On 11/19/14, the local gas company now owned by Mitsubishi 's manager informed me that as of 1/1/2-15 the FDA WOULD NO LONGER ALLOW THEM TO SELL MEDICAL OXYGEN DIRECT TO PATIENTS AND ONE CAN GO BACK TO THAT DATE AND begin reading the Daily Recaps since as to how this has now evolved in to not the FDA AND NOT THE STATE OF TEXAS GRANTING A PHARMACEITICAL LICENSE EITHER WHICH THEY HAVE ALL THE RIGHT PAPERS, ETC. WHICH HAD EVEN A LOCAL HOSPITAL WONDERING WHERE THEY WERE GOING TO GET OXYGEN FOR PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL. AND ONE SUPPLIER WHO HAD THE GREEN BOTTLES, HAD THOUGH WE MIGHT BE ABLE TO WORK SOMETHING OUT AND THEN HE WAS FACED WITH BANKRUPTCY AS HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THOSE EVEN FOR THOSE HE SOLD CONCENTRATORS TO , ETC.
My years of experience inside the govt at HHS tells me that if STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS CONFLICT THEN WAIVERS CAN BE GRANTED FOR AN AREA OF THE COUNTRY TO SAVE LIVES ETC. AS THE RESULT IS UNCONSTUTIONAL CONFLICTS.

This illegal and international obstruction can mean it would be over a year before any oxygen supplier could be paid for supplying one daily with the right to live. The one way to stay alive for those with the bad toxic and chemical injuries to the lungs is get tanks and go get them filled at the gas company that sells medical oxygen to the patients and most always used to . All one needed is the doctor's prescription and one pays. I have been able to get about 60% reimbursement from my Federal Blue Cross Blue shield, Medicare will not pay if there is no supplier and now Celeran Group who processes for Medicare has refused to issue me a denial letter saying no coverage if no supplier as they did in the past on the paid receipts I have sent in attached to an CMS 1490 which legally a patient can file them selves and are to get an answer. I have had a hearing pending for 5 years at Miami MEDICARE Hearing OFFICE BUT ACS ET AL HAS BLOCKED ANY WAY TO GET TO A JUDGE AGAIN AFTER THE FIRST ONES. WHERE THEY RULING ON M09-1406 WAS THAT MEDCIARE IS NOT PRIMAYR EITHER WORERSC OPM OR FED BLUES IS FOR SELF AND DEPENDENTS ON THAT PLOCY, AND IGNORED. THE HEARING IS to try and over turn that regulation by exposing it as a death panel, too. , but ACS et all has disappeared those, etc. THEY HAVE TOTAL CONTROL AND EVEN ONES OWN DOCTOR AND HOSPTAL MAY NOT REALIZE THEY HOLD THEIR GOVT CONTRACTS TO BILL THE GOVT HEALTH PLANS WITH ACS AND CEO BLODGETT AND NOT DIRECTLY WITH CMS FOR YEARS.
It is illegal for a govt contractor to impersonate a federal agency and all their dealings and letter heads are to show they are a govt contractor of CMS OR HHS, OR ANY OTHER FEDERAL AGENCY.
SELECTIVELY, THE GOVT IGNORES THAT LAW.
After over a week of speaking to FDA and state of Texas officials who were very helpful, no one knew what was going on . All the permits, etc. they needed were ok and up to date. Now we know: there is an archaic law on the books at some level of govt the regional manager has been told and he has no idea where.\ that says in order for a gas company to sell medical oxygen they have to have a registered pharmacist on duty at each sales site.
I said what are they to do? Are they to use that meter to check he purity after my tank is filled with the company employee does? And they have audits form the govt to make sure they are doing that? All say no, no one knows what they are to do. Just be paid, for what?
