Yesterday the Coordination and recovery contractor supervisor and employee had all 3 of my insurances on the system and may be things have settled down of the cyber cloud at war against the Medicare swamp of contractors and illegal secret deal partners helping themselves to the people's monies held in trust by those who have Medicare as their legitimate primary payer.
This AM 11/3O/16 I did not have time to check things out before going to a doctors appointment.. and only to find out that Avility ? had given the doctor wrong info .. NO FECA ON THE RECORD AND ANY ONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT INSURANCE AND HEALTH CARE, KNOWS THAT AT LEAST A CALL NEEDS TO BE MADE TO WORKERS COMP FIRST FOR CARE. EVEN IF THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR LYNN BLODGETT REFUSES TO POST MY FILE AND INPUT OXYGEN CLAIMS FOR 15 YEARS AT THEY WOULD BE PAID AND SAYS 'LET HER DIE
. AND WORSE DEFIES 38 FEDERAL AGENCY JUDGES INCLUDING THE ORDERS TO POST MY FILE ON AN ESTABLISHED CASE WITH PERMANENT MEDICAL ALREADY DUE TO BEING PUT ON LIQUID OR COMPRESSED AIR LIQUID OXYGEN OVER 22 YEARS AGO BY FECA which locks one in on the system that posts to the Medicare system from the US Department of Labor Personnel office for injured Federal workers now under the control of Hewlett Packard and their major stock holder through another company of Lynn Blodgett's
This is the new insecure system that is more designed to steal Medicare better than the prior one... but then hacked by the corporate office of BCRC ,the subsidiary? of Emblem health Inc, formerly Group Health Inc of NY.. and the war in the air has gone on with a complete melt down of all the fake retirement dates and termination dates of my Fed blues primary employer group health plan...
I should have now something was wrong as when Doyle picked up my diabetic strips last night,, (forget having them delivered in this mess)he had to pay a co pay AS federal blues was not even on there at all... And Medicare was illegally on there as a primary and the reduced cost to Walmart is 70% less, Doyle said they checked and nothing..
These are paid by Part B of Medicare.. but I paid $0 for the two prescription drugs as on that part of the system for part D Medicare both insurances were on there. even though Blues was put on there as Secondary ? and Doyle paid part of a $ for his.. and that makes no sense as its on my Part d but not on his? But all over payments to Medicare on this and should all have been conditional payments but pharmacies have no ideal that that is and neither does Lynn Blodgett's people that pay those claims. they have not sent any to recovery since 2006 when Part D began for prescription drugs. its MEDICARE OR ALL AT FULL PRICE FOR DRUGS and big over payments that are often more money hat the doctor visit that resulted in the prescription for the pills
Humana is his and Lynn Blodgett who pays all Part D will not accept that he is on my Fed blues as they have terminated as of that fake 2/28/2010 date. And had his management company at Blues? call in and say it as terminated as of 2/28/10// Its a grievance person at ACS or Humana that wrote and said she had hacked the Medicare system and made Medicare primary for him.. when Fed Blues was on there last 11/15 when the new system was being used and not hacked for three weeks but on there as secondary when paid before then and finally appeal looked at.. . and this was in media other than on this blog when it occurred last 11/15 as for three weeks the BCRC contractors had not run the illegal software programs within a few hours after employers posted to the Medicare system the employment status of the employee and their insurance..
Doyle is on my Fed Blues and last 11/15 the grievance contractors saw the Fed Blues primary for him and not Medicare and took it on herself as the info and 'law giver' of the Nation.. Lynn Blodgett et al to hack and the system melted down then.. and wrote and said she did it.. and no reason why at all. as we were appealing that Medicare is not primary and to send it in as a conditional payment... another referral that would have exposed the swamp to be drained and would have been drained of the corruption if acted. on.
Its possible this has been gong on more than I realized until 10/25/16 when this Avility clearing house had taken connection to Blues as a new clearing house somehow linked to Lynn Blodgett as its now an approved one for Medicare and how and why they would be is beyond me as its been nothing but garbage and not even what the real system shows at all at times. and not his former one of Affiliated Computer services.
and the info on there is NOT WHAT IS ON THE REAL SYSTEM AND OUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS ETC PAY BILLIONS TO HAVE THE ACCURATE INFO AND NO ONE SHOULD BE GETTING DIFFERING INFO all over the USA on the same patients.. .
