  May this become the BEST CONGRESS IN HISTORY AS YEARS OF UNFACED PROBLEMS HAVE COME TO THE FRONT TO BE SOLVED...HUMANELY AND FAIRLY FOR EACH ONE OF US.

      JUST PLEASE MAKE SURE THE OVERSIGHT LANGUAGE IS IN EVERY SINGLE BILL TO STOP THE ON-GOING THEFT OF THE USA  AND HARMS TO SO MANY WHEN LAWS, JUDGES AND CONTRACT TERMS DO NOT HAVE TO BE OBEYED BY ALL THE GOVT CONTRACTORS which has me in a life and death struggle and too many have lost the ultimate battle for life already .. 

  AND WE NEED MEMBER OF CONGRESS TO HAVE FREE SPEECH AGAIN TO DISCUSS AND DEBATE AND GATHER REAL DATA AND FACTS TO KNOW WHAT IS BEST TO DO

      Attached is the DAILY RECAP linked as well as the DAILY RECAP of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS.  and a redacted set of the 17 active Medicare numbers  being used to steal my id and claims info by the owners of the system and controller of the USA now who is named by those few who know as Lynn Blodgett  and I still do not know for sure who his boss is   AND  pay in multiples of each claim when even one is an illegal hack of my employer bi weekly  post.. Sad to be a billion dollars a day theft that the ones who have the primary evidence    NOT FILING THE FRAUD REPORTS  even  though they cannot act on them and the OIG needs to subpoena from their own OIG  contractors to even get access etc.  until CONGRESS ALLOWS IT.  AS Under THE CONTROL OF THE THIEVES NOW. and no audits allowed by CONGRESS SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 OF GOVT CONTRACTORS.

         Our own  Congressional delegation  has the unredacted copy with our privacy releases which cannot be used as most of the people cannot be helped as the issues are inside the contractors and you are forbidden by the unconstitutional gag order rule of congress to Mention, contact or have a contractors testify  IT IS THAT BAD AND WORSE FOR MANY OF US FEDS AS WE GOT IT FIRST ..
