There is major source of financing to many large companies in the USA. POWER BELONGS TO THE ONE WHO HOLDS CONTROL IN THE SECULAR WORLD OF MONEY , GOODS AND SERVICES. and governments too often allow great power to be concentrated in one or a few at the detriment of society as a whole
RIGHT TO BREATHE
Of course clean air, and good lungs are the best to be able to sustain life, which is not going to occur I one is not able to breathe.. EARTHLY LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.
But there are millions, ;like me who depend on liquid oxygen to sustain life.... often from horrendous injuries to the lungs. If others can tolerate the low levels of ozone from the ionizing that occurs to make oxygen in a concentrator, but thankful as you are not going to have to beg BLACKSTONE FOR THE RIGHT TO BREATHE AND OFTEN BE THE LOSER.
The concentrators are not a therapeutic level, but not all lung conditions are the same and your doctor used to be able to run the diagnostic tests to know what is best for you.. They have been micromanaged by this cabal running things where often a full and complete diagnosis can not be done as medical tests cannot always be run as machines will not get repaired if they break down and insurances they control will not pay either for the tests... even though covered by policies.
This is itself can be life threatening if one is treated by a doctor one has never seen before...your own doctor usually has a good idea of what your medical needs are even if all the tests have not been run... After claims are sent on in etc. nearly every one is being labeled a COPD PATIENTS AND THIS BEGAN IN 2008... And may have been only a notation in the medical notes of ones own doctor and not even listed as one of the diagnosis... This is what health care is like with no doctors in charge of it... and ones own doctors ignored and managed into a heel crushing era for them.
Most lung patients usually have multiple diagnoses and if one has one of the kinds of asthma its needed for treatment to know this and what kind especially since most asthmatics have an allergic reaction, but about 11 million plus of us are non allergic and just inflammation form irritants from ozone or chemicals... often the most common ones formaldehyde, ethanol alcohol and phenol sulfides. There are skin tests for chemicals just as there is for allergies and mine done over 20 years ago have been found to be very accurate over the years.
Those tests were never clinically tested and approved by the FDA as big money interests took over and no one seems to even know or do them ... but many chemicals were skin tested just as one does for allergies and only three came up [positive... FORMALDEHYDE BEING A MASSIVE REACTION. my whole arm turned red.... and why its potentially life threatening for me to even get a flue shot since no company is now permitted to make one without a formaldehyde wash being used. NOVARTIS did make one but several years ago HHS MADE THEM ADD IT.. .WHY? In the lungs , not only is there a severe asthma attack but I get pneumonitis or fluid on the lungs which is not the kind one gets from an allergic reaction..
One has to also know all the many products that have these chemicals buried on all kind of terms to hide it or after it gets inside our bodies breaks down into that... like aspartame Why adding aspartame to milk and not even labeling it was/is a deadly choice. I just ask for the same rights as those with allergies to know what is in a product by a label that lists the ingredients and not intentionally try to hide it under some obscure terms. DECEPTION TO DO HARM AND DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THOSE WITH A MINORITY DISABILITY OR HANDICAP
Who has this kind of injury? often those who have no choice by their insurers or workers comp, or even auto insurance etc. but to file a claim or law suit against the one all deem to be liable for the bills. And often Liquid or compressed air is needed to breathe safely...
In 1/08, small medical supply companies all over the USA were forced out of providing it to patients by a regulation from CMS that made no medical sense. For liquid oxygen , but not for concentraors they would have to hire a respiratory technician.... A local rural company who had served three patients for years was told that the INITIAL COST WOULD BE $21,000 and then ongoing expense. And nothing they would be doing that is medically needed.. at all. Most oxygen patients do not need home care until closer to end of life and then that should logically be something done under Home health services. parts of one health care plans or policies.
Why did this occur? CMS was going to COMPETITIVE BID FOR TERRITORIES And these small companies had figured out to do it cheaper as they would exchange filled 200 lb tanks they got filled at the gas companies that sold medical oxygen.. THE LIABILTY RISK COSTS WAS NOT THE SUPPLIERS
The two biggest companies Lincare a break off of Union Carbide of Lindegas from Germany and Rotech=Rhema have a big unit that come to ones home and the delivery person fills the tanks at ones home on a set route. Lindegas also own the biggest chain of gas companies now, and will not sell to individual patients nor competitors either. My small company had 6 patients and hired a retired person and when I got on the last light I called his cell phone and within 24 hours he arrived and exchanged tanks. !/08, the most expensive choice became a regulation and many, like me got left with NO RIGHT TO BREATHE. * many smaller companies have now been merged into the larger ones..
Even thought there were now 'territories' official or not, the big companies could still deny service to any one for any reason... even if they were approved for life by their health plans.. as I am by three. including Medicare.
Since then my family has had to haul tanks to a gas company and pay and I am still alive. AND NONE IN THE REAL GOVERNMENT CARES... AS THE REAL DEATH PANEL EXISTED LONG BEFORE THE NEW HEALTH CARE LAWS.
WHY IS BLACKSTONE CRUCIAL TO THE RIGHT TO BREATHE
Online is the sec linked articles and other info etc... that clearly show BLACKSTONE PROVIDES FINANCING TO BOTH OF THE TWO MAIN COMPANIES. and we came close to not even having a gas company for patients to go to and even some hospitals were going to lose access for their patients to have the RIGHT TO BREATHE.
This is in the DAILY RECAPS HERE BACK IN 11/14 and life was going to end as of 1/15 I investigated and called and there was no reason , other than grave and deadly influence on agencies and governments.. THE KARMA OF MITSUBISHI SURELY HAS TO BE HIGH AS THEY DID NOT BOW TO THE PRESSURE OF SUSTAINING LIFE TO MANY LIKE ME... AND I AM GRATEFUL TO THEM. as one of the two companies in our area Rotech gets their oxygen from them also, and that would have forced them and hospitals, etc. into huge expensive contracts with Lindegas ... but they went into bankruptcy and BLACKSTONE CAME TO THE RESCUE???
In the real world of things we are under a monopoly of the right to breathe already by this, even though our current laws, do not legally say so.
