SO DEATH PANELS ARE NOT KNEW THEY COME FORM GOVT CORRUPTION LEFT UNFETTERED AND THAT OCCURRED 1/10/89 AND NOTHING MUCH HAS IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. IN FACT IT'S WORSE AS NOW NO ONE CAN TOUCH THESE GOVT CONTRACTORS civilly or criminally and this has been a real coup d'etat and our tax dollars get looted in the meantime in various ways that are real schemes and I have written about in depth as evidence of them gotten but that does no good either as that disappears. THESE ARE THE 'TERRORISTS' RUNNING HAVOC OVER OUR NATION AND CONSTITUTION? Seems to me...
The real cause of 9/11/01 has always been internal corruption in our own govt and Congress or no one seems to want to end it or they would do so and send the rotten apples to jail and let those who want to uphold the US constitution and be honorable and diligent in carrying out their govt duties to do so.
ADDENDUM TO PENDING KIDNEY DISEASE CLAIMS
I was told early on that OPM would only allow one body part to be injured, yet the toxic cloud enfolded the entire body and burned off the mucous membrane over all according to doctors. The lungs got treated and even the heart went untreated until I got into a clinical trial on an asthma drug and ended up in the hospital with pharmaceutical company had to pay bill and then I got lambasted as if I had lied on my forms saying I had no heart conditions. I then found out that the KG;s and other tests did show it as part of the injury as the T wave inverted din the third lead the day I was injured and other indications in the raw data.
HHS used to make sure all of us had complete physical every 2 to 5 years and that included breathing Tests and lung volumes and EKG;s etc. so When I got injured it was known by HHS I was pretty healthy.
The blood work from the routine panels done had shown I had absolutely no indication of any kidney problems before. But once I was injured the creatine and Bun etc. indicators began to gradually get worse over the years. And no treatment was done, no monitoring etc. done either until it got so bad something had to occur and I thank my family doctor for getting me to a kidney specialist and adjustments to medication made as much still seems to be related to inflammation which is an ongoing problem for me just living in the modern world even if I try to keep away form those things that inflame the lungs as well as the rest of the body. So the article is included as documentary evidence our own govt.
We have lost so much for research to be done for medical cures and treatments over the internal govt corruption that is on going. so many times masses or groups get toxic or chemical injuries and in the efforts to get out of paying some workers comp claims or covering up some criminal negligence in the injures occurring gin the first place, etc. opportunities are missed to study the group as a whole.
Workers comp injuries are a good selection as almost everyone has access to the personal medical records as part of the process and most would be glad to have the chance for better treatments or cures. And prevention of such injuries in the first place.
I have an established not controverted case with permanent medical already and this has occurred over and over that a theft of all or part of my file has occurred,but always was able to get through the appeals and back and payments started up again as officials in the govt did follow the judges orders. Now its clear there is no authority of judges and no constitutional rights and DEATH PANELS ARE VERY REAL AND NOTHING NEW.
So while CEO Lynn Blodgett defies the 15 judges and 2 hearing officers to post process, pay and allow my claims examiner to have access to the files. I am in medical and legal limbo as can't retire no can I really get full medical care paid for by the party that is to pay which is not Medicare which has had my medical care dumped onto by all under the directions of Affiliated Computer Services CEO Blodgett who has virtual control of health care in the USA in a very intricate way from one end to the other as written about here online. Its a maze and as more and more of these stock market companies go private few will ever be able to ferret out the details of this interlocked international cabal. There will be no SEC filings to plow through or other official documents available to the public as there is for a stock market company. And any insider who attempts to "blow the whistle" has little hope of physical or financial survival as most gov't fraud lines are ethics cover up lines for this cabal. And there will be slim pickings for any investor wanting to save for themselves.
Congress and the President have poll ratings in the 'bottom of hell' for many and this is why. Govt does not work well when it can't protect the people or the nation's resources or even its borders from intrusions and thefts. All we get is more cameras and eavesdroppers on us. Yet, the people power is here waiting to be used with out good jobs in any way needed to end this takeover of our sovereignty.
Start by getting all equal before the law and that includes those govt contractors stealing and harming us. cancel contracts when the laws are not upheld. If a company is a person, than canceling a contract and sending some CEO's to jail is what is needed as they face our legal system.
