VA Officials Allowed To Influence Inspector General Report To Downplay Alleged Role In Patient Deaths - Personal Liberty : Personal Liberty VERY TIRED. WAS  WORKING ON THE MOUNTAIN OF PAPER WORK TODAY. A mountain created by real death panels in existence int he USA. while on line we are being bombarded with almost wishful thinking by some that 9/11/14 is going to bring on the collapse of the USA.  As if we have no free will to stop this if we chose to stop the internal corruption that is on going in the USA.

This article shows a major cover up is going on before any real investigation occurs. A real investigation would get the final medical records and death certificates of those Veterans whose appointments got cancelled with no letter going out confirming the felony alteration of an official govt records an that is exactly what was deleted.  Or attempts by the veterans to get medical care elsewhere and what occurred.

If any one died, then a legal decision needs to be made  as to whether the felony action led to a death.

Has murder become so acceptable that  those who delete and shred  govt. records do not realize  lives are put at risk when they do?

WHEN ONE IS SICK THEY MAY NOT KNOW HOW SERIOUS THEIR MEDICAL SITUATION  IS UNTIL A DOCTOR DIAGNOSES THE MEDICAL PROBLEM. DELAYS CAUSED BY ILLEGAL DELETION OF GOVT RECORDS, CAN BE DEADLY FOR TOO MANY.

My life has been endangered too many times sine 1/10/89 due to illegal delt4ions and disappearances of my govt. files. And the policy to never investigate such on any ones files nationwide, has now surfaced at the VA as no one is going to investigate it there either according to the OIG report until they are made to change an illegal policy. These also include hacking in to what is supposed to be secured gov.t computer systems, too.

        We still do not know who designed the software that allowed a deletion without a letter going out confirming  the cancellation and offering  another appt.? Someone knew they were doing something illegal or that mailing would have occurred.

All this OIG report  seems to do is confirm how little the govt knows of what is going on inside itself and inside their contractors. I understand that the VA had a lot of these unaccountable

partners' as govt contractors  no longer under the authority of the govt any more but too often running the govt officials instead of vice versa. And we know little of who they were or what they did or did not do?

We can allow this nation to collapse around us, or we an use our free will and minds and talents  to see that it doesn't. Vote. Its your life and livelihood  that is at stake and we need to elect those willing to take back the over throw of the govt. that has already occurred.

Remember , this is not just at VA where such illegal acts and death panels have been created. I am under one , and I am not a Vet, but a rank and file civil servant.  This mountain of paper work was created by those committing illegal acts and ordering my death and that is witnessed and said over and over for over a decade on me after files of mine were riffled and then the govt contractor out so that the judges rulings and orders got shredded by the govt contractor instead of being obeyed as in the past  since 1/10/89 in the genesis of 9/11/01 that is still being covered up. A govt contractor, too often hired by a high level official , who an be legally charged with a crime, to do the dirty work they has been allowed to be immune from cr4ieminal charges.

 Until we face the evil inside, and have some justice for all, we are doomed to keep on ignoring it and be over thrown and in much of the govt, its already occurred with public monies missing and lives endangered and lost.
