I knew him from Junior HS through our Junior Year at Topeka HS when he moved. \ THIS IS THE GUY WHO LOST WINNING THE KANSAS STATE TRACK MEET IN THE MILE BY JIM RYUN. WHO HELD THAT WORLD RECORD FOR A LONG TIME.
As his obituary says, he had other major accomplishments in his life. And to lose to such a one as Jim Ryun makes that loss not so bad, but it was a disappointment for the school at the time as our students one so many state and national award in so many fields.
Topeka was filled with many who went on to make their mark in the world in many outstanding ways. I wish I had been able to get back for our 50th high school reunion but was in this on going struggle for earthly life and now must wait for the next one to meet all those again who have gone on to the next one.
Its a happy and a sad time when one reaches their senior years and those we have known over the years pass on. Our class of 1963 , marred by one great injustice, the deaths of three at the hands of others in the Kaw or Kansas River back in 3/61 in the racist attack on one of our fellow students who was white and pregnant with our current president and her boy friend of another race from the class of 1962 . he fought back so she could get away and she ran for help and three tragically died and no investigation or justice for them to this day. "Every one knew" but those in authority in this world covered it all up. and as students there seemed to be little we could do about it.
My personal opinion is that this incident made many of us aware of real evil and injustice in this world and spurred us on to accomplish many things with our lives. even though for many, including me it was a past event one did not want to ever discuss again as we moved on with our lives.
Injustice can never be ignored and us go on ignoring it as we never OVER COME IT AS A SOCIETY AND WE ARE FACING ISSUES RIGHT NOW. BUT THIS TIME MANY ARE PROTESTING AND MOST KEEPING IT A PEACEFUL ONE.
DO NOT FORGET INJUSTICE TAKES ALL FORMS AND MY PERSONAL STRUGGLE FOR LIFE UP AGAINST AN INTERNATIONAL CABAL THAT HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO OVERTHROW THE US GOVT OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS HAS EVERY ONE;S LIFE IN JEOPARDY AND THIS MST BE CORRECTED BY OUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES IN WASHINGTON AN IN OUR STATE LEGISLATURES AND LOCAL GOVERNING BODIES.
the 2/3rds that did not vote, you let us down in the struggle for life, liberty and the pursuit for happiness which our founders well understood was grounded in property rights.
Injustice is much easier to wield today with out computer systems as once one is on a 'black list' of this cabal one dirty deed can be used on the whole list at a time. And with 'them' in charge of the total data of this nation and most of it in the world, they know more about ourselves than we may know.
Please do register and get ready to vote in all elections. Its the power of our presence that can affect real change as we the people are to rule this nation and not a few monied interests that often cares little about our right to even have life and passes sections of laws that can be pulled out and used to steal from the people and selectively do horrific things to us.
We do not always have to agree on whom to vote for , for we first and foremost need to elect those who will uphold the US Constitution and represent us and not 'them.' And we should top reelecting those who forget us when they take office.
WE HAVE A NEW CONGRESS THAT MOST OF THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION DID NOT ELECT AND THAT IS THE FAULT OF EACH ONE WHO DID NOT VOTE, EVEN IF MANY OBSTACLES WERE PUT IN THE WAY OF DOING SO. (For those of conscience who do not vote, or those in emergency situations, you are not 2/3rds. more like a few percent at most.)
Start now to get through whatever roadblocks have been put up and vote in all elections. I am able to file one piece of paper each year and the county election board mails me all the ballots as soon as they are printed up.. If I choose to change parties in order to support someone in the primary I CAN DO THAT ON LINE.
Real evil does exist and although I have gotten the promise of a reprieve for my life ending on 1/1/2015 a very bad law or rule is still on the books according to Mitsubishi and pray that those who flexed their muscles s against those in our community and local hospital will not do be allowed to do it again unit we find out what law or regulation this 'section' is buried in and get rid of it as being unconstitutional and never should have been passed in the first place apparently in order to be pulled out and abused against any one to end a right of life.

