This is a series of linked articles back to 10/25/16 when I found the on going thefts of Medicare by its own contractors now had the new cyber cloud in complete meltdown and less security on the new system than even on the old. and congress and the real government do not know and no one is concerned as Congress needs to put back the budget authority to allow internal audits of government contractors and criminal investigations when indicated there s a need and that has been needed badly since the COUP OF 2002.
new claims have been illegally paid. that posted from the update. and more appeals and when will they obey the laws and stop creating life threatening and financial havoc for me and mine and every one else caught in all of this. AND THAT IS EVERY ONE IN THE USA AS ALL OF US EITHER PAYING IN OR DEPENDING ON THE PROGRAM TO BE THERE WHEN WE NEED IT.

If you think my posts on this are confusing think what the billing people for your own doctor etc. are going through all day long trying to get your won doctor paid and keep the lights on so they can even see you. Insiders say what is occurring on my records is not uncommon through out and the monies being paid out so that the primary payers in the health and liability insurance industry do not have to pay their already legally approved obligation.. and others are allowed to slip through and never have to reimburse on much of the bills paid by Medicare that never get recovered either ..
(now does anyone begin to understand what sot the taxpayer on a health exchange system that crashed and now is completely offline of nay security at all ??? THE ALL KNOWING EYE OF THE CYBER CLOUD KNOWS YOU DIRTY LITTLE ILLEGAL DOINGS AND MELTS DOWN THE SYSTEM TRYING TO CORRECT THE ILLEGAL HACKS and in order to keep on stealing they have to go offline and that is in process for much at the MELTED DOWN MEDICARE SYSTEM NOW.?? )
The system called the Common Working File is not designed as the taxpayer paid for since the COUP of 2002 and the current one is less secure and better able to allow thefts to occur from inside the contractors that ever before.as it can delete the screen info which doctors etc. pay billions to obtains through Lynn Blodgett clearing houses and info giver to others; they are getting different info now.. and why? are they not allowed to know the real info as once they could just check it directly and should be able to do so for free as the taxpayers paid for it already.. ?
THE CYBER CLOUD IS FIGHTING BACK AS IT CONTAINS ALL THE FAKE HACKED INFO PROVIDED BY THE PRIMARY PAYERS ETC CALLING IN TO COORDINATION AND RECOVERY CONTRACTOR, A SUBSIDIARY OF EMBLEM HEALTH INTERNATIONAL FORMERLY GROUP HEALTH INT WHO HAS OWNED THE DATA AND RECORDS OF THE USA SINCE 1999. unprotected and our personal medial records can be sold on the open market if they wish to do so.. but worse is the horrific deaths, etc.. as there is no way to correct errors that getting there and co mingled records of patients and one cannot even get access to the very data based that could cost us our lives and have when used for medical treatment especially in a busy emergency room * congressional study of 2007. and still Congress does not have contractors under the HIPPAA law. Government employee are under a very strict similar law for all government data. and records. and no one is allowed to alter the info as these contractors have done routinely with grave consequences. for each and many.
AND the cloud seems to be Trying TO PUT BACK THE REAL POSTINGS FROM OUR EMPLOYER WHICH IS FORBIDDEN TO BE ALTERED BY THE OWNERS AND HAS BEEN SINCE THE COUP OF 2002 CREATING OVER PAYMENTS AGAINST THE PATIENTS AND THERE HEIRS AND AGAINST OUR GOOD DOCTORS, AND OTHER MEDICAL TREATING SOURCES.
Ones doctor is often not able to know who is your primary payer to come up with a r=treatment pans that will be paid for. AS THEY WELL KNOW IF YOU CANNOT PAY FOR THE TREATMENT IT WILL NOT BE OBTAINED .
11/22/16, Some in various parts of the whole saw the post from my personnel office at the US Department of Labor which become ours for injured federal employees under FECA and its accurate and 3 Medicare Judges affirmed it as accurate as I cannot retire until Lynn Blodgett obeys more federal judges and posts my file using my records so that my claims Examiner can process the request that was pending when he took total control and now is the controller of virtually all workers comp in the USA
The medical part is permanent and 100% of all bills covered due to them putting me on home liquid oxygen nearly 22 years ago.. Medicare is only to be concerned with this and or those on my employer group health plan it is their primary until I do retire which can only occur when FECA can process the request.. and then my employing agency owes me a big payment of restored annual leave and sick leave restored for pension tights or self or heirs or I never taken the contributions I paid in are like a life insurance policy for an heir. .
