Local Office Dropping the Ball | LinkedIn see my comment just posted. in response to some attorneys now beginning to face what is going on. The effective attorneys are not liked very well, either by this international cabal that has usurped the power of the govt without any controls by the govt anymore and gotten worse over the last three decades.
PLAN OF ATTACK
I do need some additional time to work through the mountain of back log of all things to do.
And I pray I will be allowed to live past 1/1/2015 when the threat was very real for oxygen being able to be purchased at the gas company and now since ACS et al has me intentionally blocked from getting liquid oxygen supplier even though approved for life by three health plans, will I be able to get prescription drugs as no one has sent me a correction letter form SSA yet that that bogus 6 figure adjusted no wage income has been successfully deleted off my records that I wrote about here may have been all done by ACS et al for reasons analyzed here recently. It does show how insecure our govt systems are and as our documentation seems to well illustrate govt contract systems programmers have left 'backdoors' left open for on going stealing to occur and no one even overseeing much of anything anymore.
Even though I have chronic progressive diseases from my 1/10/89 injuries at work at SSA then part of HHS at the Jersey City SSA Teleservice Center. 2 journal square 9th floor , I am alive and have been able to manage things pretty well with home oxygen for almost 20 years now and have a quality of life where I am able to get some things done in small efforts through out the day. until something occurs that makes things worse, etc. ND THE HELP OF FAMILY WHOM I THANK AND FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE.
In the summer of 2013 , ( see Daily Recaps back then) my oxygen tank stooped working and could only get a small amount until we found out how to do some repairs and got it working again. When I go to a 85% saturation level of oxygen , I am experiencing a type of heart attack and other organ failures and this took months to fight off a reduced a compromised immune system and begin to feel better, but I never fully get back to where I was before. More recently, An endocrinologist found an underlying para thyroid problem? that had been monitored back in the early 90's but regular routine blood panels do not detect issues.
Thanks to a specialist it did get diagnosed and medication started , but as was written about here, one of the worse chemicals for me since 1/1/89 was in the prescription drug and not on the label and the company was not forthcoming with the info when I first called either. The more organic meds is now working and am feeling better than in months.
But the bad reaction due to the FDA to not put ethanol alcohol on the label and its a med that causes a reaction before it gets to the stomach right up in the most vulnerable area for me. It ended with my Kidney disease that had gone almost in total remission now back in stage three kidney disease and all organs began shutting down as well as lungs and sinuses went into infections, too.
Finally, my family doctor put me on a week of a strongest antibiotic and that seems to have resulted in my quality of health being better than in over 18 months. But not back to where I was then.
Then the threat of loss of life has occurred and pray that no one will allow this to occur. ACS ET AL HAS TOTAL CONTROL OF WORKERS COMP SINCE 2002 AND HAS REFUSED TO OBEY JUDGES, THE LAW AND NO ONE AT US DEPT OF LABOR IS ABLE TO GET ACCESS TO EVEN THE JUDGES ORDERS TO WORK MY CASE etc .
Even worse is overpayment liability at Medicare piing up on myself and those on my PRIMARY Federal BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD AND ALONG THE WAY MORE CORRUPTION GETS UNEARTHED AND DISCOVERED AND every thing has to be appealed and followed up on as ACS ET AL will not let me get near another federal judges to get another ruling that goes directly against them. and their unethical and illegal behaviors in multiple agencies.
EVERY LEGAL RECOURSE HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED AND EVERY WHERE ACS IS THERE IN CONTROL OF THE DATA AND RECORDS AND DELETIONS AND HACKING AND DISAPPEARINGS OCCUR.
ITS BEEN HIT AND MISS TRYING TO GET THROUGH A MOUNTAIN OF PAPER WORK TO BE DONE AND TOO OFTEN SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE GETS BURIED AT THE BOTTOM.
Doyle has had some health problems , too and has not been able to help as much as he used to .
the good news is that his biopsy that took months to finally get done, said no cancer, but there are still health issues, but medication changes may be helping out. Our extended family is a blessing of help and anyone who has loved ones who care, so do BE THANKFUL.
WE ASK FOR SOME TIME TO GET ALL THINGS UP TO DATE THAT NEED FILINGS OF ONE KIND OR ANOTHER OR FOLLOW UPS. AND WE PRAY THAT EACH ONE WILL BE ANSWERED ADDRESSING THE LEGAL ISSUES RAISED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND HEARINGS FILED FOR BE HELD. ITS OUR LIVES AND LIVELIHOOD AT STAKE IN ALL OF THIS.

