This is a series of Daily Recaps since 10/25/17 when I found my Medicare data records in worse criminal meltdown then ever since the COUP OF 2002. every one affected and no one wants to be involved or know as our lives and livelihoods are stolen from us..
This is no conspiracy but the law with no government to stop the illegal acts against one and their loved ones you may be inheriting a Medicare lien from they have no idea was done to them. Congress took away any right of one t be protected from theft of your data and used to steal in your name and although there is provision of an easy waiver of such over payments there is no one who will process such in the real government now. and not since before 2005 when SSA agreed to do them and have not processed one since.
Over at SSA the systems under this international cabal of contractors has denied anyone of the real government to get in and check the systems as its been well documented even if they cannot know 'officially " are being hacked and not BY ANY FOREIGN ENTITY BUT BY THIS CABAL ALTERING AND UNKNOWN TO ME JUST HOW MUCH HAS BEEN STOLEN I JUST REPEAT WHAT SOME ON THE INSIDE HAVE SHARED OVER THE YEARS. .and this is not just at SSA and HHS either . when there congress has not permitted money to be spent to do am internal audits since he COUP of 2002. That stops a lot of gossip being passed on as facts that enable the thefts to occur by those with no intent to steal being hoodwinked into the process by the ones they work for..
Many in Congress did not know what they voted on then and few know now the are in an "Alice in Wonderland" thinking they are passing laws that end up in the 'trash can' along with the US Constitution as soon as whatever the money to be spent for gets passed on to the unaccountable contractors to-do as they please with. They CAN IGNORE ANY LAW or regulation or policy as well as the 38 federal judges we have gotten ordering them to do this or that in multiple agencies and all under Lynn Blodgett as how I found out what few even in Congress nor most of the government even knows the name of.
The one who holds dictatorial power in nearly every level of government from local to federal now and with horrible conflicts of interest to gain that kind of power and control . Even in private industry they often have to hire one of his management companies to deal with his government contractors. etc. Sources lead back to him as the one that REWRITES LAWS ETC TO PLEASE THEMSELVES ?AS JUDGES ARE DEFIED AND GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS TERMS IGNORED WHICH ALL HAVE TO LEGALLY SAY THEY AGREE TO OBEY THE LAWS OF THE LAND,
The only way the real government can know what is happening to the Medicare system which is able to go offline and pay from the peoples; monies with no notice to one whose name the theft was stolen from .. is for individuals to audit their own files and the ones in the call centers obey their contracts and get a prints our of what they are seeing and file a fraud reports with CMS directly .
THEY ARE BEING TOLD TO DEFY THAT AND IGNORE THEY ARE WITNESSING A CRIME IN PROGRESS ON THE JOB.  And if you do find out You will find opposition all over from those good people now entrapped as employees in the system to NOT WISH TO KNOW OR NOT WISHING TO BE INVOLVED WHEN THEY ARE WITNESSING THE CRIMES MUCH AS THE SAME CRIMES ARE BEING DONE AGAINST THEM AND THEIRS ALSO .
AS THE Bible says in the end times of lawlessness if we are not there. then we surely are in a pretrial period before the worse then now time comes. THAT NON ONE WILL BE ABLE TO BE IN DENIAL ANYMORE.. AS EVIL CAN AND WILL AFFECT ANYONE AND NO ONE CAN SAY "I do not wish to be involved as you are in the middle of it in many ways much of the time. throughout ones daily life now.
Little in our lives is not regulated by the real government which is sill under the laws to behave legally in their actions. But we do not have that. we have unaccountable contractors doing as the please and not upholding the laws or protecting the constitutional rights let along human rights of each of us. and our loved ones. Audit of ones personal records is the only way the real government and the people can find out what is going on and
I pray to Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus that Congress and other governments of the world will stop hiding from the real documented issue of an overthrow of our nations and the individual rights of each of us by an cabal that we have let our elected leaders steal our rights , our monies and in the USA our heirs rights of not inheriting debts that others do not have stole the money ..
