WHO IS NATIVE AMERICAN?
Not everyone who has some native American heritage is registered with a tribe. Many of the present day persons who cams this heritage can trace their roots back several generations to a time when those confined to reservations escaped from them and blended into society.
Many with some African roots in not so recent former times would 'pass for white' if they were of a fairer skin color. Thankfully we have entered a much different era, for the most part, where stigmas do
not matter to most of us what ones sin tone or ethnic heritage might be and our civil rights laws say its illegal to discriminate due to them.
My father -in law claimed native American heritage from a hundred years back and he was blond and blue eyed which he attributed to some closer Dutch heritage.
The five civilized tribes of Oklahoma who were forced to move here in an American atrocity called the Trail of Tears was a denial of basic personal and property rights of those living further east. The ultimate Eminent Domain grabbing of property for private gain for the most part. The exchange was an area known as Oklahoma which gradually was taken too until only parts still remain under jurisdiction of the Native American Nation tribes.
There had already been much intermarriage among the Europeans by the time of the 1830's so its not uncommon to meet one claiming native American roots along with their European heritage. Their seems to be a dominant Blue eye over brown that geneticists have not yet fully explained among some groups in this world. A lot of knowledge is not yet known.
Like those of African heritage,, those of native American heritage can now claim those roots with great pride and accomplishments of what their ancestors knew and the wisdom of their teachings,

There are things I like about Sen. Warren and knew her briefly a few decades ago. We will probably never agree on the pro life vs. pro choice issues but, those on the pro choice side who wish to make CHOOSE LIFE an easy option for women in a situation to consider such a drastic measure should not be completely shunned by the pro life group whom too often seem to not want the gov't programs that give a hand up rather than a hand out so they can care for their child should they wish to raise the baby themselves.
Personally, I would love to see some real issues debated in depth during this upcoming presidential election as in recent times not much of that has occurred and those eligible to be elected by being on Ainu ballots to win if the people voted for them have been excluded and they were often the very ones that were talking about the real crucial issues and problems and giving ways to solve them.
Instead we got FLIM FLAM and then have not been very happy with the outcomes of the person elected from either party for way too long. Its been a step by step building into a coup d' etat by powerful and wealthy entities to control us rather than US BEING IN CONTROL OF OUR NATION .
DO VOTE AND DON'T BE STOPPED AS THE POWER OF DOING IT NEEDS TO BE HEARD,
95% voting for 10 years is my personal hope to see change where WE THE PEOPLE TAKE BACK THIS NATION so that the rights of each are upheld and our monies get used the best way possible for US. We look foolish to the world when we have such great wealth and our bridges are collapsing, and citizens dying with out health care needs to save them done, etc., while we build them in Nations who have the wealth to build their own if the people, their would take back control of their nations and have leadership that looks out for their own nation first and shares with others if their own is provided for first. To do less than that is being irresponsible for ones own in need and too often is not done for aid but for boasting of ones power, wealth and influence.

For several months I have been unable to get my diabetic testing supplies due to the ongoing illegal messing with the COMMON WORKING FILE which is the computer system used for billing for services for any one who has a Medicare card. MEDICARE IS NOT OUR PRIMARY AND THE APPELLATE DECISION M09-1406 , AND LAWS and the official govt posting to it bi weekly says its not as FEDERAL WORKERS COMP LAWS SAY ONE CAN NOT RETIRE UNTIL ONE IS APPROVED FOR THER PERMANENT DISABILITY THROUGH THEM AND THE GOVT CONTRACTOR WITH TOTAL CONTROL OF THE PROGRAM, NOW; AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES A XEROX FRONT COMPANY THAT IN GAINING CONTROL OF ALMOST ALL HEALTH CARE IN THE USA FROM ONE PART TO THE OTHER WILL NOT POST MY FILE EVEN AFTER I GOT APPELLTE JUDGES ORDERS FOR THEM TO DO SO FROM MY RECORDS AND TO ASK ME FOR THE FACTS OF THE CASE AS RUMOR AND GOSSIP HAS RUN AMOK AND THEIR CEO LYNN BLODGETT HAS DONE A LOT OF SPREADING BLATANT LIES AND MISINFORMAITON AND ORDERED RECORDS DESTROYED, ETC. according to letters and witnesses.
