This is a series of Daily Recaps that began 10/25/16 when I found my personal government records at Medicare in worse hacked shaped than ever since the COUP of 2002.. This is a Daily Tracking of the cyber warfare going on in the 'all seeing' cyber cloud which contains the bi -weekly official post from my official government personnel office. showing my active duty status and primary payers to the Medicare system owned by unaccountable contractor and then violated by its owners to flip primary to secondary and NOW DELETE THE SCREEN TO SELL BOGUS INFO TO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION ..
The real government does not know what is going on since the Coup of 2002 when Congress did not know e governing budget bills were changed before they voted on them to defund internal audits and criminal investigation of government contractors at all levels of government. (All the have is verbal info from Lynn Blodgett et al or cover up reports from the contractors that has been shared.) .
There has been ultimate and harassing resistance to get any of the call centers to report the meltdown of the Medicare system and the illegal alterations of records in cyber space... When General Dynamics contract WHICH OWNS 1-800 MEDICARE IS TO REPORT CRIMES THEY SEE OR INDICATES HAS OCCURRED. My messed up records is proof enough that something illegal is going on.. .and a review by the real government is needed. especially after three Medicare judges are still being defied that ruled that the employer bi weekly postings are accurate. .
I have begged them daily to get these daily print outs of my record and send direct to CMS, the real government and many calls that went well and got the info second hand from them ended in me begging and phones hung up...by the eye witnesses to the crimes who had the hard and best evidence to collect. TODAY I FOUND OUT ANOTHER MISTRAINING HAS OCCURRED.

It has become as to who sneakily worded that is sounds like as pretty clear to me when I hear of these twisted laws of the land that the source soon unravels back to Lynn Blodgett et al who is now in near total control of the USA. The only hope we have is the people persuading our elected leaders to uphold their oath to uphold the US CONSTITUTION AND PUT THE FUNDING BACK TO THE AGENCIES TO DO INTERNAL AUDITS AGAIN AND GET THE DOCUMENTATION TO CANCEL THE CONTRACTS WITH THE BAD ACTORS WHO ARE BLATANTLY STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC TREASURY AND VIOLATING THE CIVIL AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF EACH AND ALL OF US DAILY.,
For a person, etc. to basically allow all common sense to leave them as they are given a warped and twisted version of some of our basic laws is beyond anything as no one even bothers to look up the laws to know for sure they are being lied to with the intent to cover up the crimes of those involved in the commission of crimes against the USA and individuals an dour good medical profession.. as we are the victims here as lives, and livelihoods are endangered and lost and the security of the USA is made vulnerable with intentionally insecure system that are designed to steal from the public treasury with no regard for the loss of life that occur and livelihoods of the patients whose heirs inherit the overpayments as well as the bankrupting of the medical profession trying to care for our medical needs and save our lives.
PRIVACY LAW TWISTED TO ALLOW CRIMES TO CONTINUE

The misinterpretation of the PRIVACY LAW OF 1974.. the call centers employees who are the eyewitnesses and can get a picture or printout of the screens of our individual patient records. have been told that it violates our privacy rights to take get and send that evidence to CMS directly..
Just the opposite is the truth of the matter.
Yes those are my individual records and they are not to be publicly shared for the whole world to see unless I sign they are to be publicly shared. Even then , when laws are being broken search warrants etc. are easily obtained etc. I AM BEGGING FOR THE INFO TO BE SHARED TO PROTECT LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD. AND WOULD GLADLY SIGN FOR OFFICIAL USE. ETC AS AI WAS INJURED AS AN HHS EMPLOYEE, THEY ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK OUT WORKERS COMP INFO . SO THERE SEEMS TO BE NO SIGNATURE NEEDED FROM JUST THAT STANDPOINT unless some rimes from inside HHS are still being covered up. as deaths from the injuries have already occurred and most of us are expected to die prematurely from them even if decades later. its still a progressive diseases that occur. even if modern treatment can slow it down .
