smrstrauss has a lot of info but still we can't seem to communicate that a notice of birth is different than a certified record. And that if one knows a lie about their bio, and goes and puts that on all his records, then getting all those records are meaningless to prove where he was born.
It is evidence that he was not told the truth and that is the troubling part of his life. But its not unique in my family. And I had not realized who he was after he grew up and when I first encountered him as an adult and did he know who he was?. If so he should have introduced himself. if you had , I could not have helped officially, but would have been able to share info to help and all of this birth nonsense avoided and other problems you encountered. Understand I know your family as the Popes and not Dunhams and when years pass, one has to remember things that sometimes take a few moments to recall. But if I had intervened into your life a couple of times, maybe you might not now be president> These are things we will never know? I AM SORRY FOR NOT DOING SO . is at Social Security and I need President Obama to answer and allow more to be revealed that backs up all of this. I can not reveal what I know unless there is formal OKAY from SSA, my employer of things I knew of first hand as an employee years ago of a living person.. That living person must sign a release. Maybe he or his handlers and counsel are fearful of fall out politically or criminally. The only other thing that can be done is for a judge to allow a subpoenas of records based on my testimony. And this is not about whose number Pres. Obama may or may not have used.
Its why I was so dismayed at Orly Taitz and made me very suspicious of her motives on the matter.
If she had called me as a witness in the Kansas case in 9/12, then she could have requested a subpoena to SSA, not for this number she keeps sharing around but what I can not speak about.
I do not think Pres Obama would be harmed criminally for what I would say of something that occurred well beyond the stature of any criminal matter.
I have no direct knowledge about the SSN he now uses or how he got it, etc. But it someone at SSA later did something illegal, then that needs to be dealt with. Since Orly Taitz is not my personal attorney , I can not tell her what I know. f she would agree to represent me, than she acts as me and I can tell her anything about my work at SSA.etc. She is bound by the confidentiality rules, but there are more legal means to reveal it. It might mean going to a closed hearing with a federal judge? to get a subpoena? Some of these detail are things I do not know how to do. I am not an attorney and I seem to be dealing with those in court cases where what I know upsets the path they have taken. But its also why they are not getting anywhere in their court cases.
Larry Klayman is another one who would know, I think.
President Obama was born in Topeka KS and my parents were asked to taken charge and care for a great niece who was 15 and pregnant. And three had died at the hands of others and their was fear all way around on this etc as I have shared here back in late 2012 and since then.
I two am bound by a legal system put in place to preserve the rights of each of us of our personal info.

I have tried to get through to you since late 08 when I got on line and found out the controversy. I do not understand how you could be currently using someone else's ssn , in recent years and SSA and IRS not have gotten things corrected for you and issues you your own SSN. This comes from my general knowledge of the process at SSA. But if things are s really that our of control there and I KNOW THEY ARE AS WHEN ONE IS TRANSFERRED TO FEDERAL WORKERS COMP JURISDICTION AND CEO LYNN BLODGETT OF ACS ET AL ;'S VERBAL WORD GETS ONE DELETED OFF THE EMPLOYEE ROLLS AND APPEALS ON ONES CLAIMS AND EVEN PERSONNEL FILES GOES MISSING. ,,, then anything could have occurred on your personal records at SSA , President Obama. You do not even know how many federal employees there are with this mess going on and its gone on before you even became president. every one should keep a hard copy of things you file with governments at all levels as cyber records can disappear as there is NO SECURITY ON ANYTHING IS WHAT MY OWN CASES WELL DOCUMENT. AND NO ONE IN THE GOVERNMENT CAN STOP THIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AS GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS HAVE BEEN MADE IMMUNE FROM INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES EITHER, WHEN HEADS OF AGENCIES AND OTHER HIGH LEVEL OFFICIALS AND PARTNERS OF ACS ET AL IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES AND COMPANIES TAKE HIS VERBAL WORD AND COMMIT WHAT THE LAW SAYS IS A CRIME TO DELETE RECORDS AND CAUSE PUBLIC MONIES TO BE STOLEN, ETC.
THEN WE ARE IN AN OVER THROWN GOVERNMENT AND THOSE IN ELECTED OFFICE MIGHT AS WELL GO HOME AND LEAVE THE DOOR OF THE US TREASURY UNLOCKED AS THEY HAVE VIRTUALLY ALREADY UNLOCKED IT YEARS AGO BEFORE PRES OBAMA TOOK OFFICE.
If you have known the truth of your origins in Topeka for years, then I am disappointed in you for not telling. BUT I DO NOT THINK YOU KNEW AND MAYBE YOU HAVE THOSE AROUND YOU ADVISING YOU ON MATTERS THAT AFFECT EVERY ONE IN THE USA AND WORLD WHO ARE LYING TO YOU ON THE MOST PERSONAL OF MATTERS THAT AFFECT YOU DIRECTLY.