There are over a dozen health insurers and health plans involved and those are often compartmentalizedACS ET AL IS TELLING THEM NOT TO LISTEN TO ME OR THE JUDGES OR THE LAW?
Then there is over 300 medical providers and suppliers whose claims are somewhere in the appeal pipeline too as all been tricked and lied to by ACS et al as they are the information givers for all health plans and govt entities involved as well as matters over at SSA where a hearing has been ending since 8/09 as I over pay for Part B premiums as that is another matter that has not had judicial review for 30 years and now with the delays at Federal workers comp became an issues. Often , those in the past that might have gotten to a judge, found the issues moot with workers comp wage loss reinstated timely when real govt employees obeyed judges and illegal thefts of files occurred and got cases sidetracked. For me its been an almost 26 year pattern of behavior and being a type of national precedent case on toxic chemical injuries has pitted me up against multiple big entities that do not wish my case to exist. as others might have to be paid also and get the proper medical care, too. Always the judges remanded the case and real govt employees obeyed.
ACS ET AL IGNORED AND DEFIED AND THEN BEGAN BLATANTLY LYING SAYING I HAD GOTTEN A WORKERS COMP SETTLEMENT AND RETIRED WITH NOTHING TO DO ON MY CASE MULTIPLE JUDGES HAVE SAID JUST THE OPPOSITE. THERE ARE SOME ITEM'S THAT ARE LEGALLY PENDING. TIMELY FILED , ALTHOUGH DISAPPEARED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT HAVE BEEN SO SINCE 1989 AND ITS A CHAOTIC MESS CRATED BY A PATTERN OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AGAINST MY FILES.
SO WHEN AETNA SENT THEIR MONTHLY SUMMARY SHOWING THAT MEDICARE HAD AGAIN BEEN STOLEN AS NOTHING SENT TO RECOVERY AS IS THE LEGAL WAY TO PAY CONDITIONALLY WHEN THE PRIMARIES WILL NOT PAY, I BEGAN SORTING THROUGH AN ALMOST 2 YEAR OLD MOUNTAIN TO FIND ALL THE AETNA RELATED ITEMS.

CHECK LIST OF THINGS TO DO ON EACH FOR US, ON EACH SEPARATE ENTITY BEGINNING WITH AETNA, ACS AND OXYGEN IS NEXT. ETC.
1.FILE AND ORGANIZE IN CHRONOLOGICAL AND ISSUE ORDER
2. FILE APPEALS AND FOLLOW UP ON PENDING APPEALS TO KEEP ALL CURRENT. AND FILE SSA 632 WAIVER OF OVERPAYMENT WITH ALL AT MEDICARE AND SSA ON BILLS THEY HAD TO PAY AT MEDICARE.
3. NOTIFY MEDICARE RECOVERY UNIT OF ALL AND ADD TO SELF REPORT WEB SITE IF THEY WILL LET ME RESET IT UP NOW. DESPITE CEO BLODGETT SAYING TO DELETE IT
4. FILE NEW BILLS WITH FEDERAL WORKERS COMP.
5. NOTIFY PARTIES SUCH AS ATTORNEY OF RECORD, MEDICAL PROVIDER, AND OTHER HEALTH PLANS. * THIS IS TO BE DONE BY CMS PARTNER BUT HAS NOT BEN DONE AND ITS CHAOS FOR US
6 FILE HIPPAA AND OR CIVIL RIGHTS ON NEW ITEMS AND FOLLOW UP ON THOSE PENDING SINCE 1/08 WITH NO RESPONSE ON CIVIL RIGHTS. TO KEEP ALL CURRENT.
7.FILE WITH OFFICE OF CONTRACT COMPLIANCE AT US DEPT OF LABOR TO ASK FOR COMPLIANCE.
8. FILE WITH MEDICARE SET ASIDE CONTRACTOR TO ASK FOR HR 1063 ENFORCEMENT
9/, FILE WITH OIG FOR ALL AGENCIES INVOLVED EVEN TH0UGH IT WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED. BUT TO FULFILL REQUIREMENT TO REPORT A CRIME.
10. FILE OR FOLLOW UP ON FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS.
11. OBTAIN NEW MEDICALS MAKE SURE ALL DOCTORS HAVE ALL THE LABS ETC AS THIS NEW SYSTEM IS OFTEN NOT GETTING ALL TO HAVE ALL OF THEM FOR WHAT EACH DOES TO TREAT ME.
12 FILE NEW MEDICALS WITH ALL FILINGS AND ASSOCIATE WITH PROPER ALTHOUGH ACS WILL NOT POST, IN DEFIANCE , HAVE TO SEND THEM. SEND A COPY TO LOCAL FEDERAL WORKERS COMP, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO KEEP THEM.
13. TAKE ALL MEDICAL TESTS AND ADD THEM TO THE CHARTS FOR EACH SEPARATE PART TO TRACK PROGRESS OR DEGREES.
14 SET UP SPECIFIC TASKS FOR LOVED ONES TO HELP LIKE PHOTOCOPYING, STAMPING CLAIM NUMBERS ON PAPERS, FAXING .ETC
15. PREPARE PRIVACY RELEASE FOR EACH SEPARATE CATEGORY TO SUPPLEMENT WHAT CONGRESSMAN ALREADY HAS . AND PRAY FOR ALL TO COOPERATE WITH HIM AS HE HAS THE BEGINNINGS TO TAKE BACK THIS GOVT FOR WE, THE PEOPLE AND BACK INTO THE CONTROL OF OUR ELECTED LEADERS AND PRAY THEY WILL DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO UPHOLD THE US CONSTITUTIONAL MANDATE OF ' FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION."