So at the doctor, they had no FECA and Medicare primary and blues secondary and we already have an overpayment to this doctor and me now..
added to the 3 trillion dollars illegally paid due to the contractors manipulations of the system in violation of their CMS contractors not to alter what an employer posts. 3 Medicare judges got the info and verified that the post is accurate and ruled on it and the contractor said. THEY DID NOT CARE WHAT A MEDICARE JUDGE SAID.. NOR THEIR CONTRACT TERMS NOR THE LAW AS THEIR DEALS WITH THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY OVER RIDES ALL
THE US CONSTITUTION DOES NOT APPLY ?TO THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND A LOT OF THE ISSUES IS LIABILITY INSURERS LIKE WORKERS COMP WHICH IS NOW NEARLY ALL UNDER THE CONTROL OF LYNN BLODGETT'S MANY COMPANIES IN THE USA FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS AND HEALTH CARE COSTS ARE IN HALF ON THAT AS HE HAS MEDICARE PAYING ALL THE BILLS SIX MONTHS AFTER AN INJURED WORKER GETS A MEDICARE CARD.
MY SOURCE IS ANOTHER CLAIMS PAYER WHO GETS INFO FROM HIM ET AL WHO SAID THAT WAS THEIR TRAINING AND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO .. AND REFERRED TO AN INSURANCE INDUSTRY CHART THEY USED AND I ASKED ABOUT THE ASTERISK AND FOOT NOTE FOR WORKERS COMP AND THEY APPARENTLY HAVE ALL BEEN GIVEN ONE WITH OUT THE ASTERISK AND FOOT NOTE THAT only referred to whether one is employed or retired and not whether the bills are to still be paid by workers comp regardless of that ..
The foot note MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT DISABILITY FROM WORKERS COMP. and over at the federal government one may be getting a temporary estimated amount from OPM pending appeals from FECA that does not end employment and has to be paid back when FECA reinstated.. the have so many laws hidden in PDF format that its nearly impossible to find laws to know as a word or phrase search does not work and why there is 50 years of FOIA requests backed up when there should be very few anymore.. w should be able to find most anything online if it was in a version to access easily
MORE CONTRACTS TO MAKE WORK THAT SHOULD NEVER BE NEEDED IF THE SYSTEMS WERE SET UP TO HELP REDUCE COSTS ... THAT CONCEPT SEEMS TO BE MORE HIDDEN THAN THE OTHER THE FORMER HAS ONE STILL EMPLOYED WITH ALL RIGHTS OF AN EMPLOYEE AND THEIR JOB IF THEY ARE ABLE TO RETURN TO Work . WHILE THE PERMANENT DISABILITY MEANS THE EMPLOYER HAS SENT THEM HOME AS RETIRED TO RECEIVE BENEFITS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE OR A LUMP SUM SETTLEMENT. PLUS A SUM FOR LOSS OF BODY PARTS USUALLY COMES ALSO.. BUT IN NO WAY DOES THAT ALTER MEDICAL BENEFITS IF ONES WORKERS COMP PAYS THOSE FOR LIFE OR EVEN AFTER RETIREMENT.. ONES HAS TO KNOW THE POLICY OR PROGRAM AND that is what the employer post is he better as they know. .
ONE ASTERISK REMOVED AND NO FOOT NOTE AND MEDICARE IS GETTING STOLEN DAILY TO THE TUNE OF A FEW MORE TRILLION DOLLARS OVER 15 YEARS AND CONTINUING.. AS SOME SAY THAT SHOULD KNOW. UNTIL SOMEONE FROM THE GOVERNMENT IS PERMITTED TO GET IN AND DO A REAL AUDIT TO MAKE SURE ALL THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS/POLICIES AND JUDGES ARE BEING FOLLOWED.. and they are not..