We are in legal system that is very deal to all of us. One is innocent until proven guilty. Under that system all of us are innocent of wrong doing until its proven by the government you are not.

Obama Sr is your Dad by law, even if not by biology and he may not have been perfect as none of us are. But he married your Mother to give you his name and that is real. He should be honored for that and your real dad saved your life while still unborn and your mother so she could get away and run for help that ended with three dead with no justice for them to this day. My letter to Attorney General Eric Holder was never answered, either. maybe AG Lynch will address the issue of their deaths at the hands of others as well as all the others who died only because of race.

Then we need justice for those, like me who have been injured on their federal jobs cast aside with established cases as no over sight is done and in my case 17 appellate agency judges being defied and orders shredded by CEO Lynn Blodgett who has personally lied to many of the facts when no one in agencies and other contractors have access to the files he has disappeared to rebut what he says and they are forced to do as he says when they are being told to commit what is illegal acts. This is an over throw of the government at all levels into the hands of ACS et al ( over a hundred companies plus as many partnership deals) and most occurred not long after 9/11/01/ in my case its NO RIGHT TO BREATHE. He has not processed any liquid oxygen claims since he took over. ALL MEDICAL BILLS BEING ILLEGALLY DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE CREATING OVER PAYMENT AND HR 1063 HAS NOT HELPED AS ITS IN THE CONTROL OF A MAIN OFFENDER NOW. WE ARE BEING ROBBED AND PHYSICALLY HARMED BY THIS CABAL IN THE USA AND WE MUST HAVE THEM BACK UNDER INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROL AND SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES IF INVESTIGATIONS WERE ALLOWED TO WARRANT SUCH.

NOW THAT ACS ET AL IS TAKING OVER CONTROL OF ALL WORKERS COMPENSATION IN THE USA, THE OUTLOOK IS NOT GOOD FOR FAIRNESS AND JUSTICE AT ALL WITH MEDICAL BILLS BEING DUMPED ONTO MEDICARE AND EVEN EXPANDED MEDICAID. TOO OFTEN JOB SAFETY SUFFERS WHEN THERE IS NO CONSEQUENCES, THE RIGHT TO LIFE IS ONE OF THOSE INALIENABLE ONES AND HEALTH CARE IS GERMANE TO THAT IN THESE TIMES. Since we do not have no fault health care, those who have a damage claim against an employer or third party must file such. but when the government contractors obstruct the process for them and not for the people, against the injured person, then we have horrific 'lynchings' of a modern kind occurring. the disabled from toxic and chemical injuries seem to be among those most vulnerable to this cabal's powers over us and a stranglehold over government agencies who should be taking care of business for the people and not just for those with big money,.
I knew your real dad as I have always known it to be and others did to. What occurred on the banks of the Kansas River back in 3/61 is shameful and horrific and today justice would have been demanded and would more likely to have occurred. But these are the years before any kind of real justice was available. WE HAVE PROGRESSED DOWN THE PATH TO TRUTH AND JUSTICE BUT THE PATH IS STILL AHEAD OF US AND THE WAY IS STILL FILLED WITH OBSTACLES.
Throughout human history there have been those who did terrible things to others for excuse or another but often it is more about power. and who will hold it. And those on top wanting to keep it and do so in ways, that to often reflect in the most evil of things one can do to another,
PRESIDENT OBAMA YOUR MOTHER LEFT TOPEKA soon after your birth and I did not see you or hear much about her after then. I do know others did make some contacts but I was always kept out of things and your grandmother was really mad at Darlene Hackett in 1/71 for inviting us over for the day when you had just arrived from Indonesia and your grandmother chewed her out until she was in tears and I felt terrible for her and could not understand what was so wrong for us to have a one day family reunion.? This was the only time I met my cousin Roland Hackett although the family had spoken of him. and not always in the best like of some ideologies he had gotten into. ?
I do not know why your grandmother did not like me, but it may be more about my own origins? I just do not fully understand and so we were kept separated by our own families and we cannot change the past but maybe we can better understand it and over come it by doing those things our ancestors did right and not those things they should not have done.
I will try and send this to you , but you may not get it at all. Politics has taken both sides of the family I was raised in and separated us into all political directions.