THEY ARE NOW TAKING OVER MOST STATE WORKERS COMP AND ANY ONE WHO HAS READ MY BLOGS, KNOWS RIGHTS AND MEDICAL CARE ARE OBSTRUCTED IN MANY WAYS TO THE POINT OF LOSS OF LIFE AND LIVELIHOOD.
Please do not let your state officials do this to your rights to job safety as without workers comp rights, too many unethical and other larger employers will not have as much concern about worker safety.
PROTECT YOURSELF ON THE JOB.
In our case sitting in an office, we had no idea that the Jersey City fire dep't was about to condemn a new building as unsafe and that the owners had turned off the gas detectors to make sure they did not come when the alarms went off and then rather than fix the original construction problems turned off the gas detectors. After all, how could we be working in a building that could not have met city state or federal inspection for us to even be in, I the first place.
FLIM FLAM by some out right criminal activity seems to have been the reason, and it was covered up and 9/11/01 began there in 7/88 and compounded on 1/10/89 the day I went to work and toxic cloud enveloped me in a HHS-SSA office.
Medicare has been forced to pay the bills due to the illegal manipulation of the system by Emblem Health International which owns it as a gov't contract, but that is legal if the claims are coded to be sent for recovery from the primaries. And neither patient nor provider or supplier is in trouble either. This was stopped by ACS's CEO Blodgett according to their employees, So when ACS is asked to repay money on behalf of the US Dept of Labor the gov't never even knows of the request, they can say they don't want to and even gov't files are destroyed.
Many who owe IRS would like to have that EQUALITY THAT IS NOT THE SAME FOR THE POWERFUL ENTITIES RUNNING THE GOVT whom we did not elect.
Walmart did file an appeal and I did not know of it I until recently when The partner notified us and the new director sent out a press release that all parties are to be notified when an appeal is made. Apparently when any party files, the gov't contractor is to notify all parties. We had spent a lot of money notifying parties, and it was not our responsibility to do so none of this should be occurring if the laws were upheld and real over sight done. Its all HIDDEN BY FLIM FLAM by those who don't choose to obey any rules or ethics..
I got behind in a lot of this paper work recovering from the 3 weeks my heart, etc. did not get enough oxygen lost summer. Its all in prior blogs. and its a MIRACLE the liquid oxygen tank I have is still working held together with CRAZY GLUE AND GORILLA TAPE. We are trying to negotiate getting supplier, but they have to be willing to listen to us and to the judges rulings, etc. and not those manipulating the system and stealing form the taxpayer. So far, we are not at the table yet;
The process is Federal workers comp has to be billed first on virtually all medical claims and then wait for an answer and one will never come on oxygen as that is the very item that locked me in for permanent medical with federal workers comp on an 1988 law where no injured worker should have their life be threatened for not getting life sustaining medical care., Oxygen is one item that does this. ONE HAS TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE. Almost 20 years ago, Federal workers comp put me on home liquid oxygen and paid for it. So why is ACS hiding the fact that clams have even been filed since they took over?
THEY SAY ITS BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE PAID AND THE 'GIG' WOULD BE UP AND THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALL OF MY BILLS. ISN'T THAT'S WHAT IS TO HAPPEN ON AN ESATBLISHED NON CONTROVERTED CASE? WHEN DID MEDICARE BECOME THE PRIMARY PAYER FOR ALL WORKERS COMP IN THIS NATION? No such law has been passed, yet. they just illegally do it and get mad at me when I ask not to have the overpayment liability against me or my estate which is what occurs when Medicare pays and is not the legal primary and has not been coded as a conditional pay for recovery form the primary which occurred y the same company that caused the problem in the first place. THE FOX IS IN THE HEN HOUSE AS HHS PUT HIM THERE,. THE ULTIMATE FLIM FLAM AND THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED THEIR BEHVAIOR AT ALL.
