I have linked this article as it does illustrate a very important campaign issue. BEWARE THOSE WHO THINK PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND BUSINESS IS GOOD. NO IT IS NOT GOOD. Business can help govt but if govt is not in charge and oversees what is going on and then permit investigations of civil and criminal wrong doings and justice for those wrong acts, then we have THE END OF THE US CONSTITUTION. THE END OF WHAT THIS NATION STANDS FOR.
Thanks for your honesty in this matter Sec Clinton, BUT YOU ARE VERY WRONG IN THIS MATTER and some of your influence is being seen all over in the over throw of our very govt from local to federal and international where the people do not have the power of control of their own govts at all.
As I write yesterday, THE Federal GOVT HAS GIVEN UP EVEN TRYING TO ENFORCE THE LAWS AGAINST THESE'PARTNERS' FOR THEY HAVE BECOME TOO BIG TO BE MADE TO OBEY BASIC LAWS AGAINST THEFT AND DEATH PANEL MURDERS.
A memo from the Director of Medicaid has ordered the states to obey the govt contractors as to what they say the laws are or their interpretations of the laws. THE MEMO IS REALLY SAYING THAT ALL THE FEDERAL JUDGES AND CONGRESS CAN GO HOME. ALL THAT IS NEEDED IN THE CIVIL SERVICE IS A FEW HEADS TO SIGN THE GOVT CONTRACTS THEY CONTRACTORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SAY WHAT IS IN THEM AND HOW MUCH THEY WANT AS THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING WHATEVER THEY WANT NOW IN MANY SUBTLE AND SECRETIVE WAYS. And if the states don't like it, they can become the enforcers of the law, as the Feds have stopped a long time ago for even the investigations have been turned over to their companies. The memo repeated the laws first as to who pays first and second, but that is not being obeyed by the 'partners' now. They already do as they please and no one has been investigated or gone to jail over the 12 years since they started stealing from the people's money in this area of the country. And longer in other areas, I just was not aware of or documented, but others had.
Doesn't Mrs. Clinton realize that much of this began when she and others started us on this path to big business taking charge of the nation, back when her husband was President and why I often call Obamacare, Hillarycare? A plan where big international cabal of business is in charge of health care and the right of life of each and every one of us now. and the model has gone on to penetrate every area of our daily lives.
WE THE PEOPLE, DO HAVE SOME REAL CHOICES TO MAKE AND NEED TO CHOOSE THOSE WHO ALLOW OUR US CONSTITUTIONS TO STAY IN PLACE AND OUR RIGHTS UNDER IT AND JUSTICE FOR ALL, NOT FOR A FEW WHO HAVE BECOME TOO POWERFUL THEY CAN NOT BE MADE TO OBEY BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS.
There are many good people who do still believe in these principles and we need to encourage them to run for offices at all levels.