Emblem health is now private and its an international entity and its the one in charge of implementing HR 1063 which has taken over our civil right to do a False claims it seems and the govt handed the power over to them as they have a clean record. All the crooks do as there has been no law enforcement since 1994 over this bunch as Medicare gets looted by the crooks and the ethical companies can't compete as they have to pay their bills and over head and can't under cut a company that is going to steal.
GHI is a new York company with many complaints against them for tactics and the core entity that became Emblem Health International and in 1999 under President Clinton they took over this RICCO looting of Medicare for real. And Mrs. Clinton runs for US Senator from NY is the next event?
In OK , TX and NM it was not until Ill Blues got in here and forced out Arkansas which paid their claims as primary that I became aware of the altering of the common working file system that all medical billing people use to know whom to bill. They had gone through the rolls and had Medicare coordination of Benefits a subsidiary of GHI now part of emblem health made Medicare primary for any one who had a card whether it was legally correct or not and its part of the system of secret deals that overrides the law, govt contract terms and even the appellate Judges; rulings at Medicare which we got that said the posting from the US Dept of labor is accurate and it creates an overpayment against the patients to alter it and the gov't and US justice Dept. etc. says its theft but they can do nothing about it as they have no authority to stop the theft of the USA anymore even though the law says they should they are not allowed to spend any money. That includes the gas mileages to the US court our to ask the judge for a search warrant which I;m told our evidence is more than enough to get it and shut this organized crime ring down.
I was asked to file civil rights complaints as they had thu9ght they could get inside that way and that end up with not one ever docketed in, read or answered and worse is regional manger of the office of civil rights in Dallas called and lambasted me to tears for even filing. Much worse did occur with him, but there is now a new Director in Washington D.C. over all and maybe the next filing will not disappear and be reviewed and answered and the issues addressed. All I can say is it was all in there is 1/08 before I had ever got evidence of phony Medicare numbers, etc. and many lives and livelihoods and health could have been spared and mine be better as its a progressive disease and financial hardship has been atrocious too with files gone missing and computer systems hacked into in many agencies and gossip and rumor run amok as its the facts. Which the appellate Judges at US Dept. of Labor are able to let us reconstruct files for them and they ordered in 2/09 to ask me for the facts of the case and to reconstruct my file and get posted, etc. from my records and in polite legal terms "GET RID OF THIS CROOKED CONTRACTOR; Judges ORDERS NEVER SEEN BY THE US DEPT OF LABOR AND NEITHER HAS ANY COLLECTION LETTERS FOR MEDICARE FOR REIMBURSEMENT
THE GOVT OFFICIALS MIGHT AS WELL GO HOME AS ALL OF THEIR POWER AND AUTHORITY IS IN THIS BUNCH THAT IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO ANYONE ANYMORE, LEAST OF ALL THE US GOVT. WE HAVE HAD AN INVASION OF INFORMATION TAKE OVER AND THAT IS WHAT GOVT DOES IS TAKE INFORMATION AND MAKE DECISIONS ON THAT INFO AND THEN MAKE PAYMENTS OR RENDER DECISIONS FOR ALL OF US TO FOLLOW, ETC.
This international beast system where no one really knows who is in charge of the total, is already in place. All we hear is whining in Congress and wanting to sue, Who?
And if any member tries to speak out logically about addressing real issues, they are lambasted just as the Regional Office manager did me when I tried to address the issues n the legal manner permitted me under the law and then ignored and filings disappeared. So caution when you vote as to whether the incumbent is one of the ones that might make a change if allowed to or not. How about suing these crooks who are stealing from us? BETTER YET PUT THE US CONSTITUTION BACK IN CONTROL AND THAT MEANS TAKE BACK THE POWERS YOU ARE TO HAVE UNDER IT TO PROTECT THIS NATION, OUR ASSETS, AND THE PEOPLE AND THAT IS NOT MORE CAMERAS AND EAVESDROPPING ON US; ITS ARRESTING THOSE WHO STEAL FROM US PUT IN PLACE TO BE OVER US; AND CANCELING THOSE GOVT CONTRACTS FROM ENTITIES THAT USE THEM TO STEAL AND HARM US ALL INSTEAD..
Until someone actually seen those 10' s of thousands of children flooding into this country, the whole thing may be another scam to steal the public monies at $250 a day. Even the congressman over the children supposedly here in OK was denied admittance and he is THEIR REPRESENTATIVE AS LONG AS THEY ARE HERE. THEY HAVE RIGHTS TO ASK HIM FOR HELP IF THEY CHOOSE. Those in charge don't understand the US Constitution very well or are choosing to ignore it.
