Reminder Regarding Ambulance Transports – Dual Diagnoses

We have all made jokes over the intricate details the elaborate new ICD-10 coding for diagnosis. Often not seeing why or the need.
Having worked inside the government in the agency that originally was over Medicare and also as a patient I have a dual perspective of the changes over the years. On one hand we have systems innovations that are put in place to reduce health care costs, but then beginning in the mid eighties and internal cabal grabbed control of the free labor of machines and turned them into data shuffling and health care costs went up and not down. over it as the profits ended up with the data shufflers, the government contractors.
Made horrendous in the COUP OF 2002 when while the whole government at all levels from local to federal was being contracted out. AND CONGRESS DEFUNDED any internal audits of them as well as any criminal investigations and prosecutions. At the same time defunded the SEC from using their expertise to unravel an illegal maze of shell companies and illegal secret deal partnerships that soon ended most fair competition or government contracts and crated total control of most of the government and not just in health care.
Not unusual to have the medical provider having to be micromanaged, by, medical billing service, clearing houses to access the taxpayer paid for billing system and their versions of the laws and regulations in forms and formats, contracted out and owned, insurance companies and or government health plans under total control of contractors PAYING THE CLAIMS , and reviewers, contract auditors who only review what they are given as well as even intake for fraud reports and more ALL THE SAME INTERNATIONAL ENTITY .
President Teddy Roosevelt who is known to history as giving us those trust busting laws must be 'turning over in this grave' of what is going on now. THE WORSE VIOLATIONS ONE COULD EVER IMAGINE AND WELL DOCUMENTED BY MANY, BUT THE REAL GOVERNMENT CANNOT KNOW 'OFFIALLY' AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO IN TO A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR AND KNOW 'OFFICALLY' and exercise one power the real government still has, not renew the contract, Something nearly impossible to do without the ;officially obtained documentation. Nearly every agency has a stack waiting of documentation from those like me to use to GET IN AND "OFFICIALLY' KNOW AND TAKE ACTIONS TO STOP HARM TO LIFE, LIVELIHOODS and the STOLEN AND GOUGED PUBLIC TREASURY .
Then what regulations are needed can be kept and revised and the rest not needed to allow this theft of the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES TO CONTINUE. We have laws as to what is fair for the owner and inventors to have as profits, they will still end up wealthy. but all of society will be freed to have more time to have better quality to lives and care for each other and our families as the free labor of the machines can subsidy all of the basic survival needs of humanity, without layers of contractors doling it out and we decide to work, invent and create and have more than that as our FREE WILL LETS US CHOOSE to live in the tiny house, or do well and live in a mansion or two. No one does without the needs to survive. but all more involved in the daily business of government to see it works for us and not a few of an organized cabal that has grabbed control from us, to have a government by and for us.
And a system created from the free labor of machines that not only cost higher health costs for the government funding much of this, but also each medical provider suppler and pharmacy is then also being made to hire this same cabal a great expense to deal with its own companies as government contractors. And this is also going on in private industry now, and we wonder why companies are going over seas to get away form this horrific chaos created because there is NO REAL GOVERNMENT ALLOWED TO DOTHE BUSINESS OF GOVERNMENT TO STOP HORRIFIC CORRUPT ON AND CREATED WASTE OF MONIES SINCE THE COUP OF 2002.
I do not know all the intricate details of what occurs, with ambulance services now. But I have conduced criminal investigations for Medicare violations and I do know a few things that does not change over the years.
When the ambulance arrives, the first responding EMT's assesses the situation and when they enter details in their servers, THE BILLING SHOULD BE BASICALLY DONE. . Or should be. Medical billing, as a profession is going the way of the key punch operator of 50 years ago. For the younger geneations, that is not hitting a key on your device. that accesses the world of info. Remember those handing chads of the 2000 presidential election? We have a generation that does not even know of this. now. But , mostly women , were hired in big rooms seated at a machine converting data into cards that had wholes in them. THAT IS WHAT IS NOW INSIDE OUR TBLETS AND I PHONES AND LAPTOPS AND DESK TOP COMPUTERS etc.
. Rooms where groups sat making paper cards with holes, now all being transmitted into a world wide cyber cloud and faster than any room of underpaid women of whom one of your ancestors or elders may have been one of them. Ask your grandmother or great grandmother if she had such a job at one time in her life. And listen to the history of information sharing. Record or make a video of her sharing her experiences. Its her or his efforts that made those first steps to what we now have or should have
. FREE LABOR OF MACHINES THAT SHOULD BE GIVING EACH ONE OF US A BETTER LIFE OF REAL FREEDOM ' FOR EACH ONE TO BE WHAT EACH OF US WERE UNIQUELY MEANT TO BE' TO BORROW FROM A WELL KNOW AD. And care for our loved ones and families and children who would never grow up not knowing what it is to have a family that loves and cares for them and a government that does not leave them homeless and hungry and with no way to not have to beg from a myriad of this cabal's controlled agencies for even life to be had. Their system is a worse kind of socialism, OR communism for the one who controls all becomes the 'god' of the world.
