Only to learn that crimes committed by a govt contractor and there over a 100 connected companies in every phase of control of agencies and govt programs are not subject to any criminal over sight and that leads directly to past Congresses who have cut off funding for any criminal investigations of a govt contractor and even worse is no civil over sight or internal audit controls as NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS BEING DONE WITH OUR MONIES NOR OUR RIGHTS AS MY EVIDENCE AND THOSE OF HUNDREDS OF WITNESSES HAS FERRETED OUT BLATANT THEFT OF OUR TAX DOLLARS THAT ALL OF US PAY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IS BEING STOLEN RIGHT TO THIS MOMENT AND NO ONE IS IN A POSITION TO EVEN STOP IT UNTIL CONGRESS PERMITS IT. THAT IS THE OFFICIAL WORD AND TESTIMONY TO CONGRESS IN 7/13.
I refer you to testimony on the naval shipyard shooting congressional hearing of 7/13 and testimony by Patrick McFarland Director of OIG for OPM who blew the whistle on this repeating what I have shared and he and his predecessors have before him. NO INVESTIGATIONS OF A GOVT CONTRACTOR ALLOWED. NO REAL INTERNAL AUDIT CONTROLS EITHER AND THOSE ARE NOT JUST FOR MONEY SPENT BUT WHETHER THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF ALL ARE BEING UPHELD AND THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS BEING OBEYED IN THE PROCESSES BEING USED
If it had not been for the murder spree of one with a falsified back ground check by ACS et al exposed that the killer should never have passed to have had access to the area as should never have been hired in the first place to gain access. . but no follow up has ever occurred as our monies an lives continue to be lost in various an heinous and subtle ways In that case two low level employees of this cabal got prosecuted who were only following the usual illegal processes in place as its just one of many. most that work for them are good people but are trained to not do things in a legal manner. and too often seem to truly be ignorant that laws and rights are being ignored.. In this cases like this, referred to surely they must have known that just because they were suspected to falsify records was wring and illegal and dangerous for all. I have spoken to some just like that inside the govt contractors of this cabal and they have defamed my character horribly. for plead]ding for my life and rights. Others do seem decent but helpless to do anything as they need the paycheck and to blow the whistle is loss of livelihood and life for them, too. Especially, when the ones they night report violations to are pat of the same interlocked cabal that take the report. NO TRUST BUSTING LAWS APPLY EITHER WITH REAL CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS AND WHY LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS TO BE REAL GOVT OFFICIALS SUBJECT TO THE LAW AND ACCOUNTABLE TO IT.
We have laws passed filled with ways for this unaccountable cabal to skim and scam more, even though the intents of the programs may be laudable and filled with good intent.
Many of these vulnerable issues can be fixed with some over all but simple basic laws that are enforced and are not turned over to those govt contractors already stealing and causing harm to life already. This is what occurred with HR 1063 turned over to the very one still committing atrocities and tricking all of our medical providers in to subjecting themselves to fines and penalties after spending much money to gain access to the Common working file inlay to receive illegally altered info from the official posting's from employers and agencies in violations of the terms of their govt contracts that has to say they are to uphold the laws of the land. to be legal..
Heinously and especially altered soon after the official posting bi weekly is the deletion of ones primary employer group health plans to enable the theft of Medicare by those plans with secret deals to get out of paying their legally obligated bills. By ACS not inputting oxygen claims at workers comp, they are able to stall the process so that oxygen suppliers might not be able to get paid by Medicare for over a years and no supplier will take one with workers comp that needs oxygen of any kind to breath to LIVE . the original DEATH PANEL BASED ON REAL CORRUPTION ALLOWED TO CONTINUE. Medicare then is to be sent a collections letter and I enforced but the one in charge of that process under HR1063 is the same govt contractor under CEO Blodgett's verbal orders to do this.
Medicare judges; affirmed on appellate case M09-1406 that I was approved fir life for liquid oxygen , but the bill was Workers Comp and they could not overturn an executive typed order of sec of HHS from 1994 and the patients was to do what the govt could not. This led to HR1063 signed in to law 1/11/13 and I still am about to lose my life as it is not being used to help me in a very typical type of situation that caused the original conditional payment law to be passed back in 1980 and stopped a lot of illegal stuff that had gotten out of control before that date.