I am already over paying and the Hearing on that has been pending since 8/09 and Affiliated Computer Services, et al ( the cabal) took it out of the McAlester SSA Hearing office in the Fall of 09 to post it to a web site and it never was seen from again nor was I or my representative notified either that the file was not there and the judge did not know when a couple of pieces of paper were sent to associate with the pending hearing and those got ruled on as if that was a they had and not the remand from the appeals council back to take care of pending business has been ignored for several years also as if . THEIR OWN CO WORKER HAS NO RIGHTS AND CEO BLODGETT TOLD THE FORMER COMMISSIONER OF SSA? THAT I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED AND NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE WITH A LONG LIST FROM 15 JUDGES AND TWO HEARING OFFICERS OF THINGS TO YET BE DONE.
I AND HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE JUST BEEN DELETED OFF THE EMPLOYEE ROLLS ON HIS VERBAL WORD. THAT WERE TRANSFERRED TO WORKERS COMP JURISDICTION BUT NO PERMANENT DISABILITY ALLOWED TO BE PROCESSED YET AS ONES CLAIMS EXAMINER IN THE REAL GOVT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE MY FILE OR EVEN THE JUDGES ORDERS FROM HER OWN AGENCY TO CARRY OUT THE ORDERS....,
Now all the state regulated workers comp which is the rest of the nation has allowed this cabal to form another corporation to add to the over a hundred already and take over the rights of all workers in this nation to live? The propaganda is out all over how monies will be saved. They will be saved by denial of medical care and DEATH PANELS CREATED AS HAS OCCURRED WITH REGARD TO WE INJURED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES.
I HAVE MONEYS STILL COMING FROM MY EMPLOYER , SSA AND WE ALL SIGNED AN AGREEMENT AFTER I WENT OUT ON WORKERS COMP OF WHAT THEY AGREED TO DO AND PAY AND IT DID NOT COVER ANY WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT WHICH IS SCHEDULE AWARD FOR LOSS OF BODY PARTS USE AND PERMANENT DISABILITY DECISION FIRST HAS TO OCCUR AT LABOR, THEN I DECIDE WHETHER TO RECEIVE A MONTHLY CHECK FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE OR DO A BUY OUT AND GET MY OPM PENSION. WHICH AT THIS POINT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT MIGHT FINALLY BE. ONLY AN ESTIMATED TEMPORARY AMOUNT ANY 'SETTLEMENT OF WORKER'S COMP " HAS TO BE DONE BY US DEPT OF LABOR AND THEN ALL AGREE ETC TO THAT. AND ALL SIGN OFF ON IT, 4 PARTIES IN MY CASE HAS TO . AND I HAVE NEVER SIGNED ANY SUCH THING ALL THE MORE REASON THAT THE DISAPPEARANCE OF MY PERSONNEL FILE HAS OCCURRED AS NOTHING LIKE THAT CAN BE IN IT.
SSA IS LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO COOPERATE ON A NON CONTROVERTED CLIM THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND ALREADY HAS PERMANENT MEDICAL DUE TO THE HOME LIQUID OXYGEN APPROVED FOR LIFE ALMOST 20 YEARS AGO .AND CEO LYNN BLODGETT STOPPED ALL THAT FROM OCCURRING WITH HIS VERBAL WORD? AND NONE ELSE KNEW OF IT? EXCEPT OUR WORKERS COMP LIAISON WHO WAS ORDERED TO STOP WORKING ON MY FILE. AND MY PERSONNEL FILE HAS DISAPPEARED NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN, WHERE IS IT CEO BLODGETT WHO HAS TAKEN OUR RECORDS TO POST AND GONE FOR EVER? IN IT IS THE REAL AGREEMENT WITH SSA WE HAD SIGNED TO AGREE TO PAY CERTAIN THINGS AS THE LAW ALREADY PROVIDES FOR AND THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED TO ON THE VERBAL WORD OF THE ONE MAN WHO HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO BECOME THE TOTAL CONTROLLER OF MOST OF THE US GOVERNMENT BY THE CABAL IN CHARGE AND FEW EVEN KNOWS WHO HE IS AND ITS NOT THE ONE IN THE WHITE HOUSE AT ALL. NO MONIES WERE PAID FOR ANY KIND OF WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AT ALL. AND THERE IS MUCH TO DO AND MUCH OWED FROM ESPECIALLY WHERE I HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR OWN MEDICAL CARE OVER THE YEARS AND NOT REIMBURSED FOR YET AND OTHER BODY PARTS TO RULE ON ALSO.