The free labor of machines that each has benefit from of a basic survival amount on their own plastic card. or pin or even fingerprint to access, is a SHARING OF WHAT IS FREE TO ALL AND FOR ALL TO BENEFIT FROM. We already know those basic amounts as its the law in our various social programs. NOW WE CAN ELIMINATE ALL THOSE LAYERS OF CONTRACTORS TO GET IT FROM THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES TO EACH ONE OF US. RICH AND POOR. A basic right to share so that none ever has to worry that they might starve, or freeze to death.
This linked press release is just one small example of the real problem we have allowed our societies to devolve into.
Why in the world is there a shuffling of data around to get two pieces of info that rarely the first responder is not aware of and enters asap.
And if the electronic deposit to the ambulance service or local government was usually on the way to the bank by the time the ambulance pulls away from the hospital after delivering the patient then the incentive to learn a few codes to enter right away is there. The EMT becomes the medical biller and its already done. Just as ones doctor or other medical provider, supplier or pharmacist becomes the medical biller once the patient is through with a visit.
What is needed is a few more specialized experts to review on the back end to make sure the rapid payments did not entice some to get 'creative' and commit some fraud as to the truth of the event.
Those who accept Medicare and most insurers already have those end game controls, but only after days of data shuffling that 'steals' (called government waste) the free labor of machines from each of us getting that direct benefit that they set up a bank account to receive the monies and if there is an overpayment it can be retrieved with follow up appeal rights. just as it is now, with more layers of contractors. to deal with and have to have more contractors to deal with the government contractors. etc. Real brainwashing for this cabal to keep control of the profits of the FREE LABOR OF MACHINES has gone on in the medical professions as those who care to our medical needs have been 'scared to death' to have anything to do with the billing or even the money their corporations receive. . The US Constitution has not changed. One is not in trouble criminally unless they intended to steal. You enter the wrong code, you correct it and the free labor of machines does the rest. TOO SIMPLE? THATS WHY THE FREE LABOR OF MACHINES CAN GIVE HUMANITY THE FREEDOM WE ALL WERE MEANT TO HAVE.
Reading the convolutions coming out now in healthcare is layer and layer of regulations that end up crating more contracts to this cabal to shuffle data around and its not just the taxpayer paying and paying, but our good people in the medical profession being gouged for paying this same entity now.
High level officials and even those in side his own companies name Lynn Blodgett as the one running the USA now. Our elected officials gave up that authority in the COUP OF 2002 and have et to want to recognize it and take back the authority for, of and by us as the ones we elect to take care of business for us and then let us down big time. OUR VOTES DO NOT COUNT WHEN OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS DO NOT RETAIN THE AUTHORITY WE GAVE THEM TO HAVE.
AND, IN THE COUP OF 2002; FEW THEN KNEW WHAT THEY VOTED FOR AND FEW NOW DO NOT KNOW THAT ANY LAW THEY PASS CAN BE IGNORED BY ACT OF CONGRESS IN THE COUP OF 2002. loang with judges, laws , regulations and even this memo from an agency , if any one in the real government even wrote and transmitted it out to the world. Even presidents cannot act with out ,money to spend and that comes from CONGRESS WHO SAID NO.
Since they have a self imposed gag rule not to mention, contact or have a contractor testify, then how can any ear mark of even existing budget be made to be spent to do the internal audits and criminal oversight needed to return justice and common sense to this nation. and stop the horrific harm being done to the people and nation. And similar is and has been going on in nation after nation.
Forget all that is out their of the banksters of the last 400 years who used to rule the world by controlling the flow of money. THIS IS A NEW WORLD ORDER WHERE MONEY IS IN CYBER SPACE AND WHO EVER AS THEIR HAND ON THE SERVER IS IN CONTROL. They have controlled that since 1984 when governments lagged behind when the new generations of systems was birthed and government began to contract out control of their own survival as sovereign nations .
The people no longer had a government to look to for help when needed forced to deal with law breakers. . It officially existed to be there in the USA until the COUP OF 2002. but was declining in being able to intervene as this took 30 years to put in place from the OLD WORLD ORDER. Members of congress usually cannot help as most of us have issues with these contactors they have forbidden themselves to mention, contact or have one testify about what in the world they are doing?.
WHO is at the top? More murky than ever to know.... it seems to be a convoluted old merging with the new and the HAND ON THE SERVER CAN SOON RULE THE WORLD WITH CONTROL OF THE CYBER CLOUD THAT HOLDS EVERY BIT /BYTE OF DATA ON EACH ONE OF US, BUSINESSNES AND OUR GOVERNMENTS WHICH HAVE GIVEN UP ON US TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND STOP ILLEGAL HARMS BEING DONE.