REQUEST FOR CONGRESSIONAL HELP
After some time, I have finally made the right contacts with own Congressman's aides and prayerfully they will be able to take the initial inquires to find out information. and what to do . BUT THE ONES INSIDE THE AGENCY DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CASES AS THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE FILES NOR EVEN JUDGES REMAND ORDERS TO KNOW. So the initial contact may well not lead to any solutions, but maybe they , as a member of Congress can find out what needs to be done to see my rights are upheld throughout which have not at all.
I plead with all members of Congress that they be fully cooperated with . We do not all have to agree with every elected officials politics as there are some issues that are constitutionally basic and must be addressed no matter what the debate on best way or best use of our tax dollars. is. No one surely condones theft and loss of life that can be medically avoided. yet this is going one.
ITS TIME FOR NEW LEADERSHIP TO EMERGE IN THIS NATION AND FROM AMONG THOSE WHO WILL STAND UP FOR THE CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF " FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION" NEED TO BE SUPPORTED AND COOPERATED WITH IN EFFORTS TO ACCOMPLISH THIS.
If one disagrees propose an alternative or a partially different way that most would agree to. If Congress stays divided then the overthrow of this government in to an international cabal that has slipped in unawares already and taken over control of our lives and monies in ways most were not even aware of. many in side agencies do not know and since they are being allowed to IMPERSONATE GOVT AGENCIES AS IF THEY ARE. Few that deal with them even know they are not govt employees and have no real authority to solve any real problems on individual cases. IT LEADS TO ' GOVT NOT WORKING AND LOW RATING FOR CONGRESS as 'every one knows things are not working as they should and few understand that. For good reason, the full authority to change records and alter records is still with real govt employees. with due process notices, etc.
BUT THIS IS NOT GONG ON AS GOVT CONTRACTORS HAVE THE FILES AND RECORDS AND IN MY CASE SELECTIVELY ONLY ALLOWS THEM TO HAVE WHAT THEY WANT THEM TO HAVE . WHEN AGENCY JUDGES ORDERS CANNOT BE HAD NOR THE FILES TO ACT ON , THEN WE , THE PEOPLE HAVE NO RIGHTS AT ALL LEFT AND THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVT HAS BECOME DEAD FOR THE PEOPLE WHEN ACCESS IS DENIED AS IT HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE THE OVERTHROW BEGAN. WORSE IS GOVT OFFICIALS FALLING INTO TAKING A VERBAL SUMMARY FROM THE GOVT CONTRACTOR ABOUT THE FACTS WHEN THE JUDGES HAVE SAID ASK ME.
However, hacking in to make illegal changes are going on all with no due process and monies stolen with secret deals to steal our public monies and live,s health and livelihoods lost in the mix. Asking agency official what is going on does no good as they have no internal audit data to refer to and if they did know they should be under criminal investigations for knowing of crimes and not reporting it is a crime. especially when its being done by those getting taxpayer monies in programs the official is suppose to be over. Too often , aides throughout the nation have made phone or letter inquiries to govt officials and got false info and that leads to dissatisfaction as to job performance for Congress members,
One Senator said he could not help me as crimes had been committed and member of congress can not help when that occurs. . THE FACT THAT NO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION COULD BE DONE AGAINST A GOVT CONTRACTOR DID NOT MATTER, ME, THE VICTIM OF THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS WERE CAUGHT IN A REAL DEATH PANEL TO FIGHT FOR MY VERY LIFE. AND A US SENATOR SAYING HIS RULES FORBID HIM TO HELP.
Maybe that is the first law to change. I AM NOT CONSIDERED A CRIME VICTIM FOR HELP THROUGH THE US ATTORNEYS OFFICE UNTIL THERE IS A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION WHICH ALL OIG AND US JUSTICE DEPT SAYS CAN NOT OCCUR AGAINST A GOVT CONTRACTOR WHETHER IT BE WHERE I AM A VICTIM OR ANY ONE ELSE. SO A VICIOUS CYCLE HAS BEEN CREATED BY THIS CABAL TO KEEP CONGRESS OUT OF STOPPING THE ON GOING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF THIS CABAL. ITS INDIVIDUAL CASES WHERE INVESTIGATIONS BEGAN IN MOST CRIMINAL CASES.