BUT
these records can be shared for OFFICIAL USE. Just each one who then has access is to hold to those privacy rights. WHAT MORE OFFICIAL USE IS THERE BUT TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF MY PERSONAL RECORDS AND THOSE OF ALL THE OTHERS? The CMS contracts says specifically that if they witness criminal activity by a GOVERNMENT contractor they are to send it direct to the real government .. in this case CMS. AND NOT TO THE CONTRACTOR WHO SCREENS WHEN ITS AGAINST A MEDICAL PROVIDER ETC. WHICH IS WHAT OCCURRED SEVERAL YEARS AGO an since then some major delays in even catching and prosecuting a few scam artists providers early on before the amounts stolen before it is hundreds of millions of dollars.
Which is obvious to any one who has worked inside when things were paid attention to and Congress let us indicates there is inside collusion inside some bad contractors to ever get this high.. THE PROCESS IS FLAWED IF NOTHING ELSE TO DETECT SOME OF THIS BLATANT THEFT.. and why internal audits are so crucial.. THEY STOP THIS MISINFORMATION THAT HAS PERMEATED THE TRAINING. to make sure that crimes by those in control are not detected by the real government who still have the authority to cancel a contract or not renew one. Not easy without evidence and a real intent to block those individual screen print outs to get to CMS that could start cancelling contracts with those committing real crimes.
THE PRINTS OUTS OF INDIVIDUAL SCREENS OF PATIENTS ARE THE BEST EVIDENCE THERE IS OF REAL CRIMES THAT AFFECT THE PATIENTS RIGHTS AND ARE DIRECT CRIMES AGAINST THEM . and hey are being told not to report it? YES! when its their job to protect the integrity of the rights of each one of us and all the parties that are involved .. as well as he taxpayer who is being robbed. ?
These call centers are not under the HIPPAA law anyway... as government contractors and government officials have never been.. Although they should be..
They are under the Privacy laws and the terms of their contracts that says they are to uphold the laws of the land or the contract would not be a valid one. WHEN MY PERSONAL RECORDS HELD IN TRUST BY THE GOVERNMENT AND THAT TRUST CONTRACTED OUT TO CONTRACTORS WITH ACCESS AND THAT TRUST IS BEING VIOLATED THAT IS CAUSING MY LIFE TO BE ENDANGERED AS MEDICAL TREATMENT IS OBSTRUCTED DO TO THE ONGOING CRIMINAL ACTS, AND THEN THE ILLEGAL ACTS CREATE OVER PAYMENTS AGAINST ME AND MY HEIRS AS WELL AS THEFT OF THE PUBLIC TREASURY IN MY NAME.. THE PUBLIC GOOD OVERRIDES ON THIS ALSO AND IS COVERED UNDER THAT PRIVACY LAW. Sharing of confidential info for official purposed is legal and is mandatory. each one who gets access then is bound to do due diligence to keep the info protected as the law states.

ITS A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY RIGHTS TO IGNORE THE CRIMES AND NOT REPORT THEM TO THE REAL GOVERNMENT WHO HAS THE SWORN DUTY TO PROTECT THOSE RIGHTS AND STOP THE VIOLATIONS AGAINST ME AND THE NATION. (listening to verbal gossip is not upholding the law in these matters , is it?)
I was there when this law was passed in 1974 and the twisting of this law to COVER UP CRIMES as we lose the whole Medicare system and being off line.. may be getting looted beyond what even the call centers can not detect. is REAL BRAINWASHING TWISTING OF THE MEANING OF THE LAW.
The screen that reflects my employment status and insurance and health plan info and which is primary etc. DOES NOT EVEN CONTAIN CLAIMS INFO OR WHAT TREATMENT THE CLAIMS WAS FOR. . That is a separate screen. even then , its still official use for the real government or any one else with official need to see them as it reflects the amount of the theft when Medicare paid and its was not to be the primary or total payers and the claims was not paid a conditional payment.