I am doing the audit as I would do one as I would have trained to do one years ago.. and am only doing it using my own personal records.. and because I am in a life and death struggle over what is going on... Yet it reveals what is going on through out the Medicare contractors which is who is running Medicare with NO ACCOUNTABILITY SINCE THE COUP OF 2002,
I get the press releases and manuals from Medicare as they are publicly available on line and the disconnect from what they say to do is far different than what is going on. . and some never could have been checked out by the general counsel for Medicare and need to be as some are correct but missing much that covers other areas that pertain. all materials used to be just to make sure someone or contractors did not change the laws etc. I have more than one been told that the contractor has said .. WE ARE NOT GOING TO FOLLOW THAT.
and that means we have lost our constitutional rights to have one set of laws and rules for each and every one... to be applied equally to all.. and being done with NO DUE PROCESS RIGHTS UNDER THE 4the amendment when the BCRC decides to go and alter and take away benefits with no authority to do so and then never notify one and no appeal rights. and obstruct medical care.. as
Oxygen will not go through the Medicare system and be paid as it will and did reject for having primary payers and it was not Blues.. its locked for life as FECA's bills and the judges said when I asked them to enforce the laws and make Lynn Blodgett pay back Medicare after even the appellate judge affirmed the Medicare had me approve for life for home liquid oxygen. and yet I can get no supplier and have them bill Medicare as a conditional payment as Cigna Government Services who soon got out of dealing with Medicare as a claims payer soon after wards, had paid the claims as the only one in 15 years as a conditional payment several years ago.
Then soon after that . all the small suppliers who could delver cheaper were forced out of business by a regulation that unfairly favored only the largest companies being able to compete for a territory under a regulation that made no medical sense even to this day which in itself violates ANY FREE AND FAIR MARKET SYSTEM .
. and without that info given to the billing people for the oxygen supplier THEY CANNOT GET PAID AND HAS NO IDEA HOW AND THE CMS OFFICIALS AND THE CONTRACTORS WILL NOT HELP AS THEY SEEM TO BE IGNORANT OF WHY THERE IS A REAL DEATH PANEL CREATED IN THE USA. by a 1988 labor law that was passed to PREVENT DEATH PANELS FOR INJURED WORKERS WHEN THEY HAVE A LIFE THREATENING MEDICAL NEED AND WITH AN ESTABLISHED CASE CAN GET PERMANENT MEDICAL AND LOCKED IN SECURELY TO SAVE ONES LIFE.. oxygen also makes all ones bills workers comp also.. and why billing people need to be able to see the info on the system they get and well pay for to at least call and get a reference number to confirm they did so even if they got misinformation.. . NEVER FORESEEING A DAY WHERE THERE WOULD NOT BE any government to enforce its own laws which occurred in the COUP OF 2002.
I came home from the doctor and after resting. began the DAILY Tracking audit of my personal government records in the control of contractors that are being criminally violated... and putting my own life in jeopardy..
My family got another 200lb liquid oxygen tank filled for me today so I have another 10 days or so to be alive.. but if the tank goes .. I do not breathe. No one can even buy one locally from a supplier as they are not allowed to sell one if one is not their patients. and bill any insurance either..as Blues had said they would pay... their part. The only liquid oxygen supplier left in our area will not come until the whole government is straightened out and that means DRAIN THE SWAMP to stop the death panels. A monopoly exists that accepts assignment for Medicare and will not service an approved for life patients. and I never had any issues with the nice people who delivered except once in 2000 when they had some new people enter my house and take the tanks away and I ended up in the hospital as they wanted me to get a low oxygen sat rate and did.. and they came back NOT GOOD AND some permanent heart damage.. and they did not say they were gong to do that either.. THAT IS WHAT GOES ON IN THE USA AS THE TOP PEOPLE SEEM TO BE LIKE THIS TOO OFTEN WHILE THE RANK AND FILE ARE JUST LIKE THE REST OF US AND PRETTY NICE PEOPLE. FOR THE MOST PART . personally I have a hearing pending to have Medicare pay to get tanks filled at the gas company as we do .. . oxygen is not nearly the expense of some drugs are now.. and keeps patients out of hospitals ERs and life is lengthened which is priceless if one values life itself. and wonder if too many at the top of this cabal and world, do ? even their own ? A study of lack of self worth of those running this world.. very sad.. for them and us.