As laws have been passed allowing the thieves to get by with government indebtedness in usually two years, the people do not have that immunity .. even if we had no knowledge. WE THINK THE LAWS ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT US AND THEY ARE NOT. THY RESTRAINER OF LAW HAS BEEN REMOVED.. And evil is not bound up and removed from among us for some to be tempted do grave illegal acts to us and the nation.. and to the other peoples of the world... This is the evil bunch that cause evil ones to rise up against good people of the world  to get us into wars of death and destruction as they are the winners of such,, not the people of either side who lose loved ones to horror of wars and devastation of our monies and assets. of each and what we own collectively as a people or nation.,
Much of what I write of this abut government debt laws was public information between 1974 and the early 1980's when then Vice President George H W Bush was put in charge of the paper work reduction act and law, and rule about government indebtedness of individuals and entities was pulled from the public view .. "Reduction of paperwork" as where one is not always going to be notified when a debt is incurred against then or their rights under that.. And it was the pre-step to the digital over throw that is nearly in place,.. but the CYBER CLOUD KNOWS ALL AND THE ILLEGAL ACTS ARE IN THERE AS WELL OS THE REAL INFO AS CYBER WARS ARE GOING ON DAILY . BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL?
And in recent rulings the issues are still current and stated which individuals will receive it to verify no new laws on this..
Now, even waiver requests "against equity and good conscience: when thefts were done in ones name illegally and one gives no personal financial info to get one, are not being process since 2002 WEN SSA AGREED TO DO THOSE FOR MEDICARE AND NOW passed on at Lynn Blodgett et al cabal and never done. as a contractors have no authority from Congress to forgive debts not even a common one of stealing in ones name. a FORM OF IDENTITY THEFT BY THE CABAL .. A DEBT THAT ONES HEIRS INHERIT EVEN IF NOT NAMED OR KNOWN OF AT THE TIME OF PROBATE OF ONES WILL..
The thieves get a stature of limitation, from Congress but the victims do not.. THE LAST LAND GRAB CAN EASILY OCCUR IF THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT STOP IT AS THIS CABAL NOW HAS THE AUTHORITY TO COLLECT DEBTS FOR THE GOVERNMENT .. YOU CANNOT SAY YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE INVOLVED ANY MORE..

mymediare.gov has no new into today and that system shows open FECA (FED WORKERS COMP) but not listed with the rest of ones health plans. and its shows an illegal flip from what my employer posted that made my Employer group health plan secondary to Medicare, and causing one of those indebtedness that never goes away that heirs inherit .
And every claims of our is an overpayment as we file unanswered appeals to get them labeled as a conditional payment for recovery which relieves one of the overpayment as its them up tot the government to get its money back for the people . Those requests are being ignored also. as they do a biweekly hack to alter the system info so that the primary payers get our of paying and creates an overpayment against those with Medicare cards on my Fed Blues SO even IF ONE DOES KNOW THE LAWS and files the right papers they are disappeared and ignored. also as no one seems to know what to do with them any more as no one trained to but the laws are there posed for all to read if they choose to do so .
The Federal Blues policy Shows BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY AT SOME SAME PERIODS OF TIME ALSO. with wording differs as the info called in by the cabal that manages the primary payers and wish to get out of paying to BCRC corporate which is been facilitating theft and not stopping it and getting the monies back on this.. allows them to make up faked retirement dates to do so . as they listen to them , not the law , their contracts terms with CMS nor the Medicare judges rulings we got that Medicare has never been primary for any of us.

The phone menu for each of us has the Blues indicated on there as Secondary and indicates FECA in there . but since Lynn Blodgett will not set up my file in defiance judges orders on an established non controverted case where I already had permanent and total medical due to home liquid oxygen they put me on 22 years ago. . but not the permanent disability which was ready to be approved when he took over in the COUP of 2002 and he now pays the workers comp for every one? in the USA. and has succeeded in dumping nearly all the bills onto Medicare as he says he laws now say to do so 6 months after one gets a Medicare card... congress DOES NOT EVE PASS THE LAWS WE LIVE UNDER ANYMORE ?? WHY SHOULD THE EMPLOYERS BE PAYING HIGHER PREMIUMS IF THEY NO LONGER HAVE TO[ PAY THE MEDICAL.. BUT WE TAXPAYERS AND THE EMPLOYERS ARE BING SCAMMED? and few have access to any into as to how Federal workers comp works and they just take Lynn Blodgett's  misinformation for the gospel truth in all his companies and partners in the cabal and too often even in much of the real   government as they say they have no access to my records to know. as he withholds them from them.. . Then why are they passing on the info  from him as if its truth and not say they do not know.. ??
I do not think congress passed such a law. and have wrote how this cabal fooled all by altering a chart from the Insurance council.
They are not in on the week end so could not verify what they show today or at this moment if times which even their call enters varies through out the day as the Cyber Cloud keeps trying to post the official info and has all this other garbage in their from all the past illegal hacks by the owner of the system which is not even directly CMS now as I understand it? . * (We have all signed to have access to each other on the proper Medicare non attorney representation forms.)

