As you, who have been following my documented struggle for life up against an international cabal that has over thrown the USA govt and ended with many deaths and harms done and huge  sums of our tax dollars missing sent to govt contractors and never known what occurred?.



                                    SOCIAL SECURITY HACKED IN TO FOR YEARS

    Appeals entered in to the system, get deleted with no decisions  and the files scanned to ACS ET AL  never are  posted or only selected info which controls any outcome.

And since the same cabal of over a hundred companies and all the same entity or their 'partners ' in joint ventures of too often  organized crime.,  has ended with my stolen ID and a bogus  IRS tax return filed that IRS caught and knew it was not mine, but did not notify me as ACS et al in charge there and the real IRS employees claim no info was shared with SSA, yet they got the  non wage 6 figure income as mine and has put my ability to afford my prescription drugs next month in jeopardy as well as I get extra help due to my poverty level income   until this gets out of the system and no ne is clear how it occurred except the same govt contractors have access to by pass what any real IRS employee might do or not do

That is an over thrown govt when the real IRS is not able to uphold our rights to life itself and blacking access to medical care is life threatening and what a real DEATH PANEL  looks like. .

Plus I have not received and corrected bill for Part B  premiums or that Part D will be paid for as has been  ,ether and until that occurs,  that 6 figure income of some kind of non wages is in there and I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY   granted these meds should be all be paid for by Federal Workers Comp, but ACS has shredded my files and refused to obey the judges orders for several years, although I beg and no one at the Us Dept of Labor seems to know what to do to make them obey the judges and HR 1063 , SIGNWD IN TO LAW 1/11/13; IS THE LAW TO MAKE THEM DO THIS.

        BUT SO FAR HHS HAS TURNED THAT LAW BEING CARRIED OUT OVER TO A PARTNER OF ACS ET AL WHICH  HAS MISUSED IT GRAVELY TO DELETE  EVERYONE;S  PRIMARY EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN OFF THE COMMON WORKING FILE TO TRICK  OUR GOOD DOCTOR ET AL IN TO MEDICARE THEFT. 

       My SSA personnel file went missing that has our signed agreement in it ( the one with the pen and ink changes and not all items initialed by all.) and lots of things to be done and  ACS'S CEO, ETC GOT ALL THEIR WORK STOPPED ON A LIE SAYING AND ITS BEEN QUOTED OVER AND OVER IN MULTIPLE AGEBCUES BIR  "MANTRA' TO STOP ALL WORK  ON MY CASES AND "LET HER DIE ' IS THE ORDER TO BE CARRIED OUT. ACS et al CEO  lies and says " I got a workers comp  settlement  and retired and if so how come the 4 parties that have to sign off on such never had and where is the money and if I had retired , then SSA owed me some back  restored vacation time to be paid and any pension rights would be increased by accrued  restored sick leave  from the buy back agreement. And the system would show the schedule award that is a negotiated  amount for internal organs, etc.  for loss use  of those  body parts use , etc.  How could this occur with 4 parties to sign it not there?



 WHEN NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO INVESTIGITE THE MOST BLATANT OF LIES GOES  AROUND AS FACTS.

HOW COULD ANY HIGH OFFICIAL NOT KNOW THEIR OWN BASIC WORKERS COMP RIGHTS AND HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS.?