The swamp dwellers are not going to give up their free flow of stolen public money they are not to have to then pay lobbyists to make sure that the insurance industry does not have to behave... and the more ethical companies find it impossible to compete in A MARKET SYSTEM THAT IS NEITHER FAIR NOR FREE WHEN ONES COMPETITOR IS GETTING AN ILLEGAL BAIL OUT FROM THE MEDICARE TRUST FUND.

had no change from yesterday.. as said above and the phone menu for BCRC indicated Medicare illegally primary and FECA referred to but what of Blues.
The customer service person could ONLY SEE MEDICARE ON THE SYSTEM AND SAID MY RECORDS WAS NOW BLOCKED AND ONLY A SUPERVISOR WAS ALLOWED TO OPEN IT UP AND TELL ME WHAT ELSE WAS ON THERE.. that is discrimination and disparate treatment.
The one I spoke to said it showed an open workers comp case but Blues as secondary as of 8/1/2004 but was primary before 3/1/2010.
Yet from 2002 to 3/1/2010 Coordination, them had hacked the system to made it secondary every time they got a fax from trailblazers to deleted the blues so they could pay the clam and never send it to recovery and them the following day it would be on as secondary until the bi weekly post that used to occur on Sunday. and so the claims will illegally be paid by Medicare and I and my heirs overpaid forevermore and doctors, etc. overpaid also.. for not legally filing as a conditional payment and sent to their recovery unit to get the money back rom the primary payer and some did get sent out anyway as some took it on themselves to try when they were in Detroit a
LYNN BLODGETT GOT THE RECOVERY LETTERS AND NEVER SHOWED THEM TO ANY ONE AT US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND VERBALLY ORDERED ALL RECORDS DESTROYED (A FELONY)AND HIS VERBAL WORD GOT IS DONE..
and he is not the deciders of fact at all. on worker's comp. He is only to set up the computer file for anyone with a claim number and post all incoming paper in London Ky. and then pay bills in in his FLA plant and all of mine are already preapproved and on occasion some doctor bills have gotten paid since 2002 as approved or similar in the past and than someone went and took the money back from the doctor, etc.
AND I DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AT ALL UNTIL YEARS LATER WHEN ONE CAN ACCESS ON LINE.. BUT THAT IS NOT TIRED TO THE REAL SYSTEM AS ITS AN ACS SYSTEM AND ITS BEEN ALTERED RECENTLY FROM WHAT WAS PAID ETC. IN THE PAST.. no system is secure in the whole government and less in control of the contractor but I have my hard copies to show the illegally alterations. a AND LOST ONE GOOF DOCTOR OVER IT AND WAS NOT TOLD WHY HE WOLD NO LONGER SEE ME.. and later knew why.. but too late. as if I had been told I could have taken some kind of legal action.. back soon after 2002..
I also added a comment to the 10/28/16 Daily Recap as some billing people think they should go ahead and send a claim to FECA and the info on line for instruction is telling them incomplete and this incorrect info as to how long to wait.. its trying to make it too easy to ignore the proper process as its saying 120 days... for an answer.. AND THE LAW etc. IS 120 DAYS OR REASONABLE .. AND ITS REASONABLE TO ASSUME THERE WILL BE NO PAYMENT UNTIL CONGRESS ACTS TO PUT THE BUDGET BACK TO ENFORCE THE LAWS AND CONTRACTS OF THE CONTRACTORS. AND SOME OF YOU MAY BE TOLD "you're fired" and should have been done a long time and for some.. and possible jail time.. as health care obstructed has had deadly consequences.
1-800 medicare shows the working aged Fed Blues as of 3/1/10 and secondary for being retired today . The hack for this phrase as its varies as to who called in the fake info.. did not know that working and retired.. are not the same category ..