I NOW KNOW FROM MEDICAL SOURCES, THAT MY ENTIRE BODY IS COVERED FOR MEDICAL CARE WHEN OXYGEN WAS APPROVED FOR LIFE AND THAT THE AMOUNT IS 'NEGOTIATED' BY ALL 4 PARTIES AND THAT HAS NOT OCCURRED EITHER.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY , BUT THE RIGHT TO LIFE BEING DENIED FROM BEFORE WE ALL GOT THE HOSPITALS IN JERSEY CITY BACK O 1/10.89 AND WERE BLACK LISTED FOR LIFE. AND I BECAME THE ONLY ONE TO GET TESTS RUN, DIAGNOSIS OF TOXIC FUMES AND BEING PREPARED FOR ADMISSION AND PROPER MEDICAL TREATMENT AS I WAS NEAR DEATH HAVING HAD BURNED OFF THE MUCOUS MEMBRANE FORM MY BODY AND COULD NOT BREATHE NORMALLY ON MY OWN . LATER FINDING OUT AS I WAS GETTING CARE, UNLIKE MY CO- WORKERS , AS MY ADMISSION CHART HAD LISTED PORT AUTHORITY AS MY EMPLOYER AND NOT SSA-HHS. WHEN THE TOXIC REPORT WAS FILLED OUT FOR THE NJ HEALTH DEPT AND THEY FOUND OUT WHO I REALLY WORKED FOR I WAS SENT HOME TO DIE AND STOPPED BREATHING AND MORE IS WRITTEN ON LINE OF WHAT WENT ON TO FINALLY GET MEDICAL CARE. AND A DOCTOR WHO BECAME MY PULMONOLOGIST UNTIL I MOVED AND MADE ME FIND SOMEONE IN THIS AREA EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER WAS ILLEGAL. BUT I HAD THE TESTS AND DIAGNOSIS AND HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING MY WORKERS COMP. BUT STARTING AN ALMOST 26 YEARS PATTERN OF ILLEGALLY TAMPERING AND DISAPPEARANCE OF FILES BOTH DIGITAL OR PAPER IN MANY AGENCIES OF MINE SINCE AS MANY SAY I BECAME SOME SORT OF NATIONAL PRECEDENT CASE FOR TOXIC AND CHEMICAL INJURES.
THIS, THEN, PITTED ME UP AGAINST SOME OF THE MOST POWERFUL ENTITIES IN THE WORLD AND ONLY BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY AND SOME EARTHLY ANGELS WHO HAVE HELPED OUT ALONG THE WAY , AND I AM GREATFUL TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU. AND ALL THOSE WHO HAVE PRAYED AND THOUGHT GOOD THOUGHTS FOR ME; AM I STILL ALIVE AND RECENTLY FACING DEATH AGAIN ,
NOW WITH A PROMISE OF A REPRIEVE UNTIL AN OXYGEN SUPPLIER CAN BE FOUND, BUT THE ONES IN MY AREA THAT HAVE LIQUID OXYGEN ARE UNDER THE ORDERS OF ACS AND REFUSE ME THE RIGHT OT LIVE ALTHOUGH FULLY COVERED FOR PAYMENT BY THREE HEALTH PLANS INCLUDING MEDICARE WITH THEIR STRICT RULES BUT CANNOT PAY UNTIL WORKERS COMP PAYS AS THEY SAY ITS THEIR BILL. ON CASE M09-1406 AND WANT THEIR MONEY BACK AND CEO BLODGETT ORDERS THEM NOT TO BOTHER HIM AS HE IS IN CHARGE OF ALL. I PRAY THAT THOSE DENYING ME THE RIGHT OF LIFE, HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART. AND ALLOW US TO WORK WITH YOU TO GET THROUGH THE MAZE AND OBSTACLES THAT HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY CREATED. SO TIMELY PAYMENT CAN BE RECEIVED.