THIS PATIENT HAD NO IDEA THAT FOR NEARLY A YEAR, THE COMPANY WAS BEING PUT UNDER DURESS AND THEY WERE TRYING TO FIND SOME WAY TO HAVE A CENTRAL LOCATION ETC WHERE ALL THE MEDICAL OXYGEN AND SALES DIRECT TO PATIENTS COULD BE SOLD OUT OF, ETC. AND THAT INCLUDES THE OTHER MAJOR LIQUID OXYGEN SUPPLIER/ IN OUR AREA AFFECTED ADVERELY THAT BUYS FROM THEM IS THIS LINDEGAS OF GERMANY FLEXING LOBBY POWER AGAINST THE COMPANY I BUY FROM AND WE PATIENTS GOT CAUGHT IN THE CROSS FIRE AND THEIR IS NO GOVT ENTITY TO GO TO ANY MORE TO STOP IT..
BOTH LINCARE AND RHEMA ARE REFUSING SERVICES UNDER THE ORDERS OF ACS AND CEO BLODGETT AND ITS VERY HURTFUL TO BE TOLD THAT THE ORDER IS "LET HER DIE" AND TO ABANDON ME. I HAVE WRITTEN OF IN DETAIL. AND A HUFE SUM OF MONEY FOR THE MEDICAL CARE OF US OLDER, MORE COMPLEX CASES TO BE USED WAS LAST SEEN ON ITS WAY TO ACS'S BANK IN DALLAS? AND WE NEVER GOT THE ATM CARDS TO USE TO GET MEDICAL CARE. Since oxygen approved for life by ACS means all medical care is covered, then there is no need for any paper work and review other than for someone at ACS to audit my use to make sure its for medical care?
Since this is all in side a govt contractor the OIG Director for OPM and investigators where I first learned of this suspected embezzlement ring years ago. They said that they can't do anything until a director allows it and CONGRESS GFIVES THEM THE MONEY and US Justice says its going to take an ACT OF CONGRESS IS NEEDED TO STOP THE STEALING OF AMERICA and find out where the money is that they said is to be used for all those who qualify for it. in many areas of the govt throughout now.

ALl I did is go to work one day at my job at the Social Security Teleservice Center in Jersey City in a billionaire's building facing condemnation unknown to us by the fire dept and did my job which was part of HHS then. I have never been arrested in my life and have always tried ot live my life the best I could.. I am passionate about human rights and do utter verbal expressions saying how people are being harmed, etc. and never ever threatening any one. Any one trying to defame me, ask them what I said and the truth is I have always said is just like what is written here. the documented truth and pleading for life and justice be done for all including the one I am speaking to. AND IF A LAW IS A BAD ONE CHANGE IT QUICKLY.

Airgas, on Joe field Rd in Dallas does fill the green bottles for patients. but not he liquid oxygen . For me the cost for 21 of them a week would be my total income. and is not possible. And pray that Mitsubishi is not hindered in saving lives in our area in north Texas. area. I have not found Any one in OK yet. Have not checked in Arkansas, either.or LA. their has to be many victims of the BP oil spill and the toxic chemicals many were using that need the liquid oxygen also. now and are they getting it?
Congress needs to have a full investigative hearing on home oxygen and update the payment rules for all plans, etc. Its not get it for three years and die any more. and once one has it, there is little need for constant hospitalizations. at all which is the bigger cost. I have a blood pressure kit, oxymeter, peak flow monitor and other types of lower cost equipment is available and I keep a chart twice daily to answer a doctor or nurse's questions if I need to call. which is rare as I am trained by them what to do first and then if that does not work call then the doctor may have me come in. There is no need to go to hospitals until one is in dire straits any more. where just kicking the liter flow on the oxygen up a notch night not take car of things or already prescribed medication. We are the patients who have a normal oxygen saturation when on liquid oxygen . I began to wonder just what is being taught all the respiratory technicians in their school any more. as they really don't seem to have the basic understanding of what our doctors know and have taught us. For one to be on oxygen and have a normal saturation rate in the upper 90's seems inconceivable and no understanding that when its taken away the oxygen level gradually goes to 0% and death comes. Its why we now live for decades. and slow down the various lung diseases we get as a result of the injury.