NO ONE HAS ASKED ME TO SIGN ANYTHING TO RELEASE THE INFO .. THEY GATHER DAILY.. and SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE 10/25/16. They could have it in a file and send me a request for a release if they cared anything about the rights of the people and the security of the nation. That would not stop them from an initial investigation and sharing with those at CMS. What is would do is help stop the mistraining and verbal 'rumors and gossip' being used at CMS that originates with Lynn Blodgett et al to perpetuate the crimes that are ongoing against individual patients and security of the nation and the blatant extortion of our good medical professionals that are overwhelmed by the corruption of the contractors and those in the real government listening to the organized crime and not following the law and common sense.. and MAKING CONGRESS UNDERSTAND THEIR DERELICTION OF DUTY TO NOT ALLOW REAL INTERNAL AUDITS TO BE DONE so the real government and our elected leaders can know what is really going on .
This DAILY TRACKING OF ONE PATIENTS PERSONAL AUDITS IS A CLOSE AS THEY CAN GET TO KNOWING AND WITH LYNN BLODGETT WHOSE PERSONAL SLANDEROUS MISINFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN SPEWED OUT AS REPORTED BACK TO ME. IS ' RUMOR AND GOSSIP RUN AMOK: THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DOCUMENTED AS COMING FROM HIM PERSONALLY AND DIRECTLY ..
THEN I am like a DAVID UP Against A GOLIATH AND I DO NOT EVEN HAVE 5 STONES TO FIGHT BACK WITH MYSELF.. The legal system has been dismantled by our elected officials, and those who are to help have been mesmerized to think the law means the opposite of what it is and is to do .. the evidence is being seen by witnesses and not getting shared to get to the truth and stop real MELTDOWN OF THE ENTIRE UNSECURED SYSTEM...
Hundreds of eye witnesses in these contractor call centers who have accepted the job to get the evidence and share it with those who have the CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY TO STOP THE CRIMES Against all of us. and its in their CMS contract to do so . . They are the 'warriors for truth and justice." and most do not work for Emblem health International the parent company of Benefits Coordination and Recovery Contractor. headquarters in NY where the bi-weekly hacking goes on after the official posts arrive from employers. and their contract says is not to be altered. They have a legal process to follow in their Recovery unit with due process letters if they think the posting is wrong. I ALREADY GOT THREE MEDICARE JUDGES WHO RULED THEY ARE ACCURATE FROM INFO DIRECT FROM THEM THEY VERIFIED and would have more is Lynn Blodgett's company has not been blocking more years of filings from getting docketed for hearings in multiple agencies. . .
The illegal bail out of the insurance industry by stealing form the Medicare trust fund should have ended 15 years ago when it began more blatantly then ever after the COUP of 2002. now that our health insurers are also have congressional immunity since the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT OF 2010 its gotten even worse than ever. CONGRESS PAID NO ATTENTION TO THE BLATANT BASIC LEGAL FLAWS IN THAT LAW.. AND NO ONE IN CONGRESS TRIED TO JUST AMEND IT RATHER THAN OVER THROW THE WHOLE THING EITHER. They made our lives an livelihood and the security of the nation a POLITICAL FOOTBALL. instead.
Its not the plan, its who is in control of it and when huge sums of money are flowing in and out and too easy to steal if one is in control of he systems, then there has to be oversight and criminal investigations to stop anyone from just looting the public treasury at the expenses of health care and the nation's interest. AND HEALTH CARE IS EVERY ONES INTEREST FOR BASIC LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD.. A BANKRUPT NATION IS VULNERABLE ON EVERY FRONT. DOMESTIC AND AGAINST FOREIGN INTERESTS..
JUSTICE DENIED ONE DENIES IT TO ALL And we have a health care system where ALL ARE BEING BADLY AFFECTED. in many ways that affects each and every one of us.

mymedicare.gov no changes today..still the same hacked mess.
BCRC call center is closed today.. but the phone verification has eh FEDERAL WORKERS COMP (FECA) ON THERE TO DAY FOR ME. but has the Blues flipped to secondary for all of us.
1-800 Medicare
first call led to a hang up as she did not wish to share the info with me as to why there was not FECA on the screen .. and then I called back and got a different call center.. each one has a slightly different phone menu to access and that helps as they are not even being allowed to say freely what area of the nation they even are in.. and for a systems audit that is important.
