DAILY RECAP ADDED 7/11/16 MEDICAL DATA ON EACH OF US BEING SOLD BY BLESSING OF CONGRESS

Company Selling Genetic Data On Millions of Americans SEE MY DETAILED COMMENT ON THIS AND I HAVE TRIED AND TRIED TO WARN OTHERS AND FINALLY SOME ARE BEGINNING TO LISTEN.as its getting beyond a few million harmed now and finding out who and how.  regulation by HHS allows full blown selling of our personal records by govt contractor last year and gagged congress could not do anything to stop it as they would have to mention the COUP OF 2002.  But since 1999. when Group heath Inc got the govt contract to own them , they are not under the HIPPA law to protect our rights of privacy either.
     As that was only a 'PAPER TIGER' TO RAISE COSTs FOR OUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS WHO ALREADY HAD ETHICS AND STATE LAWS  AND SOME MORE STRINGENT THAN EVEN THE HIPPA LAW. 
      But Congress did this and has to remove the rules that forbid them to mention a govt contractor, contact one or ask one to appear at a hearing.  And the COUP OF 2002 BY CONGRESS UNDER THE E -GOVERNING LAWS AS THE WHOLE GOVERNMENT AT EVERY LEVEL WAS BEING CONTRACTED OUT  WAS DONE WITH MANY NOT EVEN UNDERSTANDING THEY HAD DONE THIS  BY DEFUNDING BUDGET FOR INTERNAL AUDITS OF CONTACTORS AND DEFUNDING CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OF THEM AND THE SEC WAS DEFUNDED FROM UNRAVELING AN INTENRANTIONAL MAZE OF SHELL COMPANIES AND ILLEGAL SECRET DEALS .   And this means Congress gets bad data and facts to base new laws on and what should be good laws turn out to be scams for the contractors to steal more money and the intent for the laws does not turn out for the best for the people or nation.

  I began investigating this in 2002 when illegal hacking was going on with my own records my employer posting  to the billing system at Medicare contractor Group health Inc. and made the right calls  to the right heads and found out nothing was gong to be done to stop the criminal activity that only got worse over time  several including the original one given control in 1999, WHICH IS THE BIGGEST FACILITATOR OF THEFT AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY IN HEALTH CARE DAILY. and no none can stop it in the real govt and patients and medial providers and suppliers and pharmacists get overpaid and cannot get a waiver processed as the hired head of the USA  Lynn Blodgett will not let them be processed, either. as he does them now and controls SSA data also now...that is every ones data and records    so vote and find out if the one you vote for will do something to put govt back in charge as the constitution mandates they are to do . And the laws and rules are changed to suit them and none in the real government even knows the laws are being defied they pass and presidents sign into law. Even President Obama nor President George W Bush before has nor had any authority over this cabal and why the Benghazi hearings were flawed and fiasco of why Hillary got a pass.  THEY WWERE NOT ALLOWED TO MENTION THE CONTRACTOR NOR HAVE LYNN BLODGETT TESTIFY AS TO WHY HIS INTERNATIONAL SECURITY FIRM, (larger than many nations' armies)G4S,  WHICH HAD THE SECURUTY CONTRACT WAS NOT THERE IN SUFFICIENT NUMBERS TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE  SECURITY.  .
      Was Sec of State Hillary Clinton on her server negotiating  a new contact deal to get them there as the contractor had to do it under the current ways instead of the military ??? 
Congressional gag orders denied us all to find out!!!
        ITS WHY THE US CONSTITUTION ALLOWS FULL IMMUNITY FOR A MEMBER OF CONGRESS TO SAY WHATEVER THEY WISH TO IN CONGRESS AND WHY ANY GAG ORDER IS ILLEGAL UNDER OUR US CONSTITUTION  THEY ALL TOOK AN OATH TO UPHOLD.

He is named by high level officials verbally and in writing as he only one who knows what the laws are that are to be obey and changes them and regulations as he and his cabal deems to have them be and he is in defiance of 38 federal agency judges on my cases alone.
      The restraint of law is gone in the COUP OF 2002.

He has control of nearly ever part of our laws and programs we pay into and count on to be here for us.   And Congress took away our right to have someone watch out for things for us.