THEY ARE NOT BEING TRAINED FOR CARING FOR THOSE INJURED FROM TOXINS AND CHEMICALS?
Its only when that is taking away that things go medically wrong needing great expense and the whole concept is up side down. The oxygen itself is not that expensive in comparisons to other medical costs. Its finding the cheapest way to get it into our homes. And the smaller suppliers had it figured out pretty well and then MEDICARE forced them out in 1/08 ordering all had to have a respiratory tech hired for us when we would not qualify for their care at all until maybe in the last few months of life.
Its like the pharmacist needing to be hired at the gas company, there is nothing for them to do to pay for their salary , Its a rule passed to quicken our deaths and get some liability insurer off the hook for paying for the negligence an insured in allowing us to get injured in the first place? Some one thinking that if one becomes disabled they have no right to live any more if they cannot slave for them in a fascistic type of world where the human soul has no value.? and the bully in charge decides who gets to live or die? THIS WORLD HAS SEEM A FEW OF SUCH MONSTERS AND WE SHOULD NOT LET ANOTHER ONE TAKE OVER.
As doctors have said to me, with e these severe lung injuries one is now known to be an oxygen patient from day one and can live for decades as keeping one full body oxygenated means hearts, kidneys and other body parts do not fail from oxygen deprivation, etc One may be able to work at non exertional jobs, also if other accommodations are met like removal of chemical barriers as many of us do have chemical triggers for irritations etc as I go into inflammation and pneumonitis rather quickly. I did not get oxygen at first and tried to work and it was a lot of those hospital bills due to it. WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS TO MY EMPLOYER HHS THAT I WOULD BE COMING TO WORK ON OXYGEN THEY WOULD NOT LET THAT OCCUR? AND I GOT SENT HOME ON WORKERS COMP, BUT BY THEN OTHER INTERNAL DAMAGE HAD PROGRESSED TOO FAR TO CONTINUE. DOING MUCH. THE HHD DISCRIMATION AGAINST THOSE IN MY CLASS OF DISABLITY WHO HAVE HAD SEVERE TOXIC AND CHAMICAL INJURIES SEEMS TO PERMEATE ALL OF HEALTH CARE HHS IS SUPPOSE TO BE OVER IN THIS COUNTRY AND HAVE SEEN FIT TO TURN OVER CONTROL TO THOSE WHO ARE MORE INVOLVED IN GETTING OUT OF PAYING AND THEN ENGAGAING IN BLATANT STEALING OF OUR TAX DOLLARS AS IF CONGRESS HAD OKAYED SOME FORM OF INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THE TOXIC AND CHENICAL INDUSTRY SOME FOR OF ILLEGAL BAIL OUT. BY IGNORING THE ONES SUFFERING FROM ACCIDENTS AND TOO OFTEN PURE NEGLIGENCE AS IN OUR CASE BACK ON 1/10/89 EVEN IF SOME FORMER EMPLOYEE MIGHT HAVE DONE SOMETHING,
NOTHING WAS IN PLACE TO PREVENT INJURY BEYOND THE FIRST FEW INJURED ALMOST 18 HOURS BEFORE IT GOT TO OUR AREA. BECAUSE THE GAS DETECTORS WERE TURNED OFF SO THE JERSEY CITY FIRE DEPT DID NOT SHOW UP AND CONDEMN A BRAND NEW BUILDING?. THAT COULD NOT HAVE LEGALLY PASSED CITY , STATE OR FEDERAL INSPECTIONS FOR HUMANS TO BE OCCUPYING. IN THE FIRST PLACE AS WE LATER FOUND OUT? THIS PRETTY NEW BULIDNG WAS OUR FIRST DEATH PANEL AND THE COVER UP BECAME THE ENSUING ONES TO THIS VERY DAY FOR THOSE OF US STILL ALIVE .