SSA still has not processed any waiver of overpayment as they agreed to do for those like me back in 2005. ( FILE FORM SSA 632 AND GIVE NO PERSONAL FINANCIAL INFO AS ITS ONE "Against equity and good conscience" as if the gov't can't enforce its laws, how can the patient?) is what we have filed. I have processed many of these kind since 1968 and what is ongoing on now is unconstitutional and worse,,,
One company that Medicare has granted the right still to send out via mail diabetic testing supplies was called by me in 3/14 after receiving an ad... and I have had long discussion with them over insurance and what brand they even have to offer. Fed Blues is my other primary and only pays for two brands. I had gone to CVS and they could not get the system to take the claims for split billing due to everyone's primary Employer group health plans deleted off the system soon after posted by employers and agencies to dump the bills onto Medicare,
THEY REALLY TREATED ME BADLY- DISCRIMINATED IS THE LEGAL TERM.ACS AND THEY ARE PART OF THE PART D DEBACLE OF NOT DOING ANY RECOVERY FOR 8 YEARS AND THAT;S A LOT OF USA MONIES OWED BACK BY A LOT OF LARGE ENTITIES.... NO ONE TAKES ANY ACTION TO STOP THIS HUGE ON ONGOING THEFTS...?
We are on a limited income and paying double part B premiums due to hearing file stolen out of judge's jurisdiction by ACS. etc. in '09 and no Hearing held on that issue is ignored along with the US Constitutional rights of me and others in similar situation where software programing for the stimulus payment omitted a field for workers comp by either Lock heed Martin or Northrup Grumann over at SSA --as of yet do not know which one did it wrong---- as well as my 1/4th cost of the family Fed blues high option which is necessary to be able to have the flexibility to find medical care in this situations where illegal actions by those in charge is rampant. you k the taxpayer pay the other 3/4th s of the premium and you are not getting your monies worth at all.,
Finally, to day, I got a letter for this mail order diabetic supply company saying they had tried to phone me several times. SORRY! I have a print out of calls... FLIM FLAM At this point I am not naming the company in order to give them a chance to repent and do what is right by me and the laws etc.,
So we called and the person that answered said they needed for info re my pharmacy plan and did not know that part D was Medicare. Part D does not pay for the supplies as they are paid by part B MEDICARE AND THEY ARE NOT PRIMARY THEY SEEMED TO BE TRAINED TO IGNORE BILLING ANY OTHER PRIMARY AND JUST DUMP IT ON TO MEDICARE AND I HAVE TO BE LAWFUL AND TELL THEM. It was horrible and I said what is your fax number. She started in again about CVS and then did say they had the order from my doctor--since 3/14 and another one sent in a month later?
Dr.'s staff has been put through the 'wringer' over this. MANY OF OUR GOOD DOCTORS ARE GOING THROUGH A LOT WITH SOME OF THESE COMPANIES AND FOR NO GOOD REASON WHEN ONE IS ALREADY APPROVED FOR THE CARE. DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE BEING TOLD THE TRUTH WHEN THEY CLAIM YOUR DOCTOR IS TO BLAME FOR NOT FILING OUT SOME FORM OR OTHER.
Its like Lois Lerner's e mails, the DOG DID NOT EAT THEM AND NEITHER DID YOUR DOCTORS STAFF IGNORE THE REQUESTS... INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY AND DOCTORS ARE ENDING UP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE HEAP INSTEAD OF IN CHARGE IN MUCH OF THE USA HEALTH CARE AND ITS DRIVING COSTS UPWARD, NOT THE CARE ITSELF. I'M TIRED OF THE PATENT AND THE DOCTORS GETTING BLAMED FOR WHAT IS WRONG WITH HEALTH CARE WHEN ITS USUALLY THE GOVT NOT ENFORCING THE LAWS AGAINST THEIR OWN PARTNERS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM.
I got switched to a supervisor and got threatened with saying I was screaming at her and then she hung up on me and I couldn't not get an word in edge wise to explain anything and finally she hung with my character getting defamed, and no fax number to send anything in in writing and I mentioned the two brands Blues pays for and still have no assurances they send out either. The whole attempt seemed to be to medically abandoned me for not cooperating with theft of the Medicare trust fund.
THIS IS ONE OF THE FEW MAIL ORDER COMPANIES THAT MEDICARE HAS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN BUSINESS NOW. COMPETITIVE BID HAS GOT TO GO AS THE FLIM FLAM SEEMS TO BE LET MEDICARE PAY ALL THE BILLS? THAT OTHER INSURANCES DO NOT WANT TO? There are online complaints filed against them, but if they provide the supplies and bill legally an willing to have them.