Presidents have come and gone and this over throw has gotten gradually worse until even the states have had enough with federally funded state programs being so corrupted by this same interlocked cabal. The SEC is 20 years behind in many way of knowing what has gone on and trust busting seems to have eluded those in authority that real conflicts of interests have occurred inside our social and health programs that should never have been allowed to occur. and now all are under federal regulation s through the ACA. When ones own doctor, and hospital is under the management control of the same entity that they must hire for a billing service and then bill the insurance or health plan under the control of the same entity .
Even worse is now the entire workers comp system in the USA coming under their control and cost cuts model is like the federal one."let her die" orders and cuts are made by cutting off life sustaining medical care itself. Within a 100 mile no one with any kind of workers comp and a Medicare card and probably even worse with a Medicaid entitlement; can get any kind of oxygen to breathe with need approved for their job injury. THIS IS A DEATH PANEL PRECESS PERFECTED BY AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES ET AL ON FEDERAL EMPLOYEES LIKE ME SINCE 2002 SINCE THE CONTROL OF OUR PROGRAM CAME UNDER THEN AND BIG MONIES FOR OUR MEDICAL CARE DISAPPEARED. LAST KNOWN TO HAVE BEEN HEADED TOWARD ACS.

MEDICAL SUPPLIERS AND PROVIDERS ARE UNDER RULES AND REGS THAT ARE MANGED BY THIS CABAL AND NOT BY HHS , AND OFTEN IGNORE THE REAL ONES AND CAUSE REAL PHYSICAL HARM TO PATIENTS. . OR LIKE AT THE US DEPT OF LABOR M CONTACTING AGENCIES WILL DO LITTLE GOOD AS THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORDS. AND WHY IN 2/09 THE APPELLATE JUDGES AT THE US DEPT OF LABOR SAID TO ASK ME FOR THE FACTS AS THE GOVT FILES HAVE DISAPPEARED INSIDE THIS CABAL AND OTHERS SINCE IN OTHER AGENCIES HAVE REMANDED ORDERS . COMPUTER SYSTEMS HACKED IN TO EVEN AT SSA ON ME AND ILLEGALLY ALTERED AND NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHINGS EVEN THOUGH OFFICIALS IN CHARGE HAVE ALSO PLEADED FOR CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS. BUT CONGRESS NEEDS TO ALLOW ALL THE OIGS TO OPEN THOSE WITH REGARD TO GOVT CONTRACTORS AND I PRAY MY LIFE IS NOT SHOVED ASIDE AS OTHERS GO FORWARD. AS OCCURRED WITH HR 1063.
I had faxed all the VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS WHICH SUMS UP WITH UPDATES OF MUCH OF THE DETAILS OF THE FACTS. If my time is spent trying to explain in detail 14 years of our criminal and civil investigations to each and every one, I will not be able to meet the deadlines and gather everything together needed to save my life and those of my loved ones and our livelihood. Precious time has been wasted by sending and speaking to some and then be told they could not help in any way but would not tell us where else to get help. its all leads back to Congress having to take back the major control in this nation. which is in almost compete slate of lawlessness under this cabal I DO BELIEVE THAT IF CONGRESS TAKES THE LEAD, THE COOPERATION FROM THE PEOPLE WILL FOLLOW. And most of the head of various agencies have been given verbal orders by the man in charge of the all of the agencies and programs that affect me: LYNN BLODGETT CEO OF AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES AND OVER A HUNDRED OTHER COMPANIES THAT affect almost every part of our lives in ways few know and some are beginning to find out with no oversight and not subject to any laws of the land and in defiance of 17 federal judges and 2 hearing officers in multiple agencies who have orders many things done and they disappear and now and blocking my access to get in front of multiple hearing judges to ask for subpoenas as the one did that led to M09-1406 and HR 1063 which would help me directly and does not exclude govt contractors or govt officials and he knows that t eventually that has to come right against him for his illegal actions against me. and other entities including Medicare who has asked him to repay monies for my medical care including liquid oxygen clans filed timely over the last decade or so and never processed as well as I am now being told since oxygen was approved for life by workers comp almost 20 years ago, ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILL ARE REALLY WORKERS COMP BILLS AS NO HEALING CAN OCCUR FOR ANYTHING UNLESS I CAN BREATHE. Judges have referred to the fact that in file are timely filed items and issues that are timely and legally filed and legally pending now even if disappeared over and over and some of the go back to 1989 for a few.
