But as of the COUP of 2002 voted in by congress with no right of an agency to know of or stop illegal acts by a non DOD contractors no one is allowed in the govt to use existing budget to stop it and its now a believable billion dollars a day and few my not be affected with over payments our  heirs who inherit and over at SSA under his cabal and denied access to audit as we know its been hacked  LYNN BLODGETT WILL NOT LET ONE EASY WAIVER TO BE PROCESSED as some day like that data  would get through to Congress?

           Few card holder and our medical community  have no idea this has been done to them as medical community  is sold a bogus, illegal, insecure,  off line hacked system to steal from 4 to 17 pays per each stolen claim to used to steal with. and all the call centers of his cabal are lied to as to what is going on they are seeing on the system and  CMS ONLY KNOW WHAT LYNN BLODGETT TELLS THEM AND THEY DO AS HE SAYS AND HAS ORDERED THEM TO COMMIT FRAUD OR NOT GET PAID AT ALL WHEN  ALL SHOULD BE USING A PAPER CLAIM FILING NOW UNTIL CONGRESS SHUTS THE WHOLE CROOKED MESS DOWN THEY CREATED BY REMOVING ALL RESTRAINT OF LAWS FROM BEING OVER THEM.

    This virtual control of he USA is not jut in health care.. and states were to be told  they had to stop trying on their own to get our of his contracts scamming and stealing from us   in the SENATE HEALTH CARE BILL.  

IF THE OVERSIGHT IS NOT IN EVERY BILL, THEN  it  will not be obeyed and monies stolen is the common practice since 2002..

        You are on some important appropriations committees. but DOD KEPT THE OVERSIGHT AS SEC RUMSFELD KNEW BETTER.. but the rest of the govt did not, except for isolated bills that put the wording in it..  for that specific bills and often only for a year etc.  You may wish to speak to Michael Horowitz of the US Justice Dept as he is the one who finally explained  what happened back in 2014 although we all had found out in 2008 that some law had removed rights of the govt  to  even get a search warrant with good enough evidence  in  just one region + and one company intermediary  this same thing on across regional lines and companies now than happened then  in a smaller area and three OIG's FBI cyber crimes. etc. ready to shut it down and  all found out from the very few in the real govt and few in Congress who know among you of this OVERTHROW OF THE USA IN THE COUP OF 2002 and some say its upward of 30 trillion missing all over the govt and up wards of 25 million who may have died before there natural  times due to illegal acts of this unaccountable cabal bow in control  of 100 nations by some lists. where some leads as to the missing moneys is in those nations now.

     Our own Congressional delegation has the unredacted set with our  privacy releases which  they , like most of the ones who ask you for help IS UNABLE TO HELP DUE TO THE GAG ORDER RULE AS THE ISSUES ARE INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS NOT EVEN AGENCIES HAVE ACCESS TO ANYMORE AND ONLY KNOW WHAT THY ARE TOLD OR GIVEN..

  The  FREE MARKET SYSTEM IS GONE DUE TO NO GOVT TO REFEREE WITH SOME BASIC RULES OF FAIRNESS NOT HAVING TO BE OBEYED EITHER SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.  (health insurers becomes those unaccountable contractors in 2010 also T IS A MESS THAT HAS ONLY GOTTEN TO HOLOCAUST LEVELS  AND IT MAY TAKE OUR DACA KIDS TO CLEAN IT UP FOR US TO EARN THEIR CITIZENSHIP RIGHTS WE HAVE NEGLECTED FAR TOO LONG   )