This woman seemed more knowledgeable and she said FECA was deleted but not terminated as of 10/6/16 and I explained how the medical profession is not being allowed to have the info on liability cases now to at least make a phone call and get a confirmation number etc. Lynn Blodgett now in control of all, and control of every one's workers comp in the nation now.. has succeeded in ending workers comp by dumping bills onto Medicare in his two years when he got control of nearly all through the States allowing him to take over. as contractor for the various insurers etc.
PAY ATTENTION TO WHOM YOU ELECT IN YOUR STATE HOUSES IN THE USA. AS YOUR RIGHTS ARE AFFECTED THERE ALSO. in some ways more important that who gets to be PRESIDENT OF THE USA.
She interpreted the Fed Blues hack to mean that as of 8/1/2004 my Fed Blues was terminated and I got a supplemental policy.. and its true that the wording could mean that..*she has seem the words and has more experience to know then I would. THAT IS ONE OF THE FAKE RETIREMENT DATES CALLED IN BY LYNN BLODGETT'S MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT Illinois blues. which is also got into several states in 2002 WHEN SOME STATE INSURANCE COMMISSIONERS LET US DOWN BIG TIME.
GOOGLE THEN and see they do not have a good track record with the real government at all. My status and insurance and FECA have not changed since before I got Medicare nearly 20 years ago know
OF COURSE THE CHANGE WAS NOT MADE back in 2004, but since yesterday in the system and changed from the official posting which has the real legal description of the Blues as each policy has one.. that posted back on 12/20/16 from the US Department of Labor personnel office as it does as inured feds are given , like me. formal transfer papers direct to them when they go out on workers comp, whether temporary or permanent and until its permanent , they will continue to post as active duty.. UNTIL Lynn BLODGETT OBEYS THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR JUDGES WHO AFIMRETNED BY BENEFITS AS OF 1/10/899 AND ORDERED HIM TO POST MY FILE USING MY RECORDS AND HE IGNORED THEM AND 38 federal agency judges in total in multiple agencies he has control of files of mine in now.
AND NO ONE AT FECA IS ALLOWED TO HAVE THEM OFFICIALLY .. showing THEM MY COPY IS NOT OFFICIAL AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY PAPER IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT ANYMORE AS "they cannot be trusted with paper files" Its the official excuse to turn the control of the USA over to Lynn Blodgett et al. But no one made sure that there was internal audits to see to it that digitizing paper was being done and not he and his cohorts being turned into the real decided of fact by what paper got digitized. THAT IS WHAT THE COUP OF 2002 DID to all of us.
The evidence proves that the 'unaccountable government contractors' can not be trusted with paper or digital systems files at all. who blatantly alter and delete and that is also going on at SSA now with the same cabal of Lynn Blodgett's et al ITS BEEN RARE SINCE 6/68 WHEN I BECAME AN ACTIVE DUTY FEDERAL EMPLOYEE FOR EVEN A PAPER FILE TO DISAPPEAR.. until the COUP OF 2002 in much of the real government. Real diligence was done an if one file disappeared we would do a nationwide search for it.. and then contact and reconstruct...
Until my workers comp file got inside the US Department of Labor and most of the offices did not now that security.. But the PHILLY office did get it soon after my file was found rifled and then SSA files began to disappear as alleged conspirators in the negligent injury and resultant deaths. and still left on duty to?? . contracting out with no over sight at all was and proven to be a worse option,.
Preserving the security and the process was and is the answer. NOW THE VIOLATORS IN CHARGE HAVE NO REGARD FOR THE INTEGRITY OF THE RIGHTS OF ALL. AS THEY ARE NOT EVEN ACCOUNTABLE TO BEHAVE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002

People in positions of authority who do care need the evidence of those printouts of my screens. They cannot help without your evidence you are witnessing. your supervisors should be gathering them up and send them direct to the Sec of HHS etc. not to another contractor please...! May the New Year open the door of a better world for each one of us! AMEN !
