What we have been told is that ACS ( Affiliated computer services et al of over a hundred companies and partners has no taken near total control of SSA and security is selective as to whose records are to be secure? and CEO Lynn Blodgett is the one who apparently got so 'scared' when the three US Dept of Labor judges exposed the corruption done by ACS on my files there that he began personally going around to heads of agencies and govt contractors he is partnered or 'owns' with and has control of all phases of all of this and lying saying that I had gotten a workers comp settlement and retired and there was nothing to do on my records in defiance of not only those three judges but 17 appellate judges at multiple agencies who have ordered him to do things he has refused to do to this day. Agencies can do nothing to refute his 'word as they have no records to refer to any more of mine to do so. ./ They can't even have the judges orders and if I should show them to them they have to send them to ACS in London KY to post and my file has never been posted so it can be worked. since this overthrow of ACS took over in 2002.
I HAVE RESPONDED TO EVERY LETTER AND ALL APPEALS ETC ARE CURRENT IN ALL AGENCIES EVEN AT FEDERAL WORKERS COMP , BUT MOST OF THEM ARE NEVER SEEN BY ANY REAL US DEPT OF LABOR OFFICIAL AND ITS ACS CALL CENTER EMPLOYEES THAT SAID THERE IS A MILLION DOLLARS MISSING WITH MY NAME ON IT FOR MY MEDICAL CARE. I DID NOT GET IT AND NO ONE COULD HAVE LEGALLY GOT IT WITHOUT 4 PARTIES SIGNING FOR IT AND BEING SENT IT AND THAT IS NOT A SETTLEMENT EITHER. RATHER IT IS PART OF SOME FORM OF SET ASIDES FOR MEDICAL CARE TO BE PAID FROM AND SOME HAVE SAID , WE OLDER CASES WERE TO HAVE HAD SOME KIND OF ATM CARD SENT TO US AND THAT OUR EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN WOULD PAY THE CLAIMS AT 100% from it and they were to be paid for the processing. FOR SOME REASON 50% OF WHAT CO PAYS THEY ARE PAYING after illegally dumping our bills on to Medicare under his orders NOW ARE COMING FROM THESE PAYMENTS PAID BY ACS et al at OPM rather than Federal Blues and no one is willing or able to find out what is going on for over a decade as we struggle for life and too many have lost the battle with the on going obstructions of medical care.
SINCE THE AMOUNT PAID FOR WORKERS COMP IS THE HIGHER OF WHAT WORKERS COMP PAYS OR ONES RATE UNDER THEIR EMPLOYER GROUP HEALTH PLAN, THIS MAKES SENSE. MANY OUT THERE HAVE NOT GOTTEN THIS AMOUNT PAID FOR CARE IS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED WHEN WORKERS COMP PAYS A LESSER AMOUNT THAN ONES HEALTH PLAN FROM WORK. MORE MONEY BEING LOOTED ALL THE WAY ROUND FROM THE PEOPLE AND OUR GOVT.