THEN MY NON CONTROVERTED AND ACCEPTED CLAIM BE THE TARGET ALONG WITH THOSE OF MINE IN MULTIPLE AGENCIES OF A CONSTANT PATTERN OF DISAPPEARANCE AND ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL INTERFERENCES WITH THAT GOES ON TO THIS VERY DAY WITH NO ONE IN AUTHORITY EITHER WILLING OF ABLE TO STOP IT THAT HAS LEFT THIS CHAOTIC FILES TO BE WORKED THROUGH .
FILES THAT ARE ONLY IN THIS STATE DUE TO CONSTANT PATTERN OF ILLEGAL ACTS AGAINST THEM.

ALSO, WE PRAY THAT THE CHAOS CREATED MORE RECENTLY IN THE DALLAS FEDERAL WORKERS COMP OFFICE WHERE CLAIMS WERE PAID WITH OUT ITEMIZING WHAT THEY PAID AND ALL HAVE PENDING APPEALS THAT WERE NOT PAID, ETC. BUT PROCESSED SAYING WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT WAS AND OR WAS NOT PAID, ETC. THIS MEANS TO EVEN KNOW IS TO REWORK ALL AND SUBTRACT WHAT WAS PAID FROM AMOUNTS STILL DUE.
AND PRAY THAT THE DALLAS OFFICE ALSO UNDERSTANDS THAT ALL THINGS NEEDED TO BE APPEALED HAVE BEEN EVEN THOUGH MS CARTER DID NOT KNOW IT AS ACS ET AL HAD WITHHELD THAT ALONG WITH FILES AND JUDGES REMAND ORDERS ETC.

WHAT THIS MOUNTAIN WE HAVE TO CLIMB, STEP BY STEP IS REALLY IS ALL ABOUT AND WHAT HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY DONE TO CAUSE SUCH CONFUSION FOR ANY AND ALL WHO MIGHT WISH TO HELP AND NO ONE HAS THE TOTAL TO EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO AND ALL SHOULD HAVE BEEN TIMELY TAKEN CARE OF OVER THE YEARS, BUT ENTITIES SEEMED TO HAVE MULTIPLE REASONS FOR MY CASE TO NOT EXIST AS SOME WISH TO EITHER NOT GO TO JAIL FOR MATTERS, OR SUED, OR THE BIGGER PICTURE WAS ALL THOSE CHEMICALS AND TOXINS IN OUR WORLD THAT DO GET IN THE WRONG MIX AND HURT PEOPLE WITH RESULTING LIFE TIME INJURIES AND PREMATURE DEATHS. AND IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM HEALTH INSURERS DO NOT WISH TO PAY WHEN SOME ONE ELSE CAUSED THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS. THIS PUTS ANY ONE INJURED WHERE SOME ONE ELSE MIGHT BE LIABLE FOR PAYING, UP AGAINST INTERNATIONAL ENTITIES AS WE GET SQUASHED IN REAL DEATH PANELS STRUGGLING FOR LIFE, WHEN OUR GOVTS DO NOT STAND UP AND PROTECT OUR BASIC RIGHTS TO LIFE ITSELF.
( IN MY CASE, ANY LITIGATION IS TO REPAY THE TAXPAYER WHO HAS GIVEN MONEY FOR WHAT HAS OCCURED TO ME SINCE BEING INJURED NOT TO HAVE HAPPEN TO ME. SO WHY IS THE GOVT AGAINST THE PEOPLE? )
PLEASE MAY NO MORE FILINGS DISAPPEAR AND ALL ANSWERED ADDRESSING THE LEGAL ISSUES AND PAID AND PROCESSED, ETC. BUT YOU NEED THE FILES RECONSTRUCTED TO EVEN BEGIN TO KNOW WHAT THE JUDGES ARE EVEN REFERRING TO WHEN THEY SAID I DID RETURN TO WORK IN 1990 WHICH CAUSED THE LAST STOPPAGE IN DALLAS WHO DID NOT KNOW MY CASE AS THOSE IN PHILLY, NEW YORK AND EVEN KANSAS CITY DID BUT ONLY PHILLY DID ANYTHING TO KEEP THINGS SECURE AFTER THEY FOUND RECORDS GONE MISSING.
MAYBE ONES FILE SHOULD STAY WITH THE ORIGINATING OFFICE SO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE FACTS CAN BE ROUTINELY USED TO CREATE NEW AND FALSE ONES BY SOME WHO DO NOT WISH THE FILE TO EVEN EXIST AND SOME TRIED TO STOP ANY OF US FROM GETTING THE TESTS AND DIAGNOSIS BACK ON 1/10/89 OF 'TOXIC' FUMES. THUS PROVING THE GAS DETECTORS WERE TURNED OFF AS LATER LEARNED AND PREVENTING THE NEW BUILDING FROM BEING CONDEMNED AS UNSAFE BY THE FIRE DEPT WHICH WAS ALREADY IN THE WORKS AND WE DID NOT KNOW IT.