In the meantime, Sec of State Kris Kobach seems to be more out of political control in Kansas and he should have told the truth back in 9/12. It possible if the full truth had come out, you might have won by even more , but none will ever know.
I wish all would register and vote and we need to get our laws so that the process is easy and I do think e verify could be used by state registrars and nearly all have now had citizenship and age proven by SSA by now. Its a federal decision that states should accept unless they have proof to rebut it.
Also , we have life time sentences being given in criminal courts to those whose time was served in a few months or years and upon release are not given back their citizenship rights to vote. This is a life time sentence and does not promote rehabilitation which our society says should be the agenda for our prison system.
In civil matters, we also punish those for life from certain jobs. One could steal a car at 18 and be convicted and the have a life time of never having rights to jobs or voting rights. Yes, one can commit a crime and that needs to be stopped and dealt with by our criminal legal system. But if after a certain number of years if one has 'kept their nose clean" maybe we should give one back their full rights to hold a job where one has to be bonded, or have a clean record. We need a legal process for this such as going to a judge and showing they have been a good citizen for a number of years and can be restored to full rights in civil matters too. These would be more steps to a full rehabilitation of one who did do harm to others or to property rights of others, etc.
Suppose to be warmer this week and much to do and much paper work to file we are behind on due to this overthrown government into the hands of this international cabal that has left us all vulnerable.
Birthers dislike me and so does President Obama's handlers so the path to truth and justice is obstructed on all sides by those who do not seem to want either of these paths to be followed for what reasons, I do not know their agendas. DO THEY?

Three US Department of Labor appellate judges in 2009 ordered all to ask me for the facts of the case and use my records to reconstruct files and he is to process, pay etc and stop the obstructions he led when he said there is nothing to do on my cases There are some items as old as 1989 that are timely filed and still legally pending that are foundation to what comes next in discovery and time sequence,with no processing yet as this destruction of records has been the pattern for 26 years now on my case that has been said to be some kind of precedents on chemical and toxic injuries. with many big entities not wanting it to exist. Plus others who committed illegal acts from before we entered our new building in 7/88 that could never have passed city , state or federal inspection for us to be in . But always when the judges ruled they were obeyed until the next illegal destruction or rifling occurred. . Now with ACS in charge , Judges have not been obeyed , now and they same pattern in gong on over at SSA, and Medicare and the SEC is decades behind trying to get a handle on this over throw that should never been allowed to occur in the USA.
ONGOING MEDICARE THEFT NOT ALLOWED TO BE STOPPED
In 2009, Medicare appellate case M 09-1406 it was ordered that my oxygen was Federal workers comp bill after affirming my life time approval for liquid oxygen with Medicare. , I have no supplier and my family has had to haul tanks to sustain my life since 1./08 when rules passed by big companies misusing Medicare to do so forced many smaller companies out of competition who could do it cheaper. All the rules ae in the dark ages on this, as well. one is not suppose to be able to work on oxygen i the early stage of progressive diseases , yet modern science says they can for some time if they are removed from things that physically inflame them.
CEO Lynn Blodgett who is in control of medical care in the USA now has had every one nearly , labeled as COPD PATIENTS AND OVER AT NIH A STUDY IS ON GOING TO PROVE THOSE DO NOT ALWAYS NEED OXYGEN. COPD is only one symptom for those like me with horrific injuries and nearly every time there is a bad toxic spell or event , some end up with life time need for the therapeutic pure liquid oxygen from day one for life. a life that can extend for decades now and does not always prevent one from work for the early years of the progressive diseases that ensue. Labor is not addressing this at all.

And the judge ruled that the official posting from the real US Dept of labor computer is accurate to the privately owned Medicare computer system they should not be altering it to dump the bills on to Medicare but CEO Blodgett had all records destroyed and illegal offline systems set up on his orders over with Group health who owns the Common working file to continue the facilitating of theft of Medicare for any with a primary Group Health plan. as its deleted off the system to trick our medical professionals into billing Medicare making them the vulnerable ones to fines and penalties under HR1063 which the ones doing it can now cover up their illegal acts and go against those they have tricked. This law put the onerous back on the government to enforce the laws, not enforced since 1994, and has blocked the patient from filing a false Claims which is impossible when its only a few million total to find an attorney to spend their money to take a case when the govt partners are obstructing the process illegally.. to find an attorney as there is not civil rights process for discovery as that has not worked t all with illegal activity there , too.
HIPPAA does not cover government contractors nor government officials and should and your first nominee wanted to get this done. So may HHS please be asked to enforce HR 1063 against ACS and stop the on on going theft and over payment liabilities put on patients when SSA, under SC et al will not process one waiver of over payment since they signed to do so in 2005 where we give no personal financial info on form SSA 632?
WE ARE IN A BAD SITUATION AND ITS NOT HELPING THE OVER ALL BUDGET AT ALL., IS IT? . I have never even been arrested for anything and yet I was given a life time sentence of no Justice and crimes committed continually against me and govt records all because I went to work one day at HHS-SSA and a toxic cloud enveloped us on 1/10/89 I did my job and followed the rules as others did not and got by with crimes for over 26 years now and why we have the problems we have as decisions were made at the top to follow the paths of injustice and cruelty and lies to the master of lies himself whom Yahusha whom we Christians call Christ Jesus want us to freely choose not to follow as he is the god of death and destruction ans slavery of the soul where He is the one of life and love . and freedom we were created to have and choose the better ways to eternity.