Its why, in the summer of 2009, to try and obey the judges I wrote a certified letter to Federal workers comp but it has to go to ACS as no one in the US Dept of Labor is allowed to be trusted with files any more. That is why no one there has a clue what is going on . One can reconstruct files for the appellate judges, but they send those and the decisions and remand orders to ACS and that is the end of any rights under the judiciary branch of the US Constitution now interpreted by ACS and its CEO and other interlocking companies. . for me. and any one else they choose to exert all powers over.
FIRST AND FOREMOST IS THAT ACS MUST ALLOW LINCARE TO SUBMIT OXYGEN CLAIMS AND THEY NEED TO BUILD ON THE ONES I HAVE SUBMITTED TO PROTECT THEIR FILING DATES SO THEY ARE PAID. THEN I NEED TO WITHDRAW MY TEMPORARY ESTIMATED OPM PAYMENTS AND repay that from the back wage loss from worker's comp and GET PAYMENTS RESTARTED and done with no break in income. AND THEN WHEN THE NEARLY 26 YEAR OLD BACK LOG IS WORKED THROUGH, A SCHEDULE AWARD CAN BE NEGOTIATED AND A DECISION MADE ON EITHER A BUY OUT OR MONTHLY PERMANENT DISABILITY CHECKS..
This horrendous chaos of a back log occurred due to a continual pattern of ILLEGAL destruction and disappearance of my workers com[ file since 1989 inside the US dept of labor but then the Judges remands were obeyed and things restarted and went forward and until again another round of felony disappearances. This last time, in Dallas ended with ACS having taken over and they ignored the Judges and then another three judges as I was able to get up to again and this time, they said I DID RETURN TO WORK IN 1990 AND RECONSTRUCT THE FILES FROM MINE AND ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AND NONE EVEN UNDERSTAND THE CONTEXT OF THE RULING AND REMAND WITH OUT THE FILE.
ONE DID ABOUT TO RETIRE AND SHE ISSUED A LETTER TO ME IN 1O/09 BUT NO ONE SINCE HAS DONE ANYTHING BUT BELIEVE CEO BLODGETT'S LIES AT THE US DEPT OF LABOR. IF HE IS BELIEVING SOME ONE ELSE WHO CONTROLS HIM , WHO IS THAT PERSON?
FOR ALMOST 26 YEARS THERE HAS BEEN NO SECURITY ON ANY FILE OF MINE IN ANY AGENCY THAT IS EITHER PAPER OR DIGITAL AND THE NATIONWIDE POLICY IS NOT TO INVESTIGATE FOR ANY ONE THUS POINTING OUT ANOTHER ISSUE IN THE GOVT OF NO SECURITY ALLOWED IN THE GOVT?EVEN WHEN ITS A CONTINUAL PATTERN OF ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR?
In 10/09, A CLAIMS EXAMINER IN THE DALLAS FEDERAL WORKERS COMP OFFICE WHO HAD WORKED ON MY CASE AND DID KNOW THE MORE COMPLETE FACTS SENT ME A LETTER REFERRING TO THIS INDICATING THERE WAS NO ISSUE TO REINSTATEMENT OF WAGE LOSS and the needing to get the records posted so the permanent disability could be decided. But ACS will not go along with this and she then retired. wonder if she had kept her own personal file on me in order o some day help and she he on her way out the door to retirement. I thank all those earthly angels who have helped over the years so I am still here to write and expose such horrors that should never be going on for any one . she would be a good one to testify is she is still with us.
OVER AT MY EMPLOYER, SOCIAL SECURITY SINCE 6/68
Social Security needs to allow all the pending matters there go forward and they have a hearing pending since 8/09 on issues and a remand from ther appellate judges, also. And as an employee SSA owes some back leave to be paid, etc. and other matters that are in my missing personnel they agreed to do and got stopped by ACS'sCEO there is what I was told. there. I have no idea what a civil service pension might be until that is done. its called the buy back and its been okayed as my personnel file shows. it sis not done until the permanent disability is done and that is when I can legally retire and not till then and CEO Blodgett needs to stop telling those under him at Medicare and over at OPM over Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield that its has already been done and making them illegally dump the bills for my family onto Medicare. and even Medicaid in some cases who are on my policy. getting us all over paid to Medicare as only Cigna Govt Services ( now sold to SC Blues). on the oxygen claims ever sent the bills on to recovery to get the money back oxygen will not go through the Medicare system as it rejects as workers comp bills and why the process being stalled by ACS is so deadly a DEATH PANEL FOR EVERY ONE. . Although the recovery unit when it was in Detroit did go on the national data base and find many of them and sent recovery letters to ACS and they ignored them and never let anyone at the U S Dept of Labor know about them either... Then told Emblem Health International who owns the unit to destroy all the work Detroit had done and even went in and deleted all my self reporting on the site I had set up with them., too. His verbal orders got all of this illegal stuff done?
