As no internal audits and no criminal  investigations  allowed since the COUP of 2002 by act of Congress..

     AND THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER IS PREVENTING MEMBERS OF CONGRESS FROM EVEN HOLDING INFORMAL HEARINGS  BACK HOME TO LISTEN TO  THOSE WHO KNOW FIRST HAND THE ISSUES IN HEALTH CARE IN ALL AREAS.

         ISSUES  FAR MORE THAN  PAYING FOR HEALTH INSURANCE  THAT DOES NOT EVEN PAY FOR 21ST CENTURY HEALTH CARE MODEL IN MANY WAYS. THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GAG ORDER RULES FORBIDS THIS AS ITS ALL ABOUT THE CONTRACTORS THE GAG ORDER RULE FORBIDS BEING MENTIONED.

        AS THEY ARE THE ONES THEY DEAL WITH AND PAY AND PAY AND SO DOES THE GOVERNMENT  AND THEN THEY STEAL ON TOP OF IT.  AND CAUSE OBSTRUCTIONS OF MEDICAL CARE.

         The attached DAILY RECAP LINKED ABOVE  is  self explanatory in the last paragraph where I introduce you...  and pray that some positive things can be done in Congress for the survival of each of us and the nation. all parties or none working together for some kind of common sense consensus..

 And then the evidence of the loss of the Medicare system to its owners hacking and stealing  now ... a redacted copy of the 17 Medicare numbers created on me for them to steal unfettered .. since 10/6/16.

   Our congressional delegation has  the  unredacted copies with our privacy releases but the unconstitutional  gag order rule has forbid any member of congress from helping since the COUP OF 2002 THAT MOST IN CONGRESS DID NOT KNOW THEY VOTED FOR AND MANY DO NOT EVEN KNOW OF IT NOW   as the agencies can not go fin our files and data as they are inside the contractors and most of your constituents   have the same problems with their issues in most areas.

     DOD KEPT THE OVERSIGHT BACK IN 2002  as in a different budget bills.  AND IS NOT IN THIS DEADLY PREDICAMENT AND IT TOO OFTEN HAS BECOME THAT. 

 BUT MANY OF THEM ARE NOW UNACCOUNTABLE ALSO AS HAVE MUCH OF THE DOMESTIC  PROGRAM CONTRACTS FROM LOCAL TO FEDERAL.

      Agencies only know what thy are told and often do no share the whole truth that THEY HAVE NO ACCESS TO VERIFY ANYTHING FOR ONE PERSON OF FOR A LAW THAT IS BEING PASSED ON DATA OR FACTS THEY HAVE SHARED THAT MAY NOT BE FULLY TRUTHFUL AND THAT IS THE REAL STATE OF HEALTH CARE BACK IN 2010 CONGRESS GOT LIED TO. 

       My prayers for all of you in Congress to listen to the ones on the front lines of health care in your own areas and dig for the whole truths behind  the horrible outcomes that  to often have occurred and in all other areas as its much the same all over with this unfettered control by ones left in charge. that led  into real criminal activity soon as the restraint of oversight was lifted back in 2002.
