    This is a linked series of Daily Recaps back to 10/25/16 when the Medicare billing system was found hacked worse than ever since the COUP of 2002 when Congress voted to remove the right of agencies  to use existing budget from then on   to do internal audits and criminal  investigations of government contractors and the looting of the USA got worse over time . as few put the oversight right back in each separate bill hat is only good for that one bill.   .

      Then Congress self imposed an unconstitutional gag order rule to not be able to mention , contact have a contractor  testify  so they remain ignorant of what is really going on as the agencies  do not know either and laws get passed that do not work well based on unverifiable data and facts that too often are false   and constituents cannot be helped as their issues are usually inside the contractor  and the agencies denying  access to even know what is going on when they  real law breaking is going on and it is all over. And we will not know how bad the Medicare thefts are until next years trustees report if any thing is left in the Medicare trust fund by that time if this looting from inside is not stopped  an would have been even before 10/16 by the whole force of the government  shutting down the corrupted mess inside the contractor cabal  running it.
  .. THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT RUN HEALTH CARE  SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 AND THERE IS NO FREE MARKET SYSTEM EITHER AS NO GOVERNMENT PERMITTED TO ENFORCE LAW   FOR FAIRNESS.

    You are seated on some of the most important and all over importance to the survival of the USA domestic and foreign and we are now under a virtual control of one entity that is both and getting bigger every day and non with oversight .I pray you will be able to take positive action to save the USA from what has been allowed to go on for way too many years and most of you in Congress have  not even been  aware of what has occurred of . no oversight  of those who can access the public treasury and defy the rights of each and all of us.
       Attached is the Daily Recap as linked above as well as the one of 5/27/17 LETTER TO CONGRESS ..   Also attached is the  redacted 17 letters generated by the illegal off line unsecured  system  all have been sold and given to  use since 10/16  by the Medicare hackers  creating 17 numbers and payments per claim and few even know its going on  and  none  is found who  knows what is going on at Part D as not even the insurer has aces to know but seems  it is as the same cabal is paying all for all of the insurers for that . UP TO 75% of  all approved medical for all workers comp is now illegally paid by Medicare also . AS FECA got put under his cabal first as we feds were the first victims and a real life and death struggles since;
      THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY  IS NOT BEING SENT  THERE IS ANY WORKERS  COMP  SINCE 10/16    as Lynn Blodgett has control  of all that under a number of shell companies with   contracts with all the insures as all over health care is under him now...not CMS OR HHS AT ALL OR ANY FEDERAL OFFICIAL OR AGENCY OR CONGRESS OR PRESIDENT.
    Our congressional delegation has the unredacteed copy of the active 17 numbers on me and no way to get a waiver of the Medicare  over payments   at SSA as he, who was over the stealing of our ID and claims and stealing our names ..... has control of that system and its been hacked and access denied also. to the officials there.    AND WILL NOT PERMIT AN EASY WAIVER TO BE PROCESSED ON OVER PAYMENTS  OUR HEIRS WILL INHERIT   AND NO ONE EVEN KNOW THEY EXIST
     . These are    with our privacy release that no member of Congress has been able to help us or most of the people since the gag order rule from Congress..  And although approved or life by three health plans including  FECA permanent medical  for nearly 24 years not when put on the liquid or compressed  oxygen but not disability  yet   as defying 38 federal agency judges including the ones at FECA who ordered  him to post my file and process things and will not do so for years as HE DOES NOT HAVE TO OBEY ANY JUDGE, OR LAW OR CONTRACTORS AND THIS IS THE WAY IT IS IN THE REAL USA NOW.   No health care plan will work until this is corrected ..
  , FED Blues,  will no longer process a clam for my family and friends for hauling 200 lb. tanks   to a gas company  to fill when found out they were paying some and then    Medicare totally under his control including the system    FOR HOME LIQUID OXYGEN FOR LIFE all under the total control of Lynn Blodgett et al
  I CANNOT GET A  SUPPLIER AS UNDER A "LET HER DIE" ORDER BY HIM AND HIS CABAL  and its been repeated over and over as if its OK   TO DO THIS TO ANOTHER.     and he will not let a claim be input since 2002 as "IT WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP" HIS MANAGER SAID BEFORE SHE REITERATED THAT "let her die" was he order on me 
  The ACS BILL PORTAL HAS BEEN HACKED AND THEY USE A DUMMY OFFL IES SYSTEM TO MAKE IS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DONG SOMETHING BUT NO OXYGEN CLAIMS TO THE REAL ONE.. NOR THE DUMMY ONE AS THAT WILL TRIGGER THE REAL ONE PAYING IT AND ALL THE BILLS IS MY UNDERSTANDING AND THE WHOLE  DEADLY MESS EXPOSED BY ONE OXYGEN CLAIM ON ME  BEING INPUT AND PAID??  
   The same entity that pays all PART D FOR MEDICARE NOW