The official posting from the US Dept of Labor to the common working file, owned also by Emblem Health formerly Group Health.. So the official govt records says I am active duty and the Medicare judges said its correct and they got the real documents on it. on Case M09-1406 and no change in status since then.
So where is CEO Blodgett getting his info, his imagination? which he is the manger of all information provided to OPM call center which he now has management control of that corporation, too. is the opposite and not what he official records at OPM shows that agrees with the official ones as the OPM general counsel accessed the real ones a few years ago who had the official ones. She had my files and seemed personally familiar with them.
SHE ALSO CLARIFIED THINGS FOR ME VERY WELL. SHE SAID : THERE IS NO INACTIVE FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT. AND DO NOT FORGET THAT FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAW OVER RULES ALL THE OTHER LAWS FOR YOU AS YOU ARE UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION AND ONE CANNOT BE RETIRED UNTIL WORKERS COMP PUTS YOU ON THEIR PERMANENT DISABILITY WITH THEM. She has practiced before the US Supreme court for the govt and was made acting Director of OPM in early 2009.
Obviously Medicare has to stop the illegal actions of some of their contractors and that is all in my summaries and violations summaries. I faxed the violations to my congressional local office. so you might check in either of them for them. I did not realize until today , you had closed the office in Durant as I was going to stop by after seeing my doctor. there.
\My letter was sent with follow ups suggesting systematic submission of the files to be posted and to begin working of the file from 1989 forward as secondary and tertiary medical issues were discovered or came out from the original injures and its a chronological building on the beginning. We had reconstructed the files with ACS twice in such an order by medical provider, but they were shredded I am told. without processing at all. The first was done with Sec of labor Elaine Chao's staff arranging for us to use the 1-800 number in Tallahassee where they pay the claims and we faxed and they boxed them up and sent them up to their London KY office to get them posted to a file for me and they refused to do so. So obviously even the Sec of Labor has no authority over this out of control contractor trying to obey the law and Judges either.
The ACS employees in Tallahassee did not know then until I spoke to their manager a couple of years later that their boss had ordered them to not post, my file, nor input any oxygen claims, because if they did input the oxygen claims THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE GIG WOULD BE UP AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. She said also, that they were to carry out the order of LET HER DIE. Again I am told to me that I am to be murdered by this company who is in control of much of the USA today and how many others on their 'hit list.' they paid where I was approved for life. ITS WHY I HAVE PERMANENT MEDICAL WITH WORKERS COMP ON THE OFFICIAL POSTINGS AND RECORDS. ALREADY.
CEO Blodgett has over a decade of oxygen claims not processed and has blocked the two main companies in my area that provide liquid oxygen from supplying me as "let her die' order is very real and blatantly said to me directly that I HAVE NO RIGHT TO LIVE buy several , some did not like it. but some thought it was routine to murder an injured workers like this? All I did was go to work one day at my federal job and a toxic cloud over came me on 1/10/89. then became the only one NOT turned away form the hospitals in Jersey City as we were black listed before we got there, but a mix up as to whom I worked for ended with Port Authority put on my chart and I got all the tests run to diagnose toxic fumes and being near death was being prepared for admission until the toxic exposure report had to be filled out for the health dept and when they found out I worked for Social Security then part of HHS and I was sent home to die to take Tylenol and drink fruit juice and did stop breathing and more is on line many times of what occurred.
Laws began to be broken before we got to the hospital and we now know, were broken before we ever entered on duty in a billionaires' s new building that could not have passed city , state or federal inspections for us to legally be in for 6 months before a horrible thing occurred that involved more laws being broken and cover up and more cover ups. right down to the current day.
I WILL TRY TO SEND IN SEPARATELY EACH ITEM I NEED HELP WITH TO STAY ALIVE AND STOP BEING IN LEGAL LIMBO WITH MY STATUS. HELPING ME IS GOING TO HELP OTHERS THAT GET CAUGHT IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS THAT SHOULD NOT BE GOING ON/ HELPING ME IS EXPOSING SO MANY THINGS THAT CONGRESS NEEDS TO ADDRESS TO TAKE BACK THIS NATION FOR THE PEOPLE.