AND ITS MUCH CHEAPER IF COMMON SENSE IS PUT IN TO PROVIDING OXYGEN . CURRENTLY THERE ARE SCAMS ALL OVER IN THE RULES AND REGS AND THESE NEED TO BE ELIMINATED. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH EVERY SMALL MEDICAL SUPPLEY PLACE JUST EXCHANGING FILLED TANKS OR EVEN ALLOWING PATIENTS TO PICK AND DROP OFF THE EMPTY LIQUID OXYGEN TANKS, ETC OR EVEN HIRING A PART TIMER TO DO SO AS I HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS WHEN LINCARE DROPPED ME AS THEY BELIEVED CEO BLODGETT THAT I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS TO PAY THEM AND HAD NOTHING AND STILL DON'T AND HE IS A 'PERSON OF INTEREST' ON THAT DISAPPEARANCE AND SO IS HIS COMPANY(S)

If you can , be thankful as many can not with out risk of life. from the low levels of emissions. I can not take any kind of ionizing machine, either from the low levels of ozone they emit . once can't even get a Safety data sheet any more with one to even admit to ozone at all and THAT IS MORE ILLEGAL STUFF GOING ON THAT HHS IS ALLOWING TO OCCUR.
Pray for all of us that we can be safe from injury But if we are injured then we pray , that medical care will not be denied for healing and "HIS WINGS COVER US OVER ALL."
I do believe that one can be healed by FIATH IF HE IS GIVEN THE GLORY.

MAYBE THEY CAN SOLVE THE ENGIENEERING AN DSCINCES SO NONE OF S AHS O HAVE A 6 WEEK NOTICE THAT LIFE IS GOING TO END IF WE DO NOT FIND A MAJOR COMPANY WITH A HEART TO DEAL WITH A PATINETS EMBLIEJED IN LITIGATION AND OR WORKERS COMP INJJREIS.
I have had miracles occur . And one is a bone that grew over a place to protect me and the doctors know it is a miracle for that to have occurred. The rest is me trying to get the care and exposing the corruption that is costing so many their lives before their tome. Being intentionally made dead by another is not 'IN YOUR TIME' .
PRAY FOR JUSTICE FOR ALL AND IF YOU HAVE OTHER FAITHS OR NO FAITH, PRAY AND . OR THINK GOOD THOUGHTS IN YOUR OWN WAY THAT JUSTICE FOR ALL WILL PREVAIL. THAT THE TAKING OF LIFE AT THE HANDS OF ANOTHER WILL NEVER OCCUR IN THIS WORLD AND THAT THERE NEVER BE ANY NEED FOR ONE TO THINK THEY NEED TO OR HAVE TO DO SO. WE NEED TO GET RID OF THAT ARCHAIC RULE EVER BEING SELCTIVELY DUG OUT EVER AGAIN BUT ITS STILL ON THE BOOKS SOMEWHERE.
Most of us believe in the promise of an eternal life and that we are here on this plane of existence for a few decades and then go on to another for eternity where there is no evil to ever contend with again. Many, like me have the promise that somehow we will be spared the great end time tribulation times when ever it occurs. If we are in the beginning of that , then I wait eagerly for the "call to come up hither"
Maybe no one knows the time is because that may be up to humanity with our individual free will to delay this by our actions of caring for one another and not wanting bad times to occur? We were created with FREE WILL AND PROPHECY IS ONLY A WARNING OF WHAT CAN OCCUR IF WE DO NOT CHOOSE TO USE THAT FREE WILL TO RESIST EVIL? I just raise the question for discussion......
Now, my family is gong to focus on celebrating the birth of Christ, even if historians and scholars say we may be doing it on the wrong day. CELEBRATION OF LIFE CAN BE DONE ANY AND ALL DAYS, AND BY ALL FAITHS OR NO FAITH. BUT IN THE USA, WE HAVE OFFICIAL TIME OFF FROM DAILY WORK TO PAUSE AND REFLECT . EVEN IF WE DO NOT ALL PROFESS TO USE IT TO WORSHIP THE ONE CHRISTIANS WORSHIP.