DOYLE CALLED BACK AND GOT THE FAX NUMBER AND I SPENT 4 HOURS FAXING THEM THE GENERAL INSURANCE BLUES QUESTIONNARE AND THE VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS PAGE 1-44, WILL THEY HAVE THE SENSE TO GIVE IT TO THEIR LEGAL DEPT? SO THEY CAN GET THEMSELVES INTO A LEGALLY OK PROCESS?
I have been able to get through now to some, and if their lawyers don't understand the law, then maybe they need to find new ones.
USUALLY THEY GET IT, EVEN IF THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW. We are just trying to get the medical care needed paid for by the right party and go through the legal process and many think HR 1063 that can seize their bank accounts and fine and penalize them is to be ignored because HHS put the main FACILITATING OFFENDER IN CHARGE,
Congress has not allowed any money to be spent on criminal investigations? so they have a clean police record and get to keep their gov't contracts and continue the thievery.....?
The other mail today was a local hospital where a follow up test was run and Medicare got billed and didn't pay for part and its obvious the medical records were not submitted or the coding done right as to why the test was run. ITS WORKERS COMP RELATED AND I TOLD THEM SO WHEN I CHECKED IN FOR THE TEST AND GAVE THEM THE BLUES INSURNCE QUESTIONNAIRE THAT LLISTS ALL, ETC and then the front company of ACS that does their billing? ignored all of it and they want a co pay for the part paid for and want to ignore the unpaid larger bill., NO YOU WILL BE PAID AS SHOULD I NEED THIS TEST RUN AGAIN YOU WILL NOT EVEN DO IT IF YOU DID NOT GET PAID BEFORE IS THE WAY THINGS USULLY GO WHEN ONE GETS MEDICALLY ABANDONED DUE TO GOVT CONRRUPTION. SOME OF THESE MEDICAL FACILAITIES HAVE TO BE MORE CAUTIOUS AS TO WHOM THEY CONTRACT WITH FOR BILLING.... YOUR BILLS ARE NOT GETTING PAID DUE TO YOU BEING FLIM FLAMMED BIG TIME,. it seems some are being 'blackmailed into hiring them by the partners of the gov't itself?
So now I have to got the medical records and file what I can of the claim and have no CMS 1500 new forms, they cost $32 per 100 from gov't contractors? Can't go online and down load one copy blank copy form the govt anymore; nor the info needed to file a completed one anyway.
But its time to STOP THE STEALING OF THE USA. That's a major part of high health care costs. FLIM FLAM STEALING BY THOSE IN CHARGE OF OUR HEALTH CARE FROM THIS FINANCIALY INTERLOCKED CABAL WHICH ARE INCREAINGLY BECOMING PRIVATE COMPANIES NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHO OWNS THEM. FLIM FLAM- WE HAVE BEEN HAD.
Personally, I like the generic store brand Walmart has for the diabetic supplies as was the best for me as well as being much cheaper in price. But a few of their strips didn't work some time ago and their as a recall so did that disqualify them? I have had better luck over all with the cheaper brand as the other more expensive brands don't always work either....
In 2009 when I started testing, almost any brand could be used and the insurances just paid a flat rate, etc., The store brand was cheaper, and I got it as had to pay the co pay, which has kept going up with what is now allowed, and I still have not gotten any refund of the co pays, yet,, so that needs to be followed up on.
Those with the Federal Employees health plans have been FLIM FLAMMED way too long , paying co pays when both plans should have been billed and us pay $0. Any attorney wan to take on a class action law suit and collect back possible billions of us having to over pay? In this corrupted system, no attorney would survive? THE COMMON WORKING FILE BEING ILLEGALLY MESSED WITH PUTS ONES PHARMACY INTO NOT BEING ABLE TO DO ONE INPUT AND BOTH PLANS GET THE CLAIM, health care costs are even higher than reported when one has to account for all this addit'l work expenses due to FLIM FLAM BY THOSE STEALING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING THE PROGRAMS.
Congress: why are you still allowing yourselves to be FLIM FLAMMED when we sent you there to find out WHERE IS OUR MONEY? AND those there, stop lambasting your fellow members who do try to speak out and ask the hard questions? Sen. Warren has gained popularity as she seems to be one who is willing to speak out? The issue for voters is; if given the power of the oval office, what would she do with it? Its the question we voters need to always ask when voting for any candidate.