First person hung up on me as she did not wish to see the fraud on the screen as I pointed out to her that working aged meant that Medicare could not be primary and the screen itself revealed the intentional hacking from the corporate of BCRC in New York City ...
I called back and it
showed that in 3/1/2007 and again in 3/10/2010 that Fed Blues was moved from primary to secondary .. Prior to 4/09 when they began running an illegal software program after the bi weekly post rom ones employer.. the Intermediaries who pay claims for Medicare of SC Blues as one of the major holders of this including the new Celerian  Group   but then was  only for us  Palmetto GBA and Trailblazers would fax illegal and very overt act  request for each claim and have  them delete the Blues and flip to secondary so they could illegally pay the claims and not have to do the legal conditional payment . Sine the wrong date of injury has been entered for FECA etc and others' are the same, the system will not recognize the date and it goes on past and gets illegally paid. except of oxygen and it will reject for primary payers in the  secured system at US DOL personnel office in DC
    The same one that posts to the Media system b weekly   as its FECAs bill (affirmed by the Medicare judges ) and anyone with workers co p know now what he has done to us FEFA and never will input the claims  as they would be paid and they would have to pay all  of the  bills.. and repeats  the mantra order ' let her die order ; on me as been said.  those o the overpayment we are trying to get our from under..
        The system  is  illegally rigged? by this cabal to own every piece of property in the USA some day. And in  the many  ways I have written of in this blog since 12/08 when it was stared over just this blatant violations of the rights of  all the USA citizens and the robbing of the nation. by an international cabal that has been allowed by our own elected leaders to overthrow the USA because they did not read what they voted on in the COUP of 2002 and too embarrassed? to correct the blatant error without having to spend one extra budget  penny. . 
    2007 is a  new date that has showed up to day from the depths of the Cyber cloud ...
As soon as she went to check, on the FECA which was on there and off there yesterday throughout out the day . even posting double entries as it does at times of the real injury date of 1/10/89 and again as of the date of entitlement to Part A Medicare which blocks any billing person farm filing the claims as an electronic conditional payments .. THE ONLY WAY TO LEGALLY FILE CONDITIONALLY SO NO OVER PAYMENTS TO PATIENTS OR PROVIDERS IS BY PAPER.. and doctors. etc. get penalized for doing paper claims .THE REAL GOVERNMENT DOES Not KNOW THAT THE SYSTEM IS NOT WHAT THE Taxpayer paid FOR.. .the system went down. and I slept and did not call back ..
Its gotten real cold and time to hibernate in warm blankets. and a cup of hot herbal tea...
And pray that the SWAMP OF CORRUPTION CAN BE DRAINED BUT HOW WITHOUT THE PEOPLE INVOLVED , THIS CABAL IS NOT GOING TO STOP THEIR EVIL DEEDS AND THEFTS WILLINGLY..
Its our nation that belongs to each one of us and our President and other elected leaders are only those we said could serve us and need to know we are supporting their efforts. abut also to let them know in positive constructive manner what does not seem to be good choices and what we think they could do instead.. My prayers are this cabal has no robbed the public treasury of the last dollars before the legal system is restored to stop them .
A lot of well known leaders have been asked to serve us and pray they are truly there to give back to humanity from the blessings of greet power and wealth they have and do have... THE GREAT WEALTH OF THE USA IS US.* and we have greatness in our diversity and insights and abilities and each and every one or us has a part to play in making this a better world for each and every one.
Greatness includes that respect of the right of ownership as the basis of the inalienable right of happiness and no one or government nor its unaccountable contractor should be able to rob us of our home, no matter if it be a mansion(s) or a modest tiny house.. * not the only one..
     Its ours and that is a foundation that one has a place to go to .. Just like the land of our nation is ours and those we decides can live among us.. Christ said to love one another and respect for each others right to be owners is that mutual respect.. One is invited to come to our home and nation.. and we to theirs. and to break those boundaries is lack of respect for those who move among each other homes and home land..
Robert Frost said good fences make good neighbors in his famous poem.. The truth to that is based in a physical reminder that we are to respect each others rights of ownership and if we do not; WE ARE NOT FRIENDS OF ONE ANOTHER ARE WE?? as individuals nor as nations.
Those messing with my official government files and held in trust by the government and that trust negligently passed on to their contractors accountable to neither us nor the nation. They are not acting as a friend nor protector of my rights nor yours as with one or many or all are illegally messed with (and insiders say its massive) and the real government has to be persuaded by all of us to act as they are not their FRIEND EITHER. are they .. as the real government is made up of individuals just like me.. and you . Different but alike in our equal rights of justice for all.