IRS DID NOT POST THE BOGUS 6 FIGURE INCOME RETURN AND MANY ARGUED WITH ME THIS WEEK THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE THAT SSA could have GOTTEN THE AMOUNT FROM THE BOGUS RETURN/
I lost track of who was a govt contractor of ACS et al and who wasn't this week but one of IRS'S CONTRACTORS, THE TAXPAYER ADVOCATE OFFICE SENT ME A LETTER THAT SHE HAD REMOVED THE AMOUNT THAT IRS SAYS WAS NEVER POSTED IN THE FIRST PLACE.
One lady sent me the form to report an entity stealing form IRS after I mentioned ACS and CEO Blodgett and I did go ahead and fill it out and send it in and I WILL TELL YOU WHY.
THERE IS A CONFIDENTIALITY PROBLEM WHEN ONES IRS RECORDS GETS CO MINGLED WITH AN OTHER'S WHEN TWO USE THE SAME SSN.
THIS WAS PART OF MY JOB SINCE 1968 TO CONTACT BOTH PARTIES AND GET STATEMENTS AS TO WHICH EARNINGS WERE WHOSE AS SSA COULD DO THIS WHEN IT WAS WAGES. So I feel fortunate I was able to find out as much as I could on this. IRS IS EMPHATICALLY DENYING THEY POSTED THE BOGUS INCOME. SO HOW DID SSA GET IT?
IRS do not be harsh on all those who told me things this week, as they were dealing with one who knew some of what questions to ask to glean what I did . There is a way to get the information on the other, but it takes a judge , etc. or process to find out and if IRS CORRECTS IT THEN THE EXCUSE TO GET TO A JUDGE IS MOOT , unless I make the case of the same cabal did this to cause me trouble.
I never received any due process notice, although 2 letters are on record of possible identity ones were sent in 6/14 and who knows where? I initially was told my address was on both returns. .and that the bogus one was in my name and ssn only where the real one was joint with Doyle and his ssn is first. SSA said in their letter that it was a joint return that listed the 6 figure income. More indication that SSA was getting from other than IRS on all of this.
I think much of this billion dollars stolen from bogus refunds sent out this years would be avoided if all of us could go online to fill out a post card type form or online and put in our name and numbers and say. NOT REQUIRED TO FILE AS IT WOULD STOP ANY BOGUS ONES TO GET PAID AS OUR OWN RETURN BLOCKED A BIG BOGUS REFUND FROM GOING OUT. PAID AS OUR FILING DID. MOST SENIORS DO NOT HAVE TO FILE, YET IRS DOES GET OUR 1099'S ON SSA AND PENSIONS ETC AND THE SYSTEM THEN KNOWS WE ARE OK NOT TO FILE AS AN INDIVIDUAL, BUT IF A COUPLE DOES NOT BUT ONE HAS A LITTLE AMOUNT OVER TO FILE WE ARE HAVING TO FILE ANYWAY TO SAY WE DON'T AND THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM WILL NOT LET US SAY IT. MOST OF US, WERE AROUND DID HAVE TO FILE.
PLUS WHY NOT USE THAT INFO TO HELP WITH THE US CENSUS WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DONE PROPERLY IN OK FOR 20 YEARS BY ACS ET AL.
We have to file to prove that jointly we do not have to file. and we can not file electronically as it will take us through dozens of pages trying to find the income we are reporting to take it and then ends up saying we do not have to file and will not let us enter the return So we stopped mailing a 20 page return of mostly zeros and began filing a one page paper form.
Back in 4/14 was when the up grade to 8.1 was going on in our home and printer not hooked up to print out a form and we remembered on the last day we needed to file. Doyle went to 2 post offices to get a form and came home and we quickly filled out the one page and sent it off via mail,

Also back in 4/14 is when the discovery was made of ACS et all and CEO Blodgett having ripped off the taxpayers as the mis paid for 8 years of claims on Part D Medicare and about the time I made our discovery with the help of Aetna my plan where I get extra help from some new federally funded Medicaid when all of mine are to be paid by CEO Blodgett over at workers comp and he keeps referring to this missing million when they process and not pay no oxygen bills and I appeal and no one answers those from me each year to meet the filing date of the missing million per head on many of us older complex established cases with permanent medical benefits already and the monies were last seen headed to his cabal and never surfaced since and OPM has been denied the right for over a decade now to investigate an embezzlement ring that seem to be more of his interlocked cabal than any actual federal employee . if any are involved than they could and should be arrested.
There have always been a problem for many years at IRS of some filing bogus returns and getting refunds that are not due. Since we had filed, they said it blocked the bogus refund from going out.That again indicates that he bogus one came in second.
The reports are that over a billion dollars in bogus refunds got paid out this year and finding the crooks is not easy. WHAT ENTITY WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO ENOUGH SSN'S AND MINE TO FILE SO MANY. And since soon after 4/15/14 IRS KNEW AND COULD IDENTIFY THE OBVIOUS BOGUS ONES, THEY MUST HAVE ALL COME FROM THE SAME SOURCE.
This is not some incarcerated prisoner with computer access filing on a few , is it. which has been going on in the past. Or even some one at a major medical facility getting accuses to patients files where one gives one ssn in order to access insurance info. Of course many of the billing services are now under the management control of GUESS WHO?, ACS ET AL.

AND FORCING ME TO PAY OVER THE AMOUNT OWED AND IN DUPLICATE DUE TO THE NON INCLUSION OF WORKERS COMP? AND CEO BLODGETT HAS DISAPPEARED THE HEARING FILE FORM SSA SINCE FILED 8/09 AS SUBPOENAS WOULD HELP GET ALL THE RECORDS TOGETHER AGAIN AT SSA. PLUS OTHER APPEALS DELETED OFF THE RECORDS WITH NO DECISIONS ON THEM.