The last tome, we all thought something was going to be done by Congress and ferret out real entrenched corruption and the entrenching of this over throw already in the works, ended with everyone rushing off to impeach a president. What you decide to do about the one who is president now or in the future is up to Congress. But PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT WHAT OCCURRED BACK IN 1998. DO NOT STOP THE REGULAR BUSINESS OF THE PEOPLE AGAIN AS OCCURRED BACK IN THE LATE 90'S AS THAT ALLOWED THE PATH TO 9/11/01 TO BE CLEARED TO OCCUR AND THEN THE NEARLY OVERTHROWING OF THIS GOVT WHILE MOST ATTENTION WAS ON PRIVACY RIGHTS AND PATRIOT ACT AND GUN RIGHTS .All THOSE ARE IMPORTANT ISSUES, BUT WHILE THOSE GOT OUR ATTENTION THE REAL OVERTHROW WAS GOING ON WITH NO OVERSIGHT AS ONE COMPANY TURNED INTO A HUNDRED OR MORE AND TOOK OVER AND THOSE ARE INTERLOCKED WITH OTHERS AND CEO BLODGETT IS JUST THE HIRED HAND FOR AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT EVEN I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY WHO IS NOW RULING THE USA. FROM BEHIND THE SCENES OF THAT.
BACK THEN THE HOUSE GOVT REFORM COMMITTEE HAD MY CASE AND SAID IT WAS A CASE WHERE THE MERITS OF IT WERE NOT IN QUESTION BUT EVERY THING THAT HAD ALREADY OCCURRED ON IT SHOWED WHERE EVERY WEAKNESS IN THE LAW HAD ALREADY BEEN USED AGAINST ME. NOW WHAT HAD GONE ON THEN SEEMS PALES IN COMPARISON WITH WHAT HAS GONE ON SINCE.
Congress IS SUPPOSED TO HOLD THE HIGHER BALANCE OF POWERS, ALONG WITH THE PRESIDENT AND OUR JUDGES. Most judicial matters begin in agencies and the over thrown of their authority has been completed as now one in an agency are even allowed to see those and then have no way to obey them any more if the ones in control decide that is to occur.. Agency judges rulings and remand in one favor are little more good than wall paper to be used to cover up the holes in the security of our nation and the cracked and broken rights of the people to have their right to a ruling and then find its meaningless when agency officers are no longer allowed to carry out the orders or even have the orders to know what to do. If they are given then , they must send them on to ACS who become the real decider of facts and not the judges. . . And worse ones right of access is denied as ones request for a hearing disappears to obstruct ones access to a ruling , often because this cabal obstructed agencies officials form dealing with issues as they do not have the files/
Any congressional aide only asking agency officials, well may find no truth or facts as they have no files or data either paper or digital to refer to any more. I understand you may all need to start there, but please do not cast we citizens aside at that step of the process as the real issue is why don't agency personnel have the records. and what is needed to be done to get access , etc. Remember the appellate Judges at the US Dept of Labor who ruled on my case as far back in as 2/09 and I have I been ignored every day since in my letters and pleadings to obey the Judges and first and foremost is my file has to be posted from my records as they do not have them in an order of any kind having been shredded and disappeared multiple times. THE ORDERS ARE TO RECONSTRUCT FROM MY RECORDS AND ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AND THAT LED CEO BLODGETT TO START GOING FROM AGENCY TO AGENCY AND VARIOUS PARTNERED GOVT CONTRACTORS AND GIVEN HIS VERSION OF THE FACTS AND HIS LIES OF:. SHE GOT A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND THERE IS NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE IS A BOLD FACED LIE AND EVEN CAUSED MY EMPLOYER TO GO IN AND DELETE ME OFF THE ROLES THERE WHEN THE OFFICIAL FILES AND RECORDS SHOW OTHERWISE. I am dealing with a lot of health problems and found out fr,m one of my doctors today that the damage caused by FDA Giving A WAVIER TO NOT PUT ETHANOL ALCOHOL ON THE LABEL OF A PRESCRIBED MEDICATION HAS CAUSED MORE DAMAGE THAN I HAD REALIZED .