THE OZONE EMITTING CONCENTRATORS CAUSE ANOTHER ACCEPTED DIAGNOSE OF CHEMICALLY INDUCED PNEUMONITIS AND I DROWN IN THE FLUID BUILD UP FORM LESS THAN 99% oxygen and IRRITANTS ON MY LUNGS BEFORE I FINALLY SUFFOCATED TO DEATH OVER SEVERAL EXCRUCIATING PAINFUL DAYS AS I HAVE BEEN PUT IN THAT LATER SITUATION BACK IN 2000 ON THE ORDERS OF ACS AS OPM CONTRACTOR WHO GAVE THE ORDER TO A HOSPITAL TO 'PULL THE PLUG' ON ME. AND LET HER DIE? MURDER OF A PATIENT IS ANOTHER INJUSTICE NEVER INVESTIGATED, WHEN THIS INTERNATIONAL CABAL ORDERS IT. I AM ALIVE BUT HAD PERMANENT HEART DAMAGE ONLY BECAUSE ONE OF MY DOCTORS GOT BACK TO TOWN AND STOPPED THE MURDER. AS ALL SEEMED TO BE OUT OF TOWN THAT WEEK END
They have not let ne near a hearing judge to ask for subpoenas in any agency since the 2/09 appellate Judges at the US Dept of Labor ordered ACS to post , process, pay with regard to my Federal workers comp case and even more bluntly stated I AM TO BE ASKED FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASES AS NO ONE ELSE HAS ACCESS TO RECORDS, OR THE FACTS AND RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN RAMPANT AND THE CEO LYNN BLODGETT HAS GONE AROUND AND BLATANTLY LIED AS TO THE FACTS SAYING I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED. WHEN NOTHING OF THE SORT HAS OCCURRED AND THE MONEY FOR SEVERAL OF US OLDER COMPLEX CASES IN THE AMOUNT OF MILLIONS OR MORE WAS LAST SEEN ON ITS WAY TO ACS AND NO ONE EVER GOT AN ATM CARD TO USE FOR MEDICAL CARE, I KNOW OF , YET THAT IS WHAT SOME SAID THEY UNDERSTOOD WAS TO OCCUR, others SAID WE WERE TO USE OUR EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN CARDS AND THE ENTIRE BILL WOULD BE PAID FROM THAT FUND AS THEY GOT PAID TO PROCESS AND PAY FROM THAT FUND. DOES NOT ONE PERSON THINK HIS ORDER TO 'LET HER DIE' IS WRONG OR ILLEGAL JUT BECAUSE HE IS NOT CALLED SOME MAFIOSO 'GOD FATHER'? AND IN FACT HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT TO ATTEMPT TO END MY LIFE SEVERAL TIMES BY THIS CABAL UNDER HIS CONTROL? THIS IS ALL WITNESSED , ETC. AS IF ITS ALL RIGHT TO GO AROUND KILLING FEDERAL EMPLOYEES OR ANY ONE?
The money disappeared in side these govt contractors who are not subject to the laws of this nation any more and ate not internally audited nor can be criminally investigated and they are in charge of our total health care from being over our medical providers and oxygen suppliers who sign with 'them' and get direction from 'them' and nor any govt official any more. to being in charge of direction to billing services and the other govt contractors and 'partners' of the govt in almost total agencies that deal with any programs the people have to go through the govt for rights and income, etc.
IF THIS CONGRESS CONTINUES TO DO US ALL IN , THEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS CONDONING TREASON AGAINST OUR NATION. I pray to YAHUSHA WHOM WE CHRISTIANS CALL CHRIST JESUS THAT THEY HAVE THE COURAGE TO STAND UP AND CARRY OUT THE MANDATE OF THE U S CONSTITUTION THAT SAYS THEY ARE TO LOOK OUT " FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION.." OTHERS OF NO FAITH OR OTHER FAITHS PRAY OR THINK GOOD THOUGHTS FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US THAT THOSE WHO TAKE OFFICE NEXT YEAR WILL STAND UP FOR JUSTICE FOR ALL AND LIFE FOR ALL TO BE HAD. ONCE CANNOT HAVE LIBERTY OR HAPPINESS ON THIS PLANET IT ONE IF NOT ALIVE.
Through several presidents this has not occurred and has gotten worse instead of better over the last few decades. No matter how one thinks we should spend out precious tax dollars that all of us pay whether directly or indirectly as consumers, we must agree that if the thefts and abuses are not stopped there will be no monies left to debate about how to use and few people or individual companies or properties left to decide who should benefit from them.
I yearn for that time of promise when no sadness will ever be known again.
And condolences to family and friends of one of my former school friends who was there in Topeka , KS when great things occurred as we over came some injustices but not all have been over come , yet. MAY JUSTICE FOR ALL PREVAIL AND NO MORE THREATS TO MY LIFE ENDING OCCUR. OR FOR ANY ONE ELSE.