An overthrow that occurred when attention was focused elsewhere. and those we elected to take care of things neglected their duties and did so through several presidential administrations and many Congresses who are still calling heads of agencies to committee hearings to ask about what is going on in their agencies and few have any idea what is really going as their job seems to be to send on the money and not ask questions as to what is being done with it as the people struggle for life and livelihood. as what is intended to help, is skimmed and scammed and too often blatantly stolen.
I wrote about the well documented things going on in the agencies we deal directly with, but its throughout the govt in most if not all agencies and when they are the 'snoopers ' and the traffic cam companies your local city council contracts with and may be giving contracts out with no oversight or accountability , too, then any attempt we make to bring things to the attention. of others is being known by them so trying to do so privately is not going to work as the 'bad guys' have the info as soon as we take any lawful action to expose the truth of how we have lost not only our personal liberties in this nation but the rights to life and happiness which our founders equated with property rights.

PART D MEDICARE IS NOT A PROGRAM I DEALT WITH AND FINDING OUT ALL THE VARIOUS RULES AND REGS IS NOT EASY FROM THE LIMITED INFO ON LINE THAT SEEMS TO INDICATE A MUCH MORE CONVOLUTED PROCESS EVEN IN STATES THAT DO NOT HAVE A 'SPEND DOWN ' ON MEDICAID. I HAVE FOUND FEW EVEN IN THE GOVT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON AND THE RULES, WHICH IS WHY A GOVT CONTRACTOR ALREADY OUT OF CONTROL IS ABLE TO DO SUCH DAMAGE FOR PATIENTS AND THE US TREASURY, ALSO..
We feds still have no coordination plans between our health insurances and Part D Medicare and wonder it there has not been some kind of 'secret bail out of larger pharmacies ' around the country in 2014 as our paying $0 co pays this year is still not in writing any where in our Blues policy and our filing to get a huge refund since we have filed AND REFILED over the last 8 years and all is still pending means we have a live appeal to get them and when we filed we got rebuffed and FILINGS returned as if no one knows anything about anything and two of us on my policy do not have WORKERS COMP and the total for us could be a big help in these financially tight times., ACS ET AL IS IN CONTROL OF THIS ALSO . at SSA, MEDICARE AND OPM ALL OF THEM.

THAT PLUS WHATEVER GREEN BOTTLES WE CAN GET FILLED, WILL ALLOW SURVIVAL FOR A SHORT TIME, IF SOME ONE DECIDES TO STOP MITSUBISHI FROM ALLOWING THEM SELVES NOT TO BECOME A DEATH PANEL WITH THEIR VENTURE IN TO OXYGEN MANUFACTURING.
There is a company that makes some solutions that emergency personnel can use to make medical grade oxygen but its only enough for about 15 minutes. If this process does not emit any kinds of fumes or ionizing irritants, then why can't a company like Mitsubishi come up with some form of in home machine that will do it safely for those, like me that must have the medical grade 99+% oxygen and find the lower levels of irritants and ozone coming off and directly back into the lungs wit the 10 to 15% non oxygen in the concentrators which are really deadly for us to use. if you can tolerate them you are lucky, With them I drown in a couple of days from the fluid on my lungs form the inflammation as one of my accepted conditions is chemically induced pneumonitis. and even Medicare has me approved for life for the liquid oxygen or compressed air which is also in the green bottles but not as liquefied. but too costly for one like me to pay for out of pocket.

TO NOT COME AND NOT TO BILL AS THEY ARE AN ACS CONTRACTORS AS IS ALL OF OUR MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS IN THIS NATION. ONE DOES NOT SIGN UP WITH ANY MEDICARE OFFICIAL ANY MORE . OUR GOOD AND ETHICAL DOCTORS, ETC SIGN UP WITH CEO BLODGETT ET AL.
IT IS STILL SUPPOSE TO BE ILLEGAL TO IMPERSONATE A FEDERAL OFFICIAL OR FEDERAL AGENCY, BUT CONGRESS WILL NOT ACT TO STOP IT? DID THEY IN THE NEW TRILLION DOLLAR BUDGET BILL DO ANYTHING TO STOP THE STEALING OF AMERICA? ALONG WITH ANOTHER BANKSTER BAIL OUT. IS THAT TO BAIL THEM OUT FOR ALL THE CREDIT CARD THEFT AT SO MANY MERCHANTS AS Citigroup does issue many of them for many, many companies is one read the fine print on the back of ones card or bill. Many may actually have several cards from one entity in their wallet and not realize how consolidated things have become and how vulnerable this nation is when one major theft ring spree affects so much.