FECA is not shown but she had a deletion date to of 10/6/16 when the Blues was made secondary back to 3/1/2010.. THE CYBER CLOUD IS STILL TRYING TO MADE SENSE OF THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION IT NOW CONTAINS.. AND NOW THIS HACKING INFO SHOULD NEVER HAVE EVER BEEN DONE AS THE CMS CONTRACT SAYS NO ONE IS TO ALTER WHAT AN EMPLOYER POSTS.. if they think its wrong then why did not show up at the hearings... I asked the official from CMS regional office in Dallas to come for the hearing and she could have represented CMS at it.. or have someone else do so.. I wanted to get her under oath.. and on records s she had been implicated,, but now know her source was Lynn Blodgett. etc.?
NOR DID CMS APPEAL the JUDGES;' RULINGS. I would like to know where they get their info on the record as I have already been told many times over the years. THEIR SOURCE IS A NEIGHBOR DOWN THE STREET IN DALLAS,, LYNN BLODGETT. and he is no decided of fact on my cases nor a government official and I DO NOT WORK FOR HIM NOR OR ANY ONE AT THE CLINTON FOUNDATION EITHER.. My EEOC sanctions against Donna Shalala was when she was Sec of HHS as employee there. for physical harm to the point of death.. when I returned to work with strict accommodations needed and the opposite done. and I do not work for her at . the Clinton Foundation.
Later this evening the system was down and I called 1-800 Medicare after the claims info for those not paid form this summer when they were denied for Medicare not being primary and no pone would tell doctors billing people. etc. all over the USA how to file a conditional payment as no one knows any more.. as that is the 3 trillion dollars of clams that should have been sent to the recovery unit and all kinds of due process letters sent and be signed by the primaries. And refunds . I and the medical treating sources would get a copy so we know that we are not at any legal risk..
I am glad I got mymediare.gov set back up and the nice man that spent 2 hours on it.. for me. at a contractor as I have a requested early emailed copy and written copy of DENIALS FOR MEDICARE NOT BING PRIMARY.. AND WHEN I PULLED UP THE CLAIMS I COULD NOT GET THE SUMMARY NOTICE FOOTNOTE THAT SHOWED THIS ONLINE.. AND WHEN THE SYSTEM WENT DOWN. AND GOT THAT HARD COPY IN PROCESS OF BEING ALTERED?? .
WILL THE SUMMARY NOTICES BE ALTERED ON LINE??
I WILL NEVER GET E STATEMENTS INSTEAD OF A MAILED COPY ON ANYTHING FROM THE GOVERNMENT OR ANY THING I NEED TO CLOSELY MONITOR.. at all. for this very reason. and why I have a wireless printer 2+ rooms away to avoid the ink fumes and get hard copies..
The younger generations do not seem to understand that thieves are in cyber space ad hacking government records that were intentionally not secure. Anything online can be altered that can be accessed and nothing seems secure anymore.. or we would not have been reading Wikileaks to decide whom to vote for a few weeks ago that only affirmed what many already believed to be truth of certain individuals.. but there is much more that is beyond the political reason and pray that a serious look into the Clinton Foundation is not suppressed.. as I it leads to other areas, like the US Government records in control of contractors and thefts of monies, kept well hidden when there are no internal audits done since coup of 2002. ,
Then someone should be accountable and it may not be the candidates who just got campaign donation.. and well insulated by others to not be accountable which is HOW A SWAMP OF CORRUPTION IS OFTEN CREATED IN THE FIRST PLACE .
In the name of Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus may justice roll down like water. and may TRUTH SET US FREE ..when one begins an investigation into finding the truth and stopping corruption , it may lead into surprising areas and to persons, one may not even be aware of initially committing really bad crimes. an investigation can clear the innocence, but also discover the bad persons that need to be brought to the seat of or legal system for review and whatever it deems should occur. I name Lynn Blodgett as he has been named by high level officials in the government who have to take his verbal word for things and they have no access to any of my files or data and his own management as the one who is charge and obeyed.
And the right of civil redress also for those physically and financially harmed is our constitutional rights.. REAL TORT REFORM OCCURS WHEN THE SWAMP OF CORRUPTION IS DRAINED AS ITS OFTEN THE CAUSE. is my opinion based on a lot of investigation for the truth... and I AM STILL SEEKING AND LEARNING OF A LOT MORE SWAMP TO DRAIN AS ITS DEEPER THAN EVEN I THOUGHT IT WAS.