All the paper work was in and approved for when Lynn Blodgett took over in 2002 and no one in the real government is allowed to make him obey the law, his contract terms or the 38 federal agency judges he is defying on my cases alone .
THE SWAMP CAN ONLY BE DRAINED WHEN WE HAVE A REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO DO SO BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT WHICH HAS TO BE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO SPEND THE MONEY TO DRAIN IT BY CONGRESS allowing he money to be spent.

no change from the partial alteration.. Blues is secondary to allow theft but its still on there and the hack date given of 8/1/2004 for one of the many fake retirement dates.. and FECA is on there.. but on the claims that said they were not paid due to Medicare not primary .. shows no reason as it did yesterday. later in the day I found that 1-800 Medicare still shows the reason .. but NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO KNOW WHY THEIR CLAIMS ARE NOT PAID. NOW WHEN THEY GET A SUMMARY NOTICE..
it was too fast an answer... to get it over to the claims payer to get it paid under Medicare illegally now.. while the system is hacked... and NEVER LET IT GET TO RECOVERY UNIT TO AVOID THE REAL LETTERS GOING OUT AND COMING BACK AND THE DOCUMENTATION THAT WOULD CANCEL THE COORDINATION AND RECOVERY CONTRACT OR COLLUDING TO STEAL MEDICARE.?
Good THING I GOT summary notices EARLY MAILED TO ME AND HAVE A WIRELESS PRINTER AT THE OTHER END OF THE HOUSE TO GET THE DOCUMENTATION OF HACKING OF THE NOTICES THEMSELVES AS WHY MEDICARE DID OR DID NOT PAY.. etc.

Phone verification menu has never changed since 10/25/16 it indicates the FECA is in there but Medicare primary or other claims and Blues may or may not be in there .. too often after this contractor owner hacks.. its gone and often all a doctor, etc. may get is I have only Medicare and nothing else.. now but used to get the FECA but wrong injury date. and I found it as some kind of ankle injury and not the reasons of 1/10/89.. on my records once
THERE IS NO WAY ONE CAN CALL THIS A CLERICAL ERROR. AT ALL . etc. What this does is make ME A FINANCIALLY RISKY PATIENT TO HAVE. when I have three health plans and no way they would not get some pay if they only know how to do a conditional payment to Medicare cannot one as few do ... and no one is allowing them to know and most do not seem to know. as its been a Medicare free for all for 15 years now.
Medicare Coordination supervisor HAS MY FEDERAL BLUES TERMINATED TO DAY and no FECA visible.. as one can see , it changes daily .. and sometimes through out the day.. but I can not physically keep calling as often to fully track as its hard to get cooperation at all. as the corporate heads well know that this is going to lose them a contract they should have lost a long time ago for doing the opposite of watch dogging Medicare instead of facilitating theft by primary payers who they hack and alter info so they do not have to pay.. they are the ones that are to do the recovery due process letters. etc. and not let one penny be paid out that is not legally to be paid and to recover monies that are due back when they have to do so.
I get hung up a lot.. now and its pure harassment but most are nice, but just were never aware o what they were seeing going on as they are well taught to not know.
1-800 Medicare had mediocre secondary up until 10/6/16 when the corporate headers at Medicare coordination went in and ran the illegal software program they had not run for months while Homeland Security was monitoring if foreign hackers so they would not find out the real threat is domestic.. greed.?? and by the time I saw a doctor later that month all they got is RAILROAD MEDICARE AND PHONY CLAIM NUMBER CREATED OUT OF MOST OF MY FEDERAL BLUES NUMBER THAT IS NOT A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WITH A PREFIX OR SUFFIX.. I have never had railroad Medicare. we have a neighbor who retired from the railroad, but he is not related to me at all and no similar name .. and obviously some human intentionally messed with the info that is to be the same info as my employer posts biweekly .. Lynn Blodgett is the info giver to what our doctor, etc. get.
Later on 1-800 Medicare saw that on 7/7/14 a retirement date o 8/1/2004 was entered and made Fed Blues secondary to Medicare. medical billing must be the hardest job in the USA....
And later on when checking on a claim from 9/16 not paid as Medicare was not primary and all they got was Medicare on the screen from the clearing house when the real system was not hacked and showed the two primary payers and Medicare secondary... and the nice lady seemed fully ignorant that they could not contact the claims payer and let them know it would be alright for Medicare to pay without making it a conditional payment .. but it missed to her the point that they should resubmit.as a conditional payment and get it to the recovery unit. .