FDA YOU MUST STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE ESTIMATED 10 MILLION OR MORE OF US IN THE USA WITH CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES AND ADVERSE REACTIONS AS AMONG MY ACCEPTED WORKERS COMP CONDITIONS IS CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND OCCUPATIONAL ASTHMA WHICH IS OFTEN CALLED REACTIVE AIRWAY DYSFUNCTION SYNDROME OF WHICH COPD is just a symptom. due to scarring and particulates in the lungs. etc \
. AND UNDERSTAND THAT ONLY ALLOWING ALLERGIES TO BE IN SOFTWARE PROGRAMS PHARMACISTS HAVE HAD AND NOW THE ACA COMPOUNDS THIS ALSO BY THE SAME IGNORING OF US. THIS IGNORES THE REAL LIFE ISSUES THAT MANY HAVE SUSTAINED BAD INJURIES FROM THE TOXINS AND CHEMICALS THAT CAN GET IN THE WRONG MIX AND CAUSE REAL LIFE TIME DISEASES. I JUST WANT THE SAME RIGHTS AS THOSE WITH PEANUT AND MILK ALLERGIES HAVE. THE RIGHT TO KNOW, TO PROTECT MY LIFE AND BODY FROM REAL HARM. WHEN OUR REACTIONS ARE OPPOSITE FROM AN ALLERGIC TYPE REACTION NEEDING VERY DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS AND INHALERS OF WHICH NO SAFE ONES ARE LEFT ON THE MARKET FOR US NOW AND MY DOCTORS HAVE GONE TO COMPOUNDING TO GET WHAT I MEDICALLY NEED. . \
AND PLEASE STOP FORCING THOSE OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS ON THOSE LIKE ME, WHO CANNOT SAFELY TOLERATE THE LOW LEVEL OF IRRITANTS THAT GET IN TO OUR LUNGS AND CAUSE LIFE THREATENING REACTIONS AND THEN DO NOT PROVIDE A THERAPEUTIC LEVEL OF OXYGEN IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEN ALLOW COMPANIES TO NOT PROVIDE ANY SAFETY DATA SHEETS AS TO THE FACTS OF WHEN ONE IS GETTING DIRECTLY INTO THEIR LUNGS . SAME WITH ALL THOSE ALSO OZONE , IONIZING EMITTING AIR PURIFIERS THAT REALLY INFLAME AND CAUSE BLEEDING SINUSES IN THE UPPER RESPIRATORY ALSO. All this to still have to beg not to be injured more because I went to work one day at my HHS federal job. Never been arrested for anything in my life, and tried my best to live my life as a good citizen. And here I am being told that I am under a 'let her die' order that is still trying to be carried out.

If oxygen gets cut off, then daily trips to the hospitals will need to occur to live and all records need to be in orders for that. That is risky to go and get a couple of hours of oxygen to ;stabilize ones vitals' and then be sent out to suffocate until one reaches the point of real physical damage and go back etc. ON liquid oxygen I have a 98% saturation rate, but off I gradually go to 0% and dead. and each time the heart etc. gets damaged a little more and so do other body parts. That is why even Medicare never requires one to be retested once one is approved for life for a low rate as there is nothing one can medically do to regrow? badly damaged lungs. for those injured like me. to do so risks permanent physical damage to an already physically compromised body. Yet the govt contractors are ignoring this and another thing Congress needs to look into as health care costs rise due to ignoring of the rules themselves.
As you go through any one of the Daily Recaps and the VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGES 1 - 50 UNDER LINDA JOY ADAMS on line you can seen one thing after another and NO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS ARE ON GOING AS NONE CAN BE AT THIS POINT AND HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO BE FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS IN SOME CASES. ACCORDING TO OIGS AND US JUSTICE. ETC.
So that is no excuse not to help a victim or any victim of this. Just enforcing HR 1063 is one possible start and Lincare whom Rhema says hold my contract with federal workers comp now ACS totally controls, means no supplier can be had since 1/08 when Medicare forced all the smaller ones who sold liquid oxygen out out of the business.

The HIPPAA law does not cover govt contractors nor govt officials although it was suggested many times. to put them under. Those against Lincare and Rhema have been ignored for years. too. and there is no process to go on to ask for a hearing as there is with the EEOC. as you can see my cases do spell out every weakness in the law used against me. in my attempts to get Justice for myself and my family in this whose own medical care is tied to mine having Fed Blues as primary for them due to my active duty status which is the official one and not what CEO BLODGETT SAYS IT IS. .