Much of my info is out on line, but I am careful about my ssn and only the govt, and those dealing with the govt such as medical billing services, etc. have it etc.
They say most of us are basically honest folk and in my almost 70 years of observations of humans, is that real govt employees are probably a higher percentage of honesty as they are supposed to go through real bank ground checks. Since OPM is putting that process back in house away from ACS et al who falsified such on who knows how many, we can usually trust that those have our info will do what is right and lawful with it. BUT ANY ONE CAN FALL FROM GRACE and its why when I log on the bank is checked first as well as phone messages as I sleep through ringing phones usually, also.
The govt can't keep track of a missing 24 trillion dollars that went to the federal reserve to send out to those who are to legally have it, but I can count my few dollars and find anomalies going on that indicate something is amiss with our money systems in this world. Almost all of our digitized money is in the control of SUN GARD WHICH WAS INCORPORATED SOON AFTER THE CABAL MET IN DALLAS IN 1983. THE NEXT CORPORATION? WAS AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES IN 1988 AND AWAY THEY WENT GETTING GOVT CONTRACTS AND BECOMING OVER A HUNDRED COMPANIES AND PARTNERS IN WHAT I CALL A CABAL AS ITS A 'BEAST OF A WORLD WIDE SYSTEM' THAT HAS TAKEN OVER THE WORLD AND EVEN THE COMPANY ONE WORKS FOR MAY HAVE HAD TO HIRE THEM TO PROCESS THEIR RECORDS AND HELP MANAGE THEIR COMPANY IN ORDER TO DEAL WITH THE BEAST.

JUST ALLOW OUR FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITIES THE ABILITY TO INVESTIGATE AND CANCEL CONTRACTS WITH THOSE WHO ARE STEALING OUR RIGHTS AND MONIES. AND IF NO CONTRACTORS CAN BE FOUND, THEN START HIRING THOSE VETS RETURNING FROM WAR WHO NEED A JOB WHO ALREADY HAVE BACK GROUND CHECKS DONE AS WE USED TO DO IN THIS NATION IN TO THE REAL CIVIL SERVICE JOBS . AS THEY DO UNDERSTAND THE WORD 'SERVICE,' THAT TOO MANY SEEM TO HAVE FOR GOTTEN IN TO MANY OF THESE BAD CONTRACTORS.
AND STOP CONTRACTING OUT FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS TO THIS SAME CABAL ALSO.
GOOD NEWS AS DOYLE'S BIOPSY CAME BACK NEGATIVE FOR CANCER. THAT HAD HOVERED OVER THE ADAMS 'TRIBE' ALSO IN RECENT MONTHS TO FIND OUT AND GET TO THE RIGHT DOCTOR, ETC.
We are prayerfully giving thinks that so many have done things to help out so far, but will their efforts continue. Our prayers are with Congressman Mullin's staff that they may have full cooperation in trying to help me also, as often they only contact agencies and all know they do not have much info as what is really going on with my files and not even having access to judges remand orders either.
Now back to that mountain of paper work that grew and grew over the scare that not only oxygen but meds would not be able to be gotten as of 1/1/2015. Pray the efforts are permitted to be.

Too often porn sites seem to get in and I wish the INTERNET had gone to a voluntary rating system as TV And Movies have at the beginning and we would know the obvious ones some of us do not wish to be bothered by and a few of those down right illegal dealing with minors . There is no much evil in this world and beyond what any individual can come up against it all to 'bind it up,' We can only try and we pray those we have elelct4ed and those given authority will do what is lawful and right as the mandate of the US Constitution says ' FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE SECURITY OF THE NATION." Its why we have govts in the first place, to deal with the few among us that would do us harm if we, together , do not have some just way to deal with them so we are protected from those who would do us harm. HOW DID WE END UP WITH THEM GETITNG THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OVER US IN THIS WORLD IN SPITE OF ALL OF OUR GOVTS IN PLACE TO PREVENT IT?\ REGIE\STER AND VOTE SO WE HAVE 95% voting in ALL ELECTIONS SO OUR PRESENCE IS KNOWN THAT WE ARE TO RULE AND NOT SOME CABAL THAT HAS TAKEN THE POWER FROM US AND OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS. WE HAVE A CONGRESS BEING SEATED NEXT MONTH SENT THERE BY ONLY 1/3 OF THE PEOPLE.
