AND THE HEALTH CARE BILLS VOTED DOWN DID NOT AND ALMOST LEFT THE STATES SADDLED WITH THE CROOKS THEY WERE TRYING TO GET  RID OF ON THEIR OWN MEDICAID PROGRAMS...(grandfathered means just that they stay for the new bill )

      And the UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER TO NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE FREE SPEECH TO MENTION CONTACT OR HAVE A CONTRACTOR TESTIFY MEANS CONGRESS HAS NO WAY TO GET VERIFIED DATA OR FACTS TO BASE LAWS ON THAT WORK AND SCAMS AND THEFTS FROM INSIDE THE CABAL CAN BE STOPPED.

         You are seated on some of the most crucial committees to make sure the robbing of the USA by those now in virtual control does not continue... And take a look at the FALSE CLAIMS ACT  as it was not designed for  the individual patient  having to go recover  a few million dollars each of billion dollar a day ongoing theft  by  the govt contractors who steal  in their name and no easy  way to do discovery as the CIVIL RIGHTS UNDER HHS IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE DOCKETED OR ANSWERED BY THE SAME CONTRACTOR CABAL PARTY ONE IS FILING AGAINST..   

     If we had class action options , then we could get legal help .as its said by some who o practice in this area that is costs  about 2 million to bring a suit  and when the govt is not even allowed to get the info to  stop real crimes  in the first place. 

       We are helpless as individuals and so are our heirs and the recovery contractor  is the hackers. and hey cannot eve get the first due process letters out as hey have he system rigged to not take them   since 1/06.. and have hacked and deleted records illegally also. ONLY WE CAN FIND OUT AND I AM UNUSUAL HAVING BEEN INSIDE SINCE 1968 AND KNOW HOW IT IS TO WORK AND ITS NOT WORKING AT ALL AS THE GOVT IS NOT WORKING AT ALL   .  but   AGENCIES SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET ACCESS TO THEIR OWN RECORDS INSIDE THE CABAL TO STOP THIS AND RECOVERY THE MONIES BUT THE CORPORATE OFFICE OF THEM IS THE ONES AND THEIR SUB CONTRACT HACKING AND STEALING    AND HAS BEEN DOING SOME SINCE 2002 . 

       CONTRACTORS  STEALING  IS WHAT  IS GOING  ON WHEN NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO WATCH OUT FOR US AND THE NATION... 

   And my  first  Judges orders from Medicare should have been acted on by the US Justice Dept   but Congress will not let action be brought by the agency as it would start with an audit of my records. and that is not possible by LAWS OF THE LAND..   SO WE HAVE NOT PROTECTION FROM  THE ONES RUNNING THE USA NOW AND NEITHER DO YOU. AS CONGRESS NOR DOES ANY PRESIDENT AS THE MONEY CANNOT BE SPENT TO DO SO  FRO REAL ENEMIES INSIDE THE USA

         Attached is a copy of the  Daily Recap linked about as well as he DAILY RECAP OF 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS .. And evidence that would be good enough for a search warrant if we had a Congress that would allow it   a redacted copy of the 17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS ON ME WITH A TOTAL NOW OF THEN AND NOW OF ABOUT $30 MILLION ON THESE  FROM 1/06 -THROUGH 11/12 BEFORE AND THIS TIME 12/12- PRESENT..

   I DO NOT HAVE THE HIGH BILLS AS SOME  and one pay is illegal as MOST OF ALL WORKERS COMP IS ILLEGALLY DUMPED  ON TO Medicare  NOW AS FECA HAS BEEN SINCE 2002..... AS THIS LYNN BLODGETT IS THE HEAD OF THE USA AND CONTROLS ALL OF US AND THE NATION AND SAID TO BE OVER 100 NATIONS NOW UDPED LIKE WE HAVE BEEN    

    Never assume any govt did anything as the contract say they are the govt since 2002 and that is an illegal impersonate of a person , phone number or address to say they are the govt and are not.

     Our own Congressional delegation has the unredacted copy of the 17 numbers with our privacy releases which has been useless for any of those in Congress to help most of us as the issues are inside the contract and they do not have to let agencies  know what they do or have access  to the records etc as telling the truth should lead to cancellation of contracts .

         CONGRESS IS UNPOPULAR FOR THIS ORE THAN ANYTHING AS ITS THE UNDERLYING IMPASSE FOR ALL OF YOU UNDER THE GAG ORDER RULE TO HELP OR TALK OR DEBATE THE REAL ISSUES AND FIND SOLUTIONS   OR HAVE THIS CABAL COME IN AND TAKE THE 5TH IN FRONT OF CONGRESS AS MANY WOULD BE DOING as  IT IS THAT BAD ! WORSE!! .. and too many lives lost and suffering and livelihoods lost over their illegal actions

        Thanks for your years of service and pray you can make the real fix. so that all the other problems can e fixes also with the whole truth of matters  ..