THIS IS THE MODERN 'WORSHIPING OF THE BEAST SYSTEM' IF ANY THING IS



.If  it does show some big sum sent me, then I do not have it and when  the ACS call center took over answering the phone  when  medical providers and Lincare , my oxygen supplier at the time, called   about where to send in the claims,  all got lied to and told by the  call center  who employees looked on the computer  file ACS had created on me that is not what the official one says at all as its offline of if.screen   and they were saying I had a million dollars to pay for my medical care.  Lincare wanted me to pay and would not hear that I did not have any money and they Dropped me as a patients and the next supplier RHEMA COUDL NOT GET THE CONTRACT TRANSFERED AND THE CLMS WILL NOT GO IN AT MEDAIRE AS ITS ON A SUEDOUTY LKCE SAYIG ITS WORKERS MCP APPROVEDOFR LIFE BILL.   THEY DROPPED ME AND HEM A SMALL COMPANY TOOK OVER AND I WOUDL STILL HAE THEM AND MEDAIRE STILL APYING AND COLECTION LETTERS DONG TO AACS TO DESTROY BUT FOR A MEDAIRE REUGLATION BEING PASSED TO GET RID OF ALL HE SMALL CSUPPLERS WHO WERE DELIVER G FILLED TANKS AN DECHANGING THEM AND COUDL DO IT CHEAPEER WEN OMPETITIOVE BID BEGAN.  THAT LEDT MY FMAILY TAKIN GTANKS DIRECTLY TO THE GAS COMPANY AND ONLY GETITN G APARITAL REFUDN FORM FEDERAL BLES WHO WILL NOT PAY UNITL MEDAIR PAYS OR PROCESSES FRITS ASN THEY ARE MANAGE BY ACS AND GOING ALONG WITH NO WORKERS MCP AND MEDAIRE PAYS AS AYH ONE AOUT ON WORKER MP IS NOW REITRED? ITS HTOSE SECERT DEAL S IN THSE JOINT VENTURES THEOUGHOUT OALL OF THIS.\

     BUT I DID NOT GET ANY MONEY  AND THAT LED ME TO SEND CERTIFIED UNANSWERD LETTERS AND FINALLY TO OPM'S OIG INVESTIGATOR WHO BLURTED OUT THEY HAD SUSPECTED AND EMBEZZLEMENT RING FOR SOME TIME AND NO ONE TO THIS DAY HAS BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT WHY SO MANY OF  US HAVE BEEN "LEFT TO DIE "AND SOME BIG SUM  OF SOME KIND OF SET ASIDE MONIES MUST HAVE GONE TO ACS AND DISAPPEARED AND NEVER USED FOR OUR MEDICAL CARE.

I KNOW OF NO LAW THAT SAYS WE GET IT DIRECTLY.

   One SSA person, thought we were to be given some sort of ATM card as ACS issues those on their own bank in Dallas  for SSA beneficiaries who do not have bank accounts  and they also issue all the states poverty program cards, too.  Then ACS would monitor usage for it only to be for medical care. I DID NOT GET ONE AND  NO ONE CARES IN THE GOVT THAT THEIR CO WORKERS  HAVE 'BEEN LEFT TO DIE 'AND SOME HAVE AND SOME LIKE ME STRUGGLE TO STAY ALIVE.   I LOST MY RIGHT TO BREATHE AND ITS BEEN A STRUGGLE TO KEEP OXYGEN FOR ME.SINCE THEN AS LINCARE WILL NOT REL EASE MY WORKERS COMP CONTRACT,  ACS WILL NOT INPUT ANY CLAIMS SINCE THEY TOOK OVER IN 2002 AS THEIR MANAGER SAID THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE 'GIG WOULD BE UP AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY MEDICAL BILLS." and THAT IS THE LAW  I was awarded  permanent medical benefits  under,.

      SO WHY IS THAT A 'gig;' THE LIFE OF AN INJURED WORKER IS A GIG TO THIS CABAL? THEY SEEM TO HAVE NO  HESITANCE TO TELL ME DIRECTLY THEY HAVE A 'CONTRACT ON MY LIFE AND ARE CARRYING OUT MURDER?"  As if they   are not under the  laws of the land? NO THEY ARE NOT AS THIS LINKED REPORT SAYS. IS THIS THE STANDARD NOW IN ALL OF THEIR CONTRACTS AND THUS ALL OF THEM ARE INVALID AS THAT IS ILLEGAL? IS IT WHY I HAVE HAD FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REUESTS PENDING FOR YEARS TRYING TO GET SOME OF THEM/ AND  REAL RUN AROUNDS DONE WHEN I WAS CLEAR I WAS NOT ASKING FOR ANY SECURITY CODES FOR COMPUTERS, ETC. AT ALL AND NONE OF HE REST OF THESE CONTRACTS ARE TO BE SECRET  AS THAT IS ILLEGAL.