And I said I do not wish Medicare stolen in my name. she had no idea that this was stealing.. and that is exactly why it needed to be paid as conditionally and sent to the recovery until for all the due process letters to go out and I and the medical provider, supplier or pharmacist will get our copies also so we know wee are not at any legal risk of overpayment in the matter.
ALL CLAIMS PAID BY MEDICARE ON ME AND ALL PAID AS PRIMARY BY MEDICARE FOR THOSE ON MY BLUES NEED TO BE AT RECOVERY AND LETTERS SENT OUT SO WE CAN WITHDRAW ALL THE PENDING APPEALS ON ALL AND THEY HAD ALL OF THEM AS OF A YEAR AGO AT RECOVERY AND NEVER POSTED THEM OR ACTED ON THEM ALREADY AND MULTIPLE FOLLOW UPS OVER THE YEARS THEY IGNORE THE PATIENTS WHO IS OVERPAID FOR EVEN THEIR HEIRS AND LIVES AT RISK OVER OBSTRUCTED MEDICAL CARE.
There is no recovery unit at Medicare at all for much of the huge massive amounts due back??.. WHAT ARE THEY DOING WITH THE BUDGET MONEY THEY ARE GIVEN???
A NEW CYBER CLOUD INFO IS NOW BEING DUG UP IN ITS MEMORY FROM Trailblazers who stole million by stealing my claims and id and creating 16 phony numbers on me a few years ago and when we all found out about the Coup of 2002.
Trailblazers is now shown as he source that I had retired back before 2002. ITS THE DATE THAT LYNN BLODGETT HAS SPEWED OUT VERBALLY ALL OVER IN MANY AGENCIES WHEN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS, EVEN AT OPM SHOWED I HAD NOT RETIRED AND CANNOT ... and he is the reason.. as he blocks it occurring SPEWING OUT FALSE INFO THAT I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COM P SETTLEMENT AND RETIREE WHILE HE HAD THE JUDGES ORDERS FROM EACH ONES AGENCIES HE WITHHELD FROM THEM TO KNOW AND FOLLOW.
As many reported verbally and in writing. to me .. and why he is named as the source for much of all of this fake info from his own 200 ?companies etc. and illegal secret deal partners which is why the SEC was also defunded in the COUP of 2002 so they could not help agencies prevent these horrific conflicts of interest by allowing the same entity to control every part of health care in the USA and much of the rest of payment of our public monies from local to state to federal levels ..
As prior to 4/09 when an illegal software program was run within a couple hours of all of our employers posting,,, for those with Medicare cares. or our dependents on polices that have them ,,, to delete the employer group health plan so Medicare may be stolen and monies not recovered, ,,
THE PROCESS TO STEAL WAS
Trailblazers would fax in a request to Coordination to delete the Blues and then flip it to secondary so they could illegally pay the claim and not be recovered for Medicare and the taxpayers \ thus ones records would be in flux based on when ever one had a bill to be paid. The best I could get done after 4/09 is to eventually for them to have the Blues on there at all.. and appeal every claim to get to recovery unit and most never answered as patients have no rights when we are financially at risk and so is our very lives as health care is affected.
But when they were not hacking the clearing houses with info from Lynn Blodgett were often getting only Medicare for me a completely bogus info . ON THAT.
INJURY CASES ARE ROUTINELY MISSED and too easily ignored AS THE SYSTEM IS ILLEGALLY DESIGNED TO MISS THEM.
Its uses the date of entitlement to part A Medicare for the date of injury.. and few are injured on that same date. Most are 25 months earlier. and for those with Part D they show the injury date as that entitlement date which is 1/1/06 for most..
1/1/06 must be THE MOST ACCIDENT PRONE DAY IN USA HISTORY ACCORDING TO PART D MEDICARE WHICH LYNN BLODGETT PAYS ALL OF THOSE CLAIMS FOR THE PART D INSURERS AND THEY HAD NEVER SENT A CLAIMS TO BE RECOVERED FROM A PRIMARY AS THEY IGNORE THE SYSTEM AND ONLY CHECK TO SEE IF ITS A VALID NUMBER AND MEDICARE PAYS FULL PRICE FOR DRUGS WHEN MOST PLANS HAVE NEGOTIATED PRICES THAT THE PATIENTS PRIMARY OFTEN HAS.
the discovery of this glaring wrong. done with no recovery on drugs done. in a decade. had the DIRECTOR OF CMS signing soon after we made the discovery .. and I did not know either until Aetna got me in contract with them and I found out the nice people they had no idea.. of their con5rraocted job was to be.. THEY JUST PAID ALL THE BILLS AS A MEDICARE FREE FOR ALL. ..
