Who owns this company which has CMS the same initials as the government agency in charge of health care n the USA for all now?
I wish I could be retired and not have to continue doing the job that others in the government are being paid to do. at HHS but Congress will not let them stop the robbing of the USA and more than pay for the effort and raise the pay of the medical profession and have better health care for all.
ITS NOT THE HEALTH PLAN ITS WHO RUNS IT AND WHO STEALS FROM IT AND ITS THE GOVERNEMNT CONTRACTORS WHO DO THE MOST AS THEY ARE IN POSITION TO DO THE MOST! AND EFFECTIVE IMMUNITY IN THE COUP OF 2002 PASSED BY CONGRESS THAT MOST DID NOT KNOW THE E- GOVERNING BILLS WERE SUBSTANTIALLY ALTERED BEFORE THEY VOTED TO OVER THROW THE AUTHORITY OF THE US GOVERNMENT AND LOSE CONTROL OF OUR OWN AGENCIES AND MONIES. Its the peoples government and monies we elected them to make sure were doing the work of the people legally and fairly and with justice for all. .
The disconnect between what is really going on and what the real government and Congress thinks is going on is miles and even nations apart.

This cabal in charge of the USA well knows they are stealing from Medicare and they get some nice folks south of the border to mis train and do the work and who is responsible?
All of our good medical providers, supplier and pharmacists who are told do not know anything about the billing by this cabal; as they off shore it. However, the medical profession and the patients are still in the USA and its our assets and bank accounts that can be taken when Medicare is forced to pay as the primary payers make illegal deals with this cabal and get our of paying what is their legal responsibility by the law, contracts, and even three judges rulings in my cases. for me and those on my Federal Blues policy which is one of my primaries.
Why send to Mexico, USA employees might figure out the real laws and apply them? and then congress would have a report of a few trillion dollars owed back to Medicare by the number of conditional payments done which is a lot when they have to run an illegal software program at the government contractor by weekly to illegally alter the posting that come in from ones employer on their employment status and . what insurance is he primary payer.
What I did affirm today is that the system for Medicare is NOT WHAT THE TAXPAYER ORDERED. They have no field to bill Medicare and then click on one that says primary payer issue, or primary won't pay which send it to the recovery unit a subsidiary of the owner of the hacked common working file Emblem health International being sold/merger etc. off shore. from the USA.
CMS, the government one has been ordering this done for over 15 years now since the COUP OF 2002 as its to be a simple issue for medical billing.
COUP OF 2002, WHEN CONGRESS DEFUNDED ANY INTERNAL AUDITS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS AND THEN DEFUNDED THE SEC SO THEY COULD NOT HELP FIND OUT IF THE ONES WHO PAY THE CLAIMS, MANAGE THE INSURERS, AND DOCTORS, ETC AND OWN THE SYSTEMS AND REWRITE THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AS THEY CHOOSE TO DO AND IGNORE JUDGES ORDERS WHO HAVE RULED ON MATTERS THEY ARE TO FOLLOW.
ALL THE SAME ENTITIES AND MORE LAYERS OF CONTRACTS THAT THE MEDICAL PROFESSION HAS TO HIRE TO DEAL WITH THE SAME CABAL WHO ARE THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS.
The new medical billing and diagnosis codes is designed to end the job of medical billing and reduce health care costs for all substantially. instead its been increased and the stealing of our tax dollars is now off shored to nice people who have no idea they are being asked to participate n any kind of criminal activity at all. ORDERED TO DO SO BY THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT PRETENDS TO BY THE REAL GOVERNMENT , AND REALLY IS THE ONES IN CHARGE SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
Congress cannot help as they have an unconstitutional self imposed gag order to not mention, contact or have a contractor testify.
Even worse is that a medical bill has gone unpaid by any health plan of a loved one since 6/16 and the new coding system as designed to be should have had fully paid in a week by two plans, and on to recovery and letter already out and answered as to why Lynn Blodgett's management firm did the illegal dumping deal to not pay and if not paid, they will have their bank account attached if they do not pay Medicare back ,
This is what some insiders say is only a few trillion dollars stolen from Medicare since the COUP OF 2002. AND THESE DEBTS NEVER GO AWAY AGAINST THE PATIENT OR ESTATES EVEN AFTER THE PROCEEDS DISTRIBUTED TO HEIRS.
And guess who is sent the waiver requests by SSA that should be easily approved since patients cannot arrest someone even the government is not allowed to by act of Congress.
Lynn Blodgett? has all my unposted files , 38 judges orders for him to obey from multiple agencies on my cases , waiver request from patients and heirs, and he much be buried in a mountain of paper down in Dallas or wherever he spends his days, And he is just the current hired head for the USA of this . I name him as he is the one named by high government officials in writing and verbally and even his own managers in his companies who say where they get their info and whose orders and laws they obey.
Still blocked from Russian access for this blog, it seems as the same cabal engaged in the same overthrow of them, too, and someone does not wish them to know and their voters decided to act before this bunch gets us in a war with each other??
I am not against any government contracting out services needed to be done. But no government can just turn over the rights of the people and the public treasury with out overseeing what really is going on inside those who do the work inside the contractors.
I an sure these nice people in Mexico can learn how to do a conditional payment if they are only allowed to have the information and instruction. That relieves any legal risk for the medical profession and the patient. as its only the government that can enforce the laws of the land. And the information giver still has corporate headquarters in the USA and its the USA programs.