THERE ARE MANY WHO DO CARE AND THEY ARE FORBIDDEN , NOW, TO DO THEIR JOBS AS REAL GOVENMENT EMPLOYEES.



And my personnel file has been missing for several years and no one at SSA HAS ANY CONCERN  SINCE THE VERBAL MISINFORMATION FROM CEO LYNN L BLODGETT THAT I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED ENDED WITH MY EMPLOYMENT WITH SSA DELETED, WITH THE SYSTEM HACKED INTO  FOR THAT TO EVEN OCCUR.

 Yet the official secure record at the US DEPT OF LABOR WHICH I WAS TRANSFERRED TO THEIR   Jurisdiction the last time I went home on workers comp  shows the truth and the Medicare Judges got  the internal documents and ruled that their posting to the common working file at Medicare is accurate  that  I am active duty and workers comp is to be paying my medical bills and none of this occurs since the total control of Federal Workers comp is now under ACS and soon all workers  comp in the USA will be under a new company they created to take over  all.

     SO REAL DEATH PANELS ARE COMING TO EVERY ONE SOON AND BE CAREFUL AT WORK , AS  WORKERS COMP RIGHTS   HAS ESSENTIALLY  ENDED IF ITS GOING TO 'UPSET'   SOME PART OF THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL.. AS MY CASE HAS. Many higher ups have said its some kind of precedent case for toxic and chemical injuries and that is a big problem for when  negligence  occurs severe life  time injuries too often result with premature deaths.  

    Job safety  will s often suffer as  unsafe conditions often get discovered when someone gets injured .  and The insurance carrier, or many  companies self insure who has contracted out the claims to ACS  ET AL  will not want to know and will just repeat whatever CEO BLODGETT SAYS. or whomever is put in charge.



     THE ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL SURPRISE  HIDDEN IN THIS  LINKED REPORT



     MY CONTACTS  with the Deputy Commissioner of IT at SSA revealed attempts already to get the OIG for SSA involved to investigate  security breaches and hacked in to systems as my records have been.  He  also tried on my cases, too. with  no investigations  allowed  as  past CONGRESSES   BLAMED FOR THE REASON, .  NEARLY EVERY ONE IN THE USA HAS AN SSN AND MOST HAVE OR ARE PAYING IN TO SSA AND EITHER ARE  GETTING BENEFITS OR  EXPECT TO SOME DAY.

 THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST SENSITIVE DATA BASES IN THE NATION TO SECURE AND I KNOW FOR A FACT IT IS NOT AND HAS NOT BEEN SINCE 2001 WHEN THE FIRST APPEAL POSTED DISAPPEARED AND NOT LONG AFTER THAT MY ATTEMPTS TO GET MY LEAVE RECORD CERTIFIED TO SSA AS HAD BEEN REQUESTED OVER AND OVER SINCE 1989 AS THEY IGNORE THE LAW ON THIS AT HHS FIRST AND THEN AT SSA?  ENDED WITH MISSING RECORDS AND LIES BY THE NEW CONTRACTOR WHO HAS TAKEN CONTROL  BY FIRST GIVING  OUR PERSONNEL RECORDS TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND THEY IN TURN CONTRACTING OUR RECORDS OUT TO AN UNSECURED FUTURE.? MAYBE MY PERSONNEL FILES ARE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GULF IN THAT BP OIL SPILL  THAT THE  DEPT OF INTERIOR DID SUCH A GREAT JOB



              I probably have more of my records in multiple  agencies than the govt does, including OSHA's are missing , too.  and appellate judges have ordered my files be reconstructed using my records and I am to be asked for the facts of the case and  NO REAL GOVT OFFICIAL IS  ALLOWED TO HAVE THE APPELLATE  JUDGES ORDERS TO OBEY . BY ACS ET AL AND CEO. AS REAL GOVT OFFICIALS 'CAN NOT BE TRUSTED WITH THEM ' IS THE EXACT QUOTE AS TO WHY ACS ET AL WAS GIVEN CONTROL. WITH NO ONE TO SEE THEY CAN BE TRUSTED AND WE KNOW THEY CAN'T.



