHER AS WELL AS OF FLORENCE (Hunt) HARDY AND THE ONE WHO TOOK Obama's mother , her great niece in law on my dad's side to Forbes air Force base hospital , Topeka Ks to have him and was there at the birth back in 8/61..
*Vice President Dick Cheney would say his mother's maiden name was Dickerson , but that was his mother's first husband's name not her maiden name. And do not know , but it may have happened that when he was born his mother was asked what her former name was and it was,, but not the maiden name??
