Linda Joy Adams: DAILY RECAP 7/8/17 HEALTHCARE MELTDOWN; MEDICARE HACKERS COVER UP STEALING FAILS AGAIN  This is a linked series back to 10/25/16 which documents just how and the overthrow of the USA and the blatant thefts gong on that affect all of us from the public treasury  that cannot be stopped until Congress ALLOWS THE REAL GOVERNMENT  TO DO ITS JOB  and that takes an Act of CONGRESS,  FIRST CONGRESS NEEDS TO GIVE THEMSELVES BACK FREEDOM OF SPEECH AS THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL  GAG ORDER RULE  HAS STOPPED THEM EVEN FROM HELPING ANY OF US AND THE NATION.   the rule forbids them to mention, contact or have a contractor of the government  testify and they usually   are the only ones who know what is really gong on and can verify any data or facts as  non DOD agencies  have not been able to since the COUP OF 2002 when  the oversight  was removed and unless every bill has it put back, as few do,  its not allowed

     You  sit on some very crucial committees and your years of service to the nation should help you advise your fellow members in Congress to  make the needed changes to take back the USA for the people and our sovereignty as a nation.. to be  able  to even  be a better neighbor in the world community;   

    Attached is the DAILY RECAP OF TODAY   that explains a well documented  efforts for survival  since the COUP OF 2002  WHEN MOST IN  CONGRESS  DID NOT KNOW that the E GOVERNING BILL OF 2002 HAD BEEN ALTERED SOON BEFORE VOTED ON  TO TAKE THE AUTHORITY OF NON DOD AGENCIES  AWAY PLACING  THE VIRTUAL CONTROL OF THE USA INTO A SOON CABAL OF AN INTERNATIONAL LINKED MAZE OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL.

       AND THAT EACH BILL SINCE HAS TO  HAVE THE BUDGET RIGHT TO SPEND EVEN EXISTING MONIES OR INTERNAL AUDITS OR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS OR IT REVERTS TO THE ORIGINAL  LAW WITHOUT ANY

    Also attached is the Daily Recap of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS and the most crucial evident of how what is said is a billion dollars a day being stole from Medicare  a redacted copy of the  17 ACTIVE MEDICARE NUMBERS  CRATED ON ME BY THE HACKERS OF THE CONTRACTOR . DONE ON MANY IN A BOGUS OFF LINE UNSECURED SYSTEM OUR MEDICAL COMMUNITY  IS BEING TRICKED INTO BUYING AND USING AND ALL ARE HAVING TO US THAT NEED ACCESS 

  THUS UNWITTINGLY FACILITATING  THE THEFT  OF MEDICARE  WHICH THEY AND WE PATIENTS CANNOT STOP UNLESS WE GO WITHOUT LIFE SAVING HEALTH CARE. 

        FEW EVEN KNOW THEY AND THEIR HEIRS ARE GETTING OVERPAID  while over at SSA the same cabal is hacking  that  system they control and no one is able to get access since they were denied  and wrote  to Congress  nearly 4 years  ago for right of access which once they had access just for  routine audits to be  done.

      Members of our own congressional delegation has the unredacted copy with our pending privacy releases unable to help us as the issues are within the unaccountable contractors who are allowed under the COUP OF 2002 law  to withhold the truth of matters from any, even Congress.

        THE STAFF OF ANY MEMBER OF CONGRESS CONTACTING AN AGENCY FOR A CONSTITUENT  DOES LITTLE GOOD WHEN THE ISSUES ARE USUALLY INSIDE THE CONTRACTORS.OFTEN COMMITTING BLATANT ILLEGAL ACTS. 

      And few among you  even with years of service to the nation  have been unaware of how bad it is.. Even if with my being a  federal employee dealing with the same programs  since 6/68 had difficulty  finding out and worse for those new as they have no access to know  as this cabal is allowed to illegally  impersonate  they are the government  and as you will know they are not and are to give  their corporate name and do not as forbidden to say it..by their bosses. 

    My prayers are for you to help lead the putting back what a few among you took away who may not even be in office any more  as we suffer from what they did in secret from us.
