I have not reviewed the law for details. But firing a federal employee for dereliction of duty and committing a criminal act is already an illegal act one can be fired for such action upon conviction of the crime.
ITS ALREADY BEEN A CRIME FOR WHAT HAS REPEATEDLY OCCURRED ON MY GOVERNMENT FILES BOTH PAPER AND DIGITAL RECORDS.
AND OF COURSE, THIS DOES NOT MENTION THE ONES HIRED TO DO THE DIRTY DEEDS, THE GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR. THE ONES NOW IN CONTROL OF THE WORLD'S GOVERNMENT FOR THE MOST PART AND GAINING MORE CONTROL AS THEY MANIPULATE US INTO WARS AND STRUGGLES AGAINST EACH OTHER, SO THEY CAN 'DIVIDE AND CONQUER' EVEN MORE TOTALLY..
I am sick and tired of those elite in power trying to think they can continue duping the masses into believing they are really doing something. And doing nothing. The term, I call it is a PAPER TIGER.
The tiger is a magnificently strong animal and has a reputation of going after even humans. BUT IF ITS MADE OF PAPER IT HAS NO POWER OR STRENGTH TO COMBAT EVIL AND THE HUMANS THAT COMMIT EVIL ACTS. Its a term that been around a long time and do not know who first wrote or said it.
One of Affiliated Computer Services partners with partners in this cabal had recently partnered with Oracle which most of us use that companies products every day as we communicate and do business around the world and our digitized money goes to and fro using their products and services.. CEO AND FOUNDER OF ORACLE, LARRY ELLISON IS RETIRING AND BILL GATES HAS ALREADY RETIRED FROM MICROSOFT SOME TIME AGO. I have written about both of these men in my Daily Recaps back in 2012 when they were more autobiographical.
Both still hold positions and power of stock ownership, but some others are running things now. Both have given humanity much knowledge and the science to help make life so much better for all of us. I am able to share my thoughts and concerns with all of you right now because of their efforts and others.

IN HEALTH CARE IN THE USA ITS ACS'S CEO LYNN BLODGETT WHO BY HIS VERBAL WORD CAN ORDER RECORDS DESTROYED AND FILES DELETED AS WE HAVE DOCUMENTED ITS BEEN DONE ON MINE RECORDS AND WE ARE ONLY A FEW AMONG MANY THE SAME THING IS HAPPENING ON. MOST JUST ARE NOT AWARE OF IT NOR THAT THE US GOVERNMENT HAS THEM OVERPAID TO IT FOR THE CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THEIR FILES THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDG OF THIS OCCURRING AND NO WAY TO STOP IT AS THERE IS NO GOVT OFFICIAL WHO IS GIVEN THE POWER OF THE FULL FORCE OF THE GOVT ANY MORE TO OVER COME THE EVIL THAT HAS GRADUALLY OVER TAKEN US IN THE LAST FEW DECADES.
There are some who did their math thing and say that computer words etc. comes out to the 666 number of the beast. of the Book of Revelation. Yahusha whom we Christians all Christ Jesus always taught we were/are created with free will to do good or or not to. TECHNOLOGY AND SCIENCE CAN BE USED FOR A LOT OT GOOD. MACHINES CAN FREE US TO HAVE MORE TIME TO CARE FOR ONE ANOTHER ND ENJOY AND CARE FOR THE PLANET AND UNIVERSE AND FIGURE OUT NEW INVENTIONS AND WAYS TO CREATE A BETTER WORLD FOR ALL OF US. SO FAR FREE WILL HAS NOT MADE THIS POSSIBLE AS TOO MANYU DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE GOVERNING WE ALL HAVE THE POWER TO DO THROUGH OUR VOTES AND PARTICIAPTION IN THE POLITICAL PROCESS.
OR: it can be used by a few to gain control of the records and data of the people and their governments and hold total control of every ones personal and most private lives. FREEDOM IS SQUASHED WHEN ONE IS TOTALLY CONTROLLED BY ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.
Those of us that profess belief in a Divine Creator as most do, understand that we have free will and the choice is ours to destroy ourselves or gain eternal life without the temptations of evil being thrust upon us. do not know yet how the Congressional Hearing went today with the DIRECTOR OF Medicare. At least I now have a privacy release on file with Congressman Mullin So far there has been no direct help for me, so much of this is policies and laws and regulations in place that are not being used to help me and so many others,\Members of Congress used to end out a letter and ask for official status and what might need to be done to get things moving on. But, I have already been told by the ones in the govt. THEY HAVE NOTHING THEY CAN DO WITH CEO BLODGETT IN POWER OVER EVERY SINGLE PROGRAM, AND EVEN JUDGES AND THE US CONSTITUTION IS TRASHED
He has resigned as the highest paid officer at Xerox in the position of Vice President at the end of 2014. But will he? People are being moved around very fast on this chess board of those now in power and control. Or are they and were they only the pawns of the higher elite and they become expendable by their own choice to retire due to age creeping up on them, OR THEY ARE ONLY REPLACABLE HEADS OF THOSE HOLDING THE HIGHER CONTROLS OF THEM?
Its difficult to keep track when much is no longer the traditional company that owns another company in a web. Now the model is 'Partnership' and they can be even stronger ties than being a subsidiary used to be. WHEN A VERBAL ORDER GETS FILES DESTROYED AND THE PATIENT OR EMPLOYEE IS NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ITS OCCURRING OR HAS OCCURRED AGAINST ONE. THEN THE POWER OF THE WORD OF EVIL MAY ONLY BE OVERCOME BY THE WORD OF THE GOOD. The powers of human government and ones constitutional rights have ended along with our shredded paper files and deleted computer records.