 Attorneys who represent claimants have had files go missing , too. and too often its the very ones that assure the file indicates the person has an attorney and that 25% of back pay is withheld to assure the attorney gets paid after his or her fee petition is reviewed.  This is one area, most are still able to get an attorney as in this corrupted mess, one surely needs some one with some knowledge,  and much of that is that there is no hassle for them to be paid as SSA law aids in that occurring.   ACS ET AL MUST NOT WISH ANY ONE TO BE ABLE TO GET ANY LEGAL HELP AND SOME ONE END UP IN FRONT OF JDUGES AND GET MORE OF THESE RULINGS THAT REFLECT ON THEM AS I DID AND HAVE FACED SEVERE RETALIATIONS  FROM  THEM SINCE IT OCCURRED  IN 2009  AND THEY GOVT NEVER GOT THEIR OWN  AGENCY JUDGES ORDERS TO CARRY OUT AND IN NO WAY IS ACS ET AL GOING TO LET ME  HAVE ANY MORE HEARINGS AS THEY CONTROL THE FILES FOR THE HEARING JDUGES. AND THEY ARE  DOING IT '/ with more hearings pending for years, now and no way to follow up but through them. We do, and ignored as the US Constitution is nearly dead, and CONGRESS NEEDS TO REVIVE IT SO  YOU HAVE A NATION TO REPRESENT.

                                   

                               THE BIG SURPRISE

   After ALL the documentation and effort by real govt employees to get  access to fix security problems and preserve our records and our rights., they tried to access the records as a real internal audit would requires to check things out. only to learn ...... that .

        SSA GAVE OUT A CONTRACT TO THIS NEW COMPANY OF THE ACS ET AL  INTERNATIONAL  CABAL  THAT GIVES NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL ACCESS TO OVER SEE THE VERY SYSTEM(s)_ THEY HAVE TO BE ABLE TO GET TO IN ORDER TO UPHOLD  THE RIGHTS AND SECURITY OF EVERY ONE OF US.

         Past Congresses have already 'given authority  to the beast" and that is a reference to  Biblical scripture from Revelation of when a   monster of a beast system takes over the world and all worship the beast and authority is given to it.

     ALL  MAY INTERPRET SCRIPTURE AS THEY WISH. BUT WE HAVE ALLOWED A MONSTER OF AN INTRICATE AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST WEB OF CORPORATIONS ALL CONNECTED TO EACH OTHER TAKE FULL AUTHORITY FROM US AND THOSE WE ELECTED  TO TAKE CARE OF PROTECTING OUR RIGHTS AND LOOKING OUT FOR  THE US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF ' FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION."

      REAL GOVENMENT EMPLOYEES ARE STILL SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AND  AUDITS AND IF THE INSINUATION IS THAT SOME OF OUR HIGHER UPS HAVE BEEN THE HACKERS, THEN THEY NEED TO BE ARRESTED AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR US VICTIMS.   Do nor smear the reputations of the majority who only want to do the job we , the people hired them to do for us.

 AT THIS POINT, I HAVE NOT LEARNED OF ANY INDIVIDUAL CIVIL SERVANT WHO HAS HAD ACCESS. AND HACKED INTO AND DONE THIS DELETIONS TO ME.  IT APPEARS THE HACKING WAS DONE BY ACS ET AL WITH CONTROL OF  AND/OR ILLEGAL ORDERS   TO ILLEGALLY ALTER  THE SYSTEMS AND DATA.

       Congress has yet to confirm the acting COMMISSIONER OF SSA AND THIS VERY ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED N HER CONFIRMATION HEARINGS.  DID SHE DO THIS, OR WAS IT HER PREDECESSOR COMMISSIONER ASTRUE, WHO SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN IN CHARGE WITH CEO BLODGETT WAS AIDING IN MUCH THAT HAS DISAPPEARED  OF HIS OWN EMPLOYEES RECORDS.  WE DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW MANY ARE EMPLOYED BY THE GOVERNMENT, DO WE?

I WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS TRANSFERRED TO WORKERS COMP AND NOT YET RETIRED WITH OPEN CASES HAVE BEEN DEL3TED OFF THE EMPLOYEE ROLES OF THE US GOVT THROUGHOUT OTHER AGENCIES THIS SAME CABAL NOW HAS TAKEN CONTROL OF?

      Over the years, I have learned that when something happens to  records of  my self and family or other actions,, its usually already been done and going on for some time on others and I just find out about what it is and who did it using the skills and good training SSA educated me to have since I entered on duty after graduating  from college back in  6/68.  Training has become more rare over the years, and  govt does not work when none have the knowledge to act or even know where to find answers to know what to do.  At a time when emphasis  to make govt work well, was to have a well trained civil service with the ability to correct problems for the people and make sure every one's constitutional rights were upheld. And years ago when everything was mostly paper files,  disappearance of records and data was extremely rare, but  since contracting out has occurred its become more and more rampant.

 Yet it seems to be directed  to those on specific 'black lists; from the insurance liability industry and other types of whistle blowers, etc.  in multiple agencies and corporations, where  employees report to another of their partners, an  international  subsidiary of Goldman- Sachs . Check your own employee hand book and see who you are to call? If they will even give you their corporate name?  At the govt level they are now allowed to say they are the govt when they are not.

    So it  does not l appear to be a lack of ability to get things done at all for those who are targeted as I definitely became from the beginning on 1/10/89 when I was the only one from my office  not turned away from the hospitals initially as all of us were 'black listed' before we got to them in Jersey City to ensure that no one got a diagnosis of toxic fumes? . Forget ethics and laws as death panels have been going on  for feds for a long time with no rights of even life.. NOW ALL ARE UNDER THIS.



         Due  TO A Mix  UP AT  CHRIST HOSPITAL, MY EMPLOYER GOT LISTED AS PORT AUTHORITY AND I WAS NEAR DEATH AND BADLY INJURED AS WERE OTHERS AND I GOT THE TESTS RUN AND DIAGNOSIS AND WAS BEING PREPARED FOR ADMISSION AND TREATMENTS STARTED , WHEN THE E/R DOCTOR CAME TO FILL  OUT THE TOXIC EXPOSURE REPORT FOR THE New Jersey Health Dept and found out I worked for SSA then part of HHS and was sent home to die I DID  STOP BREATHING AND RUSHED BACK TO  ANOTHER HOSPITAL AND ITS ALL IN MY BLOGS.  Does that woman, know, where ever she is that her actions was a door being opened for 9/11/01?                       I THANK THE AUDITORS FOR BRINGING THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THOSE WHO WILL EVER READ THEIR REPORT. OUR NEW CONGRESS HAS TO START REPRESENTING WE, THE PEOPLE AND I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING PARTISAN  POLITICS IN STOPPING THE DESTRUCTIONS  OF OUR NATIONS' RECORDS AND THEFT OF OUR TAX DOLLARS BY THE ONES WE HAVE ALLOWED TO BE PUT IN CHARGE AND NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO  ANY ONE AND NOT EVEN ALLOW BASIC  OVERSIGHT CONTROLS  NOR INVESTIGATIONS OR ARRESTS AS ANY OTHER THIEF MIGHT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR.  IF THEY ARE NOT A GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR.
